Hello all, as we wait in the blank space between season 3 and season 4, the last season of these silly little guys…

I reopen my vault of absolutely unposted content to bring some drawings from a tua x omori au i was thinking up. Because sibling trauma + death in the family + they surprisingly fit the style super well! Look at how cute the kid versions are!! There are a lot of parallels in both stories that just fit so well

Of course, these images are probably more meaningful if you know both media, but haha. Yeah. Basically, Ben is dead. And the siblings are… coping (?)

Under the read more is a little more of what I mean, omori and tua spoilers warning! Well. Yeah.

A happier childhood -> a bleaker adulthood after the Incident, in this case being ben’s death.

Ben haunts the dreamscape of viktor and (to make it fun) the other siblings as the HORROR, much like SOMETHING does for basil and sunny. “4 days left, 3 days left…”, quite haunting in the context of an apocalypse instead of moving away…

Viktor would probably be the Sunny equivalent here because. Coughs. Violin. Five would also work—they can share that burden together. I don’t know if the powers are in this au since it would probably focus more on how they’re just messed up kids?? But also Viktor causing the apocalypse in the bad endings makes a lot of sense. Maybe they can still have their powers and make a mess.

Since they’re all siblings it’s obviously a different situation than the friend group, but…

Very Roughly,

Sunny -> Five and Viktor

Omori -> The White Violin

Stranger/Something -> The Horror (Ben but spooky)

Mari -> Ben

Kel -> Klaus

Basil -> Klaus

Aubrey -> Diego, maybe also Allison?? As in she changes a lot between then and now.

But yeah! I drew these long ago so I don’t remember fully every detail, but ): the happy Bens are so precious to me. And Viktor works so well in this style it’s like he was born for that deadpan numb stare. Er, well. Drugged.

i dont think enough non-creepy (57 shippers) people talk about five and viktors relationship.

i havent rewatched in a few months so excuse any inconsistencies but i want to discuss how adorable they are

what specifically made me think of this was how in episode one viktor recounts to pogo how he used to make peanut butter and marshmallow sandwiches each and every night for five in case he came back. so much to talk about.

1: that's literally so adorable oh my god. he cared so much about his brother that, despite knowing nothing of his location or status, he made a snack in case five came home hungry late at night.

2: when five DOES come back, the first thing he does is make a pb&m sandwich. this means that viktor remembered fives favorite food. every night as children viktor had gone out of his way to make five's food of choice. he remembered such an odd detail.

also, later in season one, when five is in viktors apartment he says that he decided viktor is "the only one [he] can trust". and that's so sweet to me. i know he likely said it in some fucked up way to do with viktors percieved lack of powers, but let me have my moment.

another thing is that viktor listened. he listened to five, even though he thought five may have been crazy he listened. that's just so sweet.

Summary: Five sees something in the future and tries to prevent it from happening.

Warnings: Yandere, dark, obseesive & possessive behaviours, controlling/rude/jealous Five, naive reader, threatening, grown-up Five

You were aware that Five's obsessive and irritable behavior had changed. He was more grumpy, meaner than ever. Whatever had happened since he had jumped into the future had changed him. Everyone was aware of his change, especially in his approach to you and to Viktor. He wasn't even trying to hide it. He was more caring to you while treating everyone else with indifference and contempt, and Viktor's interest in you in particular angered him very, very much. He always wanted you by his side. He convinced everyone that you should stay with him while he bossed them around. You had to stand next to him or the world would be destroyed. But more like his world.

They all knew that you were a pretty naive person. Your approach to life was much more innocent, much more friendly. Something that caught Five's attention quite a bit. He kept saying he had to protect you. He was very strict about not leaving your side and going crazy when he didn't know what you were doing. He wanted to control everyone, but you the most, and your being submissive only made his job much easier. Viktor was fed up with this. He grabbed you by the arm, pulled you behind him, and took a step forward, challenging Five. "She's not your pet."

