Scampi, guacamole, mango salsa, halloumi burrito thingy

Oven cooked breaded scampi

Guac- avocado I bought on a whim, mustard I have a full jar of that I need to figure out how to use up, honey in way too big a bottle that is starting to srystalise, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Mango salsa (my mum called it chutney) - cubed mango that was too sour to eat, red chilli flakes, lemon juice, salt, coriander I just remembered to chop and freeze before it wilted

Halloumi we opened several days ago that we should use up before it goes bad on the fridge, grilled on a frying pan

Extremely delicious, I was worried I would hate it because of the mango but it turned out to actually just be incredible and just what I needed

God dammit so 13 year old me decided to eat in a disordered way and now I have to deal with chronic constipation. An some people don't realize how much laxatives hurt. And the thing is that staying 15 days without shiting is not fun and it's also painful. At this point I lose in either way so I will let God fix it because if I fix it I'm going to rehab. Rant over.
