At first he didn't accept the fact that you, his youngest child, is a non-bender, and ignored your existence.

That was until he noticed how his older brother, Iroh, spends time with you, Ozai got extremely jealous.

And decided to spend time with you, only to realize that you are his favorite child, and felt like an actual father.

Yes, you can't firebend nor do you even have the ability to protect yourself.

When Ursa found out that you couldn't bend, she became overprotective of you to the point of paranoia.

Since childhood, she refused to allow you to play with anyone except Zuko.

One time, one of her handmaidens scolded you harshly for playing outside without your mother's permission which resulted in you bursting into tears.

The next day, that handmaiden was fired and Ursa made sure that she gets no other jobs.

While thinking of escaping, she thought to take you with her.

However, Ozai has forbidden that from happening.

With Azulon

While still alive, he made sure you had the best education and guards.

Azulon also made sure to have you believe that the fire nation is without mistakes or faults.

He tried manipulating you into believing that just your loyalty to your people is enough duty.

However, you are kind, too kind.

Yet, he Azulon didn't hate you for it even if he considered a weak trait to have in the royal family.

He also still has the flower crown you made him stored away safely so it doesn't rot.

It is rumored that the last word he muttered was your name.

With Iroh

Uncle Iroh isn't really as possessive as the other characters, but he focuses on advising you from time to time.

You enjoy drinking tea with him and gossiping about everything.

Even though, Ozai has forbidden him from speaking with you, you would sneak behind your father's back to drink tea with him.

After the loss of his son in the war, Lu Ten, Iroh felt depressed.

Yet you managed to comfort him with your cheerfulness and playful attitude.

It reminded him of his son.

"The best quality in a princess is her kindness, something which your sister clearly lacks"

With Zuko

Zuko thought you would be like Azula but you have proven him wrong.

You are kind, gentle, and nurturing just like your and his mother.

That's why Zuko always found himself by your side, being your playmate...being your protecter.

His mother told him that it's his duty to protect you from danger considering that he is your older brother.

Even though Azula has never hurt you, but Zuko was always wary of her, especially after his mother disappeared.

When Ozai challenged him to an Agni Kai, you were the first to cry out and plead with him to let Zuko off, but Ozai felt jealous of your relationship with Zuko and was determined to teach his son a lesson.

However when your brother got banished, Zuko took you with him in secret not wanting you to be left with Azula.

With Azula

Azula was extremely jealous when you were born, thinking that you will take all the attention from here.

But she realized that you deserve all the attention.

You didn't treat her like a monster, you weren't scared of her.

Instead you showed her love and called her 'big sister'

You would cling to her as a toddler, whenever there was lightning, you would secretly sneak to her room and sleep beside her.

"How can you be scared of lightning, we control it, silly"

Mai and Ty Lee saw how Azula softens whenever you are around.

And when Azula discovered that you have left with Zuko, she destroyed everything in her way and burned a few servants.

Summary: How do they act when jealous? [Damn, 3 posts in one day? Wow. Popped this out in like 20 mins.] Characters: Katara, Sokka, Aang, Suki, Azula and Zuko

Katara

She doesn't take jealousy well

She'll pretend she's not jealous and bury these feelings

But they'll end up bubbling inside her and it'll come up in a fit of rage

When your back is turned, she'll attack the person that was flirting with you

You'll be none the wiser to what she did

She'll smile at you and you'll probably be confused

The person won't even see Katara coming or even know what she did

She watches in fury though, while the person hits on you

It definitely irritates her more that you don't realize they're flirting with you

Sokka

He's like his sister, by burying his feelings deep inside

He'll probably know his feelings are bad, but he loves you and it feels so right

He might challenge them to a fight, just out of nowhere

You'll be confused, but the person won't take Sokka seriously

Sokka would make an absolute fool of himself, as long as it meant he had your attention back

He needs your confirmation that you still love him

He'd take your pity over your distaste any day

Aang

He's the most passive about his jealousy

He's very extroverted and will join the conversation, turning the vibe off [at least hopefully]

If they don't, he will get a little angry

He'll control the conversation and the flirter can't do anything about it, because Aang is so likeable

