A unique look into the interior of the most famous erotic club called Messalina located in Janko Kral Park, Bratislava, the capital of Slovak Republic. In the 1990s, the brothel was one of the most luxurious and also the most controversial establishments of its kind.

All the rooms and equipment in the video are in their original condition, from the days of the greatest glory.

After the building was purchased by the city of Bratislava in 2021, the premises will be transformed into a modern restaurant and will also be used for various cultural activities.

Abandoned 1950s TV and Radio Station with Unique Architecture

This 1950s Broadcast Center controlled transmissions of television and radio signals to a central part of Europe and it was equipped with emergency broadcast studios and diesel generators in case of power failure. Broadcasting was ceased in late 2010, as shortwave and medium-wave broadcasting services were phased out. After more than 80 years of operation it has been abandoned, waiting for better tomorrow.

One of the most beautiful miniature parks in Europe. It's filled with models of famous catholic buildings from around the world, along with St. John Paul II. statue, his tallest monument ever built. Unfortunately, there was almost no interested in the park, mostly because of the ticket prices. Currently, the park is left abandoned, in a permanent state of disrepair.

In this story we're exploring one of the most beautiful abandoned castles in Europe. Everything was left behind in this heritage of great cultural and historical value. The rooms are fully furnished and full of surprises. There are no words to describe how beautiful this place is. It inspired us to create a story that is about a woman that enjoyed its greatest times and now is sadly but with patience waiting for this chateau to be restored and reopen to people. We believe and we have hope for a better tomorrow.

We're descending deep underground to explore a hydroelectric power plant that allows us a glimpse of what our planet could look like after our demise.

It was built as a part of a nearby factory, which was the main consumer of the generated power back in its heyday. It continued to operate till there was no demand for it anymore.

Now it’s been abandoned for more than 50 years.

Nature made its way inside and created breathtaking post-apocalyptic scenery.

Almost everything has been preserved here. Offices are full of old technology, documents, but also personal belongings. We found a deserted place where time stood still. In the past, many people enjoyed this multi-purpose building, but silence has prevailed here for years.

These are the reasons why we had to come here. Our exploration was full of unexpected surprises.

At the end you will see the underground part of the building, where we came across the things that probably surprised us the most.

Alice and Nelly lived in this house without electricity, gas, or running water. They simply lived as social outcasts and they dedicated themselves to art. Nelly made sculptures and Alice painted the walls and the furniture inside this house, all inspired by their favorite fairy tale characters and stories. They turned their ordinary house into a fairy tale of their own. The legacy of Alice and Nelly will never be forgotten.

Hidden deep in a mountain, we explored this NATO bunker. It was very hard to get inside, but the effort was worth it. In this story we are walking kilometers through tunnels, completely in the dark. This NATO headquarters offered safety from any nuclear attacks once, now danger is waiting inside.

In the middle of the Tatra National Park in Slovakian village called Nový Smokovec there is the Specialized Medical Institute for Respiratory Diseases - Royal Palace. In 1917, tuberculosis spread among people. Dr. Nicholas Szontagh had an effort to build a medical institute so he could treat all people. Due to lack of finances, the construction was completed in 1925. It was called Palace - sanatorium and associated sanatoriums of Dr. Szontagh. It had 50 beds for the patients. Among the main figures who contributed to the construction were the factory owner and the owner of the tannery, Mr. Peter Hubka and the architect of the place, Mr. Milan Michal Hamrinec, who also designed the Carlton Hotel in Bratislava, Slovakia. The global economic crisis was the reason for the later sale of the sanatorium to the General Pension Institute. The new owners later renamed the building - it was called the Sanatorium of the General Pension Institute, it was modernized, the owners increased its capacity to 222 beds and added new medical facilities, a park and a colonnade. It was reopened in 1935. In 1948 the sanatorium was nationalized, the capacity increased to 380 beds. The decline of tuberculosis cases has caused the sanatorium to specialize in other lung diseases. After privatization in 2002, Tatrasan company became the new owner of the building with the aim of reconstructing it in cooperation with various financial partners. Conditions for treatment began to tighten over time, which had an impact on the rapid decline of patients. The closure of the sanatorium was necessary. Today, this 100-year-old enchanting icon of High Tatras, which the locals call "Penzak," has a bright future ahead. The newest owners - Royal Palace company has an ongoing project that is progressing successfully and it might help to reopen this beautiful place again. The video contains footage from both the exterior and interior of the Royal Palace Sanatorium.
