My personal/professional/fandom anxiety levels have been spiking for the past week-ish and now I have my first appointment w/a therapist on Wednesday and that's making me feel even MORE anxious. Just thinking about it makes me feel really panicky and I DON'T LIKE IT.
And as fate would have it, I've got a scary work thing on Wednesday too so basically Wednesday = Worstday please send strength I just want to blanket fort forever. 😭