He makes sure the hint is thrown out there, that they need to leave you alone

If they don't? Well, let's just say their house blew down, so now they don't have time to hit on you

You'll feel bad, but Aang will come up with an excuse on why you and the gang need to leave

Suki

Ugh, she gets so huffy

She is very forward though and will enter the conversation

If the person tries to push her out, she will get aggressive

She's very straightforward and will confront them, even if you're there

You think they're just being friendly and the flirter will use that to their advantage

"You're just being paranoid, I was just telling them about the town"

Suki will glare, knowing it's bull, but she quickly realized she was cornered

She awkwardly smiled and turn towards you, "The gang needs our help, we should go now"

You won't think about it much and wave goodbye to the flirter

As you both walk away, Suki will turn around, smirking while waving bye to the person

Azula

Oh, you screwed up bad

When she gets jealous, she gets violent [Though she gets violent a lot]

But, she doesn't know how to healthily express her emotions, or really just express them at all, so she acts out

She hates this feeling because she's used to be confident and adored

She hates when you even waste a second of your time on someone that isn't her

She deserves all your attention, why are you wasting a second on them?

She's mad at them for talking to you, but she's also mad at you for encouraging them

You'll have to calm her down, or she's killing everyone

Her fits of rage cause a lot of casualties

She then blames you for everyone that got hurt

"Well, if you hadn't been flirting with them, this never would of happened"

Zuko

Him and sister have anger in common

He wants to burn them into the ground

Make them suffer for making him watch

He's very annoyed, but doesn't know how to express his jealousy

He won't act out like a child, but he was glare and fire emits from his fist

Anyone can tell he's angry

He'll walk up to you both and glare at the person, before wrapping an arm around you and forcing a smile

"What are you guys talking about?"

You weren't really into the conversation, so you'll say nothing, but Zuko takes it as you not wanting him to know

Did you hate him? Wait, were you talking about him? Why won't you tell him?

God the anxiety eats him alive

He then begins regretting approaching you both. But you just grab him, before pretending to hear your name and pull Zuko along, saying something like "I think I heard Sokka call us. Let's go"

He'll apologize, but you'll laugh, and lightly punch his shoulder, "I didn't want to talk to them. They were so cocky. I'm so glad you saved me. My hero"

You kiss his cheek and he blushes a dark red and you'll continue to walk as he freezes

once ty lee tried to play a game with you since you're both naturally agile people, the outcome was your hair almost catching on fire

as a result, you grew up very fearful of azula but naïve of any outside influence.

the only bright side in your childhood was that you got to keep your life while your parents didn't, and that you somewhat live safely in the palace.

azula likes to keep you on a tight leash, metaphorically (although she wouldn't be against actually doing so-) she has you sleep in your obviously smaller room just across from hers

she doesn't worry about you ever escaping because she has engrained in you that it's impossible, and why bother when you have no family to turn back to, except her? where you get fed pretty well, have a good place to sleep, etc

of course she doesn't mention how she likes to torture you daily

most torture games with azula are psychological, she likes to see you be manipulated to her side and cry but knowing no one else can do that but her

but sometimes her games do get violent

one time she handcuffs your hand to a table, and plays pinfinger on you, enjoying your expression as she pretends to "slip up" and accidentally cut you.

she never majorly hurts you though, she doesn't want her pet to be broken!

you may be thinking that azula doesn't even care for reader! she sees her as only a pet

while that is half true, she cares for you probably more than her own father.

when aang hears one of his last remaining relatives is being held captive, he has no other choice but to save you

Day 10 of 31 of the yandere month May challenge. There three yanderes together are both hell and heaven on earth.

So day 11 more than likely wont get posted, but YAY the weekend! I'll be catching up on not only sleep, but writing too!

You were all young when you met. They were all so sweet, maybe a bit mean, but sweet nonetheless. You three played together, you three trusted eachother. You still do...to an extent.

The obsession started when you got hir training with Mai. Her immediate reaction was to help, but she couldn't move. She was afraid, seeing you in so much pain. You were all about 10 around then.

After that they treated you as though you were fragile, you could break. They didn't want you getting hurt, they hated seeing the pain in your eyes.

