I think Amphitrite is honestly an underrated goddess/ immortal.

I mean she’s Poseidon’s wife - i thought there would be more talk about her.

In order to change that i put this together to educate people about her.

I like the fact she never gets jealous of Poseidon’s cheating. I mean she is constantly getting cheated on but she seems pretty chill (she represents the calm seas so that may have something to do with it) and she even helps Poseidon’s kids (like Theseus.)

I like her lol

Biography

Parents : Oceanus and Thetis or Nereus and Doris.

Greek : Amphitrite (Meaning - The Surrounding Third/Sea)

Roman : Salacia (Meaning - The Salty One)

Amphitrite was essentially the Primadorial goddess Thalassa (the sea) the female personification of the seas.

[Whereas Poseidon was essentially the Primadorial god Pontus - the male personfication of the seas]

Amphitrite is said to counter Poseidon as Poseidon represents the salty, uncontrollable seas (see - Poseidons wrath in myth for symbolic terms of this) whilst Amphitrite is said to represent the calm ocean’s (see - she isn’t wrathful like Hera towards Poseidon’s bastards, she understands the kids can’t help being the child of their father - she also doesn’t get involved in olympian affairs as much as she could.)

Amphitrite was often depicted in the artistic decorations of Poseidon's temples. Presumably she was honoured alongside the god.

Her children include her son Triton and her daughters Rhode, Benthesikme and Kymopoleia.

Poseidon (Her marriage)

Nereid Amphitrite gained the attention of Poseidon for her blue, dark eyes and beauty (some say it was her fiery personality that drew him in.)

However, Amphitrite knew full well what Poseidon’s advances meant and fled and so the Nereid hid herself away near Atlas, east of the Mediterranean.

Her disappearance only caused Poseidon to become more infatuated eith marrying her. And so he sent sea creatures to find her.

Delphin came across her and persuaded her to marry Poseidon, reluctantly she returned and they were wed.

Poseidon was so thankful he placed Delphin in the stars.

Theseus (Amphitrite with bastard kids of Poseidon.)

Amphitrite is a direct contrast with Hera - she does not go after the women her husband bed, nor does she go after his children.

In the case of Theseus : Minos doubted his parentage. He titled Theseus a liar, declaring him no son of the sea/ Poseidon.

Minos threw his ring into the ocean, told Theseus to get it to prove he was a child of Poseidon.

Amphitrite heard of the challenge, and when Theseus went to return the ring - she gifted him her crown and claimed him as her son in order to prove he was a son of Poseidon.

There’s also no myth of Amphitrite never going after Poseidon’s women.

Small Fun Fact

When Leto gave birth due to Poseidon granting her passage or to her sister Asteria’s intervention and help, Amphitrite helped her.

Evidence I Used

AMPHITRI′TE (Amphitritê), according to Hesiod (Theog. 243) and Apollodorus

(i. 2. § 7) a Nereid, though in other places Apollodorus (i. 2. § 2, i. 4. § 6) calls her an Oceanid. She is represented as the wife of Poseidon and the goddess of the sea (the Mediterranean), and she is therefore a kind of female Poseidon. In the Homeric poems she does not occur as a goddess, and Amphitrite is merely the name of the sea. The most ancient passages in which she occurs as a real goddess is that of Hesiod above referred to and the Homeric hymn on the Delian Apollo (94), where she is represented as having been present at the birth of Apollo. When Poseidon sued for her hand, she fled to Atlas, but her lover sent spies after her, and among them one Delphinus, who brought about the marriage between her and Poseidon, and the grateful god rewarded his service by placing him among the stars.

