im sorry this is a silly question, but what does it mean to be clicker trained? i haven’t been able to find a good answer but it seems hot (although i think everything’s hot tbh)

okie so pls prepare for autistic infodumping on psych and hypnokink below/

so. clicker training is often used for dogs and sometimes cats; basically, you're clicking the clicker every time you give them a treat. eventually, the animal becomes conditioned to associate the clicker with the dopamine rush of being rewarded! that's how it's used on animals. but the overarching concept is (afaik) a form of Pavlovian conditioning.

Pavlov (at least partly) got famous for an experiment where he conditioned dogs to associate the sound of a bell with getting food. eventually, anytime they heard the bell, they started to salivate.

why am i talking about animals? that's weird right? well the truth is that humans work basically the same (tho ofc our minds are more complex): over time, we are trained to associate certain stimuli with certain things. if you listen to the same song every time you go to sleep, eventually that song will always make you sleepy; our brains love repetition. it makes things predictable and orderly, giving us clear signals that help us navigate the world.

now...obviously...conditioning also has its applications to kink ;)

im a simple creature: im *stupidly* easy to condition, esp if i'm being intentional about it. most of the time it happens accidentally tho. here are some examples in my life:

i'm so conditioned to associate a collar with subspace that even touching my neck gets me wet. having the side of my neck sucked on immediately makes me go limp. when i noticed it happening passively, i vocalized it, strengthening the connection by intentionally "noticing" it every time it happened. it has only gotten stronger with time >.>

i also ended up accidentally being able to cum on command. once (i repeat: once) i was super worked up in between changing positions and i blurted out, "if you told me to cum right now i think i could" and owner said "cum for me" and...just like that, i fkn cum on command now. it's been that way for 4-ish years.

now...conditioning, esp when it's accidental, is an inexact science lol. i started getting more into denial. that fact, combined with the fact that i cum on command, eventually turned into *only* cumming on command. this was mostly coincidental: when owner and i moved in together, the only times i'd ever cum were when they were home, usually having sex/playing with me, and would command me. my brain turned that into an inability to cum *without* command. again, once i noticed it, i vocalized it, got intentional about recognizing it mentally, and it has only strengthened over time.

now: clicker training. theoretically, any effect you want (within reason) can be conditioned with enough consistent training. you could clicker train a person to feel sleepy at the sound of the clicker by using it when they're going to sleep. you could tie it to basically anything that isn't too complex, probably.

in my case, the goal is for me to hit the edge every time the clicker's pressed, so i've been clicking the clicker every time i hit the edge.

theory: eventually, my body will be so conditioned to think "click = edge" that i won't need to be touching when it happens.

theory: to really make this stronger, i need to get close to the edge, then use the clicker to get "there." stepping back further and further from the edge until, even if i'm idle, not turned on, or doing something else, clicker = edge, instantly.

here are the effects so far:

i'm not at the point where click = edge when i'm idle, yet, but the clicker does = a powerful clench of my cunt lmao...body's still getting on board.

*imagining* the clicker sound also prompts this effect, but a little less strong. HOWEVER...

suddenly, mysteriously, if i imagine and concentrate really hard on the way my body feels at the edge, i edge mentally.

this takes some concentration. curiously, it also makes me feel like i'm about to squirt; don't know what that's about.

why is this happening? because conditioning a human being is an inexact science. it's messy; the brain is very involved. so, in theory:

because i concentrate intentionally on the idea that click = edge, every time i edge and use the clicker, i'm also concentrating on my body.

concentrating on the feeling as i get closer to the edge. thinking, intentionally, "this is how i'll feel whenever i click this button."

so consequently, in the background, my body/brain is learning that "concentrate on how edging feels = you're edging now, fucko."

in conclusion: ymmv. my theory is that this kind of conscious conditioning method would be less messy and more precise if used with well-practiced, methodical, and specific hypnotism to strengthen and simplify the connections...but for the moment, i'm enjoying the chaos. i do like feeling powerless lol.

how was the concert sun

oh my god vi it was so so fun!! theyre all so so amazing and im so happy that i was able to watch them all!!

the gates were opened at 5:30 but the show didnt start until 7 which was such a good thing because me and my friend got there late LMAO the concert ended past 11 (the bands came out to talk to fans but me and my friend couldnt even stay bc the parking lot gates were set to lock by 11:30. god im so sad abt missing it out)

caskets opened the show! they played only seven songs though :( but thats oki!! i kept singing while filming so i probably only have about three videos where u cant hear me which sucks asss bc i really wanted to share their performance to u guys!! LIKE i cant comprehend how they sound so beautiful live! especially their screaming parts because it just sounds a lot cleaner and crisp than the studio version!! they're touring with set it off (the main band) so not a lot of people knew caskets but it made so so happy to see them be received with such enthusiasm too bc they deserve the hype!!!

