after Seb talked with Griffin he informed Elowen of everything he'd told him, and told her he absolutely still wanted to become a vampire. luckily for them, Elowen may or may not have met one of the most infamous vampires out there, and she could definitely get him to turn Sebastian. the first few days after being bit were strange for Seb, it was hard watching Elowen bake and not being able to eat it :( his neck hurt and he started feeling cravings for something he certainly never did before.

once the turning process had ended and he was officially a vampire the very first thing he did was uh...break in the new coffin with Elowen

this is my AU where there are paranormal agent departments that are tasked with killing vampires, who suck the blood out of people entirely & can either inhabit it or turn them into a vampire by giving them their own blood. (unrelated to the vamp/vamp hunter au i just really like vampire aus in general i guess LOL) (this one is a bit more fleshed out tho. the universe is way diff from the other au too)

the topic of vampires is met with lots of skepticism as ppl usually write off vampires as human serial killers, but there's also lots of people who believe/know that vampires really are real. more paranormal agent depts have been established as there's been a sudden rise in vampire killings...😮

basic gist: rowan is a recent transfer to seb's area's department, and since rowan doesn't have a partner seb is removed from the ASS trio and paired up w/ rowan. which he is NOT happy about.

rowan wants to become a paranormal agent bc when he was young a vampire killed his loved one (haven't decided who lol) and inhabited their body, and he's been searching for that vampire to kill it and put his loved one to rest. he's been collecting his own intel thru both legal and Not So Legal means & contacts over the years.

seb is a paranormal agent bc when he was young his father was killed by a newly turned vampire, but only he had witnessed his father's death. robin believes his father was killed by car accident, and that seb's recount of the vampire was simply his brain repressing the truth.

she remarries and demetrius & maru are both skeptics, and they don't say anything about seb's job since it's a touchy subject but seb knows they don't believe him which frustrates him alot.

seb initially thinks rowan is either not taking the job seriously or is gonna quit bc its more than he anticipated & thus treats him coldly. but they realize they work together very well & learn more about each other over missions and spending time together, & they become closer and closer...

anyways i have a buncha stuff outlined for this au but idk if ill ever be able to draw or write it all out T~~T

In the vampau what about Max being really young like 3 or 4 when Jenson and Nico find him🥺

Like jos abandoning Max somewhere that is not at all safe for a child and Nico just stumbles upon this little baby with big blue eyes and he just has to take Max back home because Max is his baby now🥺and Jenson is so angry when he hears how Max has been treated especially when Max will just sit at the end of their bed after a bad dream cause he doesn’t want to wake them🥺

Nico taking Max back to the mansion he lives in with Jenson and he is afraid Jenson is going to be angry but Jenson is only angry at Jos and so gently to little Maxy!

Little Maxy sitting on the end of Jenson and Nico's bed as they rest cos Maxy had a nightmare but he doesn't dare wake them! Nico waking and quickly guiding Max closer and tucking him in between them!

And pls Max calling Nico momma quickly anf then Jenson is papa! They would be so in love with the little baby! And Maxy would be so protected by all thr vampires!

Urban Fantasy Short Stories: A friendly conversation

The vampire stared into the front room of the tiny city apartment holding his bookbag close to the doorway. Sebastian didn’t even have to step into the apartment to feel the wave of old sweaty gym bags and cheesy pizza hit his nose all at once. “Hey! Seb! Come on!” A younger cheerier voice called out to him in the apartment. “What is this…” The vampire mumbled. Slowly keeping all of his belongings close to him as possible as if one wrong move and he would be covered in dust. The vamp closed the apartment door with the heel of his shoe shutting it behind him. Great, now he has to clean off his shoes once he gets home. Sebastian walked into the selfmade bachelor pad observing the less than tasteful decor. Dusty’s home looked more like a teenage boys bedroom rather than the vampiric lair that he was expecting. Where was the glamor? The beautiful homogenize to the elder vampires of old ??? The cleanliness??? “Is this man even a vampire??” Sebastian asked himself, furrowing his brow walking around the other vampire's living room.

