B&C and Helaena discourse is on a rise and yall know that's my roman empire so i WILL be giving my two cents (for the thousandth time😼)

First off, B&C

I see a lot of people claiming B&C was the Greens fault, but when you take a second to think you will see that nothing the Greens did as a whole caused B&C. It simply would not have happened if Aemond (1 singular green) had not killed Lucerys for taking his eye. (i believe this excuse comes more from a "well you reap what you sow this is what you get for usurping rhaenyra" mindset rather than thinking ALL the greens are directly to blame for B&C but whatevs) People argue it was Aegon's fault, too, because he celebrated Luke's death with a feast, but that's actually a headcanon. F&B states Aegon celebrated Luke's death, but it skips over any offense it caused Rhaenyra and Daemon. It only says that after learning of Luke's DEATH (not the feast) Daemon sends a letter telling Rhaenyra Luke would be avenged. It was not the feast it was the boy's death that led to B&C.

People also have been saying B&C was necessary and it simply wasn't. Jaehaerys was entirely unrelated to any issue regarding Luke, therefore it wasn't even really avenging him. Luke wasn't actually avenged until Aemond (his killer) died. B&C was not necessary to avenge Luke—it was more of an intimidation tactic on Daemon's behalf.

As for Helaena, people are saying she should've taken her kids, flown to Dragonstone, and bent the knee as per Rhaenyra's peace terms.

That's kind of just dumb lol. Rhaenyra's terms were not individual, she wanted ALL of her siblings to go to her and bend the knee, not just one. If Helaena went to Dragonstone by herself, Aegon would still be Rhaenyra's enemy. Helaena and her children, Aegon's heirs, would become high profile hostages.

Also, Helaena is the queen of the Green Faction. She was crowned by Alicent alongside Aegon. Nothing in F&B implies she's NOT in support of Aegon. If anything, she's passive. She councils him against his stupidity, but that doesn't mean she's a secret supporter of Rhaenyra.

The Greens also happen to be her closest family. Her mom and brothers—people she grew up with. If I remember correctly, she used to visit Alicent in the Tower of the Hand with her children every night. She and Aegon shared a bed until her son was killed. She was described as a happy girl, and if she was miserable, she still clearly held love for her family.

Rhaenyra, however, is a stranger to her. Not just a stranger, but also someone that would mock her mother and her siblings at court.

She had no reason to go to Rhaenyra when the war began.

People are also quite weird about the topic of her suicide, but seeing as suicide is a real issue in a way that usurping, sending assassins after a child, and feeding a boy to a dragon are NOT I won't address that. You are weird if you be laughing about suicide tho ngl.

FINAL PSA: A lot of yall like to go "I love Helaena, she so sweet and gentle and innocent and kind and cute and she's the only green I love BUT..." Yall dont like Helaena and yall CAN admit it. She's a fictional character you dont have to pretend to like her just because you have a moral superiority complex.

not to start shit but as someone who was on the front lines of tjlc during season 4 it's insanely funny to see people huffing the same exact breed of copium like these are word for word just repeated arguments that ppl made back then. like bro if you think the writing was bad that's because your opinion is that the writing was bad. it's okay to think the writing was bad. see *i* dont think it was bad but your repeated insistence that "we all agree it was bad" just tells me that you need people to agree with you because you can't just accept that you didn't like something. like im sorry but sometimes the things you like are gonna make you go "huh i think that bit was badly written" and that's okay it's not some big conspiracy 🙏🙏🙏🙏

MORE ABOUT CHIRON ➔ CHIRON IN THE HOUSES

• Ive seen Chiron in the 5th house in the charts of people who were involved in a very nasty custody battle.

• Chiron in the 2nd house might feel like everytime they get money some issue pops up so that they have to put money on that. They might get the biggest paycheck they ever got in their life and that same day their car breaks down or their dishwasher breaks so they have to put that extra money into that.

• Chiron rules scars. So of you have Chiron conjunctions your scars might take a very long time to heal.

• Chiron in the 3rd house might have been teased for their accent.

• Be careful with what you say to people with Chiron in the 1st house because its common for people to comment on their appearance. They are just as sensitive as anyone else. People are just way too ruthless with what they say to Chiron 1st housers. I know some people with this placement and ive noticed that people can comment on their appearance when its uncalled for.

• Venus conjunct Chiron gives very outstanding artistic abilities because here the sense of taste is super sensitive.

• Chiron in the 6th house can be very envious of other peoples work. Might experience people who do the exact same job as them getting more clout etc.

•How you handle Chiron in synastry depends a lot on how you handle you own natal Chiron wound. Some people can be VERY triggered when someones Chiron touches their Moon while some wont.

• I also think what planet of yours the other persons Chiron is important. I dont want someones Chiron touching my Venus because I do have a lot of unresolved Venus issues within myself. But I have no issues with someones Chiron touching my Moon.

•People with Venus conjunct Chiron no matter how beautiful have this one thing that people commented on during their younger years that can later become an obsession. They might have grown up with acne and later became obsessed with skincare.

• A lot of people with Chiron in the 1st house likes to walk around with sunglasses on so that people cant see if they look insecure and afraid.

• Mars conjunct Chiron in synastry can make you feel healed by the touch of the others body. Seeing or touching eachother can make you go ”wow”.

• Chiron in the 9th might have had to change schools a lot. Or might have just hated school and didnt want to go there.

• Sun aspecting Chiron is common in the charts of people who have a father who left the family. The ”dead beat dad” placement.

Toga’s Love/Quirk Theory;

‘I love Tomura-kun and Touya-kun too, but their quirks won’t come out like Jin-kun’s or Ochako-chan’s. I also tried it before this battle...and they wouldn’t come out! Even though I love him... Even though I can become someone I ‘love’... Even though Jin-kun could make them come out... ‘

Recently in chapter 382, we see Toga’s unable to become people she loves (Tomura and Dabi), despite the fact that she became Ochaco and Jin and used their quirks and i would argue that problem is not that she didnt love them enough. (This scene also remind me of the time La Brava gets depressed when her love quirk isnt powerfull enough and she questions her love, kinda parallels.)

