I think it's predominantly the excitement of Monster High returning, but I wanna talk about "Growing Ghoulia" and "Spell the Beans" (especially since I've seen other people talking about the new episodes). Just a bunch of random points that I really appreciated. So, yes, this post will include spoilers for the episode "Growing Ghoulia" and "Spell the Beans" :)

All the new episodes this month have been wonderful so far, but I honestly really loved this one and "Spell the Beans" (but knowing me, the clankie episode tomorrow will likely come out on top <- pun intended. Don't be surprised if I post all about that one tomorrow too jhsjssjh).

No, but honestly, I appreciated the use of "allegory" (if you'd like to call it that) in regards to Ghoulia's need to top the horror roll. Ghoulia says, "it's hard for zombies to get points. We're not as fast as other monsters. I wanted to be the first zombie to be number one and show everyone they misjudged us."

Many could interpret it as disability allegory, or generally, any minority group that is prone to being judged solely on the basis of stereotype. And Draculaura pitches in with her own personal example. Due to her love of witchcraft (something that is shunned in monster society), she feels the need to prove herself as a means of "showcasing" that she is a responsible and kindhearted person amidst the act that she practices what society deems as a "filthy human habit".

In the episode "Spell the Beans", Draculaura states that she uses witchcraft to create, and that it is a fun hobby. Being a witch is her identity, and she wishes to prove to other monsters that witches can be good people. It is entirely dependent on what you use the powers for. Through these two episodes, we get to see Ghoulia and Draculaura's identities even more deeply, as well as the fact that they care so much about serving as pioneers (within the groups they identify with) towards a better, more accepting future. I imagine, even if kids aren't reading into the episodes as much as I am JJSJJ, that this underlying theme about identity and acceptance means a lot to so many people watching.

Also, can we talk about Ghoulia's reaction to Draculaura practicing witchcraft?? It's so wholesome! She's immediately like "that's so cool!" and then quickly realizes how unfair it is. Not because it's a "human" practice, but because of her goal in the episode: to be at the top of the horror roll. She is not bothered by Draculaura practicing witchcraft. As a matter of fact, she finds it very impressive and intriguing.

Also the visuals?!? Like, as a writer and filmmaker, the whole heart-to-heart scene with mid-falling, suspended tree leaves around them made me like "OMG CINEMATOGRAPHY", even though it's literally animated JSJSHJ. But still.

ALSO "Spell the Beans"!! With Dracula and Draculaura sitting with their backs to the tombstone. Like.... ooooo damn I love myself a good heart-to-heart scene, especially when the characters use the space in that way. There is so much that can be gathered through just their position during that scene. A sort of metaphorical (and literal) wall stands between them. It's a space where they can't exactly face one another, but can still engage in their conversation. LIKE OOF. FEELS.

And then of course, a definite highlight...

MONSTER HIGH CANONICALLY HAS AN LGBTQ+ CLUB!!

GUYS. MONTHS AGO I MADE A LIST OF G3 FRANKIE HEADCANONS AND ONE WAS THAT THEY ATTEND A QUEER CLUB BUT LIKE--

I DIDN'T THINK THEY'D ACTUALLY INCLUDE IT, BUT I AM SO HAPPY THEY DID!!

And they said "queer" too! Just like Twyla said "autism". I know it sounds small, but the writers (in order to avoid angry, homophobic parents) could easily have been like "this is the Ghoul Wraith Alliance, a place where people can celebrate identity". Sure, it would be sweet, but it would leave too much to the imagination. That is typically fun, but as a queer person myself, it is such a joy to hear these words being spoken aloud in children's media!! This made me so happy, and I have nothing but absolute respect for the Monster High team working on this show!

Nah, but overall, I'm so glad Monster High is back. They do such a great job not shying away from topics and communicating these topics in validating ways. Pumped for tomorrow's episodes (watch as I shit my pants at school, cause I'm gonna be there at 5 for theater production callbacks hehe).

(Au where Daniel comes to West Valley a year or two before he does in the movie)

After the beach the guys give Daniel a chance because he’s stubborn as shit and they find he’s not into Ali. Not even into girls but that’s nothing new around their part of the country. They find he’s actually really funny and annoyingly nice and loyal. Daniel gets so fucking worked up and angry when people say shit about them, even if it is true and the guys find it both amusing and kinda nice to have another one of them.

Daniel sort of becomes the baby of the group, both because he’s the youngest (both in age and in terms of being apart of their group) and because the guys all think he’s adorable. Not that they tell him or each other that, because that’s kinda gay.

It’s not until there’s this match, they’re all competing and Daniel’s there to cheer them on. He didn’t have much interest in participating but he enjoyed watching the guys compete, found it fun and liked the post victory high they all held.

Johnny wins (again) but Dutch comes second this year and he’s absolutely glowing with pride. He usually gets disqualified after round 2, too hopped up on adrenaline and ready to fight anything that breathes funny.

The guys all come out to the parking lot, looking for Daniel so they can all head to their favourite diner and celebrate. Thoughts came to an abrupt stop when they find him in the parking lot, leaning against Johnny’s car with a scowl and some big guy from the tournament standing in front of him. He’s got his arms crossed, the guy leaning with one arm up by his head while the other keeps trying to tug at Daniel’s arm.

The Jersey kid keeps pulling away, glaring as he says something or other. The big guy laughs, hand coming up to cup Daniel’s cheek.

The guys don’t need to know what happens next since their all running forward. Dutch is the fastest and loudest, pulling the guys attention toward them before he’s tackling him to the ground. Daniel’s eyes go wide but he doesn’t get the chance to react much, Tommy and Bobby coming up to him and dragging him away as Johnny, Dutch and Jimmy square off with the guy.

So maybe they care for Daniel a little more than they were willing to admit to themselves. And maybe Daniel’s been crushing on them since he met them all a year ago. And maybe they all turn out to be a bunch of possessive, jealous assholes when literally anyone tries hitting on their baby. And maybe! They take him home to Johnny’s (cause the guys parents are gone again) and take their turns and their sweet ass times showing him exactly who he belongs to now that they’ve gotten their heads out of their asses.

Daniel shows up to school Monday, limping like a mf, sporting a shit ton of hickies (some of them just barely hidden under his clothes) and with the widest smile anyone has ever seen on him. The Cobras don’t really act any different, nor does Daniel honestly, but everybody knows there’s a change in their dynamic.

It’s in the way Dutch gives up his food even though he’s the most possessive over it. It’s how Bobby smiles at the mere mention of Daniel. How Tommy snuggles in close to Daniel in the halls or at lunch. How Jimmy quiets near instantly when Daniel places a hand on his arm or smiles his way. How Johnny hovers constantly and glares at everyone who looks a moment too long.

Even Daniel has changed around them. He’s a little softer (more tame some would even dare say) has these little tells with each Cobra Kai member to get them to do whatever he wants. It’s kinda adorable to see the baddest kids in school wrapped around his little finger.

The sight before you was one you’d hoped to never see, but at the same time, a part of you felt that it was inevitable. It’s not like you’d ever talked about exclusivity, but you had fallen hard, and he’d made you think he felt the same.

You didn’t know if you had a right to feel betrayed, but it hurt seeing him getting handsy with another girl in the corner booth of the Hard Deck. Not to mention, he had invited you there. Yeah, you definitely had a right to be upset.

Not wanting to see him kiss her any longer, you break your eyes away, intending on making an unknown exit.

But you’d stood in view for too long, and you hear some of the other pilots call out your name. You give them a small wave and a tight-lipped smile, “I was just leaving!”. You needed to get out of there. They protest, but you wave them off, turning to find the quickest way out.

Until another voice joins the group. “You leavin’ already, Y/N?” Your eyes widen in panic as you recognize it as Jake, who had heard the commotion and broken away the stranger next to him.

You ignore him, continuing on your path, and you have half the mind to flip him the bird. As you push through the doors at the front of the bar, Jake is scrambling after you.

“Y/N!” He calls after you. “Nope.” You shake your head, just trying to get to your car to end this nightmare.

“Y/N, just wait!”

You turn on your heel, “What? What could you possibly need?”

He stops in his tracks, the two of you now standing off in the parking lot of a bar. Thankfully, it was mostly deserted, and the few people that were present were too drunk to take notice of the situation you were in.

“I didn’t know you were here.” He scratches his neck. At least he had the decency to look ashamed. “You invited me here, Jake. Did you forget that part? How could you do this to me?”

“I know, I know. I lost track of time, and then she was just on me-.” He stops when he sees the look on your face. Was he really trying to blame the other woman?

He takes a few steps toward you. “I’m sorry you had to see that, but honestly, I’m surprised you’re this upset.” He pauses, grimacing at his words before he even says them. “I thought we were just… you know, having fun.”

“I know that! I just thought-“ You huff, running your hands over your face, and then you groan, starting over. “I’m upset because I’m in love with you. But it’s clear now that I was fucking delusional thinking you felt the same so please, please just let me leave before I embarrass myself further.” You beg, turning your back to him at this point, completely mortified with your confession as you fumble with your keys.

“What makes you think I don’t feel the same way?”

You turn to look at him incredulously. “Are you being serious right now? Not five seconds ago you were defining this-” You gesture between the two of you, ”As being just some fun.”

He sighs, “I’m really fucking this up, aren’t I?” There’s a glimmer of a smirk on his face, and you almost laugh at how ridiculous the situation is turning out to be.

You scoff, folding your arms and lifting your shoulders in some sort of a shrug, but staying quiet to let him say whatever he needed to say. The sooner he did that, the sooner you could leave.

“I’ve never…felt this way about anyone else.” He walks forward until he’s stopped about a foot away from you, lowering his voice at his own confession. “I’m not used to it. I don’t know… how to act.”

“Well that’s obvious.” You chuckle sarcastically.

