🎀 Kazuha starts her days by getting straight out of bed! You can take a few minutes just to think about your dreams or to meditate but after you're done get up without thinking so you avoid lazyness. After, head to the bathroom to do your hygiene routine (washing your teeth, face, body, etc.)
After you do your skincare, it's time for makeup, if i had to describe Zuha’s makeup in a few words i would use ‘natural’ ‘light’ and ‘clean’, even tho she uses as many products as other idols I've already talked about (brow pencil, eyeshadow, base makeup, contour, lashes, eyeliner, blush and lip tint), her makeup still pretty much simple, like just to enhance her natural features.
🧸Time to get dressed, Kazuha usually wears tops or basic t-shirts with baggy sweatpants, the colors she wears the most are white, black and gray. stylize the outfit with a beret or sunglasses!
Finally for breakfast, a good option is to have a sandwich with coffee, however any recipe that includes a lot of veggies in it will be ideal!

🩰 One of Zuha's favorite things is trying new things and showing progress! So always make sure to experiment with different study styles, techniques and resources. also, remember that progress is not about going from an F to an A, but about improving slowly and enjoying the path to your goals.
To learn and practice her Korean, Kazuha reviews vocabulary daily, using it on small phrases to memorize their meaning. As a visual learner, she also associates words with drawings and writes in her notebook often.
🥥 And to improve her English she usually practices talking with Yunjin. You can ask a friend to tutor you in any signature you feel you are lacking and make learning fun!

🪷 Kazuha’s most famous charm is her healthy and beautiful body, as well as her flexibility. She workouts everyday in her dorm room, and has a lot of different workout routines, so I decided to make a schedule so you can try them all!
monday -> le sserafim workout (no jumps / low impact), Kazuha new abs workout and full body stretch.
tuesday -> le sserafim workout (short version), Kazuha upper body workout, stretch
wednesday -> le sserafim workout, Kazuha abs workout, stretch
thursday -> le sserafim workout, upper body workout, stretch
friday -> le sserafim workout, kazuha lower abs workout, stretch
saturday -> le sserafim (short), upper body, stretch
sunday -> le sserafim workout (no jumps / low impact), stretch

Before taking your shower, take off your makeup with micellar water or an oil based cleanser. Then bath like you would normally do, but start your shower with lukewarm water and finish with a cold rinse!
🦢 Then use a soft foam cleanser to wash your face, let it air dry, and then use a gentle toner, calming ampoule and cream to set the moisture.
Now for self care, Zuha enjoys spending time doing diamond paintings or other kinds of diys, like decorating phone cases. She also videocalls her friends often in her free time, spending time with friends really helps with our mental health! You can also try and make little handmade gifts for your besties.

🐩 Dinner time! eat a yogurt bowl with nuts and honey (or any toppings you like) and eat it while watching youtube videos.
After eating she takes her journal and writes about her day and her emotions, she tries to be as concise as possible so no matter if she’s tired or doesn't have time she's still able to reflect on her day!
👛 Then she does her last review on the things she's studying, doing this before going to sleep helps you remember it better.
If she's with the members she will obviously watch a scary movie and have fun with her friends before going to bed!
💋 Finally stretch a little in your bed to be more flexible, have a better posture and to help you to fall asleep faster!

