🚨New Paratha Heaven Alert🚨 I was passing by Shyamal Cross Roads and a new standee banner grabbed my attention with a tagline, "Real Punjabi Taste". That was enough for me to give it a shot. Jatin Shetty, the owner of the place called Kake Da Hotel hails from Delhi and claims to serve the best Parathas in town. @the.saladqueen was quick to respond to my urge to visit, as she had been there few times and she affirmed the fact of it being Paratha Heaven. After visiting Kake Da Hotel twice, I was sure that yes, this place is here to stay and its indeed a Paratha Heaven. The parathas we had been gorging on so far are good but this is something on next level, to be honest this is one of the finest parathas we had so far. Gobi parathas actually had gobi rather than cabbage. The Paneer Butter Masala he served with thali is nothing less than a dish straight our from a fancy restaurant. Never been to Delhi 6 but Jatinbhai brought Parathawali Gali right here for us. Our fav stop over for Parathas now on. Things are unlocked but we were still hesitant to eat outside. Things looked normal but still we were not sure till we decided to attend food meet at @radhikas.authentic by @taste.hunters_ At @radhikas.authentic , we were greeted with a temperature gun followed by sanitization. All the employees temperatures are kept in check and they follow sanitization rules set by authorities. We were asked to seat in group of two on each table. We tried Rasam Shots, Masala Idli, Spring Dosa, Tiranga Dosa, Cheese Chatpata Dosa, Kesar Dudh, Fruit Custurd and Filter Coffee. Lunch in a Jar Lunchtime at work can be annoying at times. Some colleagues want to go for unhealthy (junk) options or others want to grab something from the supermarket. But it's expensive and not exactly satisfying either. Of course bringing your own lunch to work is not the newest idea in the world, but this way of doing it is - healthy, time saving, money saving and really tasty. In theory you could prepare lunch for the whole work week in about 45 minutes on a Sunday. The only thing you need are 5 jars(or lunchboxes) and enough space in the refrigerator. The idea is pretty simple: Start with filling a dressing into the jar and then layer various ingredients like greens, veggies, rice and cheese or paneer on the top. He is not short of a celebrity with admirers like Amithabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty and our PM Modiji. He is leading the kitchen with a well trained while keeping the hygiene standards at peak. We are fan of his magic work behind the scenes and are spell bound by the food served.