He gives you a look, “I was scared you didn’t feel the same way. But I want to be with you. Only you. I’ve just never done the whole transition into a serious relationship.” You sigh, dropping your arms to your sides. “I guess that’s understandable.” You quirk your lips up, “Barely.”

He laughs, reaching for your hands as if he’s testing the waters. “I really am sorry. Does it help if I say it didn’t mean anything?” You raise an eyebrow at his words, “Let’s chalk it up to a misunderstanding.”

He nods, “Already done.” He leans down to force you to look at him, a soft smile on his face. “Does that mean you wanna give this thing a try?” You choke out a laugh at the way he says it. “Yeah, I guess we can give it a try.”

He grins at you before pulling you into a warm hug. You return it, only pulling away slightly to emphasize one more thing.

“But no more kissing randoms in the bar.” He gives you a sheepish smile.

“You don’t need to worry about that happening ever again.”

excluding the wicca, and other weird kinda basic "spiritualism" that usually young women get into for aesthetic or out of boredom, what part of modern european derived paganism is cringe? are the public celebrations or festivals people have insincere or incorrect? are a lot of westerners and especially americans who practice it just cringe in general unrelated to what they practice? why is wicca even considered cringe?

well, what you mentioned is the bulk of what i consider cringe. i find the pagans on the other side of the spectrum cringe too though. the ones who are so rigid and dogmatic in their reconstructionism that they are basically christians in all but name.

anyway, this got a bit long so keep reading if you dare...

most public celebrations i see are pretty embarrassing. but i think that's mostly because most are performed by the aforementioned new age/spiritualist groups. so i think some of their inherent cringe just rubs off on the ceremonies, even if the ceremonies are done sincerely/correctly (which i'd say they rarely are and that definitely contributes to the cringe). not that i think there is only one correct way of doing things. i'm all for creating new traditions.

as for why wicca is considered cringe, it will obviously vary from person to person. but to me it just comes off is deeply basic and artificial. the religion was almost entirely invented wholesale in the 50s based on a bunch of ahistorical assumptions. and it just feels really larpy and performative and surface-level. i've never known a wiccan with any real deep theology or philosophy. it feels like it's only ever a phase. and honestly that's all it ever should be.

and just my personal experience with wiccans has always been cringe. i've known wiccans and they always just act cringe. they'd dress up in cheap costumes and stand in circles around crystals and recite awkward chants. they'd find spells and curses on the first new age blog they find. no real consideration for history or the seriousness of magic. no serious study or thought. it's always just doing "whatever feels right." it's like the pagan version of satanism. it's just what loner kids get into to be edgy and find some sense of community. and that's fair. it's baby's first heterodoxy. but don't expect me to take it seriously as a religion for adults. like i mentioned earlier, it should only ever be a phase and i expect any serious pagans to grow out of it.

XDINARY HEROES GROUP DYNAMIC

overall:

a lot of energy and passion! they feel very hopeful about the future and their chance for success and seem to work fairly well together. a major positive is that they actively all try to make sure they celebrate often (when they achieve something they reward themselves and congratulate each other). they’re still getting used to being around each other so often and being in this group has taught them a lot about what it means to get along with people in general, so it’s definitely more coworker vibes than friendship vibes currently but the foundation they’re building together has potential for being solid. they make sure to look out for one another and while all of them have moments of feeling as if their individuality is threatened it seems they’re focused on the long haul and try not to allow petty jealousies to get out of control.

gunil:

seems a bit moody and emotional. he’s quite burdened and stressed and seems to be pushed to his limit trying so hard to be a team player. he convinces himself he’s always getting the short end of the stick. being around people so often in general seems it could be hard for him so he should work on communicating his boundaries and concerns early on so he doesn’t become too resentful and act out. honestly, down the line i worry his character may become more questionable (sleazy, angry and vindictive) so he should really work on this now.

jungsu:

he wants everyone to get along and can take on the role of the mediator. he’s cooperative and good at compromise and doesn’t even seem to mind if he’s bossed around. he makes sure to spend a lot of time with himself so he doesn’t feel overwhelmed but he’s also the one reminding everyone to have fun when they’re together and make the most of the memories they’re creating. he gives the vibes of "slow and steady wins the race" and he plays his cards carefully.

gaon:

gaon seems pretty simple, he’s essentially in work mode constantly when with the members and isn’t too interested in wanting them to ever be more than coworkers. this can cause him to sometimes be inconsiderate towards them but his detachment and lack of emotion towards them also makes him come across as laidback so he’s easy to be around. he’s professional but also risk taking and he pushes the members for success because he wants it too. while he’s not exactly looking to become best friends with anyone he does pay attention and will stand up for someone or their opinion if he feels they’re right.

o.de:

he’s kind of secretive, he probably struggles the most with feeling like his independence is threatened so while he gets along with the members superficially he always has something he’s keeping in reserve and never reveals his hand. he should be wary of this competitiveness eventually hurting the dynamic permanently because he could be prone to sabotage (whether it’s manipulation to get what he wants out of a comeback at the expense of other members or even just talking badly about them to their peers). he should also be careful of saying things he can’t take back because if it happens too often those hurt feelings will never truly go away. side note: he should also be very careful of scandals, especially ones involving (his treatment of) women which would bring down the image of the group. he should remember to keep the big picture in mind as he does now.

junhan:

his feelings are very easily hurt. it seems this will be a common theme for him in this group but it also could have happened in any group given his personality. he’s often upset and always pushing down how hurt he is, he’s overly focused on keeping the peace and doesn’t speak out about basically anything. very evasive and this prevents him from becoming closer with the members, being forced to have an argument with one or a few of them would actually clear the air and give them both a deeper understanding of one another. he needs to be told often he’s appreciated and valued or it becomes even worse so it’s important the other members are eventually able to pick up on this to help him feel better.

jooyeon:

seems he’s a bit of a loner overall. he wants attention and for the members to like him but he mostly keeps to himself and just does what he thinks is expected of him. he has a gentle and sort of dignified vibe where he wants to be professional and stay the bigger person in all situations. he’s good at resolving (or staying out of) conflicts and is optimistic and tries to keep the mood bright. his laziness can be something that annoys the other members.

Now that Ram Mandir has been opened can I honestly share what I feel? No, I'm not on the side of the Hindutva nor am I on the leftists I just want to take a neutral stand here. To everyone saying it's just a political agenda and Modi is using Ram mandir to appease the Hindu vote bank. Yes, and? I think we all (even the Hindus) know what game he's playing here. My house was conflicted yesterday. My mother and nani (grandma) were sobbing on finally getting Ram lalla's darshan yesterday on TV, my nanu (grandpa) wasn't supporting any of it. And I was torn. Torn between celebrating a historic moment and rationalizing whether it even deserved to be celebrated. Would Ram ji have wanted this? He would've wanted us to celebrate yes but not at the cost of harming others. I condemn the acts of discrimination against the minor sects of society, everyone who's got to suffer because of this. In Mahabharata too, the minority (Pandavas) had to go through hell but they emerged victorious in the end coz they were right. However, I'd also like to state that it's not that simple here. People calling out Islamophobia, I'm with you. People calling out Hinduphobia, I'm ALSO with you. All lives matter no matter if they are Hindu or Muslim or Christian or Palestinian. "Hinduphobia doesn't exist" It does. Ofc not at the scale of the terrifying Islamophobia in India but it does. In other Islamic etc countries, it does. Just like how Islamophobia exists in countries where Islam folk are in minority. But does that give Hindus a license to endorse and impose themselves any more than the colonizers and invaders did? No.You can't blame innocent Muslims for what Mughal invaders did centuries ago any more than you can blame Vibhishan for what his own brother Raavan did. I think to elaborate on the objectively normal to objectively horrible sapphic spectrum that you can find on phantasmaw dot gov it's like

Rosalie sits as close to the end of objectively normal as I can provide. She's a #girl in the world. She loves writing with glittery pens and she likes stomping around in the woods and all she wants to do is make friendly contact with aliens or any other "unnatural" life form. She also just casually happens to be friends with primordial ooze that possesses and puppeteers a spliced-up corpse that has, over time, become more and more horrific via the ooze's influence (the ooze being Amby). But she's a healthy and spunky sort of weird I wouldn't categorically call unwell. Canonically she does go through a few horrors but her morals are as stand up as any other person. She wants to show the type of understanding and acceptance only a certified weird girl can.

And on the objectively horrible end there's Imelda and Annabel. Now listen I could list Etoile here too very easily but surprisingly she is not as objectively horrible as Imelda or Annabel but that's only by a margin so she really shouldn't celebrate it (and she wouldn't, she'd act like my words are a bullet that just shot through her heart). Imelda's all about the fester and the obsession and the infatuation and letting love consume you until it's not love anymore but a parasite leeching off every aspect of your personhood. Also she eats people pretty regularly. Annabel was a very sweet and naive but dedicated and well-learned girl but she went through the negative character development wiggler after starting college and letting her unchecked victim complex run wild. She does not care what she has to do she WILL be the best. Also she eats people pretty regularly too. This is the part where I say they should kiss but they honestly shouldn't. They don't both need to lose their lips at the same time, I think?

Etoile, for her part, does not eat people pretty regularly and in fact has never done so. I have good reason to doubt she ever would. She's just awful in the sense that she has to be so incredibly insufferable or else she wouldn't be much of anything at all on account of the internal crystallization, and also she believes that's the only good way to get to know people, by seeing their anger and dismissal and perturbed avoidance first. I hesitate to say with my full chest that her life path has led her to assisting in perpetuating the same cyclical pains she suffered through because canonically speaking, and in the right plots/threads, she's very actively dismantling it. But I can say with my full chest that she's still incredibly manipulative and a womanizer and will take the worst route to get to where she's going because she's here for A Time not a long time.