Spa Day with Demon Brothers
1. Lucifer
You have to invite him first. For Lucifer, doing activities unrelated to work is a waste. But since you asked for it, he's willing to make time for you.
He let you choose whatever place and treatment you want. But usually, you both do it in his bedroom. You want him to use your sheet mask? Got it! Put those mask to his face! Want to paint his nail? Just do it, honey. He's yours.
2. Mammon
Mammon circles important dates in your calendar so that you always remember to have a spa day with him. He is a model afterall. His look is important.
He takes you to the fanciest spa in town, and books the couples package for the two of you. Sometimes you feel bad that Mammon spoils you so much. But hey, you deserve it! he's willing to give you the world if you ask.
Don't worry! Relax and enjoy the spa!
3. Leviathan
Since Levi has social anxiety, it's kinda hard to take him outside. You and Levi usually do spa day at home.
You two find a 5 minute crafts video on top life hacks to achieve the perfect spa day. He looks nervous and excited to do DIY Spa Day with you.
4. Satan
He’s already been having spa days before meeting you. He discovered the therapeutic benefits of massages, the calming effect of hot baths, and the tranquility of the spa's serene atmosphere
Now, whenever spa day rolls around, Satan is the one who guides you through the various treatments. He recommends specific massage techniques, helps choose the best aromatherapy oils, and even brings his favorite books to read in the spa's relaxation area. You are surprised by his knowledge but secretly appreciate his expertise
5. Asmodeus
Asmodeus is the ultimate spa enthusiast in the Devildom. He's the one who suggests and plans spa days for the group regularly.
He's an expert at spa treatments and can even give massages that rival the professionals.
Asmodeus always arrives at the spa with an extensive collection of beauty products, face masks, and aromatherapy oils, ready to share with you.
He takes spa day as an opportunity to give beauty advice and you secretly appreciate it, knowing he's the most knowledgeable on the subject. Additionally, Asmodeus takes dozens of selfies during spa day, showcasing his radiant skin and making the day an Devilgram-worthy event.
6. Beelzebub
Beelzebub initially wasn't too interested in spa days. However, once he experiences his first spa day, he quickly changes his mind.
Beelzebub discovers the joy of relaxation, especially the post-massage feeling, which helps relieve some of his stress from training.
He becomes the heartiest eater during the spa's post-treatment snacks and even starts suggesting spa days himself, primarily for the post-spa feast. Beelzebub finds the combination of relaxation and indulgent treats the perfect way to recharge his demon energy.
7. Belphegor
Belphegor initially resists the idea of a spa day, claiming he'd rather be sleeping. However, once he's convinced to give it a try, he becomes the master of power naps during spa treatments.
He strategically schedules his treatments to align with his usual nap times, ensuring he can get the maximum amount of sleep while still participating in spa day activities.
Belphegor's relaxed, half-asleep state during spa day becomes a source of amusement for you, who playfully tease him for his ability to doze off anywhere.
He secretly appreciates the tranquility of the spa and its contribution to his overall well-being, even if he won't admit it openly.

After so many hesitations, outfits for the two twins and not only Desna ( he's my bias, ok?).
Light icy theme for Eska with pastel teal accents, a denim blue legging and comfy higher boots.
Dark night theme for Desna, with lot of fur and lavander accents.
HCs:
Eska is the most extraverted one, and it'll be even more visible after, she's the "leader" of the two, and truly love ruling and managing.
Both know how the basic of healing but it's not their thing. However, Desna loves aromatherapy and is really good at it.
Speaking of him I hc him as aroace while Eska would be more aromantic only.
Even if they don't try to look like creepy twins, they still love to prank people sometimes.OK, a LOT of time!
Eska remains in contact with Bolin and befriended Opal as well. She is ashamed of how she behaved back then and tried to do her best to not act like that again.
Desna likes DIY projects such as creating and customizing clothes, making candles or bath products.
Speaking of that, he also loves taking long hot bath. Him spending an incredible amount of time in the bathroom is an inside joke between the twins, apparently he'd even sleep in that bathtube.
They are fans of Mai and Zuko.
Ice creams and sherbets are their guilty pleasure.

The Grabber with a male partner headcanons:
If you’re in a relationship together, he expects you to help out with his Acabradabra (entertainment and supplies) business. This could be anything, but he likes it when you take an interest in what he does.
Albert loves to shower together. He sees these daily intimacies as one of the greatest forms of devotion, especially when the two of you wash each other’s hair or body.
If you have a different hair type than him, assuming he doesn't know much about hair care, he’d learn about how to take care of it and gets you the products you need.
He prefers showering over bathing, since it’s more efficient, but if you draw him a bath, he’d melt. He's rarely one to indulge and take his time, but he appreciates it when you're involved.
He won’t hold his meaner side back, just because he loves you. Expect mood swings.
On a sexual level, he is quite confident, but he projects what he likes onto you. ‘what do you mean you don’t like it like this? I always do it that way’ type deal, but he’s quick to learn.
Loyalty is everything to him.
Another one of those daily things that thrill him, is to help each other while shaving. Nothing more romantic than trusting your lover while they hold a razor to your neck. Be careful though, he’d treat it like a game, and each nick of his skin is a punishable offence.
It’d be a major plus for him if you get along with Samson and aren’t scared of big dogs. Same with handling raw meat for Samson, too, he’d prefer a partner that isn’t as squeamish.
If he gives you advice and you follow it, he feels amazingly proud!
He needs a certain level of control, but not necessarily in a big, vocal way. Small things like shaving you or so go a long way.
If you’re not good with your hands, he will teach you. He has had to do a lot himself growing up, and he values a diy-mindset. Learning this and fixing stuff around the house together is a form of quality time.
Massages would make him go mad for you. Don’t think he’d be good at massages though.
He is good with his hands, however. Take that as you will 😊

