Adam x Reader - Dating Headcanons

✦ Adam undoubtedly has a soft spot for you; from refraining to call you distasteful nicknames to trusting you to preen his wings, many are the ways in which he demonstrates that you’re special to him, not just another Angel. You’re one of the few souls who willingly shows him kindness after all, so how could he ignore that? Despite acting like a jerk most of the time, he really can’t bring himself to be that way around you.

✦ To get someone like him to fully respect you takes a lot of time and patience; just ignoring his unpleasant comments and jokes alone won’t do, you’ll sometimes have to retort with a joke of your own, or even laugh at them. If you do it’ll boost his confidence stratospherically, it’ll make him full on puff up his chest and give one strong flap of his wings to hear you laugh at something he just said.

✦ Something that I also mentioned in another one of my headcanons posts is that he loves naps; he’s a pretty lazy guy in general, so between meetings and training he’ll surely want to relax, even better if he gets to do that with you. He likes lying on his couch with you wrapped up in his arms and wings - bonus point if you’re peacefully sleeping – with his TV playing in the background. If you’re in bed though, expect him to move around a lot as he does so unconsciously in his sleep, unless he’s holding you...in which case his arms will practically trap you and you won’t be able to leave without waking him up.

✦ Another thing he quite enjoys doing with you is playing videogames, just to chill a bit together, and if drinking was allowed in Heaven I feel like he would be the type to play drinking games. He surprisingly doesn't need much to have fun, even in the house.

✦ Adam loves eating ribs, but he can’t cook for shit. He’ll always order those or takeout on a daily basis, so you decide that it’s a good idea to teach him at least the basics. He’s very clumsy in the kitchen, doesn’t really understand how most things work but hey, at least he can tell when the water’s boiling! So teaching him how to cook his own ribs is a bit of a process, but eventually he learns and takes pride in knowing how to make his favorite dish on his own. Give it some time and he’ll be parading around and telling anyone who asks about how his ribs are way better than the ones you can get at a restaurant.

✦ Speaking of food, he’ll almost always take you somewhere to eat if you’re on a date. Even if you’re just getting fries from some stall on the side of the street, he’ll make sure you’ve gotten a treat at the end of the day.

✦ He’s a big show off too, so he’ll 100% propose you to try playing guitar only to exhibit his own skills. If you compliment him enough and you appear to be genuinely interested in learning though, he will gladly be your teacher. He will show you how to play the songs he likes them most – his own – and reward you with a ‘You rock, babe!’ or something along those lines and a kiss whenever you get something right. He’s really, really proud of you and of being able to teach you something.

✦ Adam loves casually calling you pet names. He won’t use extremely cheesy ones, but things like babe/baby, sexy and hon. He’ll use them in sentences where they don’t even really belong, even, just because he’s willing  to show you this sweet side of him that nobody else gets to witness. The one thing he will never call you is shortened versions of your name; he finds those extremely corny.

✦ He’s also not really afraid of showing his love in public, PDA is very much his thing when you two are together. Hand holding, a wing draped across your back, an arm around your shoulder...careful not to do too much though, he’s not really a fan of kissing in public or anything on the more intimate side like that. If this happens he won’t deny you a kiss or a hug but you’ll have to deal with his attitude for a while.

In Defense of Marinette

I like Marinette. While there are many valid criticisms of her writing, the same can be said for literally every other character and she's actually doing pretty well given that she's the main character. After all, in a show where consistent characterization is an ongoing issue, the one with the most screen time will probably be the one who's the biggest victim of the issue.

This is heavily exacerbated by the rule that supposedly governs Miraculous. Namely that, in each story, Marinette must make a mistake. Or, at least, so says the head writer:

I really do not care what this guy says on Twitter or anywhere else. I only care about what's in the show because, if you have to go outside the text to understand the text, then you have no idea how to tell a good story.

However, unlike many of the tweets that I've seen, this one isn't some BS bit of lore. It's a writing rule and it has substantial backing in the text. It's extremely rare to have an episode where Marinette comes out smelling like roses and that's a problem because Miraculous has over 100 episodes. In other words, to follow this rule, the writers have to come up with over 100 ways for Marinette to be wrong so of course she's going to come across poorly. Why would you do this to your main character?

It's extremely common for kids shows to have a "lesson of the day" element to them. Someone always needs to learn something, but I've never seen a show misunderstand the assignment so badly. Learning a lesson is not the same as doing something wrong.

It's been a while since I watched the 2010 version of My Little Pony, but it really leaned into that whole "lesson of the day" thing and it actually knew what it was doing, so I'm going to talk about it briefly to discuss things that Miraculous should have done.

The first thing to note is that MLP had an unambiguous main character - Twilight Sparkle - but Twilight was not the one who learned all of the lessons. She had a pet dragon and a crew of five friends who would, occasionally, be the ones to learn the lesson because there were lots of lessons that simply didn't fit Twilight's character. Instead of warping Twilight to make the idea work (cough cough Ikari Gozen cough), the writers just let someone else have the spotlight for a bit.

This is an excellent way to build out your cast and Miraculous had plenty of opportunities to do it. For example, Lila should not have been Marinette's issue. The fact that Lila hates Marinette could have certainly stuck around, but the one who takes her down and learns to investigate her sources? That should have been Alya. A liar is the perfect enemy for an investigative journalist, but a poor enemy for someone who shines as a battlefield commander and overthinks when she's given too much time.

Another way that MLP would teach lessons was to have someone other than Twilight or the main crew cause the issue that they then had to deal with. This leads to one of the best moments in children's television:

And, frankly? Marinette deserves a moment like this. That poor girl has been through hell and is never allowed to make the right call when it really matters. The show will even completely rewrite its lore to make her fail (see: Strike Back). That is such an awful thing to do to your lead! Shows about female empowerment should include women feeling powerful and, no, Lila and Chloe don't count!

Also, the show is literally about Gabriel taking advantage of people who are upset. You don't need to have Marinette make a mistake to shoehorn in a life lesson. Akumas are life lesson fodder and season 1 actually seemed to get this. I'm not sure why they switched gears to "Marinette is the star and, therefore, must always be wrong."

The final way that MLP taught lessons was to have Twilight do something wrong because having your main character do something wrong is a totally valid way to teach lessons. It just shouldn't be your only way because you know who is always wrong in children's media?

Villains.

They wrote Marinette like a villain.

And a large part of the fandom hates her for it because of course they do.

You're not supposed to like villains.

Life could take crazy turns sometimes.

And as YN arrived to the location where she was going to shoot the latest cover for Rolling Stone magazine, the only thing she could think about was how her life was about to change forever.

It wasn't just any magazine cover, it was Rolling Stone's first ever global cover, and the person on it was no other than the world's most wanted man, Harry Styles.

