As fans have come to notice, the Hazbin crew are symbolized in the opening title: Apple for Charlie, antlers for Alastor, playing cards for Husk, webs for Angel Dust, a needle for Niffty, and gears for Sir Pentious.
Now, I have NOT forgotten Vaggie; she's my fav character and who I think is very underrated and often treated harshly by a certain subset of the fandom. In fact, this post is about her and Charlie. Now, many fans have theorized that Vaggie is represented by the spear in between the two words. But I disagree. Vaggie's spear in the show has only ONE pointed end not two. So, if not the spear, where is Vaggie's symbol?
The X. Specifically, the X inside the apple; and remember, the apple represents Charlie. And it has been repeatedly shown and acknowledged that Vaggie is Charlie's loyal supporter and trusted confidant. So, given the placement of the X inside the apple, I have a theory on what it means:
Vaggie is Charlie's heart.

Just in case anybody's interested, here are the lyrics of the Christian hymn that plays as Anjin awakens after Mariko's funeral:
Ne permittas a te me separari
Do not permit me to be apart from you
Ab hoste maligno defende me
Defend me from the malignant enemy
In hora mortis meae voca me, voca me
Call to me, call to me, in the hour of my death

I love the symbolism in this scene. Whilst both Husk and Angel are bound and trapped by their contracts, Angel has a more messy and enveloping commitment to Valentino with some flexibility all around (being able to stay at the hotel and so on) whereas Husk is more tightly bound and his bindings are concentrated showing how Alastair has made a cleaner deal, yet Husk cannot get out of being a bartender at the hotel.
