The 4 to stay alive: The human body needs a not insignificant rundown of nutrition consistently. Oils such as canola oil, olive oil, nuts, sunflower oil, soybean oil, corn oil, seeds, and avocados are good sources of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, while fatty fish rich in omega-3 fats are also good sources. 4. Vitamins and minerals Most important function: maintaining optimal health We need vitamins and minerals for numerous physiological functions that ensure our survival. In addition to being essential for normal growth and development, each plays a unique role in maintaining optimal health. Today is world diabetes day. The purpose of this day is to create awareness about diabetes; for the same purpose, I am creating awareness through this post. Types of Diabetes: 1. Type 1 2. Type 2 Type 2 diabetes (formerly called non-insulin-dependent or adult-onset) results from the body’s ineffective use of insulin. More than 95% of people with diabetes have type 2 diabetes. This type of diabetes is primarily the result of excess body weight and physical inactivity. Diabetes Symptoms 1. Urinate (pee) a lot, often at night. 2. Are very thirsty 3. Are very hungry. 4. E-meet Gaurav, my brother, a PhD student at IIT Kanpur. Gaurav lost 15 kg of unhealthy weight and recovered from all his health issues. He has got his fitness and health back enjoying the best health. Let's hear his story from him. Before my college life, I had an excellent fitness level. I used to play sports at a regular level. But in my college life, I became too busy with my studies. I even needed help figuring out a time for sports. Academic was a lot stressful. I was relying on hostel food, had improper eating habits and started gaining unhealthy weight. I developed a pot belly. Due to my pot belly, lower back pain became very common for me. I learned about the healthy weight loss program from my brother and saw many incredible weight loss transformations and through him, I got connected to my Coach Suvith. My brother and my coach helped me understand the whole concept. It opened my mind, and I started my healthy weight loss journey without a second thought. I lost 16 kgs of unhealthy weight, and currently, I'm enjoying the best of my health. I am more focused on my studies. My health improvements are, ✅ Pot belly vanished ✅ No more cravings ✅ Back pain gone ✅ Energetic throughout the day ✅ Able to fit into old clothes No one can achieve better health just by thinking.