But i dont think thats the case. Not after Shigaraki became the first person who believed in her, gave a place she belong to her and everything he did for her and not after Dabi and Toga recently connected through Jin’s death and we even get a official art of him imitating Dabi, more details in here.

I believe in you, Toga, that your love for them is geniue too.

So what’s the problem?

I think its no coincidence that the people whom she couldnt use their quirks happenned to be Shigaraki and Dabi. Suicidal brats who is full of hatred and have personal agenda in league the most, unlike Toga who wants to live, even if its her own way and she is living for love.

Toga cant fully become them because she cant understand them. She doesnt understand whats going on their head. She cant relate to their hatred and she doesnt understand their thoughts.

Compared to this;

Uraraka is Toga’s foil. She is someone who is just like Toga. This is exactly why Toga ran away to talk with her. Because they are similar. Their feelings, the way they tried to shut their feelings down because Toga did the same in the past, the good girls who repress their needs and they both want to become their crushes. This is why Toga thought if its Ochaco, then she can understand her and they could talk about love.

In Jin’s case, he is Toga’s bestie and someone she cares as big brother. They have many similarities, they both live for the connections. They both felt lonely. They both were abandonded by society and they wanted to live easier life. They saw league as home and they wanted to do their best to help people they care about.

Basically, Toga can understand their inner thoughts and relate to their inner feelings. I dont blame Toga for this really. Shigaraki and Dabi are too complicated to understand, especially if you dont know their story and inner thoughts. And they dont even talk about their past to connect with league so it makes sense why Toga cant use their quirks.

Well, you could say Toga cant become them because she doesnt want to become them? But i kinda disagree with that. There is a theory made in here by me and several people already mentioned that Toga is imitating Shigaraki and she seems to wanting to be more like him. I would even argue that when she says ‘Even though I love him... Even though I can become someone I ‘love’’, she is talking about Shigaraki.

‘I loved people’s happy faces. That’s why, for that girl, I won’t turn a blind eye to her tears.‘

Toga is a character who geniuely want to connect with people she care about but key point of love is understanding the person you love. I guess it happens to be good time to talk about love. And last panel with Uraraka and Toga is parallel with Deku’s last panel with Shigaraki, that they wont turn a blind eye to crying face, even though they are villains, they want to save them. So good luck, Toga and Ochaco.

why i am not open to arguing in my comments section

why i put "if you disagree, i dont care. so don't bother leaving comments about how much you disagree :)" at the end of my posts is becase these are things that I believe. so therefore, this is the reality that i have to live with. me writing these posts and answering yall's questions about LOA is me sharing my core beliefs/ personal reality. many coaches out there don't answer DMs or questions for free, but i do. and i enjoy it. i share what has worked for me, and the mindset that i have because i manifested the life i have pretty quickly. i am very happy in this reality that i have created for myself, so i dont need people to try to convince me that my CORE BELIEFS (aka my reality) is false. there is no wrong way to manifest. maybe if my blog was about something like political affairs, or other people's lives, sure i wouldnt mind comments about a different opinion. but manifesting is almost different for anyone, you can adopt mindsets, but its pretty subjective. the way you percive things matters. respectfully, if you dont agree with my ideas, then you can leave, but i wont tolerate people trying to tell me that the reality i am experiencing rn is false. thank you for listening.

I'm going to depart from my usual gradual tolerance-building exercise approach here (though all that stuff still applies) and give you a more targeted recommendation:

I think you need to find a friend who can be a bit of a shitty little outrageous bitch in how they speak and emote, but who is at their core a wonderful, reliable, and morally stand-up person, and make a special place for them in your life.

The type of person who is not afraid to be disagreeable, who says "terrible!" and launches into a whole long rant about why when you ask them how their day is going and who will show up to your house with groceries when you are sick and start cooking and cleaning all around even when you've (lyingly) said you do not need the help. The type of person who will teach your nervous system that negativity is not bad, that ruining the vibe is sometimes needed, and that we can be good people even while not worrying about making other people feel good.

You can often locate such people in hard-core activist spaces, as the people steadily Doing the Work for years on end are unlikely to be motivated by soft, tender feelings, because those emotions sure don't keep in that line of work. You can also find them in places like AA programs (or SMART Recovery meetings, etc), support groups, queer discussion groups, book clubs, marxist reading groups, church groups, food kitchens, and any other gathering of people that is motivated by a strong ideological commitment or interest in intellectual pursuits but which can be rather dry or unpleasant in its execution of their ideals. you can also just like, throw a stone in places like New York or Boston or Philly and hit three to five people like these. Even as far out as Pittsburgh or Cleveland there is a lot of them.

Now, if you have chronic white woman everybody must be happy all the time syndrome (which really just means i will *make* everybody pretend to be happy or else im going to lose my shit), it can be tempting to fall in with someone who *seems* like a person like this, but who in actuality is a manipulative undermining abuser taking advantage of your tendency to excuse and downplay their many slights and offenses.

You do not want that. You want someone who can accept criticism just as readily as they dish it out. The kind of person who will fire off at the mouth but then go "oh dammit, youre right, i hate it but youre right" the moment you point out a valid flaw in their logic. Someone brash, but with a heart. Someone who can teach you that conflict is inevitable, and needed, and that saying something weird or off-putting is not the end of the world, and that arguing and complaining can actually bring you closer to someone when it is done authentically and from a place of good faith.

to find this person, keep putting yourself in places that align with the type of person you'd like to be, filled with people who are doing things with their lives that you admire. notice your initial reactions to people. who is off putting? is that a fair judgement? who are you afraid of upsetting? who expresses themselves in a way you'd never, ever dare to? most kind of unpleasant people wont be the special Prickly Friend for You, they'll just be kind of annoying people you dont want to be around. but at some point you will notice, hey actually, this person is a little off and irascible, but i notice they always come through for people. they might not be the most elegant in how they express their views, but when i think about it, i think they tend to be right. over time a person like that will prove themselves through their behavior and track record, and as you get more acclimated to their way of communicating, you'll find your voice of disagreement too.

there is one man in redbull who is completely irreplaceable. and that is max verstappen.

max verstappen is not leaving redbull while it's the fastest car. and he's not leaving for fucking mercedes, which isn't on pace to be second fastest car

sure you can argue "max is leaving to protest alleged sexual harasser team principal" and I would love to live in the world where men cared about women at the detriment of their own careers, but if this was true then max wouldn't hug said alleged team principal after a race win, or go up laugh with him of his own volition during practice. he quite simply does not care, he's just here to race

verstappen's camp ofc cares, and max lets them run it how they see fit in his best interests.

we know Jos doesn't like Horner, and he released articles since last year and even recently that he doesn't fuck with him for reasons he won't say. also not out of any ethical considerations (let's hear what the wifebeater has to say about the mistreatment of women), but because we can guess -- Jos does not like Checo, and Horner backs Checo. regardless, the reason does not matter — he wants Horner out.