It was safe to say that she was very shocked when she got the email inviting her to be the person behind the camera for the occasion, and she was even more gobsmacked when she found out that Harry himself suggested that she was the ideal person to shoot his cover.

Turns out, Harry found out about her through his photographer and friend Anthony Pham, and ever since he saw her pictures he knew he needed to work with her.

And he didn't want to admit it yet, but he thought she was absolutely gorgeous.

Taking a deep breath and with her camera gear in hand, YN approached the group of people gathered in the location getting everything ready for the shoot, and she felt a bit of relief when she spotted Harry Lambert, someone who she knew and had worked with in the past.

"YN, you're here ! I was waiting for you." Lambert said as he bend down a little to give her a hug as a greeting, YN hugging him back and her nerves calming down a bit already.

"It's so good to see you again, Lambert. But I'm not late am I?" being late was one of YN's biggest pet peeves and the mention of Lambert waiting for her sent alarms to her brain.

"Oh no dear, you're not, I was just eager to show you the looks we picked for the shoot. Who's actually quite late is our boy Harry, which is rare for him." and before you could reply, a voice made both of you turn around.

"Come on Lamby, don't go around putting on a bad word for me." Harry said as he walked in, wearing comfortable clothes and with a cup of coffee in hand, his manager Jeffrey following behind.

"What can I say sue, the first impression is the one that matters." they joked around and YN coulnd't help but smile a bit, she could tell they were a great group of friends and not just coworkers.

However, YN's smile turned into a nervous expression when she noticed Harry approaching her.

"Hello, I'm Harry, It's so nice to finally meet you." YN thought it was quite endearing how he introduced himself by name even thought she was pretty sure everyone in the world knew it, and she allowed herself to stare at his eyes for a second before introducing herself.

"I'm YN, and It's really nice to meet you too, I was so eager to work with you." she said and a smile made its way to both of their faces. YN had worked with celebrities in the past and most of them were entitled, with a preppy attitude and overall rude for no reason, Harry however, gave her a warm and friendly vibe, he was someone down to earth and that was easy to tell.

"Harry! Time for clothes and makeup!" his manager called out for him and that was their cue to go their own ways, YN knew already this was going to be her best shooting.

A couple hours had passed and the shooting was going smoothly, they had moved to different locations and Harry had changed clothes multiple times.

YN found out that Harry was a great person to work with and he was easy to direct, on top of that he was really friendly and kept making conversation all the time.

Or more like, he kept teasing YN because according to him "she is really tiny and It's adorable how she carries her big cameras around", it was safe to say that YN's cheeks were constantly blushing.

"You know, I feel like I'm going to love this photoshoot so much to the point it will become my favorite." Harry said after a couple of flashes were snapped, a red and white jumpsuit whit a yellow cardigan adorning his body, he picked a flower that was laying around and decided to use it as a prob for the pictures.

"I mean, that would make me feel really accomplished" YN snapped a couple more pictures, she enjoyed capturing spontaneous moments when people in front of the camera where being their natural selves.

"You don't need my validation to feel proud of yourself though, you're an amazing photographer" he said as he posed of YN's camera, and she was glad the device was covering her face and he couldn't see her cheeks blushing once again.

"Thank you Harry, that's very nice of you" YN told him sincerely, and when she caught a glimpse of his eyes, she knew he had something on his mind that he was yet to tell her.

"You know, my current tour photographer needs to take a break to take care of some family stuff," he cautiously began, "And I'm going to need someone who can take his place, I know you did some tour photography before the pandemic, if you don't have any upcoming projects scheduled, I would be thrilled to have you on the road" and YN was completely taken back by the offer, not expecting to end the day with a new job opportunity, and a huge one.

Even though YN knew taking this opportunity would be life changing for her, she couldn't help but let intrusive thoughts cloud her head, "I mean, I'm really flattered for the offer, but I'm not sure if I'm the ideal person for the job," she hid behind her camera again, feeling slightly embarrassed all of the sudden.

"Of course you are, I wouldn't be offering you the job if I didn't think you were," he said and before the photographer could protest, he spoke again, "Besides, if you're not sure about all the traveling, we're doing residencies this time," YN could tell that he really wanted her to take the offer, and she knew she wanted too, but the little voice on his head was not on her side as usual.

"Look Harry, I'm really grateful for the offer and I know it'll be a great opportunity for me, but I need to meditate it a bit before I make a decision, okay?" and YN could see a small smile on his face caused by her response.

"Okay, but I'm not going down without a fight, just so you know!" he pointed the flower on his hand at her before, causing both to laugh before YN focused on photographing him again.

Another hour had passed and the photoshoot was successfully wrapped up, many crew members had said their goodbyes already and YN was putting away her camera equipment when Harry approached her again.

"So, have you made your mind up about the tour photographer position?" he told her with a mischievous expression, he wasn't lying with his previous statement about not going down without a fight, he had been mentioning the wonders about the job and persuading YN to take it at least every 15 minutes.

"You're really persistent, aren't you?" YN said as she put her backpack on her shoulder, a small smile on her own appearing on her face.

“I’ll take that as a compliment” and even thought YN completely missed the flirtatious tone on his voice, Harry definitely noticed how flustered she suddenly got.

"Look, I'll think about it," and that was enough for Harry to get giddy and excited already, "And I'll give you a reply by the end of the week, okay?" she said as they began to walk together towards where their cars were parked.

"That's wonderful, I can't wait to be tourmates with you, tiny."

I can't tell you how much I loved the Cow!Hob Cat!Dream fic!

I have further thots about that au.

Hob becoming Dream's emotional support cow. Dream was already a pretty good king. It's clear that he tries to do what's best for his kingdom and wants to protect his people. But he's also pretty clearly not comfortable with social situations. Having Hob is helping with that, though. When things get to be too much his precious milk cow suggests that he looks like he needs something to drink and coaxes him off to the side for a little bit of quiet to allow him to have some fresh milk from his teat while he pets Dream's hair and nuzzles him and it just helps ground his new king and gives him a breather so he can get his spoons back together and get back to things.

Also, Hob is very social and likes to meet people so Dream takes him out fairly frequently and that also gives him a chance to see how his kingdom is doing up close. He'd also be lying if he didn't enjoy showing off his lovely dairy cow. He always makes sure that Hob is decked out in beautiful robes that leave his chest bare, and that he's draped in jewels and finery that highlights all of his assets. Dream's kingdom is known for it's fine quality rubies that are mined from the mountains and the king takes great pleasure in making sure that Hob is dripping in them every time foreign dignitaries come to call.