The three balance eachother out. While Azula is down right crazy, Mai is more subtle and psychopathic, Ty lee has a savior complex. She thinks you need to be saved, and the three are the only ones who can do it.

When you turned 13, when your hormones started kicking in that's when it really went down. Since you all grew up together you were in the same age radius. Their tendencies got worse, so much worse.

Instead of watching you and following you, they watched you sleep. They watched everything you did, no matter what it be. You slept? They watched. You bathed? They watched. Anything.

You didn't realise it at first, but slowly you started noticing the actions. Noticing just how they were treating you. You noticed the crooked smile Ty lee gave you when she lied, she was bad at it.

Ty lee is the one you get the most information out of. She's the reason their true colors started showing earlier than expected.

When you fi ally confronted them, you were about 15. You told them it wasn't okay to creep on you, and that they had more important things to do. Catching the avatar happened to be one of them.

The three left, they had a journey ahead of them. The thought of coming back to you smiling face, that's what kept them going. When they came back...it was different.

They were different.

Ty lee was as sweet and happy as usual, although you could see the dark glint in her eyes.

Mai was more and more interested in weapons, knives specifically. She acted as if they kept her comfortable.

Azula. Azula changed a lot. She was always a bitch, but now it was worse. Now she'd hurt you with no hesitation.

You had seen they were pushing you away, and maybe it was for the best. You should have just left them alone, you should have drifted into the background. You didn't.

How could you? Yes, they acted weird before, and yes, it was worse now, but you couldn't do it. You couldn't leave them to experience that mental pain alone. So instead of falling back, you pushed forward.

You tried to talk to them more, do things they liked, make them smile. Even if it was faint, you could see them slowly changing. It was only for you though. Around anyone else they were monsters.

They kept it hidden, they couldn't believe you had willingly come back to them. They were all in bad shape after coming back, and you helping them. Oh, it just restored the faith they had in you.

Ty lee was doing tricks for you, she needs you attention. She gave you cheek and neck kisses, smiling when you blush. She's very touchy and needs to feel your warmth. All. the. time. She deserves it too, she keeps you happy, in return you smile and give her attention. The smile you give her is like a sun, and she's just a lowly, average person. She cant get too close, for fear she might burn.

Mai was showing you how capable she is. She shows off her fighting skills, she blushes when you clap you hands or cheer her on. She kisses you on your forehead and cheeks, she's gets too embarrassed too kiss your lips. Neck kisses feel to intimate.(she gets embarrassed about those too) Mai does everything in her power to make you watch her, that's what she likes. She like you watching her- paying attention to no one else.

Azula was exerting her power over you. She wants you to know that she's powerful, that she can do so much for you. She proves her strength so you give her the interested look. She kissed you on your neck, lips, and cheek. She find the forehead childish, and the rest makes you shiver or blush. She of course has to do it. Azula give you everything you could ever want, the more she gives the more she gets. She makes you feel so happy and love, that's her goal.

They(metaphorically) keep their hands over your eyes. As you grow, by the time you're 18 they are more than ready to take you as theirs. You have no idea what they're doing. By that I mean- keeping you clueless, making you slowly come to the realization that they're in love with you.

You just can't so no to them. It would break their hearts, and they might break yours too. So you accepted, they agreed to share you, each girl getting their own time for you. Each girl getting to love hou in their own way.

You can't escape, but why would you want to? They give you love, attention, gifts, any and everything you could ever want. It's at the tip of your fingers. So you will love them, even if it isn't real at first. They'll wiggle their way into your heart.

  How many years had passed? 3 or 4? You didn't even know anymore. The town where you hid was suspended in time, it seemed as if the 100-year war had not existed. This state was due to the lack of resources that made it unimportant both for the Fire Nation and for the Earth Kingdom. People were peaceful and welcoming to the rare visitors who ventured into their corner of the world.Although you appreciated the kindness of the townspeople, you always complained to Agni about the endless monotony. Every day you went to the market, then to the school where you worked as a teacher, then home.