Then there are the ones more solidly in the middle. Chaewon in truth is only in the middle because he respects the history of life too much to have dalliances with destructive tendencies and such. He is however quite knowingly selfish and possessive and the kind of person who will at least partially turn his back on good common sense for a little while if it means getting to continue to be selfish. By his clan's standards he's one of the worst children to ever be born because of taking a more individualistic approach to solve a group problem. Tough love that's sometimes not entirely just love kind of vibe. Chaewon also would eat a person but hasn't yet. I don't know if I should emphasize yet. But I mean, probably would if it was a shared meal with a loved one because why would he pass up that opportunity. Edelweiss is a little less in the middle and more on Rosalie's end. Milf I think? Or in that zone because she doesn't have children. Hypothetical milf. Long history of cowardice and then compromise with no real plan and now she lets people run away to her and her inn so they can sort their shit before she scoots them back out the door to face their problems.

Lenore is Lenore I don't know how to unpack that one. I think the most succinct way is 'my dick has led me to places I wouldn't go with a gun' if you get involved with them because they're like Silent Hill: The Person(thing).

ok so like i got a little worried at first because they imitated the try g*ys set up in the beginning which couldve gone really wrong because the try g*ys handled that situation REALLY WELL and im sick of seeing them be shamed or made fun of for it (SNL skit and NYT article) but it really delved into the hate THEY faced after dropping sell out and a bunch of the comments and DMs they showed were really hateful (some of them were homophobic, others telling them to kill themselves, and there were some that were racist which was really weird bc the groups they support r asian too??? so idk i dont really get those ones) and it’s honestly really clear that thats not even the worst of the hate they received… its just really sad and messed up.

i didnt expect that twoset would address the issue again after the ll40hrs episode we got a day or two ago, but im really glad they did. its oftentimes that overly obsessed fandoms (not just kp0p, tho those fandoms r definitely the more well known ones) can get really really hateful, and in the process they cross a lot of lines and are unapologetic about it. no matter how you twist it, nothing gratifies you with the right to tell others to kill themselves, or to threaten their families. you dont get to call others faggots, and you dont get to make fun of others because of how they look or their race. no one deserves that kind of fear or tasteless hate, no matter what they’ve done. you cant justify that sort of behavior— if who you’re “standing up for” believes that sort of behavior is okay, then a) their morals are WAY out of place, and b) maybe you shouldn’t be standing up for someone who thinks its okay to tell others to off themselves (not saying that bp or anyone condones their fans behavior, just saying that as a fact in general). im nearly 100% sure that whoever ur standing up for would think it to be disgusting and disappointing to know that their supporters are the types of people to wish bodily and mental harm onto others for reasons that aren’t justifiable.

i know for a fact that the people who do these types of things r a minority of the fandom, at least in most cases. it’s just that that minority is so loud that the normal parts of the fandom get drowned out, but its the fact that that minority can be heard and can be/is harmful to others that’s really messed up. i know that not all kp0p fans are as bad as these ones, and i’m friends with a lot of kp0p stans and i know for a fact that they would shame this behavior, but the way that the loud minority has decided to act and continues to act has completely tarnished the name of being a kp0p stan. i know it’s like a “joke” to say stuff like “oh you cant say that, the stans will come for you!” but the thing is that it’s not a joke. you really have to be careful of what u say or else those “stans,” that small but vocal minority will literally come for you.

it’s just so disheartening to see this behavior repeated again and again. you dont know this person’s situation, and you don’t know what they’re going through. being told to kill themselves could totally just be someone’s last straw, and the people who perpetuated that might just celebrate that they got rid of another hater. that type of behavior isn’t normal, and the fact that it’s gone on for so many years atp despite being called out is just so… i don’t know how to describe it.

like— if the tables were turned, and it was the group you’re stanning who was getting harassed by deranged fans, if they were being told to kill themselves, or if they were being called slurs that didn’t apply to them, or if they were being made fun of for the look of their eyes and the way they speak english, that behavior would be just as bad as the behavior that is constantly displayed against twoset and other people for jokes that are made, because it’s literally the same exact thing. if you wouldn’t do it to your faves, then don’t do it to anyone else. no matter if you care about them kr not, that behavior is disgusting and inexcusable in any situation.

going back to the OG video— i hope twoset is okay. they handled the situation really well, i think, and while it doesn’t really seem as though the comments and DMs got to them as much, i still really hope that theyre okay and that they know they’ve got people who love and care about them. i also can’t really imagine my best friend saying all those hurtful things to me, even if i know it’s fake. personally, thats just me and im honestly like— super sensitive (lol) but i also hope that brett and eddy filmed that, then went out and got lots of bubble tea and fried chicken together and just reminded each other abt how much they care and that in any real situation, nothing could come to them calling those each other those things irl (whether that would be a verbal or non verbal confirmation is up to u).

Thank you for being brave enough to share your opinion on all of this drama even though it goes against the vocal majority (?). I wish I could like your posts, but I don't want to get cancelled in the midst of this. I understand the fear about sexualizing minors and huge age gaps being an issue, but some of the logic on here is crazy. Oh, yes. What struck me first is the irony of ST fans getting together a Jason like lynch mob to go after someone arbitrarily defined as a freak, because apparently they are too far out of the narrow norm to be acceptable, so they just accuse them of horrible crimes out of thin air. And I don't know if anyone here actually knows any adult gay guys, but try to find a gay guy born in 1971 who doesn't laugh in your face and then backs away slowly if you tell them you are scandalized by a 29-year-old being attracted to a ten year younger person. This is so beyond absurd, and I can guarantee the mob that Eddie Munson, Will Byers and Mike Wheeler would think you are the worst.

Finn is too young for me tbh. I just have a "cute kid" attitude towards him and also no interest seeing pics of him out of character or his other movies. Might be different if I was still in my mid-twenties. But most importantly, it does not matter. If a bunch of senior citizens want to look at him all day, good for them. Good for Finn if many find him attractive and do want to see his other movies tbh.

And then there is also the fact that 10 years is not even a huge age gap for an actual relationship among adults. Yeah, many wouldn't want it, less the younger they are, but who even cares if other people do it, really. But this isn't even about a relationship. Absurd from so many angles.

normally, nayoung would jump at any opportunity to perform. performing as a coach, with her team, though, is a new experience, and she isn't sure how she feels about it

their directions are to guide their teams, but not be the leaders. nayoung hasn't quite forgotten last season, when studio delta's ceo called her a poor leader for putting herself in the center of her group's choreography too often.

this time, she's very careful to let her team take the reigns. she mostly just observes them, and answers any questions they have, but much to her pride, they come up with a great concept on their own. better than anything nayoung could hope to come up with, honestly.

she does assign lines to everyone, and also acquires the instrumental a.maze themselves used for one of their performances that her team wants to recreate. the rest of the song is the same, aside from one impactful piano break in the bridge. in the original performance, one of the a.maze members played the piano, but in her team's version, they'll insert a dance break.

the idea of their concept is nayoung as the "puppetmaster," the controlling, manipulative one in this relationship that the others just can't seem to break way from. they're choosing to represent that idea in a literal sense, through some changes in the choreography to get their concept across – to make the boys seem like they're tied to nayoung by strings, and like she's controlling them to some degree.

on performance day, she's incredibly confident. she was always confident, really, from the moment her team's lineup was announced. as stacked of a team as you could have, in nayoung's opinion.

it's only standing backstage that nayoung realizes how long it's been since she's performed on a stage of this scale. extra excitement bubbles in her stomach. even though her main role is to make sure her team shines, she also has an important part to play, and she intends to do it well.

she makes sure her team is prepared, and when it's their turn to take to the stage, she thinks she's done everything she can.

now they all just have to deliver where it matters.

the stage and lighting does a lot of the work for their performance, helping to further drive home the concept of nayoung as puppetmaster, the boys tied to her with strings.

she gave out the parts with their storyline in mind. she herself has the lines that make the most sense for the most manipulative one of the story to sing – and only a few, at that. maybe it'll be a surprise to the judges that nayoung chose to take such a backseat. she kind of hopes so.

as the bridge approaches, nayoung's excitement builds, because that's when the concept really shines and come to fruition.

during the chorus before the bridge, nayoung moves from the back of the formation to hop up a raised platform, so when the chorus dies down into the bridge, she, the puppetmaster, is standing above the rest of her team. she sings:

did you still not give up in your foolish dreams?

luciel and hangyeol sing after her, and then stevie delivers what may be the most important line of the entire performance: sorry the number you have called has been disconnected.

with that, the unexpected piano interlude kicks in, as does the contemporary-inspired dance break and the boys' escape from nayoung's clutches. nayoung, atop of her platform, acts out trying to keep them connected to her strings, but she loses control, and the boys find their freedom. as they do, she falls to her knees atop the platform, and the spotlight previously lighting her up on the platform goes out, leaving her in darkness.

from that point on, her work is done. she gets to watch the last 30 seconds from her perch, as her team continues the performance, now a celebration of their liberation from the toxic relationship.

as it wraps up, nayoung prepares herself to be lit up to the world again, and makes sure to find the camera and show off her prettiest angle if they decide to zoom in on her face.