Hob also just likes to be out in the sun. It's relaxing for him and as such Dream has developed a taste for fucking him senseless in lovely fields of flowers. And Hob has never been so well fed and cared for. He is insanely loyal to the King of Cats and is extremely proud to be his pampered pet. It's also feeding pretty hard into his exhibitionism kink and he doesn't think he's ever been as horny and well fucked either.

Yay, I'm so glad you enjoyed cow!Hob. I'm hoping there will be at least one more chapter!

I love the idea of Hob being like a combination of a fidget toy and a really soothing plushie for Dream to squeeze and cuddle when his duties get tiring. Its amazing how rubbing his cheek on Hob’s soft tummy and getting a few mouthfuls of milk will make him feel better. All the courtiers and even foreign ambassadors are so grateful for Hob’s existence, because he can calm Dream down from the most boiling rage! Hob has recieved many gifts from grateful people who are like "thank you for making sure the king didn't scratch my eyes out". Who knew that a docile, ordinary milk cow could have such skills in diplomatic relations?

And Hob being out in the sunshine and enjoying nature!! <3333 he loves rolling in the soft grass (naked) while Dream watches and swoons over how pretty he is. Dream swears he can taste the sunshine in the milk that Hob makes for him. He wants to lay there surrounded by sunflowers, hand feeding a massive punnet of strawberries to his beloved cow. Alas he has duties to attend to. But Hob will be there at the end, ready to snuggle up to Dream and present a leaking teat for him to suckle. Life is so much better with a pretty pet cow to love and dote on <333 and of course Hob always makes sure that his king has time to fuck him at the end of the day. He wouldn't want Dream to miss out on his soft, wet little hole. And the more he's fucked and fed and loved, the more he'll be able to provide for his King! It's a perfect cycle, and Hob can't wait to spend his whole life fulfilling his purpose: making delicious milk for his beloved Dream.

Watching Wheel of Time without reading the books: Season 2, episode 1

I'm at it again! I know I never posted the season 1 finale review, and maybe I will go back and do that later. But for now, I just finished the season premiere, and I have to say, Perrin is 100% correct. The five of them are much more impressive together than apart. Which isn't to say I disliked it. They are all on the struggle bus, but that is where character development is at its peak, and where we get to see their true inner strength. Which is to say, I LOVED it. Bring on the angst!

The season opener with the round table of evil plotters was a fun and clever way to deliver some exposition without boring us. Having a little girl crawling under the table, disturbing the Very Important Shadowy Cloak Meeting really humanized every single one of them, and seeing the Fake Dark One be so gentle and patient with her gives some insight into how people can become dark friends. They are just concerned parents. I am now calling him Nancy Reagan, since he is their leader. I also definitely want to pet a trolloc. They look much cuter when they aren’t being ordered to kill everyone in sight. Are they tamable? Or...redeemable? I am still not sure of their level of free will/sentience, so I am not sure which word applies.

The first scene post-credits is Moiraine working hard to take her Very Sad Alone Time Depression Bath. Just one woman, chilling in a hot tub, cuz the water gets cold without magic. It was a very good idea to show the first hot tub scene in the recaps, so I could get the full emotional subtext here. Bathing is a communal activity in this culture, but she can’t handle having someone else see her in such a vulnerable position when she already feels so vulnerable all the time. But the longer she spends isolated, the more alone and vulnerable she will continue to feel.

She and Lan are hiding out with their friends, Sassy Twin, Serious Twin, and Tom. Tom is married to one of them, but I forget which one. Without the warder bond, Lan must have lost the rapid healing that allows him to withstand his severe clothing allergy. Good thing the Sassy Twin is there to helpfully point out additional clothes that might be hurting him, and to reassure him it would be fine to remove them in her home. She truly speaks for all of us. I’m glad Lan has these three friends around to support him as he supports Moiraine. This poor man is having to learn, at the tender age of forty-something, to use his words to describe how he feels. He is afraid for his best friend, he is hurt about being pushed away at a time when he would expect to be leaned on even harder, I am pretty sure he blames her for blocked bond because she had put the block up prior to being shielded, and he feels like he is losing his only purpose in life.

And in the face of all that, he has to exhibit so much patience as Moiraine acts like every insecure teenager ever and tries to push him away. His previous experience with teenagers taught him what this behavior is like, but not how to handle it. Her “I am so aloof and do not care at all about the feelings of others” routine was incredibly transparent to everyone except Lan. He really needed his friends to lovingly slap him in the ego and remind him that the only way to truly help her is to let himself be the vulnerable one, so she can see how it' it's done, and realize it's something she can live with.

But now he has to do it the old fashioned way, by walking upstairs to check on her. Good timing, too. Slightly worse timing for Serious Twin, but at least she could handle all the Eyeless. Hopefully one of the twins does healing.

Meanwhile, at Aes Sedai High, Nynaeve and Egwene are in novice training. Egwene is dealing with a bit of culture shock. She accidentally witnesses an actual, honest to Light, bisexual orgy on screen. She is going from being a big fish in a small pond to being a big fish in an ocean surrounded by other big fish, but she is handling it better than I expected. Nynaeve is handling the entire thing exactly as I hoped she would. While Egwene focuses on adding extra challenges by learning to weave with both hands tied behind her back, Nynaeve is semi-consciously stopping herself from doing any magic at all. Polly tries playing on her pride, by saying she is just scared, and Nynaeve responds by drinking dirty dishwater while making direct eye contact. Such a power move, there. Unfortunately, it leads directly to an unwanted face-to-face discussion with JK Rowling, which quickly turns into a surprise duel. I thought JK was torturing Nynaeve by hurting her, but my husband said she was only making the air too thick for Nynaeve to move through. And really, nothing could possibly torture Nynaeve more than placing an unwanted restriction on her. She did end up shielding her, temporarily, and that was described as one of the most brutal forms of assault. Pretty sick, but also pretty consistent with boarding school hazing rituals.

Later, Nynaeve and Egwene read the letter from Perrin, where he hopes they will all stick together. And JK Rowling goes down to her secret Man Dungeon For Men to read a heavily edited version of the letter to her prisoner, New Mat. And, to this I have to say, come on JK Rowling! Why do you go and pull a stunt that the actual JK Rowling also used in her own book? Your name is getting more and more accurate as time goes on, and that is not a compliment. Anyways, Mat responds in pretty much the same way Harry Potter did, by trying to break out of jail. I’m not sure how I feel about New Mat so far. He seems a bit like a soggy bed sheet, but he is also in the exact circumstances that would lead to soggy bed sheet behavior. His puckish attitude was mostly a mask he put on to lift the spirits of those around him, and his private moments were entirely spent dwelling on his own misery. Presumably the only person he has interacted with for months now is someone who actively feeds on that misery. JK Rowling is a cursed dagger unto herself.

