Imagine if it was true 🤔
They definitely were.
Trying to show Medusa that she is better than Poseidon ✌️😜 (in the superlady AU lore type of way. The actual story behind Medusa and Poseidon makes me cry.)

I’ve seen a lot of people being pretty nasty with George’s pace at the end and I’m like????
Of fucking course softs on low fuel are gonna be faster than old mediums on low fuel.
Yeah but people not being nasty would involve people a) looking beyond the basics and b) applying some common sense.
What happened today is in essence the same as what happened in Miami (and multiple other races this season) just… with the roles reversed, and we all know how much people screamed blue murder that it was a set up or conspiracy or that one driver was being given preferential treatment.
They put two drivers on opposite strats, and in the circumstances of the race the ‘lead’ driver strat didn’t work as well as the following driver’s strat. George explained it perfectly in his post race interview that I reblogged earlier. The rain finished earlier which meant they pit earlier (and to try cover off Ferrari) which meant the tyres had started to drop off by the end. That’s literally what it comes down to. There was nothing more he could have done differently.
I fkn hate it because it makes it sound like I have an issue with Lewis and I don’t, it just seems to be certain fans of his that are the loudest with the disrespect and the hypocrisy which is just bizarre to me?! They rightfully call it out when it’s done to Lewis, but they’re happy to dish it out to a driver who, as far as they’d have us believe, isn’t even a legitimate threat to him? It’s just deeply disappointing and really tiring to read.

The mischaracterization of people from PJO is so funny, but ESPECIALLY from HOO onward like.
“Hazel’s such an innocent little angel. She’s always nice and kind and confused.”
Hazel, who’s always ready to fight in the same way Percy is? Hazel, who made it explicitly clear she probably would’ve rocked Octavian’s shit had he not been blackmailing her? Who gets so angry on behalf of the people she loves, to the point where she doesn’t forgive those who have wronged them? Who Percy described as cursing up a storm in one of their first interactions? Who’s been shown time and time again to be FAST to anger? That Hazel?
Or Nico, who’s “a misunderstood emo. A small bean. Cute like a wet cat and innocent like a bunny.”
Nico, who’s cannonically described by most characters as “scary and unnerving?” Nico, who, for a long time, is one of the angriest characters in the series? Who’s only sassy and sarcastic because it took him FOUR YEARS to mellow out? Who’s described as being one of the most powerful demigods, who a lot of people still consider the scariest? Who’s come into his own as a character from TTC to TSATS? That Nico?
Or Annabeth who’s, “cold and calculating. Doesn’t show emotion or express herself”
Annabeth, who’s the most expressive person in the series? Who cries in EVERY book in the OG series? Whether it be for Luke, or Thalia, or Percy, or Chiron, or a literal DOG? Who expresses passion like no other when it comes to architecture and her other interests? Who’s expressed compassion for people she didn’t know? People who at times posed a threat to her? Who isn’t afraid to be angry, or happy, or snide, or rude, or excited, or scared, or ecstatic? Who’s been unapologetically herself since the moment the series started? That’s who doesn’t show emotion? That’s Annabeth?

I saw a post that said “Dragon Age discourse walked so that Baldurs Gate 3 discourse could run” and that’s absolutely false. Dragon Age discourse sprinted, foaming at the mouth, so that BG3 discourse could skip happily through a meadow

I like explaining Hannibal to my friends. Like yeah, Will fucked a lesbian. Then that lesbians creepy brother put her uterus in a pig. Then her and her future wife fed him to his pet eel. Yeah this is a serious show, why do you ask?

You know what makes me sit in silence everytime i think about it?
The fact that Andrew was attracted to every version of Neil.
He thought he was hot when he still had his brown eyes/brown hair
He thought he was hot when he had blue eyes/brown hair
He thought he was hot when he had blue eyes/auburn hair and the number 4 tattooed under his eye. ”you are a pipe dream“ , he said, looking at Neils bruised and most honest self.
Then Baltimore. Neil got tortured. Got bruised all over his skin, scars that’ll never be forgotten and what does Andrew do? He asks yes or no and kisses his hip.
It sure af wasn’t love at first sight but the fact that his initial attraction never faded gives you a hint about what Neil is for Andrew.
(Not to mention how the versions of Neil changed the more Andrew learned about Neil as well. First he was Neil. Then he was Abram. Then he was Nathaniel. Until he finally became Neil Abram Josten.
All the lies. All the truths. It all came together and Andrew was there during all of it).
and if I start talking about Neil falling for Andrew the more he learned about him and the role he took over-
(Neil is there to protect the one who protects them all)

The defintion of hell is knowing a show is incredibly well-received in its first season, but if people don’t become machines churning out tweets, content, and rewatching 24/7, there’s no likelihood it’ll get a chance to tell its whole story. This shit is madness. Shows in different genres shouldn’t have to pit-battle for dominance. First seasons are MEANT to be baselines establishing worlds and characters, not complete storylines. The idea that this golden age of television has turned into “get it done in one or get out” is revolting.

as much as i LOVE all the multi-layered tmagp statements where you have to think about who is reading out which statement, and how it plays into the metaplot and everything going on, i’ve missed statements about it unhinged lil guys terrorising people for fun. like yes creature made entirely of sharp needles stab a guy and call the cops to feed off their fears. slay

As far as the end credits scene goes, I still stand by the fact that Aziraphale is smarter than everyone gives him credit for.
It’s easy to forget that he has the grace of an angel, he isn’t going to be abrasive and rude, although he can be, but most of the time he’s careful with his intentions. It doesn’t mean he isn’t aware of what is happening.
People are so blinded by s2, they forget that Aziraphale had no problem standing up for himself, in heaven or hell. He’s not one to get bowled over. So of course when Gabriel, archangel of heaven, shows up like that Aziraphale is going to try and figure out what’s going on. And when he sees how vulnerable a situation he’s in Aziraphale will help protect him.
But it also benefits Aziraphale. He’s not dim, he knows that there is something larger going on and he’s trying to figure it out. It’s a clue, right? And if you break it down, Aziraphale does figure it out. The Metatron in the end tells him they are planning for the second coming. And Aziraphale has a moment where he could still turn back. But he doesn’t.
Aziraphale is smart, and he’s brave, and he doesn’t back down. THAT is what I think the different expressions on his face are conveying on the elevator ride up. He’s going into battle, and he’s mentally preparing for it.
