Any type of dating game with yandere characters. I like the psychological horror aspects as well as the devotion. Is that kind of relationship toxic irl? Hell yeah it is. Do I still love games about the topic? You bet I do. Also, farming simulator games like Stardew Valley or Rune Factory.
Anything else?
Perfectionist (but slowly letting go of that), late-bloomer, creative. Whenever I have a moment, I get lost in my head, thinking up scenarios or plot for a new fanfic I'll never write. A cuddlebug but I feel more comfortable initiating and I prefer it if people ask before they touch me. I work with kids and I genuinely love my job despite the mental and physical exhaustion. I've got a very dry sense of humor and I actually love silly puns and humor.

I know Fred and Bright, like, aren’t actual children (I imagine them as no older than twenty but still), but they’re basically Sam’s kids, and I just think he would more than appreciate a partner who likes kids and wouldn’t mind dating a single dad /hj
Something I think works well between Sixes and Eights (which is what I strongly hc Sam to be) is that both of you can be so… I don’t want to say guarded but careful with trust and intimacy. That shit has to be earned, and when you do get to know one another, you’ll learn how well-matched you are. Sixes are fueled by the desire to have security and stability, and Eights are fueled by the desire to lead and protect. Fundamentally, you are uniquely situated to be everything the other needs.
I also think Sam would be the perfect cuddle partner for you. Ever since that second video where he politely asks permission to lay hands, even in an emergency, we’ve known for sure he’s so careful about consent and boundaries. I can easily imagine the two of you settling down for a LOTR movie and him waiting with open arms for you to reach out at your pace and comfort level. Thank the lord for you, I have been waiting for someone I can match with Sam because this is my Sam song; I think of him every time I hear it. In my head, this is his internal monologue as he confesses. He’s lived such a long life of being hurt and protecting himself from more; trusting you enough to let you in, to not hurt him more, to acknowledge that risk is the greatest act of love of which he is capable.

Personality: At first I might seem like a silent and a distant person cuz I’m not good at communicating with new people. I don’t click with a lot of people, that being the reason I have only a little friend group who I don’t feel awkward around. Have you noticed any sort of pattern among the people who reach out to you? Like, most people who like Funky MBTI are said types, most people who write submissions in this and that way are ESFJ, ENFP submissions are the most confusing ones, ESTJ tend to write theirs in topics, and so on.
I also wanted to know if you can tell people’s types sometimes even before getting to absorb the information provided, only by the way they speak, like type 5s talk too little, type 7s talk too much, type 9s tend to apologize a lot for taking your time, etc.
Some types have a certain ‘tone’ to their questions.
I’ve noticed that TJ types will edit their submissions for clarity and sometimes break them down into bullet point sections, with direct evidence for the two types they are considering (a natural process of high Te efficiency, streamlining, and not wanting to waste my time with unnecessary and irrelevant information).
People who usually are not a type but think they are will fall back on ‘buzzwords’ about that type that they have read off the internet, which is a dead giveaway that there is no personal connection to the functions they claim to be using, none of the struggles of those functions that they can personally relate to, and no real inner awareness of the difference. Like a person wearing a mask. There’s a huge difference between “I am an INFX and I cannot get in touch with the outer world or lower my enormous expectations and nativity, and it’s ruining my life,” and “I see the big picture, I think ten years down the road, I have a vision.”
NP types are easy to spot, since they follow the flow of their thoughts / spew information and often possess no ability to sense what information is relevant to the type me process (and almost no patience, if they are ENP to reread it and edit it) without providing a single specific example, so their submissions are usually 1,500 words of rambling disjointed thoughts. NFPs are worse at this than NTPs, but ENTPs can also assume it’s all important.
Etc. Some types ask me way more questions than others, so I have a better radar for certain ‘tones’ in asks for those types than the rest.
With the Enneagram, a few things stand out in writing -- 7s have a zany sense of humor and awareness but also cannot stick with anything and give a high energy vibe. In person, they are the happy go lucky person who will sometimes talk about fear of missing out, who is always on the go, who doesn’t like ‘downer’ conversations or people, and has a habit of running away from things. 6s give off a sense of needing and wanting your agreement and/or support, both in writing and in person, while being warm and affable. 5s never tell you anything. 9s if they are feelers do indeed assume they are too unimportant to impose on your time and will apologize for talking too long and/or the length of their submission (which by comparison to the 1,800 word ENP submissions, is quite short, lol). 2s over-emphasize how much people need them and how they like to help others. 3s are boastful. 4s are haughty. 8s don’t ask me questions. And 1s have a moral tone and/or perfectionist demands of others.