(Hesiod. Theog. 930, &c.; Apollod. i. 4. § 6; iii. 15. § 4.) Later poets regard Amphitrite as the goddess of the sea in general, or the ocean. (Eurip. Cycl. 702; Ov. Met. i. 14.) Amphitrite was frequently represented in ancient works of art; her figure resembled that of Aphrodite, but she was usually distinguished from her by a sort of net which kept her hair together, and by the claws of a crab on her forehead. She was sometimes represented as riding on marine animals, and sometimes as drawn by them. The temple of Poseidon on the Corinthian isthmus contained a statue of Amphitrite

(Paus. ii. 1. § 7), and her figure appeared among the relief ornaments of the temple of Apollo at Amyclae (iii. 19. § 4). on the throne of the Olympian Zeus, and in other places. (v. 2. § 3, comp. i. 17. § 3, v. 26. § 2.) We still possess a considerable number of representations of Amphitrite. A colossal statue of her exists in the Villa Albani, and she frequently appears on coins of Syracuse. The most beautiful specimen extant is that on the arch of Augustus at Rimini.

Halosydne (Halosudnê), that is, “the seafed,” or the sea born goddess, occurs as a surname of Amphitrite and Thetys. (Hom. Od. iv. 404, Il. xx. 207.)

Theseus

Pausanias, Description of Greece 1. 17. 3 (trans. Jones) (Greek travelogue C2nd A.D.) :

“[Minos king of Krete (Crete)] hurled insults at him [Theseus] and denied that he was a son of Poseidon, since he could not recover for him the signet-ring, which he happened to be wearing, if he threw it into the sea. With these words Minos it is said to have thrown the ring, but they say that Theseus came up from the sea with that ring and also with a gold crown that Amphitrite had given him.”

Pseudo-Hyginus, Astronomica 2. 5 (trans. Grant) (Roman mythographer C2nd A.D.) :

“Minos is said to have drawn a gold ring from his finger and cast it into the sea. He bade Theseus bring it back, if he wanted him to believe he was a son of Neptunus [Poseidon] . . . Theseus, without any invoking of his father or obligation of an oath, cast himself into the sea. And at once a great swarm of dolphins, tumbling forward over the sea, led him through gently swelling waves to the Nereides. Say that the crown came from the wife [Amphitrite] of Neptunus, and Theseus is said to have given it to Ariadne as a gift, when on account of his valor and courage she was given to him in marriage.”

“Constellation Delphin. Eratosthenes [Hellenistic poet C3rd B.C.] and others give the following reason for the dolphin’s being among the stars. Amphitrite, when Neptunus [Poseidon] desired to wed her and she preferred to keep her virginity, fled to Atlas. Neptunus sent many to seek her out, among them a certain Delphin, who, in his wandering s among the islands, came at last to the maiden, persuaded her to marry Neptunus, and himself took charge of the wedding. In return for this service, Neptunus put the form of a dolphin among the constellations.”

“The Dophins : Poseidon loves them exceedingly, inasmuch as when he was seeking Amphitrite the dark-eyed daughter of Nereus who fled from his embraces, Delphines (the Dolphins) marked her hiding in the halls of Okeanos (Oceanus) and told Poseidon; and the god of the dark hair straightway carried off the maiden. Her he made his bride, queen of the sea, and for their tidings he commended his kindly attendants and bestowed on them exceeding honour for their portion.”

the “Tangodeltaindia” blog explained,

aka my brain has cringe spots on it and needs to be inspected by the FDA

hi my names randi/uni and i created a total drama island themed ARG two months ago on a whim that almost no one interacted with bc i started off way too niche and difficult, so i kinda just went increasingly off the rails because i knew most likely no one was monitoring my posts and i could just make a real cursed hidden tomb that could one day be discovered by someone in a goonies esque unveiling. but then i got lice and now im sad and uncomfortable so i’m just gonna explain the entire damn thing in one shot. its absolutely batshit and theres a reason no one uncovered it ok here we go;;;

first of all the name. its so stupid but. ‘tango delta india’ = ‘tdi’ in the NATO phonetic alphabet. it just felt like a funny place to start that implies its gonna be a puzzle blog idk,

moving on to the actual content tho; some of the earlier posts mean p much nothing and were just an attempt to draw people in, such as the mr coconut ‘like if you agree’ or the ‘let him inside hes cold’ posts.