            It was a new day and you had just gotten out of bed. Confused, you looked out the window and noticed that the Sun was not yet in the sky. You were sure you heard a child crying. You slowly left the house and looked at the street. Not far from your house, a small child is staring in amazement at a boy no older than 12 years old. You thought it was just Li and his younger brother Taro and that the two of them were sneaking into your house to play a prank on you. Remembering that the last time they did this you lost an eyebrow you headed towards them wanting to scare them.You threw yourself at the older boy managing to immobilize him and pull his hat off his head to pull his ears. Both you and the boys screamed. The two were scared of you and you were scared of the blue arrow that adorned the head of the young man in your arms. The Avatar! You knew Agni hates you! If he is here, it means that the Fire Nation is not far away! You quickly send the smaller boy to his house and push the avatar towards your house.

 Y/N: what are you doing here?! You're crazy?! The Fire Nation will destroy the whole city to find you!

 Aang: Um, me and my friends stopped by to get some supplies ma'am..

 Y/N: my name is Y/N, I'm one of the teachers in this town. I will help you stock up, but as soon as you do, you and your friends will leave. We have a deal?

       The boy approves energetically and then bows respectfully. Y/N helps him cover his arrow and then they leave together for the market. There they meet two panicked teenagers dressed in Watertribe clothes. Y/N sighs, no wonder the Fire Nation always finds these kids. They don't even bother to change their clothes to blend in better with the crowd. The teenagers run towards the avatar looking suspiciously at the y/h/c woman. Y/N quickly explained the plan to them. She quickly buys them a good amount of food and other goods that could be useful to them on their journey. Then the woman offers them a bag with a reasonable amount of silver coins. The children hug her gratefully but she tells them that she is just trying to do her part in winning the war and advises them to run away quickly. You agreed to help them carry the supplies to their bison to make sure they would actually leave. There you met a small girl dressed in the clothes of the Earth Kingdom who seemed on the edge between panic and anger. The girl comes towards you and taps her foot accusingly. 

Toph: what took you so long?! we have to leave quickly! The crazy princess and her even crazier friends are close. i feel the komodo rhinos approaching.

 Y/N: Azula?! Run away from here immediately! 

        In a few minutes, the bison rises to the sky, and the noise of an angry Komodo rhino pierces the silence of the forest. The y/h/c woman tried to run away but it was too late as a circle of blue fire surrounded her. 

Azula: what else do we have here? who are you peasant?

 Y/N giggled bitterly. She takes a deep breath in her chest and turns to the princess. 

Y/N: let's just say I'm not exactly a peasant my dear

 The princess's face falls to the ground. All of a sudden, more expressions appear on her face than she has in years: insecurity, amazement, sadness, anger, happiness. The older woman looks at her with a broken smile and opens her arms in anticipation. The young woman throws herself into her arms and gives her a tight hug. Y/N sighs and returns the hug.Ty Lee and Mai also arrive and look at the scene in front of them confused. Then they analyze you and finally recognize you. Ty Lee quickly runs towards you and tries to join the hug but Azula angrily pushes her away then hugs you again. Y/N gives the girls an apologetic look and orders them to set up camp. After a few minutes, Azula moves away from you and begins to interrogate you. You sigh, feeling like you're talking to the old Ozai, this girl doesn't know how much she really resembles her father. She blushes slightly and then regains the dangerous calm that is so characteristic of Fire Nation nobles. 

Y/N: let's just say I needed a break from all the stress of the Palace. I have no excuse for my actions, and my only regret is that I felt like I left you alone. I know Zuko had Iroh, and your father deserved to spend some time and rethink his actions. But, I'm afraid that Ozai applied the tactic of blaming any other people besides himself.

 Azula: You're saying my father was the reason you left? But why? He did nothing wrong!

 Y/N: let's say that the two of us had some adult arguments. You are too young to understand, believe me.

 Azula: I'm sure you'll sort everything out when we get to the palace. 

Y/N: that's all I could wish for.

            The journey to the palace was fast and tiring. Azula was getting more and more impatient with each passing day. If at first Y/N thought about a possible escape, an idea she gave up because she didn't want to hurt the three girls, then she reconciled with the idea that she would at least have a chance to roast Ozai a little for the Agni Kai with Zuko. Someone has to take the place of Ozai's heart until she returns from vacation, that is if she didn't die with Lu Ten. Y/N was starting to think that the second option was the most plausible of the two.