We get a brief glimpse of Rand, with his new haircut. He is sad and has no lines. I assume he will be more present in future episodes. He lights a lantern, presumably for his mother, but maybe for the innocent version of himself that will never exist again. Maybe for his friends he thinks he can never see again. They light the lanterns for those they lost, which might not necessarily mean the ones who died.

Perrin, meanwhile, is on a quest to find Padan Fain and steal back the magic horn. He has found another Wolf guy, who seems to be teaching him how his wolf powers work. Apparently he can see the past? Maybe he is smelling the places where things used to be, like Angua does in Discworld? So then, is he a werewolf? This is a very confusing power that has still not been explained at all. I would have liked to see Perrin get a training sequence similar to Egwene and Nynaeve, but the defining trait of wolf guys is that they aren’t a chatty bunch. They find a bunch of bodies of the traitors from the final battle, presumably disposed of once they were no longer useful. The group holds a proper funeral for them, which confuses Perrin. He doesn’t understand how they can go to such effort for the people responsible for the deaths of hundreds. The prince guy responds that if his people spent their time seeking revenge on those who betray them, they wouldn't have time for anything else. It is more helpful to the ones left behind to let it go and focus on the mission. Sort of the way of the leaf, but with a more productive twist. Perrin is really on a quest for a moral philosophy that he can live with, and this one seems slightly more compatible with him.

At Bel Tine, he lights a lantern for his wife. The first time he has to do so. He places his wedding ring on the lantern, but takes it back at the last second. He isn’t ready to let go of his own guilt just yet, but at least he can move forward while carrying it now. Loial seems good for him. And Perrin is good for Loial. He’s way more likeable now that he has gotten used to the wonder of living in the human world, and stopped condescendingly and incorrectly explaining how it all works. They are both figuring that out together. I am not sure how he survived being stabbed with the cursed dagger. By all rights it makes no sense. So I guess… Loial returned somehow. And we are also moving on from it and focusing on the mission, even if we carry our confusion with us.

Hi!! I've really loved your blog for a while now and the post about Barbatos and mc finding a rat made me want to request a datables reaction to mc having pet rats? I've had pet rats all my life and I tend to get really attached to them cause they really are so sweet and smart; its just such a shame that they generally live for about two years.. so its a cycle of every 2 years just crying my heart out over this tiny little being and so I guess I'm just wondering how the datables would react to mc having rats and going through the heartbreak of losing another. Diavolo:

he loves them and would do everything for them which does include guarding them from Barbatos when he mistakes them for wild ones… or maybe he just can´t handle them being there at all

Diavolo even plays with them regularly but only under your supervision because he has a habit of over feeding them which obviously is not a good thing to do and Diavolo´s reasoning is that he can´t say no to their cute little faces

but he gives them far to much for them to eat in even a week much less an hour

the biggest problem is that Diavolo can´t say no to your cute little Rats and you can´t say no to Diavolo´s adorable begging face, he get´s to do to many things because of that

Barbatos:

everyday he has to hold himself back from chasing them out of the Castle and no amount of reassuring that they are well behaved and clean will change his mind

at this point it´s pretty much instinct for Barbatos but with enough time he´ll learn to tolerate them and with even more time he might even learn to love them, you doubt it but it could happen

but you did see him make some things for them, which includes food, little accessories and even some toys

and that´s honestly a massive surprise for literally anybody who you told at least the ones who didn´t call you crazy

Solomon:

he loves them and they pretty much end up as his pets

I´m not even kidding like one day he just moved everything they need into his room and you couldn´t get it back for a week

he even tried to learn how to make some treats for them but you quickly stopped him before he could do something horrible

despite that he´s pretty good with looking after them but that might be because he can talk with them and you´re still learning

but you did manage to talk a little bit with them, granted most of the times it´s just them wanting food but it still is a really cool experience

Simeon:

he does not mind your pet Rats, he can even be seen playing with them but they are only allowed in the kitchen if he can either see them the entire time or if they stay in their zone

which is just a corner that got turned into a playground and has some wire around it so they can´t run away

but he does allow them to run around in the rest of Purgatory Hall as long as the others get warned first and if you make sure Barbatos doesn´t see them

he might accept them because they are your pets but he still acts on instinct

but Simeon does enjoy making little treats for them and even tried teaching them some tricks

Everything's going wrong, and I really feel like I'm about to lose it.

Firstly, we're stuck in a maisonette with rising damp and mould, and the freeholders are doing precisely NOTHING about it all.

This has caused major respiratory conditions for all three of us. The worst of the damp and mould is in my disabled son's bedroom - this is what it currently looks like in there

The wallpaper and plaster have fallen away, the wall itself is actually wet, I'm cleaning mould up every day. We've had to throw away toys, bedding, books, and clothes of his that have been destroyed by mould.

We can't move, because we own the flat and no one will buy it with this problem, and we can't fix it ourselves, because its a structural issue that is the responsibility of the freeholder, and they have done nothing but ignore our pleas for the last 2 and a half years.

Ok, ready for the rollercoaster that's making me lose it? Strap in.

Now, as my son is disabled, and we're a relatively low income family, we were able to apply to the family fund for a holiday, something we've not been able to afford to do for YEARS.

This Friday, we're due to fly out to the south of France for a week. The FF awarded us £500 towards the holiday, but we had to pay the rest out of our savings, costing us just about £1200, and depleting our savings to nothing. We figured it'd be worth it - the holiday park we're going to sounds utterly perfect for him, with lots of nature, wildlife, and secure facilities with easy access. Something we simply wouldn't have even considered without the FF's help. Yes, it was still expensive, but the memories would be utterly priceless.

A couple of week's ago my car's engine light came on. Honestly something I'd probably be ignoring right now normally, but my husband was due to take his driving test in it this week before we fly out, and we are pretty sure that you can't take it in a car with the engine light showing. We managed to get it seen, and it requires around £800 worth of repairs. I cannot function without a car - it's absolutely vital for transporting my son and keeping him safe.

As I mentioned before, we've all had respiratory problems linked to the mould. My poor son seems to have a permanent frog in his throat. I've been diagnosed with asthma following a cough that I've had now since last November. A few weeks ago, my husband developed a similar nasty cough. And last week that cough suddenly got worse. He was vomiting due to the cough, in pain from head to toe, shivering and shaking.

Yesterday it was so bad, we called NHS 111, and they were so worried, they sent out an ambulance.

He's been admitted to hospital with pneumonia caused by the damp and mould. He can't take his driving test (obviously) and we are most likely going to lose out on our holiday.

I'm self employed but been unable to work much due to illness, but I'm going to have to put that aside.

So, I'm begging you, please help out a struggling artist, mother to a disabled child, and wife to a terribly ill husband. If I can book in a few pet portraits, I'll be able to cover our mortgage this month, and hopefully recover some of our lost holiday money, as well as keep my car on the road.