then theres the cipher (x). it was posted shortly after the height of the ‘using total drama reference pictures to make an alphabet’ meme. in case anybody didnt see that; for a while it was a joke in the fandom to take the transparent references of total drama characters, and line them up, using them like hieroglyphics to make translatable pictures. its supposed to correspond to the alphabet, based on the first letter of their first name. an example could be, alejandro = a, bridgette = b, and so on. there was no solidly set alphabet amongst the fandom though, it was self explanatory most of the time so i made my own solid personal cipher key for that blog to make the whole thing easier.

NOW ONTO THE FIRST PUZZLE POST,,,, (x). theres a scene, a string of text, the cipher key, and a link to a decoder. the way to decode it all is to plug the characters on screen into the tangodeltaindia cipher key, and then plug That translation into the decoder website, and then finally paste in the text under the photo.

the website linked is to a Caesar cipher decoder. the Caesar cipher is just a code where the alphabet is assigned to numbers (a=1, z=26), and to encode something with it you can move this pattern however you want as long as you keep the regular sequence of alphabet and numbers. so you could scootch over One letter, and “abc” would now say “bcd”. so on and so forth.

looking at the scene + my own total drama reference cipher, alejandro = A, and the beaver = 1, which gives A1. so you could now follow the link to the website, press ‘decode’, and paste in the text under the picture. the ‘shift’ in the middle is automatically set to ‘7′, or as it shows, a -> h, meaning ‘a’ has been moved over by 7 letters. so if you set the shift to just 1 over, or A1, now you can translate the text. it reads;

“lets start simple. after all, a trail of breadcrumbs begins with a loaf. whats the harm in another long winded fandom meme. another inside joke. and arent you curious whats truly lurking inside?”

edgy! simple! kinda just a test to see if people would do it or not. which they didnt so of course i tried to make it weirder-

puzzle 2; (x) using the exact same translation rules as above. we have alejandro and the snake, which with the tangodeltaindia cipher key means A6. going to the website, putting it in ‘decode’ mode, pasting in your text, and setting the shift to ‘6′ gives you this translation.

“in his eyes are an island. nothing but a dream, born out of going to bed angry. sink or swim.”

this was just hinting around at where the story was gonna go so it’ll make more sense later. something else to note; if you zoom all the way in and look into alejandros eye (’in his eyes’), you’ll see the word ‘Thera’. ~thats a surprise tool that will help us later~

so after this one, there are two non-puzzle posts that are also just hints (i was just tryna see if i could get people hyped), the first is a close up picture of chris with red eyes that simply says “those arent his eyes”, and then a post that says “his real names not chris :)”, they’re again referencing his eyes, and this time further implying theres something fake or wrong about them, or with chris as a person. again, it’ll be explained better later on.

moving on to puzzle 3 (x), another test to see if anyones keeping up (which also failed josdfjsdfkjs), using the same translation rules, dj = a dash or minus, and the snail = 5, “-5″, shift the letter ‘A’ BACK five instead of forward, and you get the simple translation of; “getting harder now.”

puzzle 4 and 5; at this point, there are two images posted within hours of each other that i’ll explain together as they line up. (x) (x)

These are some of the only ones that can be translated from just the tangodeltaindia key directly. They end up a string of numbers, which are latitude and longitude coordinates. The first post, labelled “the lie”, translates into “45.57394802102744, -81.46817207492494″. googling that will take you to maps and show you to a place called Lonely Island in Canada.

The second one, “the truth”, translates into “36.404663113177534, 25.39605673375295″, taking you to Santorini, Greece.