Five didn't tell anyone what was going on in the future, and no one could figure out why he suddenly showed a clear interest in you. They knew he had a tacit interest in you before, a covered and secret interest. They could tell from his behaviour and words he chose. They, especially Klaus, wanted to tease him about it but then gave up, anticipating Five's aggressive reaction. But now Five didn't try to hide anything. He was visibly hostile to Viktor and tried to possess you. Whenever they asked him questions, he pushed them back with insults.

He certainly didn't take it well when Viktor tried to take you away from him. He jumped behind Viktor, pulling you back and pushing him. But this was no ordinary push, he smashed him into the wall. Then he jumped right in front of Viktor and punched, causing his eyes to turn white. With an energy emanating from his body, he pushed Five backwards and soared into the air. "What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Stay away from her. Or I swear, I will kill you." Five wrapped his arms around you and gave everyone a threatening look. When Diego tried to approach to calm him down, he yelled at him to back off. Viktor couldn't even express his anger. Five's behavior confused him a lot.

"Why are you so interested in her all of a sudden? What's so special about her?" He stepped on the floor and got closer to him, eyes still glowing, but Five walked back and pulled you behind him. He didn't wanted Viktor to get any closer to you. He hissed between his teeth. "She was always so special to me."

"Then why didn't you talk to her? You don't talk to her and attack when someone tries to. What technique is this?" His eyes returned to normal and a small smile appeared on his face. "What did you see in the future?"

Five's grip tightened and it hurt you. He was so angry, or had very different emotions. Maybe both. "None of your business!"

"You saw me and her. Together. Right? That's why you're so..." He leaned and whispered, "scared." He looked at you and winked. His smile was confident and seemed to want to give you comfort because you looked so small and scared behind possessive Five.

Five pulled you to his chest and leaned your head, blocking your view. "It is you who should be scared because I'm ready to do anything to get what I want."

Marina of the Sea

After the end of United as One I always imagined that Marina would settle down deep beneath the sea - mostly due to her being called Marina of the Sea and she can breathe underwater and can see in the dark, which would make her well equipped to survive.

With the rise of the Human Garde, many would develop underwater breathing like her and might seek her out for a safehaven as they wouldn't be judged by the normal humans on the surface as they'd all be Garde and share a connection. Marina could lead them, teaching them to hone their newfound powers and influence a new generation of Human Garde which live beneath the sea.

In this case, her title as Marina of the Sea would actually mean something and she could choose to be independent of surface politics and the Human Garde Academy, providing a route for Human Garde that didn't want to join the Earth Garde.

A rare case of Fanfic, because I remember I used to write for the PJO and G2018 fandom in 2020:

Gonna be honest, this is an idea I've had for a short while and thought why not?

Fandom: Lorien Legacies.

Characters: Number Seven (Marina), Number Five, Others (Mentioned).

Warnings: Mentions of death (non-explicit). Dead characters.

Summary: Marina, dreaming to be at Eight's grave sees the last person she ever wanted to see again.

Post Return to Zero- One shot.

Marina stood alone at the mountain base, eyes glued to the ground in front of her. The etched headstone almost had her vision tunneling. Nothing really new about it. She didn't feel the wind or hear the noises of the forest behind her. The aura that New Lorien is constantly emitting is dull to her senses. It's not coming from here, it's coming from the outside.

She's in a dream. A quiet one at that, not that she's complaining much.

The tombstone here was identical to the real deal, two things carved on it. A circular symbol of a ring with small circles intertwining with it in two curves, almost like an orbit. Beneath that was a single loric word.

No actual body was buried here, but it felt fit to give Eight a grave in his own home. Where the Vishnu Nationalists Eight could come too, where he could be seen close to New Lorien. Marina cannot count how many times she visited; sometimes crying, sometimes silent, sometimes sitting next to the gold stone, pretending it was the same boy sitting next to her.