After Redbull's former owner Dietrich died, there was a power vacuum in redbull and Horner stood a lot to gain as TP and CEO to become de-facto sole benefactor. RB Austria, the parent company, does not want that. During Dietrich's tenure, he trusted Helmut completely to make decisions on hiring new drivers, and we know Marko and Horner disagreed on promoting NDV, with Marko getting his way in the end and then quickly being embarrassed. Helmut and Jos are quite friendly, the way he isn't with Horner. You see the power struggle.

Jos has always had contact with Toto because he wanted to get 16 year old Max in Mercedes, and Toto couldn't. Every time Max's contract negotiations would come up, there would be Mercedes rumours and talks so that Redbull would clamp down and give team Max whatever they wanted (centre the whole team around him.) They maintained this relationship until 2021 silverstone.

Jos talking to Toto now is essentially drawing a line in the sand that either Max, the boy wonder champion this whole team is built around goes or Horner goes. Max wont go. But to earn that, Redbull has always caved and given Max what he wants.

and ofc Toto took the call because Max is forever his "one that got away" and would welcome in that silver shitbox with open arms, not that Max would accept

Is it over? Well, if Redbull is stupid enough to keep that liability of a team principal and tie their sinking ship to a man who creeped on his employee instead of keeping their multiple world champion and strongest driver on the grid happy then they deserve the pride before the fall, and lose it all.

"Really Gun?" Pt 1

damn such a bad header (I promise the story isnt as bad) AHAH

As you walked home late at night, you felt a presence watching you. It wasn't uncommon for you to be targeted, though.

After all, Charles Choi was your uncle.

He had ordered you to stay inside the house while he was out of town, yet you found yourself in the middle of the city at midnight.

You were about to enter a designer clothing store before you were stopped with a firm hand on your shoulder.

Gun Park.

"What do you think you're doing here?"

Y/N turned around as she felt the touch of a hand on her shoulder. She looks up at the guy, backing away once she sees who it is. "What do you want?" she asks him annoyed as she crosses her arms. She just wanted to shop in peace.

Gun doesn't seem the least bit fazed by Y/N's response, instead remaining composed and stoic. He leans down to get closer, his voice quiet yet threatening.

"I need you to come with me. I know that you were given strict instructions to stay inside the house and not to go anywhere. Yet here, you are." Gun's grip on Y/N's shoulder tightens. "You know your uncle wouldn't appreciate one of his 'trophies' being harmed, don't you?"

Y/N pouts at his words as she looks away. She looks around the building she was currently in as she starts to scoff, "Or what? You wanna buy me the damn dress instead?" she asks him annoyed. She wasn't fazed by his cold aura and mocking demeanor.

"What a spoiled brat you are."

Gun's voice is cold and emotionless, as he slowly pulls Y/N closer to his face, the scar between his eyes more visible up close. "Or what? I'm not going to warn you again. Come with me. Now."

Y/N can feel Gun's fingers digging into her shoulders. Gun doesn't care whether or not Y/N complies. He knows that when he speaks, it is an order, not a request.

Y/N starts to pout at his reaction. She then looks away from him, not wanting to stare into his cold eyes. She was annoyed, irritated. She then takes a deep breath as his fingers dig into her shoulders, eliciting pain. She doesnt show it though.

"Fine, but you fucking owe me," she tells him

"I do not owe you anything, you entitled brat," Gun says coldly. He slowly removes his hands from Y/N's shoulder, allowing her to walk ahead of him. His hand rests on his hip, his eyes locked on Y/N's back the whole time.

No matter how irritating and annoying he finds Y/N, she is important to Charles Choi. As loyal as Gun is to his employer, he knows to keep his mouth shut even if he disagrees with his actions.

Y/N looks at him weirdly, not arguing back. She knew better than to argue back with Charles Choi's men. She then takes a deep breath as she walks ahead of him, crossing her arms. She was so annoyed by Charles stupid orders, she hated how limited her freedom was.

She then pulls out her phone to text Charles Choi herself. He was her uncle anyways, "I want to buy a dress, but your stupid bodyguard wont let me," she texts him.

Gun stops for a second at the sight of Y/N's phone. He doesn't say anything as she sends the text to Charles Choi, but his grip on his hip tightens, and Y/N feels Gun's eyes burn a hole in her back the whole time.

After a few moments, Charles Choi texts back, ordering Gun to "let her do as she pleases". Gun still makes no effort to speak, but Y/N can tell his expression has darkened. His eyes are narrowed. Gun is not a happy man at the moment.

Y/N was shocked as she read the text. She never thought Charles would allow her to roam around at night to buy a dress today. Every other night, Charles Choi had denied her actions. What made today different?

She then flips the phone over to Gun, raising her brow. She then grabs the guys arm, dragging him back into the shop. "You're going to pick me a nice dress," she basically commands him to waste her time.

Gun doesn't speak, letting himself be dragged back into the fancy store without offering any resistance. He watches with disinterest as Y/N walks towards the racks of dresses, his expression never changing.

He follows closely behind her, his face passive and still. Gun would not be providing any commentary or opinion on Y/N's choice of dress, and the two of them would be in there for quite a while. The store had closed long hours ago, yet Gun didn't seem to mind.