Season 12 (2020)

Most rankings seem to put Season 11 towards the bottom and Season 12 towards the top, but I feel the exact opposite. Season 11 never had a dull moment, while Season 12 is nothing but dull moments. Especially the second half of it. This is blandest season (and cast) I've encountered so far, other than All-Stars 1 which barely even qualifies as a Drag Race season. The 90-minute runtime does not help either. The Werk Room portion of the episodes go on forever - all they talk about is the upcoming challenge, or their self-doubts, or the MANY, MANY mirror stories. This is easily the worst season of Untucked too – episodes 5 and 6 are the only ones worth watching. And once again, the guest judges appear on it every week. The giant shade button was wasted on this Untucked season. Season 12 really is “RuPaul's Best Friend Race”. Everyone gave supportive words to each other at one point or another. I'm not going to criticize the cast for being good people. But there's barely any drama or storylines. The only real storyline was Brita vs Aiden, which escalated into Aiden vs everyone. And honestly that rivalry was tiring by episode 6. You just know the producers wanted them to lip sync against each other. You could also include Widow's downward spiral as a storyline. And they tried to set up Nicky vs Gigi as rival fashion queens, but that went nowhere. And that's about it. The only other drama was from Widow and Jaida having attitude during the rehearsal of their respective premieres. And the Gigi vs Heidi tiff. I think the main reason why Season 12 is praised is because of the challenge performances. Almost everyone did well in both “Gay's Anatomy” and the Madonna Rusical, for instance. But I need more than just good challenge performances to fully enjoy a season. The Snatch Game was forgettable anyways, aside from Gigi and Jackie's performances. The Debate was a let down, but I get why Ru was pushing a political theme considering how important the 2020 election was to the drag community. I also don't like how they keep shoving the Ball to the beginning of the season. 36 runways in one episode was too much. But thankfully they skipped the late-season acting challenge. And the superfan Makeover was a nice moment; including the lip sync. Also, WTF was that cat mini-challenge? Oh, and apparently they didn't air the Reading mini-challenge because it was so bad. I will say the premiere was very hype. The first group was clearly the stronger one. “I'm That Bitch” might be the best girl group song they've done. Widow gave the best lip sync of the season. And the non-elimination felt justified. In past seasons, the first challenge was almost always a design challenge, unless it was All-Stars, so this was much more demanding. The split premiere fit the political theme of the season as well, as if they're competing political parties. I could do without the Fashion Show though, and the fake celebrities watching. The A-list celebrity guest judge was Nicki Minaj. She replaced Ru in the “Cover Girl” transition thing, and she was pretty harsh with Heidi. The editors also tried something new in the premiere where the producers interacted off-screen with the queens. The second group felt like a comedown though. I don't know why they did an odd number of cast members for a split premiere. I know Tamisha Iman and Kandy Muse were supposed to be on this season, but they were actually replaced. And then the producers had to erase Sh*rry P*e from the edit starting from episode 3, and DQ her from the finale. Her track record screamed favouritism. How did they let her talk for 17 MINUTES uninterrupted in that stand-up challenge? I've seen speculation that she would've won the season, but I don't think she was ever beating Jaida in a finale lip sync thankfully. Anyways, episode 3 starts off with some manufactured drama of the two groups coming together. Followed by Ru being a s**t-stirrer by making Widow and Jaida rank the other groups. Then an improv challenge that felt endless (“World's Worst”), where the winning team just did the same joke. Heidi winning would've been a much better storyline, since Jaida ranked her last that episode. Speaking of which, why were Sh*rry and Gigi winning everything for the first 7 episodes? They were even top 2 in their respective premieres. Also, Episode 3 aired on March 13, 2020, the same day a National Emergency was declared in the US. So maybe Drag Race was a comfort show to those stuck at home, adjusting to a "new normal", scared and uncertain about the outside world. It probably helps that this season didn't have a lot of negativity either. The restrictions only affected the reunion and the finale, because the show is filmed during the previous year. They did what they could given the circumstances, but Zoom call lip syncs ain't it. Oh yeah, Leslie Jones might be the best guest judges ever? Not only was she funny AF on the panel, but she went on Untucked and asked Aiden why she's sour and signed Widow's shoe. Vanjie's cameo on the Snatch Game episode (and that Untucked) was fun too.

