This week I made some massive changes. It took reaching a low point, where I felt uncomfortable in my clothes, unhappy with my skin complexion, tired and low in energy to make the shift.
It's day 4 today and I can already feel a huge shift. And I can't believe how easy it's been to nourish myself and ultimately love myself. ❤️

For now, here are the top 5 things I've been doing that have been a game changer 🙌
Eat three meals a day
Meal plan the whole week on the weekend ( I've always been a fly by the seat of my pants kinda girl)
Use the cronometer app to ensure I'm getting the right amount of carbs, protein and fat for my body weight.
Eating the Plantz Ready Meals in my freezer rather than having more toast. Dha! I have a ready meals business so why not take advantage of that.
Removing fried foods and sugar