This is where the hints got really out there bc i realized nobody was following along but i still wanted to paint a picture. so this is the set up;;; the idea that the ‘island’ (camp wawanakwa) existing somewhere in canada, is a lie. the ‘true’ location being santorini isnt meant to be taken at face value though. the mythology behind santorini is that a man impregnated a goddess and to escape the wrath of her father (triton), she formed the island (santorini) by having her lover throw clay into the sea, and then she gave birth to her son, Theras, on this island, giving the island it’s Other nickname, Thera.

this is again just a vague implication that the island might not be real at all, or that it was formed through cosmic means.

the next two posts are more non-puzzle hints, the first showing the definition of the word ‘fresh’ (new), and the second being images of total drama backgrounds with no characters and the text reading “they were always empty.” more, admittedly very outlandish implications that the island is some kind of illusion, but again mostly just another try to drag people into the blog.

puzzle 6. (x) this one introduces a new concept to the regular translation rules, some of the characters are laying down. its kinda supposed to imply they’re “dead” and that you need to take their corresponding letters out of the alphabet given on the Caesar cipher page, below the shift. The upright characters translate to “-9″, so you shift ‘A’ back 9 letters. Then remove the letters; “TH-E-R-A-S”, and with those letters taken out, you can finally translate the text.

“he creates life solely to destroy it. to crush it in his hands. he births chaos so that he may have something to control. the power has given him madness. the isolation, arrogance. don't try to stop him, he's already chosen to be unstoppable. his mind is a perfectly crafted prison, one we will all soon be living in.”

this is where the story gets more on the nose. it’s talking about chris, and about him being an unstoppable cosmic force, a diety who can create worlds within his own mind, and he does so maliciously just for power. hes created the campers through mental energy just to torment them. it also hints that his plan is to expand the world of total drama island and engulf the whole universe.

puzzle 7. (x) same as the last puzzle. beaver and moose translate to ‘1-0′ or ten. the characters lying down to remove from the caesar cipher alphabet are “T-U-L-P-A”. this doesnt have anything to do with the modern way some ppl interact with tulpas but just the actual idea of creating thoughtforms, or willing your thoughts into real life creations, referencing how chris has created the entire island and everyone on it solely through his mind. with those letters removed and the shift set forward 10, you get this:

“his psychic power is unfathomable. the reality he bore was just a passing thought. an idea that became so dangerous. he predates the idea of a mind, the minds own ability to recognize itself, his synapses are paradoxically ancient. the island exists only within himself, to torment the souls hes created, and damned from the start. will they ever be free?”

it states that chris is more than a man or even just a diety, hes an all powerful god already, yet he craves more power. the final line, “will they ever be free” is in reference to the campers, which segways into the next arc;;; freeing the campers from chris’ psychic island imprisonment.

puzzle 8. (x) to solve this one you have to translate the top image with the tangodeltaindia cipher key, and add it to the text given, which creates a link. this leads to a PDF, a page from a book written by terence mckenna. he’s a famous ethnobotanist known best for his studies on DMT, the strongest hallucinogenic drug in the world, its also known as the spirit molecule. many people on this drug (without any prior knowledge of this phenomenon) will recount meeting strange fractal beings that can create things in the universe just by speaking them into existence, theyve come to be known as ‘machine elves’, a term coined by mckenna. ill show the most important excerpt from the page;

this is less about the psychedelic drug part and more about the words and ideas, like “punching a hole through a dimension so it pours through” and “if god didnt exist man would invent him”. its more worldbuilding towards chris’ power and cosmic abilities

then come 2 more clues. a picture of chris holding his own body captioned ‘ego death’, and the meaning behind the name ‘chris mcclean’. the latter is another “please look over here” post, but the first is another minor reference to the previous puzzles answer involving DMT and terence mckenna. ‘ego death’ is a term again used with strong psychedelic drugs, its the sensation that your spirit as you know it is literally Dying, and you are instead connected to and a part of everything around you. another reference to chris’ power and how he may look like a man but his body and spirit are connected to the world hes built in unfathomable ways. at this point im cementing the idea that chris mclean is not a mortal man and cannot be fought with mortal weapons