Mostly I work in coloured pencil on pastelmat, although occasionally I can also do drafting film (if the subject allows for it) Commissions are £140 for an A4 piece and that will include postage to anywhere in mainland UK - outside of the mainland, of course I'll have to charge extra for postage.

Thanks for the ask (even though I dreaded this)... I don't really know much about tropes, and the wikis I read just now weren't that helpful, so I'll just try to explain in my own words somehow (I think I'm quite bad at this, so please bear with me)

...actually, I don't think it'd be possible to summarize them in tropes in the first place, since there can be a lot of them depending on how you act. In the first place, they will react completely different towards you, depending on whether you're more active or passive in your rom choices.

Yakov/Liliya: (may be) childhood friends to lovers; you can't be sure of what their true personality is, and they're reluctant to let anyone see, especially you (because they're afraid you might dislike it); if you're more active, they'll try to act cold/run away, even though they'll be desperate for you to catch them; if you're more passive, they'll try the same but'll be forced to come back on their own because they can't give up on you after all; in a same-sex dynamic, they'll do a lot of things to try and dissuade you from going their route, but as long as you don't give up, any reaction you choose to that will ultimately be successful (this is also the only route where you going complete yandere yourself is already fully mapped out)

Semyon/Selena: a dedicated green flag relationship; very supportive and protective; pretty much zero angst, they will never not be there for you; think Morkai from Soul Stone War (I love him so so much), but super calm and mature instead of grumpy

Mikhail/Marina: basically an easily-overexcited, nerdy pet; you're their only friend in the world; if you're more active, they'll be more shy and a bit tsundere; if you're more passive, they'll open up a bit more/act more cheerfully, since they'll suspect a kindred spirit; absolutely will pout if you don't give them enough attention

Leon/Leah: has absolutely no respect for you in the beginning; if you're more active, that will change, a lot; if you're more passive, they'll still see you as a puppet, but you'll be their puppet, and nobody is allowed to touch you; will also not really be able to bear manipulating you in any case, and will be quite weak to any request from you, so who's the puppet now?; not quite enemies-to-lovers, but maybe reluctant-allies-to-lovers/forced proximity

'Little' Semyon/Selena: is there a trope called fan-to-lover? it would fit; they idolize you completely; a classic guard-dog character, though they completely understate their own abilities because they compare them with their extremely over-the-top estimation of yours; tries to be your moral compass (but you can ignore that and break their heart by forcing them into doing bad things; they're too loyal to not do it, but they will suffer); the route where you can be the red flag

Nikola: the classic flirty, rebellious, [whatever the nb version of playboy is] character; will be very surprised to find out they can have lasting feelings for someone; also, my earliest character notes describe them as "cinnamon roll-murder hobo hybrid", so there's that

Rakhmil/Rakhilya: similar to Lyudmila in that they're really tired of all this shit and just want peace, but unable to give up on their cause; very chaotic route to take because of all the relationships they have with other characters; they betray their friends and family for you, and are consequently tortured by guilt - depending on how you deal with that, this is another route where you can be the red flag

Arseniy/Rozaliya: enemies-to-lovers, 100%; you are literally enemies on the battlefield; there are multiple opportunities where you can become their prisoner; absolutely despises you in the beginning; generally few but very intense encounters; also very slow-burn, you'll only get into an actual relationship with them towards the end

Lyudmila: love after marriage; even though it's kinda forced from your side ("marry me or die"), she stands by her decision and does her best to make it work; in the end, you'll not only be lovers, but also best friends (apart from being, you know, married)

Jan/Jana: master-servant relationship, slightly overprotective bodyguard, can't really deal with your affection at first since it seems like a violation of their duties; slightly yandere, but without possessiveness - the only thing on their mind is your well-being; wouldwill kill for you

Yeah, I feel like I could dip my toes in a little. Marco and Ace are adopted brothers, and Sabo is Ace's honorary brother with Luffy, and Sabo and Luffy live with the other boys, and they're not like, outsiders, but the vibes/connection between Sabo and Marco isn't really brotherly.

Sabo's a little too independent and I feel like he has weird feelings about Siblings because of Stuffy, or Sterry or whatever the heck that guy's name is.

Sabo and Marco are both pretty open minded on top of it, so they're not likely to get physical with one another without the reader there, but they're not against adding to whatever pleasure is happening, even if it means interacting with one another. Not that it happens often, but I imagine the first time those two share a kiss the reader nearly dies from how hot it is. >.> ("awww, our little bird is all flustered about for being left out." and then you're just drown in kisses against your neck and lips and such.)

I feel like Sabo calls you his little dove, or songbird, and Marco calls you pretty bird, and they'll refer to you as their little bird or sweet dove when it's relating you to both of them.

There's gonna be at LEAST one time where the Reader gets a leg up on Marco and Sabo - and probably only because Thatch, Izou and Ace help her set everything up. XD Some kind of surprise or something and they both come home at the same time and are just agog by it and it's her victory until they pick their jaws up off the floor and turn the tables XD

Similar as they are, Sabo's a little meaner behind closed doors, enjoying teasing and overstimming and edging and please do cry oh so sweetly for him, but just for him, no one else is allowed to make you cry.

Marco's a little sweeter, he loves to hear you sing for him, struggling in whatever binds or sensory deprivations he's got going.

The two of them together are overwhelming, which is a reason why most of your forays with either are 1:1 and not 2:1.

One of the first real issues between the three of them is Shanks, who is just as sweet on you as he is on Marco, and that first little pang of jealously when he starts wooing Marco that the reader feels is the first "oh, I'm jealous." A little self-doubt like maybe you shouldn't try to get near Marco cause Shanks is closer to his age, and gorgeous (and maybe you shouldn't get near Sabo cause Koala is closer in age, and gorgeous)

When was the last time you cried?

Raichana: What time is it? uh...a few hours ago? Darious: If I cry it would make Rai cry so I avoid doing it in front of her. Arianna: You think I have time to cry, i'd much rather spend that time making some coin. Ciella: Crying isn't the easiest for me, Still i guess in the last hundred years or so?

Do you have kids?

Rai and Darious: *looks at each other and blush*Maybe one day Arianna: No but I did accidently start and orphanage so i guess that counts? Ciella: Define child, I have created a lot of 'Children' but I am unable to have any myself.

Raichana: Technically brown but I store light in them so they look gold! Raichana: Happy endings! Scary things are no fun Darious: I actually think Scary stories are better, not everything can have a happy ending it makes no sense. Arianna: Scary stories, mostly so I can use them to scare Raichana Ciella: Happy endings, i've seen too many horrors over the years i'd rather things be full of joy.

Any special talents?