Queens Ranking: 13. Sh*rry P*e Who? Didn't even notice she was there. 😂 12. Brita The inflated sense of self-importance. Brita mentioned New York City all the time. She was delusional; disagreeing with her placements, bragging about her improv skills, and saying “I am serving you looks every single time”. Aiden was right - Brita expected her NYC reputation to put her on top, but that's not how this works. Brita's confessionals had a mean vibe too. She wasn't throwing fun shade, it felt serious. She made condescending remarks about Aiden: “Aiden's like a lost little puppy”; “I don't want to babysit Aiden”; “Aiden isn't working hard enough” etc. And she borderline bullied Aiden to her face after the “World's Worst” challenge, and again on the episode 5 Untucked, and again on the red couch. Then she said “I love Aiden” after Aiden's elimination like what? Brita also thought Widow was milking her knee injury and cringed at Widow doing Ike/Tina. She called Rock M's outfit a “science fair project gone wrong”, as if hers was any better. And then she cried on her last Untucked for being in the bottom so much. In the competition: Brita had the worst track record. She flopped 4 challenges in a row. She had no idea what she was doing in the Ball challenge; all 3 of her looks missed the mark, and the judges didn't know it was a pineapple. She also overacted in “Gay's Anatomy”. She just laughed for every answer as Jennifer Holliday in Snatch Game. And she messed up the choreo in the Rusical. She was fierce in “I'm That Bitch” though (“cause they be givin' up and I ain't even done!”), but her lyrics didn't really say anything. As for Brita's runways, meh. Frozen was her best one. Spring and Buttons And Bows were a “no”. I actually enjoyed her lip sync performances though. 11. Jackie Cox Too dry and overly professional for me. And seemingly snobbish? She couldn't believe that Aiden didn't know Mae West (“call my lawyer”). She was confused by Vanjie's Julia Roberts joke. She gave people a hard time for being “unprepared” for Snatch Game. She insisted that Jaida volunteered to go last when she didn't (“roll that tape” indeed). She questioned why Aiden was safe, but later gave Aiden a reasonable explanation for why she's getting heat. She made an issue out of Widow not making connections, but had a heartfelt chat with Widow afterwards. Otherwise, Jackie mostly talked about her parents, LGBTQ+ discrimination in her culture, and Islamophobia. She even had that speech with guest judge AOC. I respect her for using Drag Race as a platform for these important issues, but I wish she had more un-serious moments I guess? She did occasionally throw shady jabs in the Werk Room though. In the competition: Jackie placed “high” in several challenges but never won. Her “I'm That Bitch” showed her identity, but it wasn't as memorable as the others. She was a natural talker in “World's Worst”. I thought she was the funniest in Snatch Game as Lisa Rinna – how she rambled on and threatened Heidi. Her genie concept in the advert was great (“For you!”) And in the stand-up routine, she told a personal story while keeping it funny. But Jackie struggled in the latter half. She was boring in the Rusical. She kept doing Canada jokes in the Debate. And her Makeover outfits were basic. She knew her time was up at the end too. Jackie was comedic lip sync-er, but “Kill the Lights” was cringe. My fave Jackie runways were her Frozen snowflake, her Michelle Visage look, the Purple People Eater, and the hijab. 10. Nicky Doll Nicky came in as a fashion queen that will “bring you glamour without breaking my hip”. While the producers spent the premiere pointing out her mispronunciations. But ultimately, Nicky got in her head - she felt defeated by the language barrier, and didn't think she could live up to everyone else's level because of it. She even named herself to go home in episode 5. She seemed crabby too? She was unhappy about her “World's Worst” role, she was annoyed by Jan's dissatisfaction over being safe, she was relieved to work solo for once, and she was bewildered by Aiden's favouritism. She also fought with Aiden on Untucked; and told Aiden she should be in the bottom over Jaida. Meanwhile, the judges read Nicky for not showing personality. She did joke around in the Werk Room – it just didn't materialize in the challenges. Her confessionals weren't bad though (like the popcorn one, saying “are you ready?” in French, etc). In the competition: Nicky was the fashion queen that bombed the performance challenges. Her “I'm That Bitch” verse was my least fave – the lyrics were generic and she didn't sell it on stage. In “World's Worst”, she didn't really add anything to the skit, and she cut Widow off. While in “Gay's Anatomy”, she thought she tried something different, but her baby character wasn't fun. Then it seemed like she gave up in her last lip sync. But yeah, Nicky served Parisian high fashion on the runway. My faves were her Fall look, her Sparkle look, and all 3 Ball looks. My least fave was her Spring look. 9. Gigi Goode Falls into the bland category for me. Gigi mostly talked about wanting to be on top (who doesn't?) Or being excited for a Fashion Show. Or updating us on her Ball outfit. Or just hyping herself up: “I'm not just good, I'm incredible”; “I see my drag going to the cover of Vogue. Period.”; “I think this means that I'm the queen bee of this season right?” Gigi also struck me as someone who cares about her image. She didn't really give reads; aside from comparing Crystal's singing to Kermit smoking pot. She was terrified of politics. She apologized for not knowing Patti LuPone. And she only got involved in drama once – when she told Heidi that she wasn't listening to the judges; a comment that Heidi found unnecessary – and she tried to smooth things over ASAP. She also later said “we've built a family and families fight and families get over it!” Sure. Otherwise, Gigi started showing vulnerability towards the end, when she cried over what to do in the stand-up challenge, and talked about repressing her self-doubts. She also came out as gender fluid on the show. And her mom making her outfits was so wholesome. In the competition: Gigi having 4 wins is excessive, especially 3 times in 4 episodes. They weren't undeserving wins, but there were other options: Jaida could've won the Ball, Jackie could've won Snatch Game, Jan could've won the Rusical. Gigi's Ball looks were polished but not that inventive. Her saucy robot in Snatch Game was funny but came off cocky. Her poses in the Rusical were compelling though. And her “I'm That Bitch” performance was fierce, even if I wasn't into the lyrics. I laughed when she read the audience members in her stand-up too. On the flip side, Gigi's stuck-up character in the advert didn't land. Her Debate was lacking (“why not”). Her Makeover outfits screamed safe. She was just a corpse in “World's Worst”. And her “turn it into comedy” bit in the “Starships” lip sync was cringe. Also, Gigi's runways were very well-constructed, but her style didn't excite me? The colonialism costume was a choice. My faves were the button outfit, her Black Wedding, the Daphne Blake one, and her pirate entrance. 8. Jan The blandest cast member of the blandest season. But still likeable enough. Jan was this positive, energetic Drag Race superfan who was excited to be there. There was even a complication of her chipper moments after she left. But Jan's confessionals didn't have much personality. The few Jan moments that stood out were: her being flabbergasted that Aiden didn't know her outfit was referee. When she talked about being a sports kid. When she assumed she'd win the Rusical because of her experience, resulting in the infamous face crack. And when she insisted that she was upset over Brita leaving, and not because of losing the Rusical. I call BS on that. I think Jan was moreso crushed that she didn't meet her own expectations. She later said “It's a good thing that Brita's gone because now I don't have to worry about her”, as if that was ever the issue. In the competition: Jan was highly ambitious, but I think this came off as desperation to impress the judges. The judges said she was doing too much. Jan sounded overeager in “You Don't Know Me”, but that attitude works well in a song. The point of the challenge was to introduce who you are, which she did. Her high energy was annoying in the “Droop” advert though, but I liked the Jan puns, and I understood her product better than Widow's or Gigi's. Otherwise, Jan was a solid actress in “World's Worst” and “Gay's Anatomy”. Her screaming at Sh*rry was funny in the latter. And her choreo was impressively smooth in the Rusical. Her Bernadette Peters in Snatch Game was forgettable though. As for Jan's runways, Buttons And Bows was amazing, and Black Wedding was my other fave. I enjoyed her in the lip sync too, even if it didn't match the song. 7. Dahlia Sin “I'm Dahlia Sin and I'm here to take your man”. I can definitely tell she's from the House of Aja. Dahlia was very chill in confessional, usually laughing at whatever she just said. She forgot to wear underwear in the premiere, she wanted to poke Rock M's butt, she “meh”-ed everyone out of drag, and she talked about her twin brother. Dahlia wasn't very chill during her exit, however, when she stormed off the stage without an exit line. She also had a problem with Crystal receiving encouragement on Untucked, and she was bitter that Crystal didn't lip sync. But Dahlia had the last laugh: she made cameos in the broccoli costume for the rest of the season! In the competition: Dahlia was a pretty obvious first boot. She just wasn't performing at the same level as the rest. Her girl group verse was the worst one across both premieres – her performance lacked conviction and Michelle exposed her lying in the lyrics. While in “World's Worst”, she hesitated and looked lost, playing this sensual-voiced broccoli that didn't land. Then she kept looking at the camera during the lip sync. Both of Dahlia's main stage runways looked unpolished too. Her best look was the Fall fashion show black fur. 6. Aiden Zhane I want to sympathize with Aiden. Brita borderline bullied her, and the cast tore her down, even when she did well, reaching a boiling point on the episode 5 Untucked. I'm glad she stood up for herself there. But I think Aiden was too standoffish and defensive: “I repeat I'm not a dancer”; “I guess I'm gonna have to be, aren't I?”; “well I'm not just going down there with my face painted, naked”; “when I did ask for my lines, I only asked once”; “I don't think so, I know so”. She tried to brush off their opinions, but I think they affected her. Like Leslie Jones pointed out, Aiden had this sour demeanour. She had to fight the perception she's the weakest. She felt disadvantaged for not coming from a big city. She got exposed in the premiere for calling herself an actress. And she finished her Ball outfit super early, which upset some people. That said, the only real storyline of the season revolved around Aiden so... In the competition: Aiden's “You Don't Know Me” verse gave us an idea of who she is. And she had that Mae West voice in “Gay's Anatomy”. She sold it with her facial expressions in those two challenges. But she looked unsure during “World's Worst”. While in Snatch Game, it was like she had no idea how to answer the questions as Patricia Quinn, someone she knew personally! She also gave up in the lip sync. I wasn't a fan of Aiden's simple outfits either - her Spring look, her Buttons And Bows, her Frozen one, and all 3 of her Ball looks. The referee outfit did need more time on it. Her Tulle runway was her best. Her face was what made her drag unique. 5. Widow Von'Du I'm not sure how to process the assault charges. But Widow had a presence to her during her introduction (“get into AAAAOOOOOOOOLLL of this”). In the premiere, she was voluntold to lead the choreo... until Brita and Jackie overstepped (insert deep sigh confessional). Then she gave up and gave attitude (insert “go ahead go ahead” confessional). Then they said she wasn't taking charge on Untucked. Lol. But yeah, Widow was enjoying herself so much in confessional: “I enjoy when bitches tell me what their weaknesses are”; “MF Sh*rry P*e that's my role”; “you can just taste the fakeness in the air”; “apolo-lie”; “...and now i'm laying eggs in you bitch”. She was devilish in the Rusical episode too (“Jackie, karma's a bitch ain't it”; “I got my first choice”; “well guess what bitch I'm a dancer”). But Widow was moody when she didn't get the “Gay's Anatomy” role she wanted. She was upset over Jackie's preparedness comments, and responded vindictively. And she self-destructed midseason, all because Ru pointed out she hadn't won lately. The inner saboteur took over! I think Widow felt pressured to impress Chaka Khan too. In her last episode, she got frustrated at the judges, and didn't know what they wanted. Otherwise, Widow shared stories of her mom's passing, her abusive relationships and getting kicked out. In the competition: Widow annihilated everyone in the premiere, between her side splits in “I'm That Bitch”, and her multitude of moves in the “Starships” lip sync. She then carried her disastrous team in “World's Worst” (“and this is barbecue sauce”). And she delivered personality in “Gay's Anatomy”. Her Tina and Ike in Snatch Game was whatever, but she had the cake joke. And she was great in the Rusical, just overshadowed. But Widow fell apart midseason. Her advert came off lifeless. Then the judges didn't understand her angry politician in the Debate. Maybe she played it too serious, but she was funnier than Gigi or Jackie. That said, I was disappointed by Widow's runways. Her Buttons And Bows clown, her Cape, her Frozen life-preserver, and especially her Michelle Visage look were a “no”. She was one of my least faves in the Ball too. I appreciated her Stars and Stripes message though. 4. Rock M. Sakura “Is it cultural appropriation? We'll find out”; “this song is dumb, I wanna do it like this and dress like a hot dog”; “feeling that steam [...] like some sort of hot pocket”; “you just walk down the runway and scream: high fashion”; “I want that apple!”. Rock M's high energy OTT personality was entertaining to me. She was so extra during her entrance. She loudly duct taped herself in the Werk Room. She flailed her arms in confessional. But I think this was her anxiety acting out. She explained how she uses humour to mask her insecurities. But I don't think Rock M was emotionally ready for Drag Race. She told Ru that she needed the girls for support. She had that emotional story about her mom's drug addiction. She meekly asked for that apple role. I'd love to see her growth on a future All-Stars though. In the competition: I enjoyed Rock M's “You Don't Know Me” verse. She gave us a character (the fart joke didn't bother me), but I can see how her performance came off intrusive. While in “World's Worst”, she told this joke that wasn't a joke at all... and that was the joke. I was more intrigued by Rock M's looks though. The anime outfit she drew herself was impressive. Her tulle runway was bold (I disagreed with Ross on that one). As was her Buttons And Bows. So it was surprising to see her bomb the Ball challenge. The tether ball was a gag (which is why I didn't put her bottom 2), but her second look had misshapen hip pads, and her third one just looked like garbage scraps. Then she couldn't get the skirt off during the lip sync... 3. Crystal Methyd Despite the quieter edit, and not being involved in any drama, and only having a few memorable confessionals - “I'm a little devil that likes to raise hell in Bible Belt”; “Own it baby! My husband is Harry Hamilton or something”; “I'm not too impressed that Gigi was able to make a pretty girl into a pretty girl”; “Jackie is meeping?” - there's just something about Crystal. She's so genuine and humble with a positive attitude. She was the underdog dark horse too. It seemed like Crystal was going to be an early boot. She cried in front of the judges in episode 3, and she couldn't get past her self-doubt at one point. But once she realized what worked for her, she was unstoppable. Such a good growth story. Crystal was living for the other girls during challenges too. She had a One Direction tattoo in Arabic, a language she doesn't even speak. Ru was obsessed with her mullet (cue “Rhythm of the Night”). And she talked about her conservative parents and her father's Parkinson's. In the competition: Crystal had a rough start, messing up her line in “World's Worst” and blanking on the questions, as well as her Buttons And Bows runway. The fork bit in “Gay's Anatomy” didn't land either. And the judges didn't get her Poppy impression in Snatch Game (but at least she tried unlike Brita or Aiden). Her “I'm That Bitch” verse was kinda bad, but that's why I like it (“I'll have you all screaming Crystal Methyd!”) Then Crystal slayed the second half. Her wacky comedy carried her through the Rusical (the echos; the checking of her pulse), the advert (magic mullet!), the Debate (another mullet joke!), and of course the fitness instructor. Crystal had the most interesting runways too. Her style was ugliness turned into beauty. That's exactly how I'd describe her Makeover. Her Freddy Krueger look, her Black Wedding, and her purple look were all amazing too. I also like her Capes and final 5 blue. 2. Jaida Essence Hall “Chile I'm not finna be this damn orange no”; “this is not RuPaul's excuse race”; “Antarctica's at the bottom ain't it?”; “If a robot and a Barbie and a cheerleader had an orgy...”; “dinosaur doctor”; “nobody wants the butt slice of bread”; “keep your ass right and your mind will follow”; “who is Rose Nylund?”. Yeah... Jaida's my fave winner since Bob. She was so fun in the Makeover episode too: “Let me see, run your split Jackie”; “Mic drop. Bow. Boom. Cat. Cow.”; “baby you gonna get rid of that pinky toe”. Plus there's her ball jokes in the Ball episode. Jaida came in calling herself a classy, boujee female impersonator. She was wise and didn't have time for other people's BS. She started off the season by giving attitude in rehearsal, because she wanted simpler choreo that she wouldn't mess up, and no one listened to her. She called this a “slight disagreement” next episode lol. Then she refused to give Rock M the role she wanted. She got heated at Aiden interrupting her. She schooled Aiden on making excuses. And she clarified to Jackie that she didn't have a say in going last. But Jaida also gave supportive words to Rock M. Same with Jackie about her mom. And she told Widow to get out of her head. She didn't get emotional until the end, first with her Makeover partner, then in front of Whoopi. In the competition: Jaida's only bad performance was her pee story in the stand-up, imo. Just dead air from the audience there. She was “middle of the pack” a few times, like her confrontational apple in “World's Worst”, or her Cardi B in Snatch Game, or when she struggled to say “Diver-dick-ulitius” in “Gay's Anatomy”. But all those performances were good enough. And when Jaida was on top, she slayed. Her “You Don't Know Me” verse made a confident statement (plus the booty slap!) She arguably had the best look in all 3 Ball categories. She sold sexiness in the Rusical. No one came close to her in the Debate (“LOOK OVER THERE”). No one stood a chance against her in a lip sync. And her Makeover looked opulent. My other fave Jaida runways were Tulle, Frozen, Michelle Visage, Stars And Stripes, and the purple one. 1. Heidi N Closet Whether Heidi was getting phrases wrong: “Leprosy print”; “like watching the walls dry”; “right up my avenue”; “as a political politician”; “hepiphany”; “the initialation”. Or simply joking around: “ARR MATEY”; “overall she delivered – literally because she was pregnant”; “maybe she's not the trade of the season – what if I'm the trade of the season?”; “Gigi? Cocky? I would've never guessed”; “and that was the right numbers of fingers honey”. Heidi charmed the viewers in such a cute and harmless way. She laughs with us, and at herself, and doesn't take things too seriously. In the premiere, Heidi had the trill entrance, she pushed through an allergic reaction, she made chicken noises in front of the judges, she exclaimed “I'll never eat kale again!”, and she confronted Nicki Minaj on Untucked. That critique made her so mad. Heidi would also banter with Ru during her walkthroughs, and oftentimes stole Ru's ideas. Ru hated her name too lol. Heidi also had her emotional moments: She seemed irritated during the Rusical Untucked. She felt insulted by Gigi saying she hadn't improved her make-up. And she yelled “f**k you” at everyone on Untucked to leave Aiden alone, which was iconic. But Heidi was there for Widow. She had the uncle passing from HIV story. And she proved Jaida wrong for ranking her last. In the competition: I'm declaring Heidi the Lip Sync Assassin of Season 12. She had funny and entertaining moves in each one until she faced Jaida. She was also bottom 2 in challenges where nearly everyone did well - “Gay's Anatomy” (that fork bit did not land) and the Rusical (for not emulating Madonna, but her moves were still impressive). That said, Heidi's Makeover outfits were basic, and her stand-up routine was messy. Still, she should've won “World's Worst”. And she had the Widow's shoe joke in Snatch Game, the “tears of a drag queen” in the advert, and Jackie's 5 O'clock shadow jab in the Debate. I thought she was one of the best in “I'm That Bitch” too. But Heidi's runways were kinda mediocre. My faves were her Fashion Show looks, even if the headpiece fell off. Her Ball looks weren't the best, but not the worst either. Favourite entrance look: Gigi Goode (night 1) / Rock M. Sakura (night 2) Challenge ranking: 1. “I'm That Bitch” (Girl Group #1) 2. Second Year Without You