Y/N rolls her eyes at his reaction as she drags him. She then looks through the rack of dresses, until her hands land on a short, tight, black dress. Her eyes sparkle as she rushes to the changing room. She put on the dress as it perfectly hugged her curves. She then walks out of the room, twirling. "What do you think?" she asks, showing off the revealing dress on her body.

Gun takes in the sight of Y/N in the black dress, his expression completely blank.

"It looks fine."

He doesn't offer any other response, remaining stoic and passive. His voice sounds cold and monotonous as you would expect from him. He looks back at the rack of dresses, seemingly not interested at all in Y/N's current situation.

It was clear that you were getting no praise or admiration from him.

Y/N pouts at his reaction, "Are you always like this? Why don't you just have fun?" she asks him annoyed as she storms back into the changing room. She then takes off the dress, changing into her normal clothes. She then walks out of the room, looking through more dresses.

She picks 3 more dresses, and buys all 4 of them. She then turns to Gun, "What? Are you just gonna stand there or are you going to take me home?" she asks him slightly annoyed.

Gun grabs his phone, typing in a quick message to Charles Choi that they were done shopping for the night. He puts his phone away before grabbing Y/N's arm and pushing her out of the store.

"Get in the car."

Gun is completely lacking emotion, his tone stern and commanding. He clearly has no intention of being polite to Y/N in any way. In fact, he seems annoyed by Y/N's antics.

Y/N was confused as to why Gun was so aggressive with her today. Even though he was cold, he always remained composed, as he knew better than to annoy one of Charles Choi's nieces. She doesn't say anything though as she was dragged into the car. She turns away from Gun, her body facing the window as she places the dresses on her lap.

The car drives in nearly complete silence. Gun doesn't speak to the Y/N the whole ride. He remains seated next to her with his eyes focused on the road ahead.

He doesn't seem to be enjoying the car ride at all. In fact, it seems as if Gun is just trying to ignore Y/N's presence the whole time.

After a while, Gun finally speaks up out of the silence. "The store has closed. Should you really be walking the streets alone?" He looks at Y/N in the rear-view mirror, his expression still stoic.

"As if you care," she says, scoffing at his question. She doesn't even turn to face him at all. She takes a deep breath as they have arrived. She quickly gets out of the car, shutting it, completely ignoring Gun.

She looks at the building ahead. It was Charles Choi's complex. She then walks inside of it, greeted by Charles himself. "Uncle," she starts off.

Charles is seated in the living room, his expression welcoming as his niece enters the house. He stands up to greet her, reaching out his hand to embrace Y/N in a hug. He can definitely tell that something is on Y/N's mind.

"I hope you had a nice time tonight, my little gem. Did your bodyguard let you buy all the dresses you wanted?" He turns to look at Gun, who is still outside in the car.

Y/N looks up at her uncle, who greeted her sweetly. She calms as she wraps her arms around him, in his embrace. She then pulls back, "He's so annoying," she chuckles as she motions over to Gun. She doesn't say anything else though, as Charles found Gun to be one of his favorites.

Charles chuckles in response, taking a seat on the comfortable sofa in the living room as he motions for Y/N to sit next to him.

"You have no idea how lucky you are to have that man. He's the best bodyguard in the city," Charles says in a low tone. He speaks with a soft voice, one that is completely different from Gun's.

Charles knows Gun to be a cold and unfeeling person. But for him, Gun is the most loyal bodyguard on the planet.

Y/N rolls her eyes at his words, as she takes a seat right next to him. She then looks over at him, "Hes so, ugh," she complains, frustrated . "He doesn't know how to have fun," she says, annoyed. She then looks over at Gun, who was still standing by his car.

"At least let him in," she says to her uncle, standing up. "I will make us something to eat," she says as she walks over to the kitchen.

Charles chuckles once again at Y/N's words. He knows exactly what she means, and he knows there's some truth to what she's saying. Gun doesn't seem to know how to have fun, at least not in the conventional sense.

"Let him wait," Charles says with a smile. "That's what he gets for being rude with you. He doesn't need food."

However, Charles knows that there is a soft side to Gun. He does have his likes and dislikes.

Y/N chuckles as she starts to prepare some food. She doesn't say anything for a moment, "Hey it's whatever, just don't let him stand outside in the cold," she says, not really caring what happens to Gun. She was just trying to be polite. Maybe she wanted to pick on Gun today, to try to figure out if he had any weaknesses.

Charles glances at Gun, who hasn't moved from outside the building. He's clearly used to waiting for his employer.

"Then let him wait," Charles says simply. "He's paid well enough to sit in the cold for a few minutes."

Gun's expression is completely blank, but you can tell he's not happy with what he's hearing. He wants to come inside and out of the cold, but he knows better than to defy Charles' orders.

Y/N looks over at Charles, shocked. "Woah woah did you get into an argument with him?" she asks him confused. Charles was never this rude towards Gun, especially since Gun was his favorite.

She finishes cooking and places 3 plates on the table. She then looks over at Charles, concerned. "What happened though?" she asks. She didn't really care that much for Gun, but she cared about Charles.

Charles chuckles at Y/N's concern, shaking his head. He looks at Gun outside, who is still refusing to enter the complex despite the cold.

"Nothing happened, my sweet gem. He was just being rude with you, that's all." He reaches out to embrace the Y/N once again. "Don't worry yourself with small matters. How about you sit down and eat? I'll deal with him later."

Y/N chuckles at his reaction, "You're being overdramatic. Gun is always cold, come on," she says, not sure what she was saying. It's not like she cared about Gun anyways. She hugs him back, taking a deep breath in his embrace.

She then looks up at him, "I need to have a few words with Gun anyways, i'll open the door for him." she says with a smile. She then opens the door for Gun, forcing him into the building.

Gun doesn't say anything as he is led inside by Y/N. He stands in the hallway for a few moments, staring down at the floor as he tries to calm himself. Clearly, he's not happy with the way Y/N forced him inside.

However, he remains passive even after Y/N walks back into the kitchen. He just stands in the hallway as Charles stares down at him. Gun's eyes seem angry, but he is doing a good job at concealing his frustration.