anti-lent day 11
alright y’all i’ve got another self-care suggestion for an anti-lent activity.  i don’t know about y’all but i have a small stash of fancy bath/shower products hidden under my bathroom sink.  the bubble bath i got for my 14th birthday, the face mask i got in a christmas gift basket, a fancy scented lotion that might be older than i am - all the stuff that seems just a little too nice for every-day use
inconspicuous: i know there are some of you that would get caught/yelled at/otherwise punished for using the nice stuff.  it sucks, but i’ve been there too.  if you can’t find something that wouldn’t be missed and don’t want to buy yourself something special, don’t worry, i’ve got some suggestions for you!  if you have a bathtub, consider giving it a good cleaning and then taking a nice warm bath.  you don’t need anything special for this, just sitting in the warm water is delightful.  if you don’t have a tub, no worries!  try luxuriating in a warm shower for an extra minute or two - just stand under the water and enjoy it
low spoons option: if a bath/shower takes too many spoons, again, don’t worry, i’ve been there too.  head to the sink and run the water nice and warm.  you can just let the water run over your hands, or you can grab a washcloth and run it under the warm water.  use soap or don’t and wash your face.  if you find that you’ve got momentum now, you can keep going for as much or as little time as you like and wash other areas of the body - start with the areas of your body that get sweaty and work from there.  you might surprise yourself and do more than you set out to do, or maybe you just have clean, warm hands.  either option is good
defiant: time to use the nice stuff that's spent years in your cupboards!! give yourself time so you don't have to rush, and pamper yourself.  i've never gone to a spa, but when i did this it felt much like what i imagine a diy spa day to be

Never Leave Your Pets In a Parked Car
Not even for a minute! Not even with the car running and the air conditioner on. On a warm day, temperatures inside a vehicle can rise rapidly to dangerous levels. On an 85-degree day, for example, the temperature inside a car with the windows opened slightly can reach 102 degrees within 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, the temperature will reach 120 degrees. Your pet may suffer irreversible organ damage or die.

Watch the humidity
It's important to remember that it's not just the ambient temperature, but also the humidity that can affect your pet. Animals pant to evaporate moisture from their lungs, which takes heat away from their body. If the humidity is too high, they are unable to cool themselves and their temperature will skyrocket to dangerous levels—very quickly.
Taking a dog's temperature will quickly tell you if there is a serious problem. Dogs' temperatures should not reach over 104 degrees. If your dog's temperature does, follow the instructions below for treating heat stroke.

Limit exercise on hot days
Take care when exercising your pet. Adjust intensity and duration of exercise in accordance with the temperature. On very hot days, limit exercise to early morning or evening hours, and be especially careful with pets with white-colored ears, who are more susceptible to skin cancer, and short-nosed pets, who typically have difficulty breathing. Asphalt gets very hot and can burn your pet's paws, so walk your dog on the grass if possible. Always carry water with you to keep your dog from dehydrating.

Any time your pet is outside, make sure they have protection from heat and sun and plenty of fresh, cold water. In heat waves, add ice to water when possible. Tree shade and tarps are ideal because they don't obstruct air flow. A doghouse does not provide relief from heat—in fact, it makes it worse.

Cool your pet inside and out
Whip up a batch of quick and easy DIY pupsicles for dogs. And always provide water, whether your pets are inside or out with you.
Keep your pet from overheating indoors or out with a cooling body wrap, vest or mat. Soak these products in cool water, and they'll stay cool (but usually dry) for up to three days. If your dog doesn't find baths stressful, see if they enjoy a cooling soak.

Watch for signs of heatstroke
Extreme temperatures can cause heatstroke. Some signs of heatstroke are heavy panting, glazed eyes, a rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing, excessive thirst, lethargy, fever, dizziness, lack of coordination, profuse salivation, vomiting, a deep red or purple tongue, seizure, and unconsciousness.
Animals are at particular risk for heat stroke if they are very old, very young, overweight, not conditioned to prolonged exercise, or have heart or respiratory disease. Some breeds of dogs—like boxers, pugs, shih tzus, and other dogs and cats with short muzzles—will have a much harder time breathing in extreme heat.

How to treat a pet suffering from heatstroke
Move your pet into the shade or an air-conditioned area. Apply ice packs or cold towels to their head, neck, and chest, or run cool (not cold) water over them. Let them drink small amounts of cool water or lick ice cubes. Take them directly to a veterinarian.

how to afford rewards
write a list of little goals - skipping a meal, a binge-free day, walking >1000 steps, doing an extra workout, one kg lost, etc.
for each goal, decide an amount of money you want to put to the side when you reach it.
i.e. when you skip a meal, you add 2€ to a jar or if you lose a kg, you put 3€ aside.
put the money in a jar everytime you do one of these things.
this way you are motivated to reach these small goals and with the money you collect, you can buy rewards :)