Sometimes- like now- she stands a few feet before it, gazing numbly. In silence.

"Don't you think it's time?"

Marina didn't look away. She didn't step back, she didn't flinch. But she was still angry at the interruption. Especially from him. The last time she's actually heard this voice was so long ago in an ear-splitting scream, but it circled her sometimes in her sleep, in the back of her head. In so many different tones. Malice, timidity, but probably most of all, lies. All from the same person.

He was sitting right next to the headstone.

Marina didn't want to reply- the last thing she wants is that he continues to haunt her dreams. Though this doesn't feel like a fabrication of her head. It was really him.

Yet she answered, "Time for what?"

"To move on."

That is when she turns her gaze to him. He actually looks better than she remembers, watching him from afar. The black patches on his skin were gone. The eyepatch John and Nine described wasn't there, but he didn't look like he needs it, now that his eye socket isn't empty. Not as thin as before, but not round as he used to be. Whatever afterlife is waiting for all of them, it treated him well.

Marina was now glaring. "It's not your place to decide."

Five shrugged. "Surely not. It's the world's. it will push you there at one point or another." His tone was calm, voice levelled. Whatever he truly meant behind that, she refused to believe it's any good.

She took a long breath through her nose. "Why are you here?"

"I wanted to see you."

"Because..."

"Because, I'm sorry. However little that means."

"So little."

They fell silent, and her eyes travelled back to Eight's symbol. Five looked straight at her before he too turned to the tombstone beside him. She could almost mistake him for someone alive. she once called him a ghost. Now he really was one.

"After I got off the island," he started. "I don't know if I was just trying to busy from it or actually moving on, but I learned to lived live with myself again. I lived with the fact he's dead. I stopped trying to beat myself over it." He turned to her again. "I still wanted to make it up with you, though. All of you."

Marina has no idea why she kept listening. If she willed it hard enough, maybe she can wake up, leave him, go see Eight's actual tomb. She didn't.

"I did a lot of things wrong, but if there was only one action I could take back, Marina, it would be this."

"You..." she replied, teeth grinding. Her anger from so long before boiled again. Boiled. Her legacy won't kill him again here. "You betrayed us, you worked for him, and were too stupid to realize it soon, you tried to end Nine." She ranted. "of course, after everything you get to move on."

Five sighed. "Yeah, I guess there is nothing that makes up for that to you guys."

At that he stood up, and for all the nerve of him, started walking towards her. It couldn't be more than a few months between them, but he'd always been on the short side. The few inches she's grown since the invasion now had her looking down at him.

He was next to her, and she yet has to move.

"What makes you believe that?"

"You think I wouldn't notice if I had a grave?"

That was true. Even now, over a year since the explosion, Ran Takeda's grave always seemed well-kept and occasionally visited by her friends. Five's grave was still the sky.

Marina saw his hand on her shoulder, and while she didn't feel its weight, it was as real as anything else here. He was suddenly so different, once again patched with black augmentation and missing an eye. Like the last time she'd actually seen him.

"You have to continue, Marina. Eight wants that for you." he said. "He says hi, by the way." He added with a smile.

She perked up, mouth agape. "He... what?"

Five looked up at her with a single eye. "He'll come to see you, I promise."

He faded out, and Marina woke up in tears.

Also I feel like we all need to appreciate Henri a bit more this guy trained John and died for him :,(. Henri is one of my favorite characters and I just feel like none of us appreciate the Cêpans enough. Like they probably have nightmares of the day Lorien was destroyed and their families. Also Marina. Like she is just so badass. Like the girl used a legacy she JUST discovered to take out Five’s eye. Like holy crap. And yes IK this is getting quite long but Malcolm Goode is just agahag. I love that man….not in a weird way. I mean this man survived Mog torture and STILL trusted Adam. Also one of my favorite headcanons is that Malcolm is like the dad and the therapist for all the Loric. Like Nine needs help with a kid at the academy. Malcom.