Y/N places a gentle hand on Guns shoulder, smiling at him. "Don't be so angry," she says as she pats his back. She then walks over to the table, telling both guys to sit down.

"I made food and you both will be eating," she says with a smile as she pulls back 2 of the chairs. She then seats herself.

Gun is silent as he takes a seat at the table, his expression still blank and cold. He doesn't seem to be fazed by Y/N's words at all, as he remains silent.

Charles sits near the Y/N, giving her a reassuring look. He doesn't seem to be the least bit concerned about Gun. Perhaps he knows something that Y/N doesn't.

Gun is just sitting there quietly, barely looking at either of them.

Y/N smiles at Charles, as she hands him a fork. She then looks over at Gun, trying to pick at his brain. This was her chance, "So Gun, do you have any weaknesses?" she asks him playfully, not wasting any time on other stupid questions.

Gun stares straight ahead, not acknowledging Y/N. He just sits perfectly still and quiet, completely devoid of any emotion.

Charles chuckles to himself as he sees how frustrated Y/N's questions are making Gun. He doesn't seem to be worried at all about his bodyguard.

"He does not." Charles says simply, giving Y/N a kind smile before turning to Gun. "He will never let you know if he has any weaknesses. He doesn't trust anyone enough to make that mistake."

Y/N smile fades. "You really are no fun," she says annoyed. She then looks down at her food as she starts to pick at it. "Did someone hurt you or something?" she continues to ask him. She wanted to know something about him, as she was always curious. She also wondered what made Charles like Gun so bad, when Gun was always cold. Did Charles know something?

"He wasn't always like this, you know," Charles chuckles. "Before he became my bodyguard, Gun was much more lively."

Gun remains silent, not paying any attention to the conversation between the two. He just focuses on his own food. Charles seems unconcerned by his passivity. He knows exactly how Gun was as a person.

"Unfortunately, I don't think he will ever open up to you, my sweet gem. He does not trust anyone."

Y/N's face softens at his words. She then nods over at Charles, not saying anything else. Of course this sparked a new interest, as she was going to pester Charles about it until he said something. But for now, with Guns' presence, she stays silent.

She then sighs. Gun used to be lively? No way. She snickers to herself. She looks up at Gun, biting her lower lip. "Do you at least like the food?" she says- almost whispering, changing the subject.

Gun slowly turns his head to look at Y/N, his eyes locked directly on her face. He remains quiet for a moment, before saying a single word.

"Yes."

The answer comes out in a flat, emotionless tone. Gun seems to be focused solely on the Y/N at that moment. He doesn't even glance at Charles or his food. His attention is fixed solely on the Y/N.

Y/N nods in understanding as she now looks down at her food. She didn't really feel like eating, but she was glad the other two boys liked it. "OKay enjoy yourselves, i'm going to my room," she announces as she takes her plate to the sink, washing it and going off to her room.

Gun remains silent, not reacting to Y/N's departure. He seems to be in his own world.

Charles smiles at Y/N's departure, then turns to look at Gun as if waiting for something. He continues to stare at Gun with that soft expression.

"Would you like to talk about this, Gun?" He asks the first words he's spoken to Gun tonight. He speaks in a soft tone, as if trying to reach through that barrier that Gun is clearly surrounded by.

Y/N walks to her room and shuts the door. She then plops herself on her bed as her mind starts to run. She made it her new mission to break Gun apart, to find out who he used to be. She starts to trace the ceiling with her fingers.

Gun remains in the dining room, staring at Charles for a few moments. His face finally shows an expression, a subtle look of guilt. He turns his eyes away from Charles, looking back down at his food.

"She's a lovely girl, isn't she?" Charles says softly, his tone still soft and kind towards Gun.

Gun pauses for a long time, before finally speaking. "She reminds me of you."

Y/N takes a deep breath as she twists and turns on her bed. She then stands up, walking over to her desk and just sitting. She spins in her chair a few times.

Gun's words seem to have affected Charles, as a soft look of pain appears on his face. He stares down at the floor, thinking about what Gun just said to him.

Charles sighs deeply, his expression turning from soft to stern. "Did you mean that sincerely? Or were you just trying to pick a fight with her?"

Gun remains silent, as if he's still thinking about his earlier words.

Y/N pulls out her phone, scrolling through her contacts. She realizes how lonely she truly was, maybe it was because she was one of Charles' nieces. She then takes a deep breath as she sees Guns' name show up. She places her phone back down, as she lies in her bed once again.

Charles looks up at Gun, staring directly into his eyes. You can tell that Charles is feeling hurt by what he just heard. His expression is still solemn and serious. He waits for Gun to speak again, but Gun remains silent.

Charles sighs once again. "We'll talk about that later." He then speaks up to the silent Gun, "Get going. Y/N's already in her room so you can get the night off."

The next day. Y/N wakes up with a sigh as she looks at herself in the mirror. She does her daily morning routine, then her mind starts to race. She then walks down over to Charles, knocking on his door. "Uncle?" she asks.

Charles has a serious look on his face as he answers Y/N. He seems to know exactly why she's here.

"Come in, Y/N."

As he speaks, you can tell that he's exhausted. He doesn't seem to want to talk about this, but he'll do it for Y/N's sake. He opens the door and motions for her to walk into the hallway.

Y/N looks up at him and notices the state he was in. She then looks down at her fingers, fiddling with them as she enters the room. "So..." she starts off.

"You gonna tell me about Guns past?" she chuckles awkwardly.

Charles sighs deeply, clearly knowing what the conversation is about to unfold. He sits down in his chair, looking over at the Y/N. He takes a deep breath in, preparing himself.

"Sure," Charles says softly. "I might as well. I'm sure you are going to sit here until I give you what you want. So please, sit down. You deserve to hear it."

Y/N looks up at Charles, shocked. She thought she was going to have to put up some fight, or even pester him just to know about Guns past. Gun was super defensive and secretive when it came to his life, that's why he was always so cold.

She then takes a seat, looking down at the floor once again.

Charles takes another deep breath, staring at the floor as he prepares himself for what he's about to say. He seems uncomfortable by the topic, but he knows that he has to say something.