Suddenly from behind him, Dustin wrapped an arm around the older vampy and grinned baring his two fangs. “Soooo, what do ya think?” Dustin asked, motioning around his apartment. Sebastian cringed as the other vampire touched him. He wasn't used to other people placing their hands on him, “Well….It’s…something.” Sebastian answered. Dustin seemed satisfied with that answer, placing a hip. “Cool, I’m glad ya like it! Just relax and hang out for a bit dude. Mi casa tu casa bro.” He said with a smile walking towards the open kitchen. Sebastian nodded looking over towards the old leather couch. Dirty clothes were pushed to one side of the couch while the rest of it seemed clean, granted Sebatsian could tell that Dustin probably has never thought about investing in a laundry hamper…or a servant to do his laundry. The older vampire walked over to the couch shuffling dirty shirts and shorts out of the way and carefully sat down on the sofa. Sebastian shifted against the leathery couch placing his hands on his lap, god knows what Dustin spilled on this couch that made it so sticky. “Do you want anything to drink? I got some blood bags if ya wanna sip.” Dustin shouted from the kitchen.

“Um..Yes, I would like some please.” Sebastian continued to observe the decor of Dustin’s apartment. It was VERY different from the other vampire homes that he’s been in. It’s just so…simple.

Dustin leaped over the couch sitting so close to Sebastian. “Here ya do bromego!” The perky vampire smiled showing his fangs, Dustin was holding a colorful plastic cup towards Sebastain. The older vampire reluctantly grabbed the cup staring down at it. Even with a small sniff he could tell it was blood. “Where did you get this blood from?” He asked the other vampire. Dustin leaned back on the sofa scratching his chin, “Uhhh ... .I think from a blood bank a while back. Me and a couple of friends were hanging out and we went to the local vampire blood bank to fuel up.” Dustin explained. The older vampire turned away, so even Dustin had vampire friends. The elder vampire stared into his cup not saying a word. He only wanted to “hang out” with Dustin to prove that he could at least try to make friends but, Dustin seemed so personable. All the vampires he knew barely even cared for other vampires but Dustin was different. “You have…other vampire friends?” Sebastian asked, furrowing his brow. Dustin grinned, “Hold on dude,” He dug through his pocket and held out his phone showing the gothic vampire a picture. Sebastian’s eyes widened as he stared at the photo in more detail. It was Dustin with a whole pack of vampires having a ball at a late night party. “Oh..” Sebastian mumbled. Dustin chuckled, placing his hands behind his head as he rested on his couch. “Yeah, I like to hang out with my friends almost every weekend. What about you? Do you hang out with your friends? Oh! I bet old vampire parties are sooo cool!” The blonde vampire beamed. Sebastian messed with his shirt collar. “Ah..Well..I don’t know.” Sebastian tried to change the subject. Dustin rolled her eyes and smirked. “What? Oh come on.” He teased him. “Oh, I am a good little vampire with my simple little coffins and bags of blood who can’t do no wrong.” He laughed. Sebastian held the cup tighter, turning away with a frown. Dustin’s laugh died down as he noticed that Sebastain wasn’t laughing with him. “OOooh..Seb are you”

“You know that making friends is hard for me right?” the elder vampire interrupted him, gripping the cup tighter. Sebastian stared into the red liquid, He only came outside to hang out with Dustin because he was another vampire. He wanted to make friends not feel inferior to someone who he barely knows. Sebastian never even had a friend but, here this…this little simple vampire who is YOUNGER than him has more friends than he could ever imagine. Sebastian closed his eyes holding back frustrating tears. Dustin slowly held his hand towards the other vampire,

“Uh…Sebastian? Hey, Hey man I was just joking.”

