🧡: How has the way you presented yourself (ex. Clothing, hairstyle, etc.) changed since you realized you were queer?

tbh i haven't changed my appearance all that much, I do wear a lot of rings and combat boots. ig I don't really have a 'queer' style which is fine by me bc I like how I dress most of the time and how I look. I haven't changed my hair bc (this will sound stupid) it's curly and finally at a length I really like! I would consider cutting it a bit shorter tho. also, im not out to most of my family so I present myself in a safe way, but also in a way that I like, just to be cautious.

🦚: Are there any queer books/shows/etc. that you would suggest?

I wish I had a whole list of great shows/books with great representation but tbh I don't and it makes me angry. I liked red, white, and royal blue a lot and im a shadow hunters fan (malec) but I haven't got any suggestions not bc I don't watch/read queer content but bc I have terrible memory. if anyone has any recommendations plz comment or reblog I would really appreciate it!!

🫐: Are there ways you wish you could present yourself differently, but can’t?

I wish I could be more open with my family about who I am but since they're all pretty religious and conservative I'm not confident in a positive response. do not get me wrong, my family is amazing and they love me but I'm still scared. I think my grammy would be pretty accepting and my mom and maybe a few aunts/uncles but the majority I'm going to wait before I officially come out. I also wish I have a 'set' appearance? like fem or masc but no label really fits me so I just vibe.

I don't get why people make Keith so thic in fanart/fic....like he isn't....he has the same body type as Lance. Just shorter and slightly broader shoulders. Normally people who make him thic, also make his hair longer too. Why are all making him feminine? Like fandom!Keith is extremely out of character and I don't care enough to talk it about it much. But I was generally wondering why? Why do people do this and is anyone else like annoyed by this? Like that's not his body. He's a skinny, lean boy. Not a thic, curvy boy. Like, if someone were to draw the reverse (curvy into skinny) ya'll would be having a fit. And you know it. Soooooo?