          Arriving at the palace, Ty Lee and Mai went to their rooms and Azula hid Y/N in her rooms. Y/N tried to rest but that was almost impossible with all of Azula's talk. Y/N had already noticed from the trip that no one had paid attention to Azula, only to the wonder princess. The good part was that now Y/N knew everything that had happened in her absence. The bad part was that the only way Azula knew how to show her affection was to report all the useful information and do anything else despicable to get recognition. Okay, maybe there was another bad part. Azula had become worryingly paranoid, Y/N had noticed how Azula tentatively smelled and tasted her food before letting her eat, how she eyed the guards suspiciously, how she seemed to check on her every few minutes to make sure she hadn't disappeared.

          After a few days in which Y/N ​​tried with all her might to make Azula a little more relaxed, the day of truth arrived. Now she was outside the Fire Lord's chambers waiting for Azula to leave so she could enter. Azula had insisted on breaking the news to Ozai but Y/N didn't want to risk that psychopath venting his anger on Azula because of her actions. Azula left the room and told Y/N she could come in. Y/N stopped thinking and entered. Ozai was sitting at his desk reading a scroll. He didn't even bother to look up and said boredly: 

Ozai: I hope you have a very good reason to bother me, Minister of Agriculture 

Y/N: I look like an old man struggling to walk without a cane, Ozai?

           Ozai gets up from the desk and for a few moments looks at the woman as if he saw Agni before him. The woman rolls her eyes but bites a sharp remark from her tongue. There are more important things than her pride at stake. She knows Ozai and knows that he is not extremely difficult to handle if you know what strings to pull. Ozai approaches her like a predator who doesn't want to lose his prey. She looks at him the way the old dragon tamers looked at a wild dragon. Yes, if she has to die, she will die fighting because she is a firebending master and is no longer afraid of burning herself.If the price to protect Azula and the rest of the world from this monster is her life, then she will pay it with a smile.

“What’s wrong, my love?” Azula scrapes her nails gently over her beloved’s cheek in a weak attempt at comfort.

“Nothing.” Azula frowns as you pull away from her and pull your knees further to your chest, as if shielding yourself from the woman. Silly thing, still believing that Azula would ever hurt you.

She hums and sits in front of you. “Really? Because the servants told me you’d made quite a mess while I was away. Breaking all the things I’ve gotten you.” You’d expect the princess to get angry but instead she simply sounded sad.

She raises an absent minded hand to play with a loose piece of your hair as she awaits a response. “It doesn’t matter”

“Of course it matters. It matters to me” for the first time you meet her eyes and Azula can sense that your searching, waiting. For some semblance of the rage and the violence she was so known for but there was none. There never was when Azula was with you.

“I…I’m sorry I broke things.” Azula can’t contain herself when she hears how soft your voice is, how full of emotion your eyes are. She pulls you to her her letting her warmth cling to you and her anxieties burn away.

“I don’t care about the things. I promised I’d give you everything and I meant it. So don’t apologize, my love” She forces you to look at her, to make certain you can’t hide anymore. “I care about you before anything else.”

Azula pulls your hand to her face and lays a kiss to your palm “tell me how I can make you feel better and then I’ll give you something new, to replace what broke.”

Azula lied to her father about Zuko killing the avatar all just to have you return home.

Once you are back home, she is overjoyed and tries to spend as much as time with you.

However, when you go to spend vacation on Ember Island, she makes sure to terrorize anyone who comes to speak to you.

When she felt that you and Ty Lee became friends, she made sure to jab at her friend with harsh words.

Sometimes Azula take the overprotective big sister role to an extreme where she burned a guy just for flirting with you.

Zuko helped her with that.

"How dare you say that filth to my dear sister, now you shall rot in the ashes of your despair!"

With Zuko

He regrets returning home when he sees how much time you spend with Azula and Ozai.

One of the main reason why he wished to capture the avatar was so he could prove himself worthy of protecting you.

But now, Zuko feels envious and jealous.

Even during your journey to find the avatar, Zuko couldn't bear the thought of anyone close to you.

His hatred for the Gaang increased when saw Sokka try to become close with you.