puzzle 9. (x) this one was an attempt to make easier to solve puzzles, and comes with a visual of chris looming over the island. the text is in wingdings, which can be translated through multiple websites found through google. it says;

this is essentially saying that the island, the campers, werent all just created from his mind, but from his dreams. this confirms that he Sleeps, and claims hes going to sleep again soon, and during that time period theres a chance to kill him before he can dream up another world (or season) to control and torment. its also saying that theres a chance killing him will destroy the island and campers, but that its the only choice we would have to end the cycle. hey guys i am so bored and over the years i have been on every stimulant and anti depressant doctors are legally allowed to prescribe and its still just not quite there yet huh

puzzle 10. (x) the video, the title translates to “the island of his eye”. its just meant to encapsulate everything ive already been hinting around at but with real footage and some audios taken from the show, and again, it was me tryna make some lore that was easy to digest and also terrifying to an audience with no other context. the final images are the only new clues, if you pause fast enough you can barely make out the characters that (paired with the tangodeltaindia cipher key) would say “set them free”, and you can also see an aerial view of what is actually called “the eye of argentina”. it is a real island that rotates atop a swamp, it is geometrically perfect and no one really knows for sure why it rotates the way it does or how it was formed. this clue is simply related back to the idea that the island of wawanakwa’s location is not in canada, and that it does not function like a normal island.

puzzle 11. (x) what td blog is complete without a uquiz? anyways, it doesnt matter how you answer the quiz, theres only one possible result. the title is a link to a mega file, which is protected with a decryption key. the image attached to the result, when deciphered, is the randomly generated key to the unlock the file. the image you see from the file is this; (TW for mentions of self harm and eye trauma)

in case this is too hard to read ill transcribe what it says;

“How to escape the dream - accept that there is no dream to escape, and no you to escape it. - believe in it anyways. - sleep on your back. - cover your eyes. - hide a nail under the pillow. - wait for the ringing. - when you first see him, dont call his name. dont speak. - keep your eyes shut. - on the second night, ask where the camp is. he wont respond verbally. - on the third night, you’ll see his eyes. - on the fourth night, you’ll enter them. - you can’t turn back after the fifth night. - don’t try to hide your fears. he knows them before you arrive. - don’t shut your eyes for too long when it becomes too much. you risk losing them. - find chris mclean. - don’t stop till the nail is through the socket. - repeat on the other side. - repeat on yourself. - congratulations. they are free”

this is, believe it or not, an idea that comes from my very own sleep paralysis experiences. ive dealt with it a lot, so why not make a weird ritual thing for an arg based off it ig. so whenever i’d fall asleep on my back, i’d eventually hear this ringing in my ears (or it’d happen upon waking up), and then the sleep paralysis would begin. i only ‘saw’ stuff a couple times but the fear for me was really more about the overwhelming sensation of pure dread that always came along with it even when i was aware what was happening, and i Always got this feeling too that if i opened my eyes in that moment, something was gonna stab them.

so moving on to how that applies to the arg, the first few lines are about how, obviously, the island is not real, even in the lore being given its a figment of chris’ imagination, but you have to enter it anyways, and the only way to do that is to believe its real. then it tells you how to ‘enter’ that world, (btw i didn’t expect anyone to actually follow these instructions if found, but even if they did, the whole ‘sleep paralysis being caused by sleeping on your back’ thing usually only happens if you’re predisposed to having it and only happens to Some people who have it, so the intent was like. never to bring that upon anybody. but if you are prone to sleep paralysis plz do not attempt even as a joke or anything thx)

the parts about hallucinating chris then are as follows, “ask about the camp / he wont respond verbally” , meaning he will show you through a dream instead, one that might look a lot like the video from before. “on the third night you will see his eyes”, meaning you will see the island but not be able to interact with it, or basically, how we see total drama on tv right now. “on the fourth night you’ll enter (his eyes)” references the island existing ‘within his eyes’, meaning you will enter the actual island. the next night chris will sleep and you will be able to enter the island again and find him. the idea with the nail is that, if you destroy his eyes you destroy the ‘island’ within them. wrapping back around to sleep paralysis, the idea of stabbing yourself with the nail afterwards is because sometimes, the only thing you can move during sleep paralysis is your fingertips and toes, and wiggling those can help bring you out of the paralysis. so at first how i used to wake myself up, but it didnt usually work fast enough so oftentimes id just pinch the shit out of my fingers and use pain to make my muscles start up faster.