Raichana: *bounces* I can bend light which allows me to create illusion or even attack with concentrated light! I'm also psychic but I can't control it at all so it's not really a talent. Darious: I can bend darkness but it's only really good for hiding things when it's already dark or creating a blade. Arianna: I can travel through shadows, it's handy but if it's too dark I can't actually use it so it's pretty limiting without a lightsource.

Where were you born?

Raichana: According to Mom I was born in a town really far away but we had to move to the forest for our safety. Darious and Arianna: A hidden village called Haven, Only Demon elves can travel there. Ciella: *sweating* well... uh... when you have lived as long as I have.... you dont always know these things.... ha ha

What are your hobbies?

Raichana: This journey doesn't allow for much time for hobbies but I really like dancing! Darious: I enjoy to cook... it's partially a hobby and partially because if I let anyone else cook i'll probably die. Arianna: I collect rare plants... sure it tends to double as a good source of poison for work but it's still a hobby. Ciella: I spend most of my time working in the apothecary but in my free time I enjoy learning how to grow and brew tea blends.

Raichana, Darious and Arianna: nope Ciella: I have tried but they all turn into feycreatures eventually so I have stopped trying.

What sports do you play/have played?

Raichana: I tried to participate in Haven's hunt once but I couldn't catch anything. Darious and Arianna: the hunt have put on every winter.... Ciella: I have tried many sports over the years but buy the time i go to play it again all the rules have been interpreted differently so I avoid sports.

Raichana: 5'2"! but i'm still a growing girl! (spoilers no she isn't) Darious: 6'2" But I am part elf so I may still have a few more inches to grow (spoilers he does) Arianna: 5'6" Ciella: ha ha I'm also 5'6".... what a completely random coincidence... ha ha

Favourite subject in school?

Raichana: Lucian's school suuucked... there were only four of us there and he wouldn't teach me any of the training lessons, Darious had to train me after the sun went down! Darious: *blushing* Training rai after class was probably my favourite school subject. Arianna: School? the closest thing I had to that was training and well... I think if you like learning all about butchering and poisons it's kind of fun? Ciella: Dad taught me everything I could ever even imagine trying to learn, I can't pick a favourite it's all so important to me.

Dream job?

Raichana: Dancer! unfortunately I have another job lined but I'm going to try and make sure my sister stays in that role, she's currently doing it and is better then I could ever be! Darious: The idea of thinking about the future is hard for me, I don't think I have as dream job... Arianna: Imagine taking a job other then working for the guild.... I'm in this for life one way or another... Ciella: I'm already working my dream job at the Apothecary... I get to help people every day... It's much better then what I did in the past...

up until now the kittens have been in one little room we had closed off for them. their mama (not sure of her name but we were calling her reeses cup or just mama cat) was with us too, we were still looking for an owner at first, but it was getting cold to leave them outside all the time so we took them all in while we looked.

we finally gave up on finding an existing owner, but we kept having people who "might want mama kitty" and took a while to find out if they were allowed. none of them were, and unfortunately our other cat, Zoomy, is not particularly cool with the existence of other cats, so while we figured she'd eventually reluctantly accept the kittens, she wasn’t gonna take another adult. we knew this from experience.

we took mama (and daddy kitty,* who wasn’t with them all the time but kept showing up and screaming at our doors at random times, just all "hey i'm horny lemme in," and happened to show up at just the right time today) to the shelter today. it was sad. (not sad about daddy, he wasn’t basically our cat for a month even if he seemed really nice other than all the screaming, but mama was the sweetest brightest orange cat and we will miss her.)

my kid suddenly realized she was gonna miss reeses cup as soon we got them out of the car at the shelter. she wanted to carry her (not too heavy, but too wobbly to feel confident, as it turns out). she looked like she was about to cry. I told her i'd miss her too, and it’s okay to be sad. she was amazed that i could tell she was sad. girl, you are doing this 🥺

anyway. now that mama isn't here, the kittens have been allowed out of the little room they've been in with their mom. which means that, though they've met her in passing, they suddenly have to deal with...

the Zoomcat.

(you know. the other cat, Zoomy, who i mentioned earlier. this shouldn’t be surprising information or anything i'm just a dramatic bitch.)

Ghost is being SO brave. my husband thought she was the most scared, but i'm convinced she just doesn't really like being picked up or most ways of petting. i think she will be a "sit near you" cat. she doesn't run away once she realizes you're not going for her. she's not scared. she was the first one with a paw out the door once we opened it. she's the one who stares down Zoomy. she is also, we are pretty sure, the one who start all the fights between the three of them. Bat and Pumpkin don't seem to fight on their own, but they both fight with her and the three of them will all fight together.

i see three paths for Ghost. she could rule the house with an iron fist, getting even Zoomy under her rule. she could just be a strong independent kitty who doesn't really need anyone else but does actually very much want to know what you're doing and would do really well as a solo kitty for someone who's not home a lot or just wants a cat they can hang out with and talk to but who won't climb on them or want to sit on them or be picked up (no disrespect in the in the notes to these people, some people get overstimulated but like cats and want companionship) and in this case omg i am going to bother this cat so much because if this is her we are kindred spirits. you can't go be a solo kitty you will be MY kitty and i'm gonna give you so many kisses. or. OR. she ends up too actually fighty and actually needs to go be a solo kitten. i do not want this. i would be so sad. i love her so much.

they're all doing well out here. i'm just so proud of Ghost. here's a picture i managed to get of her on the stairs 🙃

Thoughts While Watching Gilmore Girls: Season 1/Episode 15 ("Christopher Returns")

What happens in this episode: Another meeting of two clowns, but this time it's Christopher and Dean. Christopher is a deadbeat sperm donor. Christopher donates his sperm again on Emily & Richard's balcony. Grab a mop. Christopher and Dean interacting. What combination of buttclowns creates a bigger clown vortex when they appear together, Dean and Tristan or Dean and Christopher? Or Christopher and Logan (did that ever happen? I'm pretty sure it did?) Absolutely impossible to decide. I pick on Lorelai and Rory. But I don't hate Lorelai or Rory. They're flawed but good people. I will say no such thing about Dean, Christopher, Logan, or Liz.