Now he came to realize that Sokka is a lesser threat than his father and sister.

The shock that came is when he found that you ran away.

You ran away to help the avatar and his friend.

Which made Zuko take the decision to support you, by helping himself and his uncle to escape.

Despite Ozai and Azula who threatened to murder the avatar and his team just to have you back.

[I hate you guys 😭😭😭 WHY THEMMMM] Summary: Azula and Zuko had never gotten along, especially when they share the same interest in certain Firebender.

Zuko loved you longer than Azula

Azula first gained a crush on you because of her jealousy

^ Zuko had something she didn't. Something that she wanted so bad, but didn't have

She would steal your attention away from her brother and threaten you if you didn't come with her

With all the time you spend with her [By force], she does begin to gain real, true feelings

She gets jealous of even her own friends

Now Zuko, he knows there's real competition because he's the nicest to you, and he knows you'll run into his arms soon enough

But he does get impatient

Just like Azula, he has temperamental issues and can only wait for so long

You have to make the choice

And no matter who you choose, it's going to end badly for you

If you choose Azula, Zuko will get angry and when they fight for Firelord and he ultimately wins and Azula get put away, he has you choose yet again and when you choose her, he won't allow it

Now say you do choose Zuko, Azula will slowly lose her sanity and just fall apart and you'll feel so bad, because you grew up with her, that you end up leaving Zuko, but it's already too late, Azula is already gone

Now say you try and choose neither or them or someone else, they'll end up working together, which is the worst option for you, because they would go back to the beginning and constantly bicker and fight for your attention, even though you're being kept in cage and have no where else to go

being with aang and the others was unlike anything you've ever experienced.

when you first met everyone you were scared- but they all welcomed you with open arms. katara emphasized with you, having her mother also die at the hands of the fire nation. sokka tried to flirt with you, which you were oblivious to, until aang and katara told him to knock it off. after that, you became like katara to him, like a younger sibling who'd he protect.

you were so naive to the world, never stepping foot outside of the fire nation before.

when aang had told you his story, how he was in a iceberg for 100 years and was the avatar, but more importantly one of the last airbenders- you could hardly believe it.

the more the gang told you their stories, the clear it became that the fire nation had took away your parents, your culture and your freedom. you knew azula was evil, but you still believed you had no other choice but follow her.

you told aang that you had no airbending ability, you thought you'd be discarded away, just for being useless

but aang did no such thing, just offering a smile and saying he's just glad he has someone from home.

and you did feel at home.

You woke up to shaking, and your eyes immediately lit up. For a minute, you were back in the palace. Azula waking you up so she could sleep beside you. It was when we were in our younger years and Azula would wake you up at odd hours of night, slipping with you under your blanket. You assumed it was because she had nightmares, you did too, but you never dared ask her about it, fearing you'd end up with a scar like Zuko's.

You woke up from your flashbacks and took in to the actual scene in front of you. It's Aang.

"What's wrong?" "It's someone. They're following, come on, we need to get onto Appa."

You all pack your sleeping bags and ride on Appa. It's still the middle of the night, and the cooling wind blowing past your hair is not making your exhaustion any better.

Finally you all spot a place to settle down, it's in a middle of a forest which will be hard for anyone to navigate through

You lay out your tents and sleeping bags again to finally rest. You find yourself somewhat missing Azula, when she would be nice for once and fall asleep beside each other until morning. You push back those thoughts, remembering how she treated you. If she really cared she'd let you go and be happy.

With all these thoughts swirling in your head, you don't notice yourself start falling asleep.

You feel a hand on your mouth causing you to snap your eyes open. There she is, Azula. It's only been a week and she's already found you. Your eyes look to where the rest of the gang were sleeping but instead they're gone!

"Aw, don't look so surprised. You really thought I wouldn't go looking for my favorite pet?" The nickname made you cringe and Azula removes her hand from over your mouth, but both her knees restrain your arms to the ground.

"Where's Aang, Katara and Sokka!?" You spit out, but you instantly regret when you see Azula's sly smirk turn to an expression of jealous rage.