the next post is a link to a countdown. again, i knew nobody was rly following at this point, but i wanted a little more build up before just dropping the ending. it was set up to end 5 days after the last post, aka the one that mentioned a 5 night dream ritual.

puzzle 12. (x) going all the way back to the normal multi step translation puzzles. the coloring of the cipher is a bit different, and its missing chris, but its meant to be used the same as it was before, these changes are only for dramatic effect. and chris is gone because well. we mentally offed him in the inception dream land last time. so anyways the snake = 6, shift A to 6, take out the letters “R-I-C-K” of the characters laying in their graves, and you get this translation;

“its almost time. we must now crack open our minds like a crowbar to a sealed chest. like an egg to a pan. to find our way into camp wawanakwa our ego cannot remain intact, and to traverse it we must stay strong. to escape it, we must glue the pieces back together. now we sleep. dream. end the nightmare.”

this is a final message before ‘entering the island’ to kill chris and free the campers from the island. it acts like a pep talk.

The Taverns of Clebreaux ✨ 🍺

Writing Prompt: Whenever you and your company hit a new town or city, you're sure to be tavern bound eventually. Write a list of tavern names, their themes, their proprietors, and personalities. What characters or unique brews might you encounter at each establishment?

Clebreaux, the main city Ineiva and Illuvivia would visit, isn't the largest city of Evelvion. As such, it only has three main taverns. There are more pubs, but nothing where people can stay. These three are called The Briny Maiden, The Tipsy Triton, and Abalone & Gold.

The Briny Maiden is a retired pirate vessel, turned tavern as it is permanently docked. It's still owned by the original captain, Qadir the Crooked, who changed their identity to settle down and leave behind their life of crime as Asha Yogblod. The iconic drink here is a Bloody Caesar, renamed the Red Tide. Outside of this, they mainly carry different alcohols each time someone new docks.

The Tipsy Triton is middle class, standard tavern with a hint of seaside flare and darker color scheme. It is owned by half-triton fraternal twins, Neophytos and Nyatheva Aquinalleus. Their classic drink is a Thai Me Up Thai Me Down, renamed the Amphibian.

Lastly, Abalone & Gold is a high class establishment and speakeasy built into the crystal caves. Owned by Illuvivia's sister, Ailunë Darksea, they have good ties here. Their signature drink here is the Café Elfique, a renamed Irish Coffee.

Personality:

As an infant and young child, Lucy was a handful! She could never sit still or stay quiet for long and always had find something to play with. She wasn’t necessarily a mischievous child or caused trouble, she just didn’t understand the concept of ‘not playing’. She was generally a very playful and happy child. She never grew out of her curiousness, however.

As she grew into her preteen and teenage years, Lucy (understandably) started asking questions. After all the ‘I was adopted and I have two fathers’ questions were answered, she started asking about humans.

Despite Red and Winter telling her about the war, and about how the humans tortured and imprisoned the apes before Caesar liberated them, Lucy was still fascinated by humans and wanted to learn more about them-how they lived, where they lived, how they saw the world, why they harmed apes.

It was this fascination that led to Lucy collecting and storing various human artifacts in an old human dwelling, not far from the Ape Village. She would later start wearing an old human earring, which would give her the sign name ‘L’ with ‘earring’.

Aside from her collecting human things, Lucy would also develop an interest in necklaces, braces, beads and earrings and often come up with different concept ideas for ape jewelry (including one that involved turning a dead scorpion into a bracelet-which didn’t work as the body eventually fell apart and also freaked/weirded her fathers out to no end).