Good, I see Crusty's getting the itchy knitted guest blanket that every 90's Mom had in storage. That's what he deserves. Rory, her voice hopeful: Maybe we can get him (my father) to stay for a few weeks. He's never been to Stars Hollow before. That means something's different this time, right? Lorelai: By weighting him down with blankets? He'll come and go as he pleases. Just enjoy the time you've got with him. So jokey but also pretty fucking sad. Rory: What happened to Diane? I met her at Easter. You said she'd be the one. Christopher: Diane is ancient history. The one to be gone by Memorial Day. More sadness couched in jokeyness. Cue Max exiting Rory's life shortly as well. Did you know the guy who plays Christopher is also a total douchebag in real life? Knowing this makes his character even more revolting. What's more vomit inducing, Christopher calling Lorelai "Lor", Logan calling Rory "Ace" or Tristan calling Rory "Mary"? I'll give it to Dean, at least he never gave Rory a horrible pet name. Season 1: Dean: Talks Me: Shut the fuck up Christopher:Talks Me:Shut the fuck up Christopher and Dean talk to each other: SHUT UPPPP Interesting that Christopher wrecked his new Porsche (two hours after his parents gave it to him) with Lorelai on his 16th birthday. It is implied he was driving recklessly on purpose, by the way. Hmm, uhh, errr.. yu know what, I won't say any thing further. I'lll end up going off on a real fucking tangent. Lorelai: I've always left the door to Rory open for you and you've hardly ever used it. That's so SAD. I just want to take a moment to say how amazing this show is. The amount of drama is just perfect. It's light and breezy but still makes you feel something. It doesn't overwhelm me. I stuck with this show from beginning to end, even when it dipped in quality, while I gave up on watching shows like The OC, Dawson's Creek, etc halfway through because they just tried too hard. Crusty Meets Crusty. Luke, Dean and Christopher interacting with each other and by means of a softball game feels sooo awkward. (Did you know that in real life, Scott Patterson was formerly a professional baseball player?) Luke is not exactly Dean's biggest cheerleader. How did they end up playing softball together? Is it because there are only 14 people living in Stars Hollow? Dean trash talking Luke is weird. Like, who do you think you are? I don't care that its Sportz. Go sit your clown ass down. Hold onto your hats. 1) Lorelai stated Christopher calls once a week (highly debatable, but fine, no way to prove that) but then says "I haven't seen him last Christmas". Huh? She just said he's never been to Stars Hollow before. 2) Minutes ago she was talking about him/to him like she hadn't seen him in forever, and she didn't know anything about his life, but he also calls once a week, so what do they talk about on this weekly phone call? Does she just hand the phone to Rory to do all of the talking but then Rory tells her nothing? 3) Rory also reacted to his arrival in town like it had been ages since she'd seen him, so where did Lorelai go for Christmas? She went without Rory? She also said she spent last Easter with him. 4) "Last Christmas" was only a few episodes ago (although I suppose it wasn't technically a Christmas "Day" episode), when Richard was in the hospital, Luke came with her and made her the Santa burger. Rory was at the Gilmores and Lorelai was home serenading Dean at the window. Chrstopher was not present in either situation. Miss Patty is hitting on Rory's dad whom she just met because of couse she is.

Thanks for that update Crusty. (Remember that Rory was born in early October, so she was concieved in the dead of winter. That must have been one cold balcony-bang). Ah yup. They're boinking. Somehow that horrible, uncomfortable, awkward evening that led to Lorelai feeling utterly devastated and crying (an evning which Christopher merely calls "memorable" with a chuckle) ends up with them having sex. Alright. Rory: Where were you guys? Christopher & Lorelai: Nowhere. Where we were. Rory:Ah. She knows. Luke needed Lorelai to be at the diner for something, and whatever it was, I missed it. I have no idea what it was. She forgot to meet up with im and stood him up. Was it to help him redecorate? Oh, they're still painting. I thought they were done.

My parents didn't really keep much of an eye on my growing up unless there were other people involved. That's related to a whole other can of worms (to very briefly touch upon it: my mother believes the "more I spend time with other humans the more they'll corrupt my soul" so.. ?? Side effect of that is that my mother never really taught me how to behave besides listening to orders. She did eventually get me to stop biting people though so there is that lmao)

At our house we were really close to a forest and until we moved when I was around 14 I spent all the time I physically could in the forest. I was never allowed a phone but I did get a watch so I could get home in time, but past that my parents never checked up on me or anything.

Whenever we had pets (usually, there was a year or two when we didn't though) my parents always called the animals my siblings and other than school (I was bullied and left alone so much I often went days or even weeks without saying a single word) usually the only "people" I socialized with was animals. So most of my social skills I picked up from animals (my parents didn't believe in community or clubs or children's tv so other than watching murder mysteries the only TV I saw was documentaries and usually ones about animals).

My parents also never helped with homework or played with me (idk if that's a thing parents do though lol). I spent most of my time alone (never was good at making friends and we were weirdly never in neighbourhoods with other kids?). So like I was and still kinda am really used to only spending time with animals and not really humans.

Since I was 6 or 7 I made my own breakfast and lunch, packed my own food for school, did my own laundry, taught myself how to make toys via origami, learned how to (badly) mend clothes through stealing string and tying it through holes, entertained myself etc. I consider it pretty normal since I'm used to it, but it's made me a bit... odd.

And other people very much pick up on this and I've gotten comments a lot of my life about it. I might be autistic I'm not sure, but I really struggle with picking up social cues. This paired with pretty much being alone most of the time makes me act odd enough that it makes other people uncomfortable.

I've gotten yelled at, insulted, called names, etc because of this (my parents call me creature, different animals, horror monsters sometimes, and make jokes like that) and IDK what to do but mostly I wanted to ask about a certain thing? I have a single friend and she'll say things like "you always sound like you came from the forest" or "I forget you're not some sort of forest creature" but like, comparing me to fantasy creatures or animals.

Usually it's pretty joke-y, but sometimes it gets tiring too because like I get my life experiences aren't mainstream common but even when I'm trying my best to fit in I still get called non-human. I know my friend doesn't mean it as insults but sometimes I wonder if I'll be doomed to always give off the vibe of "not fully human". Usually I don't mind it (for a while as a kid I embraced it lol) but sometimes it kinda gets to me.

I guess it's because I feel like I've had to "tame" myself to fit into society better but I've never even managed to fit in/not be bullied no matter how hard I try and now I struggle to embrace the wilder freedom I used to have. Part of it is trust issues so I rarely feel safe enough to act more like myself, but also I'm aware that I act too animal-like if I'm comfortable around people and that makes them uncomfortable :(.

sorry idk where I'm going with this but sighhh. I wish there were people like me I could hang out it, it would make everything so much easier. IDK why I struggle so much with acting more like a regular human but it just doesn't come naturally to me -_-

I'm sorry to hear about what you've been through.

It's true that there are a lot of horrible humans out there and so perhaps your mom is coming at it from a traumatized angle, but we are naturally social creatures so being around other human beings is essential to our development, especially filling our lives with positive experiences with other humans.

It is normal for parents to play with their children and help them with their homework. My parents and my friends' parents did that as well. It's also essential for a child's development to be involved in their lives, engaging in play and helping them learn.

