She’s used to the “happy endings” I’ve been feeding her over the past year and a half with Uncle Rick’s books. I will be sure to report her reaction when we have finished.

the PJO fandom will never not be the best one, it's literally tons of books written by a middle aged/old man we call our uncle, he understands teenagers, his writing is hilarious yet powerful and basically every character is canonically in some way LGBTQ+ and not only this, so many of his characters are of a minority everyone is represented

Hello Jason Grace,

It’s been over a year since I retired from the main army to the Camp Jupiter reserves. It’s quite a weird experience. I still remember when I first showed up years ago. You were a little kid yet you still greeted me with such enthusiasm and showed me where everything was. Then you continued looking out for us even once we got settled.

It’s weird that I am thinking about you now as I am settled and it's been a long time since the army. I got myself a cupcake the other day and it hit me that this was the same cupcake you would get people for their birthdays. Yeah, their birthday. Somehow you kept track of everyone’s birthdays. We still don’t know how you managed. It wasn’t like you even had a real salary or much free time. 

It’s strange. Back when you were here you were this massive presence. The son of Jupiter. My coworker. My praetor. You always seemed too distant and so closed off. But now that you’re gone. Like “forcibly retired” gone. Well, dead gone it's like all the little things you did for us stand out and all of yourself that you tried to show.

Like your dreams of traveling. Or how excited you got about your heroes even as you pointed out their flaws. Or even that time when you were 10 when you got really attached to a wolf pup and tried convincing us he was a dog. (It was a wolf. We didn’t give him to Lupa. We let him roam free in Yosemite).

Anyway, my point is Happy Birthday Jason. I wish you were here to celebrate it. I have a cupcake for you.

For a few reasons, I’m considering NOT buying TSATS right on the first day of release. However, I’m aware that some people need a pdf because of homophobic parents or other objective reasons.

So like. I just want to ask if anyone’s planning to provide with a pdf of TSATS the day it’s out, because I need to make some preparations if I want to do it and I just want to make sure bc it’s not like I at the same level of rich as Jeff Bezos.

If there’s nobody, of course I’ll do it. Though it’s quite a stretch for me should I decide to be the provider, so I hope at least I don’t have to when there’s an alternative.
