-10 -> very dissuaded

0 -> don’t care either way

10 -> very enticed

nope -> if it’s a hard no and you’d never click on a fic with that tag or or you even have the tag blocked or you’d insta click out of the fic if it wasn’t tagged.

I like it only to an extent. If it’s too extreme then it becomes annoying as fuck. Especially if the main ship hurt other people/treat other people like they’re less important than their partner (iykyk)

I also never saw the appeal of a character who commit s*icide because their partner dies. Yall are not Romeo and Juliet calm down.

Enemies to lovers: 6

It’s not my favorite. I would only click if I like both characters equally. Also sometimes this trope can easily turns into a toxic relationship which I dislike.

“Shouldn’t you be getting ready for tonight performance?” Bucky leans up against the doorway of Natasha’s trailer, grinning as he watches the woman continue her stretches out in the small patch of grass she’d claim as her space.

“I go on for the second show. Steve and Tony want to the twins out during tonight first performance.” Straightening up, Natasha turned to smirk up at Bucky. “Shouldn’t you be pulling Clint away from the animals and getting him ready for tonight?”

Chuckling, Bucky pushed himself out of the trailer and moved to sit down on the steps, stretching his long legs out before him. “He’s currently Stevie’s problem.” At Natasha’s questioning look, he flicked his eyes around making sure they were alone. “Pretty boy walked in on him and Tony, so he’s hiding up in the rafters. Told Stevie it was his problem to make sure Clint came down and got ready.”

So this story is too Stony-plot heavy to give us a full fleshed out Clintbuckynat? Like I’d need at least 15k just to get through their courtship and with Clints issues with Barney etc so it won’t be like… as in depth as some of my longer fics can get with background relationships

BUT we do see them officially meet and then I tucked in a post credit ClintBuckyNat scene as a treat!

here we go.

nat has just about HAD IT with these two idiots and their feelings and their miscommunications. she is going to make them talk to each other if it’s the last thing she does.

of course, as soon as she starts trying to make this work, it seems the universe is out to get her. the first time bucky confesses his feelings for clint to her, clint has fallen asleep in the vents where she stashed him to hear it. the first time clint confesses his feelings, bucky is having a disassociative episode and doesn’t remember any of it.

and so it goes. for weeks, nat tries every conceivable thing to get these two to confess their feelings for each other, even locking them in a room and refusing to let them out until they confess. cue eighteen hours of clint and bucky telling each other every possible secret they can think of, save for the ONE that would make nat let them out.

nat has had enough. she is tired. so she tries the oldest trick in the book. she tells them a mission needs them to be fake-married and move into the suburbs to try and discover an underground ring of evil (weapons, drugs, whatever)

cue pages and pages of

delicious pining

as clint and bucky try to navigate their feelings for each other, while being forced into a fake marriage that they both secretly want, pesky neighbours, and of course, ONLY ONE (MARRIAGE) BED.

feast.
