🍃homemade artisan bread🍃 _____________________________________ ➡️follow @join_your_life_ ✔️ SAVE this post to make later ✔️ TAG a friend who needs this inspo ➡️Check out my Youtube channel for more delicious recipes👉 https://youtube.com/@JoinYourLife 📕Ingredients 1 kg of bread flour 700 ml of warm water 25g fresh yeast or 7 g dry yeast 20g of salt a little oil to grease the worktop 🔗 Full method on my YouTube Channel Link in bio @join_your_life_ 🔗RECIPE HERE ➡️https://youtu.be/tAcQfg8pVm4 📕Method Add the water in a large bowl with the yeast and 2-3 tbsp of flour. Mix with a balloon whisk and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the flour and salt. Knead for 5 minutes by hand or using a stand mixer. If the dough is to stiff add the rest on 50 ml water.Adjust according to the flour absorption ability. Different flours absorb different amounts of water and therefore make doughs of different consistencies. The dough should not be stiff, either too loose. Remove the dough from the bowl, give it a stretch and fold with a splash of oil, bringing the corners towards the middle, repeat this proces. Place it back and leave to rise for 60 minutes, covered with clinging film. Grease your hands with some oil and start a second round of fold and stretch. Shape it and let it rest another 30 minutes. In the meantime preheat your oven at 230C/446F/ Gas mark 8, with a tray of boiled water inside. Score with your favourite pattern and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the tray with water and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C/400F/Gas mark 6. Vegan Instant Pot Italian Pasta

Ingredients:

1 pound spaghetti

4 cups vegetable broth

1 can diced tomatoes

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Turn Instant Pot to the "sauté" setting and add olive oil.

Once the oil is hot, add diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

Break spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the Instant Pot, along with diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, dried basil, and dried oregano.

Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and close the pressure release valve. Set the Instant Pot to manual, high pressure for 5 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, use the quick release method to release the pressure.

Carefully open the lid and stir the pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy your delicious vegan Italian pasta!