He then starts speaking, his voice surprisingly soft and calm. "He was not always like this, Y/N. Before he became your bodyguard, he was a..." Charles hesitates for a few moments, searching for the right words. "... He was a cheerful man, Y/N."

Y/N looks up at Charles, scanning his eyes. "So you knew this guy before? Is that why you picked him as my bodyguard?" she asks, clearly surprised. Maybe that's why Gun was one of Charles' favorites.

She then urges him to continue on with his story, wanting to know more about Gun.

Charles sighs deeply, staring right at the Y/N. His eyes seem pained and tired, as if the memories he's about to share are difficult for him to recall. He remains silent for a long moment, thinking about what he's about to say.

"He was normal," Charles finally admits. "I first met Gun two years before he was chosen to be your bodyguard, Y/N." He sounds surprised at himself too, as if he was not expecting to say all of that.

Y/N then looks up at Charles, picking out his words. She then places her hand on his shoulder, "Just get to the point," she chuckles. She wanted to know more about Guns past, and why he is now as cold as ice.

"I knew Gun when he was working for another company," Charles continues. "He was their top bodyguard, and I would hire him for various jobs every now and then."

He then takes a deep breath once again. "One day... I had some business to take care of in Japan at the time. The people I worked for at the time were quite dangerous, and I didn't want to take any unnecessary risks with my life. So I brought Gun along."

Y/N leans in, listening. She urges him to continue as she was interested in his words. "What happened in Japan?" she asks him softly.

Charles is silent for a little while, thinking about what he's about to say. He seems to want to be careful with his words, not wanting to upset Y/N.

"We were in Tokyo," he says after a little while. "We were taking care of business with a very important contact of mine. We were walking down a crowded street when..."

Charles stops, closing his eyes in thought. He seems to struggle with the next part of the memory.

Y/N raises her brow as she leans into the chair. "And how did this affect Gun?" she asks, getting straight to the point. She felt as if there was more to the story, rather than just being a survivor.

Charles sighs deeply, his tone becoming solemn once again. "The family that we fought against... They slaughtered Gun's friends, everyone else he worked with, and finally" he takes a deep breath.

Charles pauses again, thinking about exactly how to say this. "His family."

"Gun himself was captured, and we had to save him from the family... Gun's always been quite stubborn, you know. No matter what my associates tried, he wouldn't tell them anything."

Y/N looks at Charles shocked. She then nods her head in understanding. "So you're telling me," she crosses her legs, "They killed everyone Gun knew, including his family, and he lost trust in everyone. Wow," she says, taking all that in. She never saw Gun in such a light. She only viewed him as a cold and emotionless guy.

Was Gun afraid of losing more people? she thought. Maybe that's why he never had gotten close to anyone, or revealed his past.

"Yes," Charles says simply. "Gun has lost all of his trust for people, especially those he works with."

It's clear that Charles also feels some pain in sharing this story. Gun has obviously become very close to Charles after all they've been through. The memories of that day seem to hurt him just as much as Gun.

"That's why he's so cold now," Charles continues. "He doesn't want to let anyone get too close."

Y/N nods her head as she looks down. She then sits by her uncle, wrapping her arms around him. "I'm so sorry," she says, taking a deep breath in. She knew this was difficult for him, so she had not pestered him any further. She got the information she needed and was satisfied.

"Don't be," Charles says softly. "Gun's been through a lot, but he's still a wonderful person inside."

He holds Y/N tighter, seeming to appreciate her presence. "I'm glad he has you, Y/N. Don't let him lose you."

He wraps his arms around her as well, pulling her into a soft hug. He seems to be grateful for having her in his life.

Y/N starts to tear up a little as she starts to see Gun in a new light. She had never realized Gun had to endure such pain. She then looks up at her uncle, wiping his face.

"Don't worry, he will never lose me," she says with a smile.

"Good," Charles says softly, letting out a soft chuckle. He seems happy to hear this from Y/N. Gun is clearly very important to him, so he's glad that she is there to take care of him.

Y/N and Charles continue to hold each other for a few moments, soaking in each other's presence. The two seem to have grown pretty close over the years, and Charles is happy that they've been given the opportunity to find each other.

After a while, they both seemed to calm as the Y/N stood up. She then gives Charles a smile, "Let's not dwell on the past anymore," she says with a comforting smile.

"I'm going to go out, see you later uncle!" she says waving her hands as she walks out of his room. She then thinks about it for a bit as she walks down the hallway.

Charles nods as Y/N walks out, a soft smile on his face. He feels some of his concerns being taken away now that he is able to share some of Gun's past with somebody who he cares about.

"Have fun!" He calls after her as she walks away. He seems happy to see Y/N leave the room in good spirits. He looks up at the ceiling, sighing deeply to himself as Y/N walks away.

Y/N then tries to compose herself, wanting to stay happy. She had to figure out a way to let Gun know that she was there for him, even if he was distant. She knew she had to take it slow. She skips down the hall, lost in her thoughts.

She then walks out of the building, noticing Gun leaning onto a wall, smoking. She then walks back into the building, making two cups of coffee, before walking back out. She walks up to him, handing him the warm cup with a smile, "I made you coffee," she says simply. Y/N was met with Guns usual emotionless expression, as he takes another whiff of his cigarette. "What," he says, his tone still void of emotion. He wasn't interested in whatever Y/N had to offer.

Y/N takes a deep breath as Gun takes another puff of his cigarette. Placing the cup down on a nearby table, she looks at the view in front of the building, thinking. "Do you have a favorite color?" she asks him randomly. She had an idea in mind.

Gun continues staring at her for a few moments, his face void of any emotion. He takes a few more puffs of his cigarette, seeming to think about her question. He then takes a deep breath in, before letting out a deep sigh.

"It's black," he answers her honestly, annoyed by the fact she was still interacting with him. He's not sure why she asked, but he answers anyway.

Y/N pouts at his reaction, "Not blue or orange or purple? Just black?" she asks, a little disappointed in his answer. She then looks back up at him, noticing his cold stare and his emotionless eyes. She doesn't say anything else.