deathbyromy WERE SO COOL i was having a massive bi panic because theyre ALL SO GORGEOUS (from the singer to the drummer!!) the lead guitarist had me and my bestie grasping each other bc her aura was just so... attractive? AND THEIR SONGS I LOVE THEM SM!! there was one song where romy introduced as "this is for my piece of shit of ex-boyfriend" or smthn like that and god shes just so iconic

crown the empire had me so hyped! i only know some of their songs but im glad that they played some of the ones i knew (black sheep, in another life, and superstar)!! they had to pause real quick bc there was an incident in the pit, and andrew (vocalist) took care of the situation so fast that it was cleared within three minutes. his screams are soooo crisp. i kept taking my concert earplugs off bc i wanted to hear it better, and goddd didnt disappoint for real

set it off were drop dead amazing! their stage setup, intro, and performance was just done so amazingly!! the theatre was shaking because of how much hyped people were and honestly who can blame them?? those random guitar riffs and drum grooves were so satisfying to hear live!! cody (vocalist) crowd surfed with an actual inflatable (I GOT A VIDEO) and it's so funny bc he slipped the first dive then later it just became so so cool!! they played a medley of ten songs it was soooo sick bc they blended so well but also u just know when one song starts and when one ends. GOD IM JUST AMAZED

IT WAS SO SO WORTH IT!! i've booked the tickets back in feb so im ngl this concert was all what held me together and im glad to have enjoyed every moment of it even when i didnt know all of the songs played!!

Y/n slid off her bed, bare feet hitting the cold hard wood floor. She scrunched her nose and moved towards her sock drawer. She pulled on the thickest pair of knee highs she could find, grabbed a scrunchie so she could tie her hair up and walked out her room.

Akaashi was waiting for her in the living room by the door. When Y/n entered, she was holding her phone between her cheek and her shoulder as she tied her hair up into a unkempt bun. "I thought you said you were ready?" Keiji said, slipping his own phone away as he glanced her over. Y/n pouted, "I am." She took her phone and shoved it into the pocket of the hoodie she was wearing. Why she didn't just do that in the first place, she didn't know. That's what happens when you work with half a brain cell.

Akaashi arched a brow. Y/n was in nothing but her pajamas. She wore an black t-shirt that said "sorry I'm late, I didn't want to come", followed by a pair of sweats he was sure belonged to Bokuto. Lastly she wore a sweater he knew to be Kuroo's, she had it unzipped at the moment, but he knew it wouldn't be long till she zipped it up. Y/n was always complaining about being cold.

Y/n's face burned at the sight of him looking her over and she crossed her arms over her chest subconsciously. "Don't look at me like that! I'm comfy!" Akaashi chuckled to himself lightly and shrugged his shoulders. He didn't say anything else as he opened the door of their house and went outside. Y/n pouted to herself as she shoved her feet into her outdoor slippers and followed after him sluggishly. "Meanie." She mumbled as she opened up the passenger side door and hopped inside.

"Baby." He teased, sticking the keys into the ignition and waiting for her to be buckled in before backing out of the driveway.

"It's too cold to dress up, besides we're just going to see Bo's practice so it's not like I have to look good or anything." She reasoned, leaning back in her seat, face inches away from the window to allow her breath to fog up the glass. She drew a little smiley face with her finger, her own lips quirking up.

"I thought you were going to see if the guy you hit on was Atsumu?" Keiji stopped at a red light and peeked over towards her, shaking his head in mild amusement at her antics. Y/n blushed and shot him a look, "I didn't hit on him, I just hit him, accidentally." She didn't miss the light roll of his eyes and she stuck her tongue out at him childishly. "And I was- am? I don't need to dress up for some guy."

Keiji smiled, "No, you don't." And they left it at that. The rest of the drive was relatively silent. They didn't live far from the university, so it didn't take long for them to get there. It was cloudy outside, with a chance of (meatballs) some light rain. Y/n didn't mind such weather, she had always liked the rain.

Once they were inside the building, Y/n stood beside Akaashi as they looked towards the court. Practice should be starting soon and most of the teammates were already here warming up. The h/c haired female spotted Bokuto almost immediately and rose her hand in a wave to try and catch his attention. It didn't take long for Bo to spot them and he grinned nearly as wide as Cheshire cat. Returning the wave vigorously.

"Come, let's go find a seat." Akaashi said, placing a hand on her shoulder and guiding her towards the benches.

Once they had taken their seats, practice had basically begun. Y/n's eyes roamed the room to see if she recognized any of the other players. Leaning close to Akaashi, she whispered, "So which one is Atsumu?"

Keiji started looking for him, humming to himself softly. "I don't see him. I don't think he's here yet. Practice technically doesn't start for another ten minutes, so I'm sure he's just taking his time or got distracted by something."

