Peanut butter, banana, and oat smoothie for breakfast today. But if the last time I had this is any indication, it will also be my lunch, and possibly dinner as well. It’s SO filling, and keeps me going all damn day. If oatmeal is not a good mouth feel for you, I highly suggest giving this a try.
1 banana in chunks
Spoonful of peanut butter (or nutella. yumm)
Equal parts vanilla or banana yoghurt, quick oats, and milk. I use about 3/4 cup of each.
Place all the ingredients in that order into a blender carafe, and let soak overnight in the fridge. Blend in the morning. You might need to add a splash more milk if it’s thicker than you like, but it has the same consistency as a milkshake.