"Really? I could kill you right now but you're more worried about your friends!?" Before you could reply, her hand slapped over your neck, squeezing around your throat. Perfect manicured nails dug into your flesh, practically leaching the breath you had left in your lungs out of you. Azula's eyes leaked of fiery rage, pure fuel and the truth is you've never seen her like this. She's dangerous, more dangerous than ever before but she is not as calculated. You knew that Mai and Ty Lee couldn't defeat the Avatar on their own so she must know that, but instead she came for you.

Still, your heart ached for your friends, the only true ones you've made all your life. You yourself felt a fire deep inside you, not as fiery as Azula's, but it was ignited when you first met Aang.

"Please.. don't hurt them." was all you could manage out before you start turning purple. Azula's face turned shocked, like she couldn't believe you care more about your friends than her. She dropped her claw-like grip on your throat, you let out a gasp of air before rolling to your side and coughing.

While you were coughing, Azula let go of your arms and stood. "(Y/N), they don't truly care for you. At least not like I do, look at what I have done for you! You really think a pesky water tribe girl, a non-bender and a 12 year old Avatar really care for you? Tell me, do you really think the Avatar would save you if you weren't from the Air Nation?"

You were on your side, refusing Azula to see your face. Was she right? It's true that Aang came for me because we are both air but Aang is a good person! He would definitely rescue me even if I were someone else.. right?

You felt Azula's hand cup your cheek and turn your gaze towards her. Her eyes now are half-lidded and the fire was just warmth now.

"(Y/N), please, come home now and we can forget about this. This is silly." She tucked a piece of hair away from your face, which would have been loving but all it made you feel was owned. Like you were a pet, something to leash and expect obedience from. You wanted to show her you were nothing like her, and she did not own you.

Without even thinking you smack her hand away, a surge of strength powering you as you stand up. You moved to shove away Azula but as you did so, a gust of wind flew her back more than 8 feet away from you.

What?

You look down at your hands and back at Azula wobblily getting up, pure shock but also confusion on her face.

You turn around, hearing a familiar girls voice calling you.

"Katara!" You yell, running back to her. "Come on, we have to go! This girl somehow took away my bending." The girl Katara was saying about sounded Ty Lee but you knew you had to get out before Azula fully recovers. You finally made it back with the others and flew away safely on Appa. You look down as fly away, Azula's form getting smaller and smaller by distance. Aang speaks, finally pulling you you of your daze.

"(Y/N), are you okay? How did you manage to fight off Azula?"

"I.. I don't know." The group looks at you with confusion but you're more confused than they are.

You were safe from Azula for now but you knew she'd be back for the Avatar, especially now since he wasn't the only Airbender..

Day 9 of 31 of the yandere month May challenge. This yandere is more than intense so DARK DUCKING THEMES.

So my mental health hasn't been the best lately. I'm sorry I didn't post day 8, I'll be getting it out whenever I can. This one ain't all that long, I apologize.

Azula has been your "friend" for a good couple years. When you start pulling away, you see just how fucked up she is.

"It's not a big deal."

Over and over again. You hear those words leave Azulas mouth. She always has a reason, you hate it. You hate that you cant just say no to her. To her no, means "willing to just don't want to."

You've told her time and time again. She refuses to listen, Azula thinks that it's fine. She's not getting hurt, she's not getting in trouble. She thinks it's okay and that you enjoy it. She thinks you enjoy being her punching bag, her scapegoat, her guard. Her everything.

All of the truly important people have been replaced, by you no less. You hate it, hate the idea and hate the jobs. It isn't fun and more times than not it's just Azula saying or doing bad things. You thought she'd grow out of that.

Azula always called you a friend, and you did too. You didn't notice her relying on you, you didn't know what it ment. To Azula, giving up so much power, to her ot means she trusts you. She trusts you more than any other friend.

You're not though, not her friend. No, to her, to Azula you are a suitor. And a good one at that. She wants to marry you, and she assumed it was obvious from how she acted around you. You chalked it up to her using you.

One day, oh that day. Azula had wanted to test one of her new tricks on you. In reality, she wanted to hurt you so you'd need to rely on her for once. It was a smart plan in her mind, except you hate the power she holds over you. So why would you give her more?

You didn't. When she attacked you, you fought back. You didn't(couldn't) win, but that's okay. You just showed Azula you aren't her puppet. You aren't her toy for when she's bored.

