serious adivice wanted!
does anyone have any tips on how to make money online these days?
I have to have a surgery in August, and it’s gonna be taking a big chunk of my safety fund for my pets and health stuff, and since I have several chronic illnesses, including lupus, I have to take into account other medical expenses the next few years.
I am mainly a writer for a living, but expenses like rent, power and groceries are so expensive right now, among the creative market being very hard, I am barley scraping by.
I am selling what I can, but that is pretty limited as well.
So if anyone have any sort of advice or tips on where and how to make money in these conditions I’d be forever grateful.

I went to the doctors yesterday. Had an MRI ($49) and a pain block ($110). However, my hernia has grown from 9mm to 11mm and is causing so much pain that I can't sleep and I can't go to the cats as often as before. So I went to a neurosurgeon. He prescribed an operation for me, because the nerve is very compressed.
The operation costs about 960 dollars. I only have $200 for now. The operation is needed as soon as possible, ideally—next week. yesterday I started taking tests and already spent $63 (that's not all)