Sebatasin suddenly jerked away from the young vampire spilling some blood on the couch. “Don’t touch me!” Sebastian snapped, making Dustin pull back from him. Sebastian noticed that he spilled the blood on the couch. The elder vampire placed the cup on the table and stood up. “I’m sorry..I shouldn’t have come here.” He mumbled shuffling towards the door gathering his things. Dustin quickly shot up. “Hey, Sebastain wait, I didn’t mean it!” Dustin called out to him but the other vampire quickly made his way out the door slamming it along the way. Dustin dropped his shoulders watching the flustered vampire hurriedly left his apartment.

“I’m sorry…” he mumbled.

Dumb Money - Quick TIFF Review

Vamp - I'm in-between films at TIFF atm so I thought I'd share my thoughts on Dumb Money.

The film is a blast from beginning to end! It does an amazing job of breaking down the GameStop stock market saga in a thoughtful, engaging and hilarious manner.

The ensemble cast are brilliant - no filler here. Paul Dano and Pete Davidson are standouts. And for the first time in forever, I actually enjoyed Shailene Woodley on screen.

Seb kills it in his small but pivotal role. At first, I found his on-screen mannerisms a little odd but then they showed a clip of the real Vlad....Seb nailed it. The audience loved him, he got some big laughs. His character is such a fucking sleazeball...at one point I wanted to scream at the screen "just answer the fucking question Vlad!" 😆

I will tell you that during a few of his close-ups, his brown eyes were a little jarring.

The film moves along at a good pace, and even though I know how this all ends, I was at the edge of my seat.

The soundtrack is killer - one of my favourite scenes with Seb is set to Kendrick Lamar's "Humble".

In all, a must-see. Can't wait to see it again. 🥰

Gonna go with an old classic. Werewolf au 👀

Hi Em! I'm gonna give you the best of both worlds with a vampire werewolf au

- vampires Simi and werewolves Mark/Jenson/Nando are neighbours and they constantly bicker

- Kimi is from an almost ancient family of vampires and he falls in love with Seb. He never tells him he's a vampire, but Seb has an inkling, and then there's an accident and Seb's dying so Kimi risks biting him to save him. When Seb wakes up, he confesses to everything and is just waiting for Seb to tell him that he hates him, but Seb's like "I kind of guessed"

- Simi find Charles, freshly bitten and left for dead, the vamp who bit him was scared off before he could kill Charles so now they've got a duckling following them round

- around 30 years later, they find Mick whose family was a long line of vampires so he knows what he's doing, but his whole family has been wiped out by hunters so he's all alone, and Charles immediately adopts him as little brother

- Lando is a wolf who's been adopted by Nando/Jenson/Mark after they found him freshly turned and struggling

- Charles finds Lando in the woods and just assumes that he's a human who got caught in the animal traps supernatural hunters have put through the woods since they've got suspicions there's non-humans around that area. He brings Lando in after finding him, and he thinks Lando's really pretty and is so young (like 18/19) and doesn't want him to die so he asks if one of Simi can turn him to save him, they give him the bite and patch him up, except when Lando wakes up, instead of having a baby vampire staring back at them they face gleaming, icy blue eyes and they're baffled because what the fuck

Random idea from my new vampire au ft vamp Lando:

"Did it change how you view him?", Kimi asked softly, his gaze on where Sebastian was talking to the two other vampires.

Daniel paused, fingers wrapping around the drink Kimi had made them. His gaze flickered over to where Lando was laughing. His laugh so infectious that even Seb, who Kimi had claimed hadn't smiled since he had found him turned, was giggling and Lewis was as well.

"Yes and no. It does change how you see them because he's not human, but it also made sense. It explained a lot like his food aversion and how he always wears hoodies, but he's Lando. He's still the same annoying little shit that stole my heart and cackles like a hyena"

"I can hear you", Lando called out, tossing a soft glare their way.

"And that took some getting used to. Say goodbye to secrets with a vamp around", Daniel laughed, flipping off Lando.

"Your only secret was that you jacked off in your drivers room", Lando teased, appearing at their sides so fast it almost made Kimi jump