A/N: HAHA I LOVE PAIN. I wrote almost all of this on my phone so I apologize for any spelling mistakes but with the twst 1 year anniversary my hands just called out to me to create nothing but pain u wu. So let me guys know what you think and...Happy 1 year anniversary~!

How the first years react to you suddenly disappearing before their second year starts.

“This is taking forever.”

Grim yawned as he made himself comfortable in your lap, your hand running through his fur as you struggled to stay awake. It was sort of impossible since the church building was still so eerily quiet as each new student’s dorm decisions were made.

Which made you wonder why you were even here.

Ramshackle wasn’t necessarily an official dorm so this weird sorting ceremony didn’t even mean anything to you. This was two hours of your life you weren’t going to get back apparently since Crowley decided that your presence was oh so important and now you were shifting uncomfortably in your seat as the last student stood in front of the mirror so their dorm could be decided.

“Oh. Malleus you might have a chance with this one.”

“What do you mean?”

“I mean he came in rather gallantly and looks like the type to be good with magic so he would be perfect for Diasmonia.”

The Diasmonia dorm leader chuckles into his hand.

“Is that your final bet?”

“...yeah that’s my final one.” you tilt your head backwards as you look at Azul, “What did you put down?”

“Clearly Pomefiore, Prefect. You haven’t guessed right with any of the other student’s dorm matches so I am purposefully avoiding your suggestions.”

He meets your glare with a smile, jotting down a couple of notes as he turns to Kalim to ask him of his decision. The seven dorm leaders had followed along with the little game you began to play around the thirty minute mark of the ceremony, turning it into a betting pool the moment Azul got serious.

The room goes quiet as the face in the mirror finally chooses to appear.

"Your soul...it belongs in Pomefiore!"

Your groan is hidden by polite clapping, Malleus patting your head as you choose to hang it in shame. This felt just like failing one of Crewel's quizzes but now you were 600 madol poorer.

"Prefect that was a major loss...I might have to stop talking to you if this affects my gacha pulls."

The tablet hovers beside you, clearly mocking your incredible loss before you bat it away and turn to look at Crowley.

"And with that, my dear students, the ceremony is concluded. Please follow your vice dorm leaders to your designated dorms...and welcome to Night Raven College!"

You stand up, put Grim down and stretch, waving goodbye to the other dorm leaders as you wonder just what in the world you were going to have for dinner tonight. You knew Azul was going to open Monstro Lounge in celebration so maybe you should go--

"Oi! Prefect!"

Well that was quick.

Ace smiles as he approaches the pew first, talking to you about how boring the ceremony was and what you were planning to do afterwards. Deuce comes up behind him followed by Epel while Jack and Sebek talk with their dorm leaders for a few moments before heading to where you were standing.

“We got some news, by the way~” Ace smiles as he throws up some jazz hands towards Sebek, “May I present to you the soon to be vice dorm leader of Diasmonia~!”

Sebek tries to frown but there is a clear smile on his face as he takes off his hood, beaming with pride as you shake his hand. You would have gone with high-five but you figured he would like this better.

“Did Malleus break the news to you?”

“He did!” the fae’s voice breaks through the hushed silence, “Young Master approached me ever so elegantly and let me know of my role for next year! The mere act was so moving and inspiring!”

“I also got some news!” Epel grins as he gets butts in front of Sebek, “The Magic Shift club captain told me that I’m in the running for first string! If I win one more game I’ll be able to play with them officially!”

You go to congratulate Epel but stop when Ace also butts in front of him, “Better news! I’ve been made vice-captain of the basketball team! Jamil was going to give the title to Floyd but then he decided better against it.”

“So you were the second choice.” Jack says as he pulls his hood down.

“And the best one! Jamil knew the choice he was going to make all along, he was just messing with me.” Ace grins as he turns towards you, “Impressive, huh?”

You hum before laughing, “I would say it was impressive if it wasn’t for the fact that I know for a fact Floyd would do a worse job at any leadership position than you.”

“Oi!”

The group laughs before Epel tugs on Deuce’s robe and pushes him so that he is in front of you next.

“And Prefect, may I present the new captain of the Track and Field club!”

Deuce’s face goes a light shade of pink as Epel tugs on his cheek, “He said he wanted to tell his mom first before telling us but I figured since we are all talking about achievements…”

“Because it was not set in stone!” the Heartslabyul student takes Epel’s hand and pulls it away from his hand, “Jack still has a good chance to get it instead of me.”

“Mm. I would rather it go to you, Deuce.” Jack smiles as he pats his shoulder, “I see how hard you work during practices so I think the position would be perfect for you.”

“Oh right. Leona told me.” you smile at Jack, “Am I right in assuming we are talking to the vice dorm leader of Savannaclaw?”

“I--!” wolf ears twitch as Jack blushes, looking at you in disbelief before sighing as the others stare at him in expectation, “...Yes. Ruggie-senpai told me before the ceremony.”

Everybody gives him a round of applause as his blush deepens in color, making you laugh as you lean over to pat his shoulder. To think they were all now second years…

You included.

I’m supposed to be finding a way home…

The thought is catapulted from your head as Grim sets himself down on top of it, smiling as he topples forward so you would catch him in your arms.

“Fgnya~! The Great Grim and his henchman have news too!”

A paw is pointed at you, your cue to speak apparently.

“...Ramshackle is getting some big renovations soon! We managed to talk Crowley into it and he agreed to renovate both the kitchen and the bathroom as well as possibly renovating some of the rooms!”

“What!” Ace laughs, “How did you pull that off!?”

“Hehe~” Grim taps his chest twice, “I told the Headmaster that Ramshackle can serve as a place for guests from other schools to stay over! He gets a place to brag about with potential guests and we get brand new things!”

Epel hums, “So it’s like a hotel.”

Both you and Grim stay quiet and look away, the group laughing knowing Epel had hit right on the mark.

You stay quiet as they talk with one another, smiling fondly at seeing your group of friends happily enjoying their life here in Night Raven College. You didn't even know how it happened but this little group had become like your family in the one year you stayed here. The homesickness you felt whenever you realized you were far from your home was always subdued by hanging out with them and taking part in their shenanigans. To you it was crazy to think about it this way but...you loved them.

Ace’s tricks but also his quiet support of you and the rest of the group.

Deuce’s tenacity but also the gentle side he let only his friends see.

Jack’s work ethic along with his more nurturing side.

Epel’s constant growth as a person yet never forgetting where he came from.

Sebek’s devotion towards his Young Master as well as realizing his own strength.

And Grim’s goal of wanting to be the greatest magician ever but never leaving you behind.