"Just black," Gun says blandly, sounding like he doesn't really care about the question. He just stares at her blankly, not seeming to have much of a reaction.

"Why?" he asks eventually, seemingly only answering to keep the conversation going.

Y/N scoffs, "You're so an-" but before she could complain about him, she remembers the story Charles told her about Gun.

Gun stares at her blankly for a few seconds, not seeming to understand the word she was about to say.

"I'm so what?" he asks, curious.

Y/N looks away, "Nothing, I'm going," she says, annoyed at herself before walking back into the building. She doesn't face Gun anymore as she rushes back into her uncle's room.

She then pouts, crossing her arms.

Gun watches Y/N walk away before taking another puff of his cigarette. He remains silent for a moment, thinking about why Y/N asked him that question.

Eventually, he takes another deep breath. He shrugs it off, not really caring.

Y/N storms into Charles' room, complaining to her uncle, "I can't believe that guy! I tried to be nice but he just annoys me with his stupid face," she says pouting, referring to his cold state. She then takes his wallet out of his jacket, "I need to buy something," she then says.

She was going to get Gun to open up to her no matter what, she was determined to see past Guns cold and emotionless personality. She then walks out of the room.

"Of course, Y/N," Charles says softly. He seems to understand her frustration, and is willing to let her vent. "He can be very difficult to deal with sometimes."

Charles lets out a sigh, sitting back down in his chair. He seems a bit worn out from all of the previous conversations. He's glad that Y/N is there to make things easier for him... she's a kind young lady with good intentions.

Y/N then rushes out of the building, going to the flower shop. She then takes a look around, as she calms herself. "That ass," she says as she takes a deep breath in. She continued to stare at the flowers, until she found a set of black and white Calla Lilies. She then picks it up, buying it. She had asked Gun for his favorite colors so she could do this.

She drives back to the place, with the flowers in her hands behind her back. She goes up to the Guns room, knocking. "Gun?" she asks. She knew she would be met with his cold stare.

Lets Talk about the first time Dean punched Sam In Bloodlust

Dean is overwhelmed with anger and grieve with John death, plus the horrible secret he dumped on him” which we later find out”.

Sam seems to be on a stabler state of mind” which one on the things that never failes to impress me by Sam, handling tough situations”

They meet a fellow hunter Gordon. Dean instantly connected with him, while Sam seemed very wary of him. They argue about killing vampires, Dean thinks all monsters all the same, Sam is disagreeing rightfully so.

Dean is trusting Gorden word, Sam is upset that Dean would take the word of someone they just meet. Until this point everything Sam saidn was on a point, until he mentions that Gordern is a replacement for thier father, How ? If they are arguing about killing creatures why did Sam mention John! And more importantly why is Dean meeting a fellow hunter and connecting with him means its a replacement for John! Is Dean not allowed to have male friends Sam ?

Dean was provoked to a point where he punched Sam. Which is the first time we see this, Normal Dean punching Normal Sam, i mean they did shove each other in season one, but this is an upgrade.After the punch, Deans eyes if full of anticipation, he is waiting for Sam reaction, will they fight now ? But all Sam does is say you can hit me all you want, it wont change anything.

Sure enough Sam was right, the episode ends with Dean telling Sam he gets a free punch,Sam refuses. Which of course he will. He loves and respects Dean, he never wants to hurt him, deep down maybe he knows he pushed Dean, and no one knows Dean better than Sam, he knows his MO is lashing out. He even offered Dean in the next episode if he wants to take another swing… Poor Sam he just running out of ideas to help Dean.

Anon, I'm serious, I'm not going to be used as your attack dog on posts where people are having different opinions about the Jedi. The way we treat other real people in fandom is far more important than what opinions we have on fictional characters, and from the skimming I did before I noped out, neither of the posts you've sent me have those people crossing that line. They're simply talking about things in a way that I don't like and so I find my scroll button and keep moving. As a fandom, we can talk about important issues, when things cross into racism/homophobia/xenophobia/transphobia/ableism, etc. We can talk about the trends of fandom and the subjects that we need to address. And we can have our days of salt and frustration. We can snap back when people get up in our faces about it, because they're coming at us first. But people just having different opinions about the Jedi in their own lane are not something they should be directly attacked for and you need to stop trying to stir me up into doing it. I'm not going to, I'm never going to, it won't get me anywhere good that I want to be and I'm not going to behave like that kind of asshole in this fandom. I've had people do this to me and it always makes me think so much less of them as a person, because they clearly care more about arguing over Star Wars than they do treating another real person with civility. It doesn't matter what I think of the people in those links or their opinions, I care a thousand times more about my behavior towards a real person than I do about ridiculous characters some dude made up once upon a time. Nothing in those posts crossed a line that needs talking about and I'm not so fragile that I can't exist in spaces with people I disagree with and not just Keep Scrolling.

Addressing Everything

So by now, most of you have probably seen all the drama that is occurring for the past week. I've been aware of it since it started. I haven't said anything as I was hoping it would die down on its own, but that's clearly not happening.

Mrs-monaghan, along with a few others do not like me. She thinks I'm toxic, a bully, forcing people to agree with me or get blocked, etc. I don't regret my choice to block people when I block them, and I will continue to utilize the block button whenever I feel the need to. I will say that I am not blocking anyone for a difference of opinion. I'm blocking someone when I feel the need to remove their posts or comments from the content I consume on this site, my content is part of that consumption and interaction i have on here. I am a believer in curating your timeline to best fit you. That is what I'm using the block button for. I don't want to see hateful posts, I don't need people in my comments calling me names either for my opinion. I've always been willing to agree to disagree and a lot of the times, the comment section in my posts over more "controversial" topics shows that.

Alot has been claimed about me being different in DMs than I am on the timeline. I don't think that's true. I'm usually more willing to discuss things more in depth and have a more lengthy back and forth discussion over a topic in DMs than I am in an anon ask. But that is something I've also made clear in many of my posts. I also do generally curse more in my language as its vernacular that i use a lot in my daily life and ill have more typos/be less polished. Which I think is fair during a less formal conversation. I am also more than willing to post Screenshots of my DM history with Mrs-monaghan if anyone feels the need to see them since that has been a sticking point for her. I don't mind. I dont want to, but not because im worried about it, but because i didnt/dont feel the need to continually fan the flames of all of this or fight with her about it. She is entitled to not like me and i dont need to try to convince anyone otherwise.