Y/n nodded in understanding. The male from before wasn't here either, which meant that it was a good chance it could be this Atsumu guy. She began to feel nervous. What exactly was she looking for here? Another chance to embarrass herself? It wasn't like she was planning on asking him out or anything. She was just curious to know who he was. Unfortunately, Y/n had always been too curious for her own good.

Her knee started to bounce anxiously. Akaashi glanced down at it, noticing she was starting to fidget. This normally meant Y/n was in her head too much. She tended to overthink and stress over nothing. He had known her since high school, it was something he had managed to pick up over time. He placed his hand upon her knee and gave it a reassuring pat. Y/n blinked out of her thoughts and peeked up at him. Offering the dark haired male a thankful smile. Keiji sent her a small one in return. "Try not to think about it too much, just focus on Bo's playing. You know he'll want to talk to you about it afterwards."

Y/n nodded in agreement and turned her gaze onto the court. As if by some miracle, her phone dinged with a text notification. The perfect distraction.

Y/n turned towards the voice, eyes widening a fraction at the guy who walked in. He looked extremely familiar. Probably because she had at least one class with him and he was the one she slapped. Gasping quietly to herself, Y/n grabbed Akaashi's arm to gain his attention. Not really noticing that she already had it. "That's him! He's the guy I hit!"

As if he had known they were talking about him, Atsumu suddenly looked over towards them. His eyes locked with Y/n's and a sultry smirk crawled onto his lips. She could feel heat rise to her cheeks, and she found herself being unable to tear her gaze away. What was with this guy!? It felt like he could knock the air out of her by looking at her alone. Her grip on Akaashi's arm tightened unintentionally.

It was a mistake coming here, wasn't it?

still playing ram is potemkin supposed to be wiping the floor with me LMAO

it is widely regarded as matchup overwhelmingly in ram's favor, but ive gotten my entire shit pushed in by really good potemkins to know that pot has the tools to just demolish a ram caught sleeping. if this is ur first fighting game it's no surprise that ur getting messed up by grapplers, a grappler's strengths and weaknesses are really polarized and ur getting caught up in pot's strengths and it makes him fee overwhelming. step 1 is that u probably need to play more patiently. pot needs u close to him to be threatening, and u have massive buttons that can keep him out. f.s, 5h, and j.s are of course great at this. hammerfall (his armored charge) is most safely dealt with by mashing 5p but against pots below floor 10 u can get away with jumping on reaction and hitting him with j.h > j.214s for a knockdown, which lets u either back off again or try to pressure him up close (dangerous if u don't have tight oki setups,the worst thing u can let him do is buster u on wakeup). mega fist seems overwhelming but if u keep getting hit by it it's probably because ur being too predictable with far slash. if u block it he's super negative and u can punish with 2k > 2d > rekka. be mindful about jumping too much because he has a lot of tools to kill u for that, and nothing feels worse than getting caught by heavenly.

the real key is getting a feel for when ur opponent wants to go for pot buster, and preempting it with back dash or jump back. he has tools to beat those options but u have to remember that the pot player, particularly lower rank pot player's, are simple creatures always looking for the opportunity to land it. pot buster has more range than u think it should if ur opponent knows how to do kara cancels (kara pot buster can grab u from round start distance, to preventing this from happening, never open with anything slower than 5k)

jigen dying from a parasite attached to his spine: literally just that. either he dies from the parasite itself or dies from someone trying to cut it out of his back

jigen dying after a surgeon replaces all of his organs with animal ones (ie replacing his heart with a sheep's): i have. no idea how this would take place JKHJGH considering giving this to lupin instead bc of this next one

lupin dying in a hospital after being tortured: this one's actually kinda thought out bc this was originally an idea for LJS. basically lupin is kidnapped and kept in a basement, originally in LJS the kidnappers cut his fake eye out and mail it to the gang but for this idk what theyd do instead JKHJGH hes p much just beat within an inch of his life until the gang come to save him. then he dies. bleh

fujiko dying from a parasite in her womb: this was originally a lupin death where a parasite in his intestine leeches mind altering toxin into his blood to make him believe hes somehow pregnant bc he is. stupid JKHJGHFG but now its the same thing but in fujiko's womb instead, it ends with it bursting out through her abdomen when shes being driven to the hospital :) yippee

and lastly zenigata being choked to death by jigen: idr if ive talked about this yet but during a heist zeni catches jig while hes trying to run off with lupin, and to buy lupin time he manages to get zeni on the ground n tries to knock him out. he ends up going into like. a fugue state n goes overboard choking him till he hemorrhages, once jigen snaps out of it he runs off, pukes behind the building, and tries to catch up with lupin (and never tells anyone what he did)
