#if i remember to #im only using it on problem areas bc i know its kinda harsh! i only use like two drops and that covers my cheeks and chin #once every two days before i go to bed #and after like a week or two ill probably boost it to once a day if my skin can take it without getting extra dry or anything #for now im mostly just getting used to the smell 😷 #sidenote i also got a hair mask thingy!!! so i can finally tame this frizz bc its lowkey embarrassing #one day i will have good hair and good skin and thatday is creeping closer!!!!!

Nextday huffs at being contradicted. She's fine, she insists this to herself and to nearly anyone who tries to pry. It's easier to say you're "fine" than to try to explain the inside of your head to someone, especially someone you just met. And of course she can cry whenever she wants to - she's a grown-ass adult... ghost... she can do whatever she wants. She doesn't need approval or permission from anyone.

"I know Kiyuki too," she says bluntly. "I used to be merged with Doomsday, so anyone she's met, I've met. That's how I recognized you." Having been a part of Doomsday until more recently, Nextday is somewhat fond of Kiyuki too. She doesn't feel anywhere near as friendly towards her as Doom does, but she still doesn't mind her. Besides, even if there was more there, she'd never overstep that boundary.

For the moment, she doesn't bother to come out from under Stanley's desk. She feels comfortable under here. Like she's in her own little den, the way she used to feel curled up under her desk in the control booth with Cyrus.

Cyrus... That asshole. How could he have been willing to leave her behind to die like that...?

Next thinks the office has always been a cesspool. It's always just been a place where bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. In other words... just like the way things always are, but in a condensed space.

She snorts. "Yeah, we're up to 1019 now, actually. I'm Nextday, because I'm the next one. I expect the next next one will be called Thatday. And Thursday is right - you should stay away from that black void. We don't know what it is and it could kill you. People also report feeling markedly uneasy around it. Not hard to image why when it literally melted someone's face off." She snorts again. Thisday. He's goofy, but he's like a brother to her. She wants to kick the void's ass for hurting him, but of course the void has no ass to kick and there's no telling what it might do to her, ghost or otherwise.

She awkwardly trails off, not sure what she's supposed to say or do now.

Ruki's 16 year old non binary child came out to him a few weeks ago. They walk towards him with a paper in their hand thatday. "The.. the teacher asked us towrite a poem. Mine is about my identity. I would like to hear what you think about it before bringing it to school tomorrow, father." (I will post the poem as a second ask after u reply to this one <3)

Adolescence is often a time in which we explore ourselves and learn about what does—and what doesn’t—align with our own personal needs and preferences, so I’m certain your teacher as well as your classmates would find your poem most insightful.”

Even before Ruki’s beloved child recently came out to him, he always treasured their transparency and openness to experience, encouraging them to do what makes them happiest. Seated atop the elongated armchair, the Vampire patted the vacant spot next to him, beckoning them to get comfortable as they discuss the poetry together. As an avid reader himself, he often cautioned them to voice each syllable and stanza to detect any awkward sounds or words that could use some editing. Furthermore, urging his child to speak out would undoubtedly build their confidence, especially when presenting to a larger group of listeners outside the family.

“Go on, read it aloud to me. I want to hear it.”