I don't think anyone should be name calling when addressing another blogger and if the name wasn't intended to be derogatory, then it could be changed when making future comments about them, now that other people have gotten involved. I do think that should be said. Call me what you want, but if a mean idc about you nickname is derogatory in nature and it's not intended to be, maybe come up with something else. But honestly, none of this is really the point of my post here right now.

I've seen all the mean posts being made and sent in about me after I said I would start blocking people for shady posts against Tae (shady, not critical or questioning, but posts that were rude and mean in nature.) And honestly, that's fine. I cannot control what other people think or how they feel about me. They are all entitled to those opinions and feelings. I wont lie that i was a little surprised at some of the people who participated in these posts and signed off on them. But thats okay.

I did not and still do not want people going to her blog or any of the others who have said things to defend me or shame anyone in anyway. Losing followers if people believe their posts is okay. I've never been here for the numbers. I can't control what people do or say about me and I don't want to. If people end up not liking me because of that, that's honestly okay. I don't need people Bullying (in anyway you want to consider the word) anyone in defense of me. I don't appreciate that. If i get an ask and I answer it with my opinion and it disagrees with other peoples, that's where I want that to end. I don't need anyone telling other bloggers I'm right and they are wrong. It's all just opinions in the end. I've never wanted anyone to use my posts as a way to argue with other people. Everyone can choose to engage and interact with the content on here that they choose and how they choose to do so.

I do just want anyone else here to know that if I have offended or upset anyone on here, I am always willing to talk about it. My DMs have been open for that reason. I am willing to agree to disagree if that energy is also returned. I'm willing to bend on a lot honestly. I won't apologize for blocking the people who have been interacting with posts that are hateful to me or about how they don't like me. baby punk here, could you elaborate more on what your rule about not putting political patches on the back/sides of your vest means? like how important do you feel that rule is, and also what counts as political etc. (i dont really know what specific questions to ask)

If I absolutely had to say there is one rule to making a battle jacket, I’d argue its this one. Especially for people who don’t feel like they have the ability to defend themselves well.

Political patches can invite confrontations with people who disagree. Is it likely those confrontations will get physical? No. But they can.

If the political patch is on your back or side, then there is the possibility that someone behind you will see it and want to start a fight, and then you wont see that threat coming. If you keep political patches on your front, you’ll have a much higher chance of seeing that threat approach you and give you time to either prepare yourself or get out of that situation.

Political: anything that expresses your views on anything that isnt a general agreement. That can vary from area to area. In general, if its something a fox news anchor would lose their shit about, you probably want to keep it on the front

okay i hate replies i’m making a post

first, i just wanna establish that my original point was just to say that south did not kill north. no matter your interpretation of her actions, the fact that the meta is the one who killed north is canon fact and i get very tired of people saying otherwise. it’s very tiring to have people constantly put all the blame onto the woman when it was literally a man who did it. i’m sure you can understand why it exhausted me to see that being said on a post where i’m talking about misogyny.

that being said, i want to examine your suggested interpretation of south. i strongly disagree that it was “heavily implied”— in fact, i would argue that it makes so sense at all.

you’re saying that south deliberately set north up to be killed in order to have the meta come, take theta, not kill her for some reason, then for wash to show up with delta, give her delta, then her to shoot wash and have the meta go after him instead of her, and then for her to betray freelancer and run away with delta. that whole plan from just learning that wash had delta.

south is characterized as underhanded, yes, but not once is she characterized as being a mastermind ten steps ahead type. in fact, she’s consistently characterized as the exact opposite. her first scene in freelancer is her not being able to foresee the very obvious consequences of not setting up her trackers. and her last scene is her pointing a rocket launcher at tex. that is not the action of someone who has incredible foresight and meticulous planning skills. especially considering she then proceeds to get her ass kicked by north.

and if you wanna say, well, maybe she changed after freelancer, the thing is, she didn’t. in season 6 she’s right back to not being able to foresee the very obvious consequences of her actions, even when they are deliberately stated to her. TUMBLR WONT LET ME FUCKING PASTE it’s season 6 episode 4 delta tells south that he thinks following wash is dangerous because “others” may also be following him. the next time we see south she is being attacked by the meta.

so, in the theory that south actively conspired to cause north’s death to get delta, that means that she heard wash got delta, was able to predict the actions of wash, command, north, and the meta meticulously and flawlessly to pull her plan off, then the second she actually got delta (someone who we literally see is capable of meticulously and flawlessly predict a person’s actions), she suddenly isn’t able to predict and plan for the very obvious outcome of the meta attacking her and trying to take delta back. or alternatively, she WAS able to predict it, and even though she was willing to kill two men, one of whom was her brother, to get this thing, her plan is just to. give delta up? at the first sign of resistance? why would she be able to outsmart everyone to get what she wants but then the second she has what she wants she’s an idiot who doesn’t care about the thing she has anyway?

and why would delta not tell church all this? delta wants church to trust him, and that means trusting his decision to kill south. something that church is actively doubting. if you have the fact that south actively planned to get two people killed to get to delta, that’s a really strong thing to say to get him to think killing her was a good decision! why say the vague “she put him in a position to be killed” if there’s the clear fact of her conspiring to kill people to get an ai?

i just cannot believe that south would go through all of that to get delta only to give him up immediately.

even the one thing i would agree is south preplanning (getting delta, shooting wash, then escaping pfl) wasn’t her plan, it was command’s plan that she just added on to.

i really think that south’s characterization in 9 and 10 was supposed to show us that she is impulsive and shit at decision making. she’s reactive, not proactive. if they wanted us to think she was a conniving mastermind they could have written her like that. but they actively did not. thinking that south had a master plan to kill north to get delta leaves so many holes. thinking that south was just. reacting to the things happening to her in the moment with no plan of what to do next except “survive until tomorrow” makes all of her actions make perfect sense.