On one hand, it's good to have some independence and doing things yourself, but at the ages of 6 and 7, your parents should be packing your lunch, doing your laundry, and the other things you mentioned.

Being dehumanized or called non-human was also my experience as an autistic. I always described myself as an alien that was beamed down to this planet to absorb human traits from scratch (in reality, we all do this, just at different times). I think the way you were raised plays a major factor into your behavior and mannerisms, but there's nothing wrong with you. Even if it turns out that you are autistic or neurodivergent in some way, there's still nothing wrong with you. Society has their preconceived notions of how a human is supposed to behave or present, and obviously not everyone meets that standard. That's okay.

Unfortunately, bullies will bully you no matter what you try, because bullies have inherently taken a role in which they will never support you. But you don't need their support or validation. Their hatred is worthless because it's overabundant.

Society has a skewed idea of what makes a human a human. You are still a human being, even if some people have stricter definitions. You still deserve respect, and space, and a voice, and everything that is a human being's right.

You deserve to live authentically without having to conform to societal standards (unmasking). If someone is uncomfortable with how you are naturally, that's their funeral. If they can't get past that, then they don't deserve you. There are plenty of understanding people out there waiting to be your friend.

name : red, niza, hell you could even call me pavel if you wanted to idgaf. i'll respond to any name so long as i know it's me whose attention you're trying to get. pronouns :  i take any pronouns tbh. preference of communication : disco. even if it takes me some time to see it or respond, i'm always on there. most active muse :  pasha. experience / how many years :  what, fifteen years now? give or take? idk man. best experience : the people i've met and the stories / worlds we've weaved, hands-down. i've met people through rp who are some of the most dear people to me irl and i'm so happy to have met them through this little hobby that i don't tell anyone else irl about that i'm into. i've got inside jokes for days from old rps that i'll take to my grave. i've (i think) grown as a writer so much even in just my short return to tumblr and keep meeting more great people. rp pet peeves : right now, definitely this new editor (it counts). people who remake their blog every week because i just can't keep up with that. 40x40 icons with a border that has 1800 things going on because i end up looking at the border and don't know where the actual fc icon is. they're usually pretty as fuck, don't get me wrong, but it detracts from what the icon's really meant to be used for imo. fluff, angst, or smut : i'm going to have to go with angst/drama. usually because it's part of something very multi-faceted and deep and wild that forces me to push my muse and explore them in greater depth. fluff i can handle for a while, but it often has little plot on its own and i prefer it as an add-on to something else that's happening, or maybe it's advancing relationships/the plot somehow. i love to talk about the smutty side of relationships/dynamics, but i'm not confident in writing it, plus where pav's concerned, not sure how much i'd really ever be in the position to have to worry about that anyway. plots or memes : memes are a hell of a lot of fun and they definitely kickstart interactions (says me who never really reblogs memes ever), but i've learned i prefer plotting, no question. i get invested in plotted memes and having even some sort of path and knowledge of what i'm working with really helps me expand on this world that's being created in a way i can't with just winging it without feeling like i'm taking control or overstepping or what have you. plus, plots allow me to go fuck-all wild and really chat and have a good time with the other mun. long or short replies :  i am going to say long because i cannot keep my replies short. i always end up getting carried away and saying too much, whether it's internal thoughts, actions, or describing a setting. time to write: honestly, anytime the inspiration strikes. sometimes that is early, sometimes it's at 0300. i have no set time where i sit down and say now i write!! though i do find that i have the most inspiration when i am in places i don't want to be. for example, i think i write some of my best replies on mobile when i'm stuck at my desk at work. are you like your muse : hmmm in some ways. much like pav, i do actually love to learn and i hate not knowing things (though my memory is nowhere near as good as his, so i forget things quite often.) i also have a very strained relationship with my dad, but for different reasons.

Hi ^^ Thank you so much for the ask~! I'll answer for the two that have been haunting me most recently 15. What would the ideal dream date be for you? What would be your F/O’s ideal dream date? Hmmm...For Shichiro I think I'd like most going out to a mall that has several stores that correlate with our interests, so we could just...Go from store to store, exchanging information. I think he'd most prefer a quiet night in of information exchange, dinner, and then laying down for the evening. For Sabro, I'd personally love most to go to an amusement park or carnival, and watch him just brutalize the cheat games...Or watch him get cheated by the cheat games. It'd be funny, watching him get all frustrated with them, I think. To be honest, I don't...Super know what kind of dates he would like the best? Anything he could show off at the most, for sure. 19. What is the pet policy in the relationship? Is one of you a cat person while the other is a dog person? Are either of you allergic or disinterested in animals altogether? Shichiro loves animals, more than he loved to breathe on some days I think. He's also an animal biologist, so trying to limit what animals he can and can't have in his own home wouldn't go at all, and I'd never try to!...Except for that one panther rat he had that started showering like a man, using doors, watching TV and working the remote. That one had to go, it was too smart. It was planning something. For me, I have a cat or two and I'm happy. For Sabro? Honestly I feel like he'd just try to collect the strongest animals he could and I honestly cannot handle him bringing home a dragon or some shit, so whatever he wants to bring home he has to call ahead. Especially cause homie lives in an apartment, pretty sure his lease doesn't allow pets right now. 33. Does your F/O fit your usual “type”, or did your attraction to them come out of no where? Shichiro does to a T, he's big, beefy, kind, a little bit stupid in just the right way, he's also incredibly intelligent and gentle, and he starts off the series with super long hair...But that IS where he breaks my type, interestingly enough! He cuts his hair super short! Like buzzed on the sides and just a little bit of hair left on top! I have NEVER still been into a guy once he cut his hair, for any reason, at any point, and I have AVOIDED watching shows because the male lead cuts his hair, but I am still SO into Shichiro!! I can't even pick a favorite style because he's still so outstandingly handsome no matter what! Sabro is exactly my type, big, buff and dumb as a brick. He's also very intelligent, like, academically, but my beloved doesn't have a thought in his head most days and I do love him for it. 37. Are they more verbally affectionate, or do they believe actions speak louder than words? Shichiro is more physically affectionate, but that's not to say he isn't verbally affectionate too. He's just the type to pick you up and hold you for hours on end, but he's also the type to praise you the whole time, though a lot of his praise is...Odd? Don't get me wrong, he'll throw out 'beautiful' and 'gorgeous' but he's just as likely to throw out 'fascinating' and 'intriguing' because it's as much a romantic relationship to him as it is a chance to learn about humans and human culture, since humans are but a Myth in the Netherworld. Sabro is also both, but more so verbally affectionate I think? He talks a lot, and he talks loud. He talks himself up, he'll talk you up, hell he'll talk your parents up for producing him such a fantastic mate. He has no shame and will just...Say these things out loud for everyone to hear.