You loved these six dorks so much, more than you would care to admit to yourself.

Finding a way home was no longer such a big priority in your eyes. You used to ask the Headmaster constantly for a way back home but you believed that this place had become more of a home in your eyes. So the constant reminder that you weren’t from here was silenced by just how much these six made you feel like you were part of a big family.

“...I’m starving.” you finally speak up as you let go of Grim, “You guys want to drop by the Monstro Lounge?”

“Can we drop by Pomefiore first? I forgot my wallet.”

“Prefect! We should invite the Young Master too!”

“If we are going to do that then let’s invite Leona-senpai as well. I have a feeling he will complain if Malleus-senpai is the only one in the celebration.”

“Do you think we should invite Riddle after the first year’s celebration, Ace?”

Deuce turns to look at his fellow student, blinking when he has to turn all the way around.

“Ace?”

All heads turn to look at the other second year, cherry red eyes shining as he points at the mirror still floating in the center of the room.

“You know. Since the mirror is still here…” Ace smiles as he walks over to you and takes your hand, “Don’t you think we should try your sorting again?”

“Huh?”

Your sorting?

That’s right. The mirror had said that your soul didn’t really belong anywhere when you first came here.

“I honestly don’t think it’s going to be any different, Ace.” you shrug, “Besides I sort of already belong in a dorm--”

Grim comes up behind you, “Exactly! They belong in the dorm we made!”

“Oh come on! Wouldn’t it be fun!” Ace looks back at the group, “It’s just us here. Don’t you guys want to see what dorm Prefect would have been sorted in?”

Jack hums before looking at you, “I believe you would make a fine Savannaclaw student.”

“Well they also helped out with Pomefiore, I think that would be a good fit for them too.” Epel sighs, “If they were there I wouldn’t feel like a green apple in a red apple orchard.”

Sebek taps his chin a few moments before nodding, “Despite having no magical talent, your presence in Diasmonia would be greatly appreciated.”

“Okay okay you doofuses, I think we all know what dorm they would be sorted in.” Ace wraps an arm around you as he gestures Deuce over, “So say hello to the Heartslabyul Trio~”

“Ace! Stop trying to get my henchman somewhere else! They belong in Ramshackle!”

Grim tugs on your hood while you quickly ask him to stop, your arms flailing around before you pull your hood down and find yourself face to face with the mirror.

“Ace I don’t think--” you turn to look at him but the other just puts his hand together as if he were praying.

“Just one look, Prefect! Please!” Ace smiles as he looks over at Deuce, “We are all curious, right?”

Deuce’s nervous expression relaxes as he sees that there really was nobody else around.

“It wouldn’t hurt to know. It’d be just us.”

“I agree! I am way too curious to not know now!”

“Your true nature is showing, Epel.”

“Don’t pretend like you’re not curious, Jack!”

“Quiet humans! The face in the mirror is deciding!”

You quickly turn around as you see the face in the mirror, a knot in your chest suddenly forming as the chamber falls into silence. What a feeling of dejavu. You remember just how you felt when you were standing in front of the mirror the first time.

No idea where you were, no idea what was to come.

And the feeling of being an outcast had been unbearable when the mirror stated that you belonged nowhere...but you had carved out a little place here to call your own. Despite the fact that you knew where you were going to sleep tonight and where you were going to wake up in the morning, the knot of nervousness relaxed and turned into a curious dizziness, the silence only serving to make the noise in your ears ring.

The mirror only stared at you for a minute longer before speaking up.

“It seems your time is up.”

You blink as the face disappears, turning towards the others as they all share the same look of confusion before sighing as they turn around and start walking towards the exit.

“Well that was anticlimactic.” Ace pouts, “Thought for sure they belonged in Heartslabyul.”

Deuce sighs, “Monstro Lounge for sure must be full now. How will we get a table?”

“We can celebrate in Diasmonia instead! I know that the dorm is going to be full of fae cuisine!”

“...I...prefer taking my chances at the Monstro Lounge.” Epel smiles as he look at Jack, “Or maybe Savannaclaw?”

“It would be rowdy but if you don’t mind that sort of atmosphere.”

“Savannaclaw usually has some good roasted beef! Do you know if they have that there today?” Grim places himself on Jack’s head as the other keeps talking about their celebration.

“Alright. We’ll check Monstro Lounge and then Savannaclaw! Oi, Prefect, get a move--”

Ace’s eyes widen as he turns around, dread climbing up his legs and curling around his neck as he looks at the small orbs of lights floating away in the place where you were supposed to be.

Only to find that you weren’t there anymore.

--What...the hell?

--He looks around, wondering where you went and calling out your name. It starts out with a couple of laughs at first but the dread in his stomach grows as well as the volume of his voice.

"Oi! This isn't funny! Come out already!"

--Deuce is calling out to him but he can't listen to him, all he can remember is the mirror's voice saying that time was up?

--Time? As in your time in Twisted Wonderland? But...you said that the Headmaster hadn't found a way to get you back home. He didn't want to disappoint you but after a whole year with them...he didn't believe that you would go back. Which was alright! Ace was more than ready to make this a home for you! He didn't know how he was going to do it, but goddammit he at least wanted to try!

--He wasn't done with you yet! He hadn't shown you the cool trick shot he learned to shoot with Floyd, or the awesome new magic trick he designed with you in mind! You would always look past his tricks so he wasn't able to fool you but he thought that this one would be worthy of your praise!

--Eyes glare at the mirror as he lets his feelings spill out.

"BRING THEM BACK! THEY AREN'T DONE HERE! THEY BELONG HERE! BRING THEM BACK!"

--Jack is holding him back from lashing at the object and after a few moments of thrashing around, all Ace can do is stare at the spot you were at a moment ago with his eyes stinging from tears that still refused to fall.

--He didn't even get to say goodbye.

--At first all he can do is stare. Where had you gone? Were you playing some sort of prank on them? If you were...this really wasn’t funny at all. You two had promised to go running together in the morning with Jack, you needed to get back to Ramshackle to sleep so it was best if you celebrated early and then went to bed--

“Deuce. Go get the Headmaster."

--He doesn't remember much after that. All he remembers is Ace yelling and Jack holding him back before he was rushing out of the building and towards the Headmasters office.

--You couldn't be gone. Where did you even go? A part of him doesn't even want to say that you had gone back. There was nowhere you had to go back to in his head. Twisted Wonderland was your home and you belonged here just like the rest of them.

--Memories of his time with you make his feet move faster, the robes proving a great weight but not at all stopping him from reaching his goal.

--Everything would be fine. They would find a way to get you back and Deuce wouldn't allow himself to let you do something so irresponsible again. He should have stopped Ace when he could! And once you came back then he could give you a proper send off.

--His feet were sore, his lungs were burning but he wouldn’t dare stop running, finally reaching the Headmasters office as he pulled the door open with all his might.

--He just wanted to get you back so he could properly thank you. You were his buddy...and he didn't want to let you go without you knowing that.

--It's hard holding back against his instincts.

--His body's first response is to also grab at the mirror and find out where you had gone. The idea of you disappearing just like that was impossible, especially after all the trouble the Headmaster had in finding a portal to your world. So, to him, you were immediately in danger.

--He clenched his fists hard as he walked Ace towards one of the pews, letting him sit down as Epel and Sebek approached him. They were asking questions and clearly depending on him for some sort of guidance. Which wasn’t completely out of the norm, he was an older brother and had grown to care for his friends just as he would his siblings. One year did a lot to bring people closer together. But what could he do but remain quiet as Epel and Sebek asked questions he could not answer.

--Jack had no idea where you had gone, no idea if you were going to come back and as the questions kept piling up the dread in his heart began to grow. Would you even come back?He knew how important family was and how terrible it was to be separated from them, but what about the people you left behind here? Your disappearance was already making them--no--him feel so powerless that he could only answer the other first year’s questions with a simple phrase.

“I don’t know.”

--He instinctively bared his teeth as the doors slammed opened, keeping Epel and Sebek behind him as the Headmaster entered the building with a frown, asking for a run down of the situation in full detail as possible. And while Jack would have taken charge of the situation in this scenario, just simply looking at the mirror kept him from articulating his thoughts correctly.

--Jack just wanted to know you were safe.

“We were left in the building all alone and we thought that [Y/N]-san should try to sort themselves again, just to see what would happen. Yet the mirror didn’t say anything and now they are...they are not--”

--Hold it back. Hold the tears back. Epel had gone through a lot in his time in both NRC and Pomefiore. He had been pushed out of his comfort zone through the VDC and just living in a dorm that was so unlike him but he had pushed through and adapted relatively well, with your help and the help of his friends. So now was not the time to cry!

--You had once praised him for his mental strength, saying that it took a lot of training for him to be put through Vil’s daily demands and training as well as keeping up with the Magishift club and his studies above all of that. With that little comment, and the support of his newfound friends, Epel’s mind had shifted into focusing on how strong he was mentally instead of physically.

--Something he needed to be now more than ever.

“They disappeared.”

“Headmaster, how are we going to bring them back?”

“Well...this was the way it was supposed to be from the start. As much as it pains me to say, it seems the Prefect finally found their way back home.”

“NO!”

--He puts a hand over his mouth, surprised by his own outburst. When he was still a beginning first year there were moments in which he had to keep himself in check from speaking like he would back home. As the year went on he had managed to keep himself in check and only let his accent and his voice volume slip when he was with his friends and with you.

--The Headmaster simply continued talking about the possibilities as Epel hung his head, biting his bottom lip as he remembered the last conversation you both had. With vacations upon them soon, Epel had invited you to come over and visit the Village of Harvest. First time he had a friend over there so he was all set to show you the sights of his little town and it would be your first official trip to another land in Twisted Wonderland!

--A hand touched his shoulder, Epel turning around as he saw Deuce looking down at him with tears in his eyes. That was the last straw as his own tears started to flow freely, Epel burying his face in the other’s robes so no one would have to see just how weak he looked.