You had fallen to the ground. You were shaking, you're not used to trying to hard in fights. Azula really is on another level. Speaking of Azula, she was standing over you. Pissed. Why would you fight back? She knows(thinks) she isn't subtle, she assume you figure out her plan.

Did you not want to be coddled? Well too bad. Seeing how hard she hurt you, the chance of you getting out of bed for the next few days. They're utterly slim.

You had found your way up, trying to walk away. Azula tried helping, but you flinched and pushed her away. You told her to stay away, and this time as well as every other time. No means no. She needed to understand that before coming near you again.

"What? What the hell are you talking about? I know that no means no, I've never forced you to do anything. You always changed your mind!"

Lies. They're lies and she knows it. You can see it on her face. You walk into the palace, into your room. You refused food, water, and most importantly Azula. Anytime she tried coming in, it was like you just knew. Like you had a sixth sense for her(for danger).

Finally Azula decided that this whole "giving you space" thing. It wasn't going to work, neither would apologizing, mainly because she wouldn't. Instead she broke into your room, it was late, so late you'd fallen asleep. She stood above your bed, her cheeks glowing red.

"You look so cute when you're sleeping. If only your actions were as cute during the day."

She puts a hand on your cheek. A few stray flames warming your cheek. You feel it, feel the warmth. You shoot up, slamming your hand against Azulas chest. It didn't do anything but surprise her. She stood there, she looked like a kid getting caught stealing a cookie.

Your eyes finally met, you were afraid of what you had seen in hers. Frenzy. Pure fucked up, frenzy. She looked at you the way you'd look at prey, but at the same time. The way you'd stare at your partner of 10 years. With unmoving, and unwavering adoration.

Finally you move your hand away from her chest. You scooch further into the bed. Away from her. You ask her why she's here, what she wants. You see the frenzy die down, slowly calming down. A dark smile, Azulas face finds it way to her face.

"I'm here because you refused to let me in. What do I want? In terms you'll understand. . .you. I want you in every sense of the word, and I've almost convinced my father. Just a little more and you'll be my wife."

You were appalled by her words. You tell her to get out, you yell that she's a monster. She smile is still there, it's different now though. Before it was smug, cocky, scary, mean. Now it's dark, cold but at the same time hot, psychotic, and down right fucked up. It looks like someone you'd see from her father, that monster of a man.

"You will be my wife. Cry all you want, I'll be here to catch you when you fall. I intend to make you perfect, all I have to do is help force you to love me."

Her grip tightens, the smile fading, but the darkness not leaving her eyes. She leans closer, her forehead pressed against yours.

"I'll make you see. I'm better, better than anyone. I don't need to hurt you for that."

"I'm sorry for hurting you, but please love me."

Those are the words that refuse to leave her mouth. The words she could have said, if not for her pride.

"Hate me if you want. Giving in though, that would make me nicer. You know it too, just-"

You slapped her across the face. You yelled at her and probably woke a few servants. Your glare is hard and unwavering.

"Fine then. Violence wasn't my first choice, but you refuse to listen."

That night all you felt was the excruciating pain of Azulas fire. The morning after she was different. Not colder, nor did she have those crazy eyes. She was just herself, if not a bit touchier. She acted like she'd done nothing wrong, and even bragged to Mai about you accepting her proposal.

You just sat and listened, trying to hold the tears back. You didn't notice it, but Mai did. You didn't notice how no matter how long she talked to Mai, her eyes never left you. When they did, it was to blink, or to looked away when you looked at her.

Azula knows, she knows what's she's done. She knows she'll end up living with it, that in reality this is just a step to changing her relationship with you. Azula knows she's a monster in your eyes, and that not fine. It's never going to be fine. Sadly she brought this upon herself.

All Azula can do it hope the gifts, the attention, the love. She hopes it's enough, because if not, if not. . . She might do something to herself she's going to regret later.

This would be so insane though...i could totally picture azulon having a deranged fantasy of bringing back zuka to the fire nation [after crossroads of destiny in canon] so that they can get married and he can be half of the most powerful couple ruling the whole world under the glory of the fire nation.
