Intiation into #Hermetics by Franz Bardon #goodreads I thought to post this because this particular page discusses the importance of a magician or which to develop their attributes evenly and equally based on the elemental drives that are inherent within their body and mind. I highly recommend this as a starter book for any new #magician or #witch looking to develop and fine-tune their inherent magical and empathic abilities. Barton is not an easy read but he is thorough, he's accurate, and he will give you exercises in this book that will empower you beyond your imagination. Whenever anyone asks where do I start? How do I get into this? This is the book I suggest that they read and practice with. This is not the book I started with or the training that I began with but once you've got the #magick bug you start pursuing all the information about it and when I came across this I was like wow this is some good stuff. There is a sequel to this Magnus Opus masterpiece on magical invocation and evocation. But don't you even go there until you've mastered this one. A #Sororism... Nothing in this world is black and white like this photograph people. It's gray it's confused it's murky it's difficult to explain but I'm going to try to explain it right here very briefly... "There is nothing that you experience or witness in this world that is outside of yourself" That is to say as humans we project outside of ourselves and react to that which we have subconsciously created in our own inner world. We put it outside of ourselves to experience it in the real world. Notice if you feel crappy your day is crappy? Notice when you're feeling good everything seems to go right for you? That is not a coincidence. Now I'm simplifying but... When we perpetuate ideas of hate negativity bullying anger dissatisfaction revenge excetera excetera... The universe, Spirit, cosmic forces, bring that which we focus on back to us, this is why the old axiom 'What we resist, persists' is true. So how do we stop this roller coaster of negativity and anger, polarisation, political outrage from ALL sides and everything else? We start by calming the unrest inside of us, we work to shape and craft the virtue of our own character. We expose the shadow, hypocrisy, and controversies inside of ourselves, and most important of all, we learn to #trust and #love ourselves first! Because only when we are whole can we even hope to imagine assisting someone else in becoming whole. Remember that old saying about removing the thorn from your own eye first before trying to remove that of your brothers? There is a deep truth inside of that saying. Anyhoo, I intend to have a great day today despite a bunch of planets retrograding and all of the racism and bigotry and ugliness in the world. A Sororism... Goddesses I've seen a lot of post these past few weeks talking about women's health issues, abortion, women being denied and oppressed, the Goddess rising up etc. This is a picture of @SigorneyWeaver from the movie Aliens. This drawing is meaningful to me because it demonstrates a woman's natural inclination to nurture, to protect and to fight for those that are weaker than herself specifically children. There are legends based on the power off a mother's love for her child. In my long life there was nothing more empowering, enlightening, and fulfilling then my experience as a mother. We raise and define each generation of humans on this planet. We even raised our own oppressors. Yep that was us. We reap what we sow. There is nothing liberating, freeing, or powerful in terminating a life folks. Any form life. As a magician it was a big part of my training to learn how to be an individual in service to others. To appreciate life in all of its forms, to respect and appreciate consciousness in all of its forms, and to develop my psyche to be able to recognize that life and how my soul response or resonates with it. I began my magical journey in order to become empowered and to master myself in this life. So I suggest we all reconsider what we've been told about women, what's important to us, what's empowering to us, and our vital participation in the co-creation of Life on this planet. I think with honest reflection you will come to the same conclusion that I have. That life and love are the single most important purposes of everyone presence on this planet. A brilliant time is upon us people, A time when man's consciousness will evolve and be elevated to the higher realms. Let's take the first step now and choose to cherish life and love. I am going to disclose to you guys a crime that you hear very little about. That is the crime of marking an object .925 sterling silver when it is brass. China is notorious for doing this constantly. Now there are honorable and reputable business people in China but there are also many con men who advertised silver when it's really plated. They will counterfeit it to look like silver and this is a huge rip-off. Fortunately I test the metals that I use, but in this case it was so obvious it was laughable. If someone in America were illegally stamping brass and calling it sterling they would go to jail. So why does @eBay @Amazon @Etsy etc continue to allow ripoff artists on their websites? I would like to propose a class action lawsuit of everyone who has ever been ripped off by fake Chinese goods to come together and Sue that government for at least 2 trillion dollars! You are not going to believe this!! I just got into it with some witchiepoo who's doing memes that curse people and usurp other people's free will.
