Harry and Ron’s friendship is so powerful. Like yeah, of course they were close to Hermione too, but those two did EVERYTHING together. They become IMMEDIATE best friends. Ron had just met Harry and he would have done anything for him. I think Hermione helped Harry a lot because it was logically the best thing to do, but Ron would have followed him anywhere because he was his best friend, and that’s what best friends do.