“Sebek.”

--The fae’s back straightened out, the voice of his Young Master ringing out as he turned around to look at him. Several students were peeking through the door, trying to get a peek at what was happening while others worked to get the message around, yet Malleus was the only one brave enough to step through the threshold of the building and approach him.

--The Ramshackle prefect had disappeared.

--Sebek had a strange relationship with you. While he detested the way you treated the Young Master as nothing more than just another person, he had slowly started to come around to your way of thinking. The Young Master wanted a friend, and Sebek had only been keeping him at a distance due to his admiration.

--You taught him how to talk to his Young Master and how to appreciate a friendship with him instead of just blinding devotion.While he would still follow Malleus to the end of the earth, he did so as Malleu’s friend and not as his guard. In turn, he slowly started to feel like he would the same for you, as well.

--He was still very naive to relationships such as these but you had been patient, listening to him talk about Malleus when he wanted while also asking him of his other interests. Your teaching method had been effective and Sebek would have even dared to say that you were perhaps coming close to being his best friend.

--Although that chance had disappeared along with you.

--So the only thing he could do is stare into his Young Master’s eyes, the eyes of someone who was just as confused and as worried as he, and do his best to tell him what had happened and what the Headmaster had said.

--He knew that it was for the best that you had gone back home, but why did it feel so wrong?

BnHA Chapter 325: Deku VS the Outside of U.A. ~Conclusion~

Previously on BnHA: Ochako was all “dear bloodthirsty mob, this kid you see standing before you has fought harder than anyone and put his life on the line to protect you all, so please chill the fuck out, jesus christ. like, putting aside that he’s humanity’s best hope and so it’s very much in your best interests to let him rest and recover someplace safe so that he can keep fighting for us, are y’all seriously going to turn away an injured and exhausted child in front of his sobbing mother?? seriously?? come on now.” I’m paraphrasing here but that’s basically how it went down. Anyway so then the mob was all, “...” and Deku collapsed to his knees in tears, and Gigantic Fox Lady and Kouta ran over to give him a hug but then the chapter ended.

Today on BnHA: Horikoshi is all “FINE, YOU CAN HUG HIM”, which, was that so hard?? The U.A. Clown Mob is all “come to think of it, we’ve kind of been taking the heroes for granted this entire time, maybe we should be less passive in the future. anyway so Deku if it’s not too much to ask, can you please save everyone and fix everything.” Deku is all “I sure can, and by the way I forgive you for swarming around all menacingly two minutes ago and trying to deny me basic shelter and stuff.” Ectoplasm is all, “hey Todogang get a load of this. [walks in a circle].” Hawks is all, “that’s literally the greatest thing I’ve ever seen.” Rat Principal is all, “anyway so that’s what your students did today, hope you’re enjoying your new *~*ROBOT LEG*~*, Aizawa.” Aizawa is all “[lots of exposition about Kurogiri and for some reason, Toga, while being all brooding and sexy].” All Might is all “[standing here right outside of U.A. doing absolutely nothing and being foreboding AF]” and that immediately sucked away all of the warm fuzzy feelings from the hugs, goddammit.

each new week has become a waiting game of “when will Deku finally get to take a bath so people will actually be willing to go near him and give him the hugs he deserves.” the stakes have never been so compelling. I’ve almost forgotten about AFO entirely

incidentally, I hope that anyone who was legitimately defending the civilians’ perspective earlier takes note here of how quickly that line of thinking -- “we’re just trying to keep our families safe” and all that-- can lead to straight up bigotry. if you’re willing to deny a child shelter and protection simply because he’s not YOUR child, and because you’ve decided based on Internet rumors (no real-world parallels there, I’m sure) that he might present a threat, it’s really not that much further of a leap to discriminating against entire groups of people simply because you perceive those groups as being dangerous. I’m sure the people who turned Gigantic Fox Lady away also told themselves afterwards that they did it to protect their families. “better safe than sorry.” “she’ll be fine, someone will take her in, but as for us, we can’t afford to take that risk.” people can come up with all kinds of justifications for treating other people as less than human, and the really scary thing about it is how fucking easy it is

one last quick side note, which is that Horikoshi does a great job here of showing how scapegoating works, given that AFO is the one who’s really to blame and who presents the actual threat, and yet Deku is the one who ultimately winds up being the target of the mob’s fear and outrage despite him being as much of a victim as they are. gotta love that irony, which unfortunately plays out far too often in the real world as well.

anyway I’ll get off my soapbox now, sorry about that. let us continue

He laughed akwardly seeing the comments on Vlive. Few hours before, the boys had a stage for a MusicBank and your group shered it with them.

He had hope his red ears and face would not be notticed my anyone, but it was all that p1ces were talking about right now. He recalled the memory of your dialog that was scripted. After the rehearsal he thought he could handle your eye contact, but feiled miserably after you had to do aegyo.

It wasn't his foult you were so freaking cute and that your laugh made him giggle a little too much!

"It wasn't that deep, guys!" He say to the camera. "There was just so hot and this just influenced my temperature!!"

But even the emberresment he felt for hours and now again, wasn't a big price for your number you gave him after the show. His akwardness made him seem funny in your eyes and after the encouragement from your group members you shoot your shot.

He blushed again at this memory.

Theo

He realised he was looking at you for a little too long at the award show. But how could he not? Your outfit was really making you look like a fairy and your smile while you were giving a winning speech was someting he could watch all along.

Don't be weird, he thought to himself and took his eyes off of you to look at his fans and wave a little to them. He then remembered his menager's restrictions about not interacting with any idol too much to not couse any rumors.

Keeping that in mind he looked at you once again and then at the table the boys were sitting by. Playing with water's bootles, he was listening as you were continuing your heartwarming thanks.

After that part was over, the crowd applause you again and Theo felt his heands burning because of his harsh smacks.

"So pretty" He mumblle to himself and then the rest of boys started to laugh, pointing to him that his flushed face was on the big screen now. He get his grip together now that he was given more attention to, but he couldn't make the red cllour on his ears go away.

Yes, the script sometimes made him cringe, but wasn't it worth it when he could litearlly see you few times a week? It definitly was.

He felt really lucky when he heard that you will be his MC partner for Inkigayo. It was a great oppurtunity to get to know you. Yeah, the emberresment was definitly worth it. He kept telling this to himself before your first show.

God, the things he did to become friends with you...

"You don't have to be this nervouse, Jiung. This is a part of being an MC and this is so normalise nobody will really pay atention to the shit we're saying" You smiled at him and tried to cheer him up a little.

Jiung was a really geuine person and in your eyes he was good friend, so you didn't like seeing him like this. You hoped your words would helped him even tho you knew you didn't said very much.

And it did helped him. He felt a storm of butterflys in his stomach when you smiled at him like and when he realise you grew close togheter althought you didn't knew each other for a long time.

Intak

Intak smiled at the screen of his phone.

Recently your group released a new content. The episodes weren't too long and it main purpose was to keep your fans entertained. So Intak, as your fanboy no.1, was very entertained seeing how much screen time you got.

All of your members were wearing the headbands with animal's ears and you looked particulary cute with fox ears, all excited trying so hard to win and get snacks.

After he finished watching the video, he cought himself smiling a little too much and he was honestly suprised he got this happy from just a video. He already knew he had a soft spot for you and for him you kept getting more and more atractive each time he saw you, but his feelings weren't deep and he wasn't crushing on you, right?

Later when you two met at the company building, he accidenly said he thinks foxes suied you. It made you blushed, you didn't thought he was watching all of your content. And it also made him blush, panicked that he just made his crush for you so oblivious.

In the week you weren't seeing each other, Intak was getting thru mini breakdown over your latelest interaction. But it gave you a confidence to akwardly flirt with him next time you saw him and ask for his number, so at the end of the week, Intak turn from an emberessment bean to a happy bean full of love and energy.

After that, the comment section blew up with the explenetions. Apparently, you were doing solo mugkbang and when you asked about songs recomendations your fans sugested P1Harmony. After listening to some of their songs, you then stared watching MV videos and dance practices.

He honestly didn't know what to say, so he only told fans that he will watch this vlive later. Althought he seemed pretty calm on the outside, he felt like the excitment was almost too much to hendle. Thought about you, his long time celebrity crush, acknowledging him was someting he didn't expected all of sudden.

After few hours, when he finally had time, he watched that and you really said you love his dance break, huh? This gave Shota a confidence bost. He hopeed that someday he will be able to thank you in person for this compliment.

Your groups were on a show where after recognising a song, you had to dance to it.

Before shooting your groups had time to say hello. Your members were goofing around with the boys and you were a little too shy to join, so you stand closer to the quiter members of P1Harmony.

You were talking with Jongseob and Shota when you realised that you were looking a little too much at the yunger boy. They both were really inteligent and funny, but Jongseob atracted you with his cute smile and witty remarks. Because of that you blushed so much and said you had to ask stylist to fix your makeup.

You stayed in the other room with your eldest member to the time the shooting was about to start.

The game was fun and since you really loved kpop dances you stayed on the middle of the dance floor almost all the time. Laughing, you listened hosts as they were commenting on your dance skills.

"Really, you stayed there so much you didn't even caught Jongseob looking all the time at you with doe eyes." This took you off guard. Your blush came back to your face and left you speechless.

When you were hiding behind your leader's back not knowing what to say. Jongseob thought he was going to die. He felt like a kid when his crush was being exposed, and to be honest this is exactly what was happening.

He looked at the other members and luckily they didn't fail to rescue him.

"Yeah, when Y/N dances it's hard to not look at her. I think it's normal when someone is this talented" your member add.

Shooting was over and you calm down a little. You waited for the opurtinity and told Jongseob you also coudn't stop looking at him. This day you came back to dorms with big smile, his kakaotalk ID and your members constant teasing.
