I’ve updated by progress tracking sheet (well, one of them, lol).
Figured I would share the latest version! Instead of the more haphazard approach my old version, I’ve used official art on a grid I made.
Light green = done
Darker green = has been redone
Darkest green = has been redone twice
Light blue = with egg
Grey = N/A
White = Not done yet

The Power of Progress Tracking to Achieve Your Goals
Let’s start with an innocent question: Are you on a quest to become the best version of yourself?  If the answer is yes, you are not alone. Roughly 7 in 10 women think they are not good enough. Low self-esteem is on the rise, and 90% of women admit they would love to change the way they look. The quest for perfection is a never-ending story, and one that is deeply anchored into unrealistic…

So, Volume 4 is... done.
I've finished the writing yesterday, making this the longest volume so far, with 274k words (that would be sth like 330k in English). Total of all 5 volumes should come up to 1.165k, which is around 1,4mln words in English :) Should be around 4,3k standarised pages, all together.
Tumblr media
All that is left now is dealing with what I've already written for Volume 5 (because I'm a non-sequential writer, some of this content was written even in 2020...) - fix up, rewrite (esp. the parts I have in the notebooks) and readjust. Also, I have a creepy feeling that Act 3 is terribly underplanned, but for the time being, it stays what it is.
I managed to create this funny spectrum-like graph that tells me where the pain points are in the scope of the entire book:
Tumblr media
Aqua is the parts that were read by a professional and never touched afterwards (or only on single-word level).
Green is "draft 1" which for me is "I've written is as good as I could at the moment and can't see anything missing". Yellow is "followup", which is the same as green, but with slight... something. Like a comment "Check the numbers" "Check time zones difference" "Check the names" etc, which is basically continuity detail OR a command for myself to include something at a later point.
Orange is "expand" (light) and "correct" (darker).
Red is "no content", which tells me I plan a scene here and I know more or less what it should be, and I've estimated the size, but there is next to no text here.
Dark blue is the challenging part - stuff I've already written, but I know is faulty in some way. Either the continuity sucks, because I was writing it a bit randomly, or it was written as part of a speed challenge (and I can type 3300 words per hour, if challenged) or I wrote it when I was basically sleep-writing. Which all come under the umbrella of "weird rubbish, but has its merits", so I can't just discard it, but I need to review it, maybe split it up, salvage what's usable etc.
I'm now deciding whether to re-read Vol 1 and do a second once-over on it, or Vol 2 to do the first one... Or to fix up all the "followup" entries.
Or to write Vol 5 and just be done with writing, before I get back to editing.
I'll probably end up mixing these, but Vol 5 would be winning... ;)
I also have this lovely little column chart that shows how the volume or particular "statuses" is in each volume:
Tumblr media
So, yeah, volume 5 is mostly a mess, and I am predicting I'm still not seeing all that's missing, so most probably the red part should be way bigger ;P

This Goal Setting Planner is About to Change Your Life: Unleash Your Best Year Yet
Tumblr media
Hey friends! I wanted to tell you about this goal planner I recently created that's been a total game changer for me. I don't know about you, but I sometimes struggle with staying on track with my goals and actually accomplishing what I set out to do.
This planner though! Lemme tell ya, it's helped me get super clear on my goals and actually make progress on them week to week. Here's why it's so amazing:
For one, it structures everything into bite-sized weekly action steps, so instead of just vague year-long goals, I now have concrete things to do each week that inch me towards success. Love that! The planner also includes reflective questions and progress tracking. Game changing! It's helped me see that goals don't happen overnight (duh)—it's the small consistent effort that stacks up over time.
I'll be real, I used to put a ton of pressure on myself to do ALL the big things at once. Burnt me out quick. This planner has been sweet relief for my soul lol! It's helped me celebrate the small wins rather than beat myself up over what's not yet achieved. We love personal growth and self-compassion up in here!
Anyways, if you wanna level up your goals game and finally feel like you're making moves towards your dreams, I couldn't recommend this planner enough!
Snag yours today and commit to crushing those goals, babe. You so freaking got this!

Did the pre-assessment in my Digital Forensics course. 50 questions and 2.5 hours to complete it. Did it in 24 minutes and scored "Competent." (Which is what's required.)
Decided to go ahead and try the actual exam, which was likewise 50 questions with 2.5 hours to finish. Did it in 13 minutes and scored "Exemplary."
One assessment down; two to go. The remaining two are papers/case studies. Going to try to finish at least one tomorrow.
