Making up more head canons because I want to! (Rottmnt)
[Pain meter!]
Raph can take pain like a boss, doesn't mean he won't tear up a bit.
Leo would whine loudly when it only hurts a little. But he would suck up the pain the best he could when it's serious.
Donnie hates pain in any shape our form. He doesn't like things poking him and he doesn't like bruises. That's why he has all that protective gear! (and he especially doesn't like headaches. That's the one thing his gear can't help with.)
Mikey would ball his eyes out when he gets hurt, but when his brothers are around, he'd try and act tough about it. (but obviously failing.)
And April, She takes pain pretty well. But it all depends on her expressions to know how much she actually is in pain. Never the less, she would give a thumbs up whenever someone would ask if she was okay.

The Nine Houses must be absolutely terrifying to fight.
And not just because their invasions start with a drop ship full of pimply 14 year olds inexplicably armed with zweihanders whose entire remit is to cause a mass casualty event for necromantic purposes...
We're mostly introduced to the schools of necromancy at the beginning of GTN, before we have broader context beyond "ooh, new magic system." But if you think about it in light of what we later learn about the Cohort:
Second House: they can literally drain your life force to power up their cavaliers. "It’s said they all die screaming"
Third House: that pile of corpses in no man's land? They're being used as a power up. Also, someone's just rearranged your face; your arse is on backwards.
Fourth House: that pile of corpses in no man's land? They're bombs now. And if you corner a Fourth House necro, they're a bomb too!
Fifth House: at best, they're the weird technicians for the Houses' horrifying blood and monolith based FTL system. At worst, it doesn't matter if you kill yourself to avoid capture or if you hold out under interrogation until you expire, they can still interrogate your ghost.
Sixth House: drop a cigarette or shed a hair on a clandestine operation? These guys now know your age, shoe size, and approximate location. They know what you had for breakfast. They know what you held in the last 12 hours.
Seventh House: that pile of corpses in no man's land? They're armed and marching on you now.
Eigth House: why is he glowing? WHY IS HE GLOWING?!
Ninth House: the guy next to you's bones just became an IED.

Okay, I thought I'd share my thoughts on the AFO and Yoichi height thing.
My first thought: Oh, AFO must've be normal-sized at first, he just grew super tall because he lived for 200 years.
After I realized: Huh, I wonder if AFO just started stealing height related quirks after he realized Yoichi was starting to grow taller than he was.

The pain that you can't super boop on mobile plagues me every second, moment, and every breath until I cannot breathe and begin to drown in the torture, suffering, and agony that comes with this fact that continues to inflict the same pain upon so many others
Being overdramatic is the only way I can survive in this life, I apologize for you people out there who are only ever an average drama level and find me concerning; it is an essential part of my personality and I cannot prevent it

I know you've talked about your frustration with how difficult it is to make money with fiber art, but would you ever consider selling or trading for the dyed fleece you have? Not like opening an etsy shop and dying fleece just for selling or anything. But like, say I wanted to buy some hand veg dyed wool...you could destash some of what you have....then you could use that money to dye more wool.....infinite wool hack.
I trade my stuff all the time (and am always down to trade hand made and hand processed stuff for other handmade/hand processed !). I dunno if selling dyed fleece would actually be an infinite wool hack though; I haven't really done the math but like, if I buy 2 pounds of raw fleece for $25 (definitely a price I've paid before, idk if its standard for me off the top of my head), once I wash it I likely have anywhere between a pound and a pound a half (depending on breed and how dirty it was, the lanolin and dirt that I wash away can be up to 70% of the weight of a raw fleece, but usually closer to 50% in the breeds I like working with). So I'd have to sell a single pound of washed dyed fleece for like $35 ($10 shipping for 1 pound package is what I just paid at the post office a few days ago) just to get the money back from what i paid for the fleece in the first place--basically paying in labor and foraged materials (so more labor) for the joy of getting to dye wool for strangers. Idk about that. I'd definitely do it if it looked like I could get at least double the cost of the wool for it--Maybe people would pay a lot more, but I'd be a little surprised if that were true, honestly. It's a very nice idea and i wish the world worked that way :(

godddd i WANT to like minecraft so much but theres fucking nothing going onnnnn the biomes are boring the geography is def better than was before but still theres so little variation and even then the core gameplay is just. nothing. the inventory management sucks so much ass ive straight up stopped playing vanilla without bundles and the way you progress in many areas is so dumbb like teehee go find a jungle biome that could be 200 blocks or 20000 blocks away from spawn just so you dont implode of anger trying to build something decent without wasting time on countless dirt pillars. oh and also the only things that look good are structures from the outside because furnishing stuff is practically impossible since theres no furniture. lolz
there are of course many mods that adress this sort of thing but each take it in a new direction and sometimes you just want a branch of the river yknow?
ive been trying to find datapacks for this sort of thing but it doesnt seem like they can accomplish much so it leaves everything to need to be mods.. sigh

i find radiation very poetic
there’s something thing slowly killing you that you can’t see and may only manifest as a malaise until it’s too late
most times radiation isn’t noticed until someone dies of it and even then sometimes it takes a few to notice a pattern
high amounts are actually easier to detect because contact equals visible burns
small amounts just live in your walls and whittle you down until you succumb
