Welcome to my blog! I go by the name Luna so i can keep being anonymous and I am 14 y/o😵‍💫. A year ago i became obsessed with calories and lost 7kg, but now gained 9kg back and lost 2kg again. Im trying to get to 45kg by may 2024.
Being smaller than my sister is my goal…

I thought losing weight didn’t really have a negative effect on me apart from the fact that I didn’t love how it went
But now, I’ve gained 2 kilo’s and it feels like my world is ending
Suddenly some pants are harder to close again. I have a belly again, my cheek bones are less visible
I have never been so scared. I can’t go back, I won’t

Dad’s oven baked blueberry and cottage cheese pancake was real comforting - whole plate 254 cals🫐🥹✨
The hazelnut mousse was only 164 cals but it made me kinda nauseous…trying a different flavor next time🤞

Nie traktuje tego jako postanowienie noworoczne, poniekad ich nie uznaje. Wiec nie traktujmy tego w kategorii nowy rok - nowa ja. Po prostu chce wrocic do tego, jaka bylam, ale tylko do tego, co bylo widac na zewnatrz, bo psychicznie bardzo sie zmienilam od tego czasu, chyba na lepsze. Ewentualnie oprocz fizyczności zalezy mi na motywacji, samokontroli i umiejetnosci tak dobrego ograniczania sie. W ostatnim czasie przybralam na wadze sporo. Waga wahała sie pomiedzy 48-52 kg, co juz bylo dla mnie ciezkie, ale ostatnio kiedy zobaczylam na wadze 56.2 zamarlam… Aktualnie startuje z waga 55.6 i moim pierwszym celem jest 53 kg, mysle ze moze pojsc dosyc prosto, kolejne bedzie 51 kg, az dojde do wymarzonego 47. Nie chce, żebyście czerpali ze mnie przykład, nie mam tego na celu, chce to traktować jako dodatkowa motywacje, cos w rodzaju pamiętnika? Ale jesli ktos potrzebuje, zawsze mozna do mnie napisac! Trzymajcie sie!

I started gaining weight at 11 yrs old when i hit puberty. It was like overnight my body decided to store all the weight in my upper body including my belly.
I was always the ugly kid and now Overnight I became the fat girl, the girl who everyone can bully because she’s so ugly and fat.
I got so used to all the name calling that I stopped caring about my looks. I would get angry when someone even hinted at going on a diet.
Now im older and i finally feel all that repressed trauma. I am so fucking tired of being fat.
I just want to be skinny and have a normal body for once in my life. I want to feel comfortable in my skin. I want to go back to the days where im not thinking of dying everyday.
I WILL BE SKINNY.
I WILL TAKE BACK CONTROL!

Second day in a row, my own new personnal record, hopefully i'll make it 3 tomorrow 😁
After my walk yesterday today was a tiny lil bit easier, my legs and feet are fine but my arms are sore from pushing my kids in the stroller, feels more like an arm workout instead of a walk 😅
All good though any progress is good progress ❤️
