What I ended up learning few days back,

You can actually entirely focus on the palm of your hand which is comparatively smaller than the other hand, you can know that by joining the horizontal line which is there in the wrist of your both hands, (it will be a visible one which when you will join with the other hand will form a straight line), then joining your palm together and then the fingers too, then comparing the length of your hands through the middle fingers which has been joined together. (like in a praying position)

Once you will keep focusing and yell with complete focus 4-5 times "grow more"

It will actually grow longer than the size of your other hand.

And then when you will do the vice versa, yell "go back to normal" The hand which had grew longer will go back to its original size.

The purpose of this is to make you realise one important thing ;

What you say to yourself affects you. Words hold power.
