On a Roll - Week short film
A short film made as a part of my University film course. The prompt “On a Roll” was given alongside one week to conceptualise, film and edit the project. Working with the “Roll” idea, I decided to focus on the simple roll of a coin and how something so small to us must be a massive adventure for them.

TOFU - Interactive Museum Exhibit Advert
In my second year university course I undertook 2 modules in coding - this first one being screen focused. In this challenge, we were given 3 weeks in groups to create a new interactive museum exhibit focusing on the idea of place and location.
In response, we created TOFU. A functioning projection exhibit that allowed users to explore and use a database that related their home country and city to our’s.

Article Design : “Donald Trump is Gaslighting America”
A challenge in my university class to create a layout for the Teen Vogue article, both an iPad and magazine layout was required. I decided to create a new illustration combing a literal gas light and a presidential suit (this was created in the iPad application Procreate and drawn digitally).
To further this, a burn effect was used on the dividing portion of the magazine. Finally, a consistent red theme was used because of its relation to fire and is the specific shade used by the republican party, further grounding the design in the story. Further aspects of graphic design: pull quote, flash-bar and a use of size/hierarchy are also evident throughout.

Postcard Diversity : Centre of the Universe
Created as part of a graphic design challenge, this card was created to signify one of many issues faced by those living in the community of Scotland and the world around us.
This card focuses on the stresses of the universe that you create. Every person is the centre of their own universe, as represented by the orange circles and lines as planets and their orbit. The human figure at the centre is represented in black as a silhouette, representative of any person. The yellow cuts on the person imitate the hidden injuries that all people carry: anguish, mental health problems, hidden disabilities and other trauma.

Postcard Diversity : Separated by a Goal
Created as part of a graphic design challenge, this card was created to signify one of many issues faced by those living in the community of Scotland and the world around us.
This card represents football and religious sectarianism in Scotland. The hexagons and line work represent this football motif, matching the football and pitch respectively. The blue and green are were used to match the two main clubs of this issue Celtic (being primarily catholic) and Rangers (being primarily Protestant). The issue is woven into this postcard in a way that does not shout it out nor takes a side, it is purely designed to create a conversation and bring notice.
