The first of the chakras is the root chakra- located at the base of your spine. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connection with your physical body, your environment, and with the Earth. This is the most instinctual of all chakras - it is your survival center. Your fight and flight response is initiated from this chakra. This is your primal, animal nature.  The energy of the root chakra allows us to harness courage, resourcefulness and the will to live during trying times. It connects us with spiritual energies of our ancestors.  Since base chakra carries our ancestral memories, basically everyone experiences challenges or blockages within it. 

When the root chakra is out of harmony

When out of harmony, there is an inability to trust nature. We feel ungrounded, disconnected from Mother Earth, have issues with our beliefs or family wounds, do not feel secure in the knowledge that out most basic needs are being met, function out of fear and feel unsafe. 

When the root chakra is in harmony

When in harmony, we are connected to nature, we feel grounded, we trust in the natural laws, and are able to move with the ebb and flow of life. We come from a place of understanding that we will always be provided for, we feel safe and connected.

Location - At the base of the spine 

Color - Red

Element - Earth

Affirmation - “I am”

Physical body parts - Base of the spine, legs, bones, feet, immune system, large intestine, teeth 

Life lesson - To feel safe and secure in the ‘physical plane’, to manifest our basic needs, and to cultivate healthy (physical) sexuality 

Physical dysfunction - Chronic lower back pain, sciatica, varicose veins, cancer, hemorrhoids, constipation, arthritis, knee problems, depression, weight problems

Mental/ emotional issues - Physical family and group safety and security, ability to provide for life’s necessities, ability to stand up for self

Possible causes of energy blocks - Fear of being alive, guilt

Are you Dancing in the Resonance or the Dissonance?

We have frequencies working through us, as us, to us all the time - the problem is we have gotten caught up in the surface level world - forgetting to simply see what flows, lives, breathes right beneath your glasses - is the QUANTUM Energetic World.

And it is just as alive if not more so than the surface level reality we live, breathe and walk around in -

When we feel into being DISCONNECTED from this world - we are feeling into the dissonance.

What is dissonance? By pure definition DISSONANCE in music, IS the Chaos and disharmonization of vibrational wavelengths that demand resolution.

In simple terms Dissonance is our RESISTANCE, Dissonance Energetically shows us - disharmonization in our lives

Dissonance on a practical level shows us - the PROBLEMS in our lives.

Where am Igoing with this?