I have straight black hair and brown eyes. I have an average build and am about 5’4. I’d describe my style as a mix of feminine and edgy. I like to wear neutral colors like black, white, and browns. Do you write fluff/angst/crack/general/smut, combo, etc? Why?: Mostly fluff & humor because I’m kind of soft and I really love a feel-good fic. Any angst I write is typically resolved by the end because I live for a happy ending. And occasional smut strictly for the spice.

Why did you decide to write for Tumblr?: I love/hate the format tbh but mostly because of my tumblr community. I love being able to meet and talk to new people easily thru the platform.
What inspires you to write?: Everything! Songs, movies, commercials, personal events, etc. Sometimes it’s just a word, phrase, or picture.
What genres/AUs do you enjoy writing the most?: I’m a major sucker for friends/strangers to lovers! and I LOVE a good Mafia/Gang/Assassin!AU. On the opposite end of the spectrum, you can catch me writing dad!au stories.
What do you hope your readers take away from your work?: I just hope it makes them feel good. Laugh, smile, cry, yell, uwu, just- all the emotions.
What do you do when you hit a rough spot creatively?: Take a break. Read a book, dive into a k-drama, binge a few fics. Sometimes I just have to put the laptop away until I’m ready to start again.
What is your favorite work and why? Your most successful?: My favorite story is probably ‘Over The Top’ with GOT7’s Bambam. It’s a dad!au about bam’s twin boys’ first birthday party. I’m quite attached to their family dynamic in the story and may even revisit twin terrors Somsak & Somchai in the future. Most successful? Probably the ‘Bubbles’ series, a Monsta X OT7 fiesta. I had a lot of feedback while posting that series and made a lot of friends. (It was also my first actual fic & it jump-started this blog!)
Who is your favorite person to write about?: Jackson Wang or Park Jinyoung from GOT7 and Han Jisung from Stray Kids.
Do you think there’s a difference between writing fanfiction vs. completely original prose?: This is kind of a tough one because, yes- as a fanfic writer I’m using a real person as a character, however, the storyline, the dialog, the emotions, the actions of the characters are all organic. I could take any one of my stories and replace only that person’s name and it would be considered entirely original. So, I guess I would say it’s not so different.
What do you think makes a good story?: Great dialog.
What is your writing process like?: Sometimes I get an idea and go straight to word vomiting and editing. Sometimes it’s planning the title, characters, tags list, & summary then not looking at it for a few weeks until I’m ready to write it.
Would you ever repurpose a fic into a completely original story?: Yes. All of my stories are AU (non-idol verse) so I would totally repurpose them.
What tropes do you love, and what tropes can’t you stand?: Love: friends/strangers/enemies to lovers, + grumpy character only soft for their love interest. Dislike: Love triangles, angsty slow burn, cheating, etc.
How much would you say audience feedback/engagement means to you?: IT IS EVERYTHING. I love reading tags, getting aks, getting messages, it warms my heart, and really motivates me to keep going.
What has been one of the biggest factors of your success (of any size)?: When I write and I really like my own story, it feels like a success.
Do you think fanfic writers get unfairly judged?: Yes, they certainly can be. I think people who don’t understand fanfiction can have a very narrow mindset and belittle fanfic writers because of that misunderstanding.
Do you think art can be a medium for change?: Yes. Even if its something as small as changing one’s mood.
Do you ever feel there are times when you’re writing for others, rather than yourself?: Not usually. I try to only write things that make me happy and if I ever get requests I’m not into, I usually won’t write it. If I’m not enjoying myself and the story, it’s not worth the pressure I put on myself to write it.
Do you ever feel like people have misunderstood you or your writing at times?: It’s definitely possible, but I haven’t had many issues with this so far.
Do your offline friends/loved ones know you write for Tumblr?: My mom, dad, sister, husband, and two other friends know.
What is one thing you wish you could tell your followers?: I’m always here to make you laugh and smile, whenever you need it. I hope my stories can bring you joy.
Do you have any advice for aspiring writers who might be too scared to put themselves out there?: Do it for yourself. If you are enjoying yourself then it’s worth it.