If this were a real life person, what would they be doing right now?: If Lucy were human, I can picture her having a jewelry making hobby and spending hours learning about extinct species or lost cities and old cultures in museums.

Some Extra Notes:

- It is (currently) unknown what happened to Lucy’s biological parents or if they abandoned her or if they died (their causes of death could presumably be do to humans killing them or heat, exhaustion and starvation from being in the desert).

- This is a coincidence but Lucy has the same name as the Australopithecus (Lucy) fossil that was found in Ethiopia.

- Unlike her brothers (Akinli and Frost), Lucy is not a What if? Kid and is not biologically related to Red and Winter. Making her existence plausible in any role-play or fanfic.

- Due to her fascination with humans, it can be assumed that Lucy could and would befriend a human. Albeit, hesitant and with her guard up.

- Lucy’s character is inspired by Ariel from The Little Mermaid (although she has a much better relationship with her father’s than Ariel has with King Triton).

Hisoka is a name that often appears in old rumors, tales, historical narratives and in many secret documents of underground societies all around the world and in different centuries.

In 1919, when the first World War was over and the main focus was on recovering and building, a German soldier found a report about the time right before WW1 in the basement under the palace of Prussia. But he was found dead before he could share these documents because of a headshot. The culprit is unknown and the only hint left was a paper with the following sentence: "Verdammt, Hisoka!" ["Damn it, Hisoka!"]. There the research about that name began and it turned out to be a person who surpassed the natural laws and has been living for many centuries. Also it is pretty sure that he is the biggest asshole in history.

His story is way too outrageous and goes beyond logical human understanding so that it has been kept secret in order to keep the balance of the world's history.

The "True" Mastermind behind major Disasters

Excluding the Greek "crimes" it can be said that Hisoka’s first deed was giving Brutus the knife to stab Caesar in 44 BC. Then until the 14th century not a single trace of Hisoka could be found. This is the longest break in the known sightings of Hisoka.

In 1378 he broke the nose of the Sphinx and blamed a Sufi Muslim who was later hanged for vandalism.

Furthermore he was responsible for the Spanish Inquistion in 1478. In fact it was Columbus who discovered America in 1492 but of course Hisoka was the one who started killing the natives.

As time went by the next disaster linked to Hisoka was the Great Fire of London (1666). The fire started at the bakery of Thomas Farriner and spread. The major firefighting technique of the time was to create firebreaks by means of demolition; this, however, was critically delayed owing to the indecisiveness of the Lord Mayor of London whose name (coincidentally) was Sir Thomas Bloodworth. And by indecisiveness it is meant that he was woken up, annoyingly said "Pish! A woman might piss it out!" and went back to sleep. So how much Hisoka is involved should be pretty clear.

To escape the mess after the fire he moved to Ireland but about 200 years later he got bored and decided to pull a "prank" causing the Irish Potato Famine (1845-1852).

After his return to the United Kingdom in 1895 he found out about H. G. Wells’ time machine and used it to travel back in time to visit Atlantis and sunk it for an unknown reason. When he came back in 1897 he started the legend of Dracula.

Then in 1912 he sabotaged the guidance system on the RMS Titanic and 1937 on the LZ 129 Hindenburg

Consequently the ship sunk and the passenger airship burned and crashed to the ground in two of the biggest disasters of the 1900′s. Big Surprise.

While traveling from the UK to the Russian Empire, Hisoka stopped in Austria to kick A. Hitler out of art school leading from his journey to the army and later in to politics.

Later upon arriving in the Russian Empire he started preparing an inevitable plot for WW1 which would ultimately sabotage Russia, so that it will not be able to last till the end of the war. But right before the beginning of the war Hisoka went on vacation.

On his way to Hawaii he met Santa Claus and killed him (Krampus is still free though).

A few years later he returned to Germany to cause the Hindenburg disaster and afterwards traveled to France for WW2.

Near the end of WW2 when the reinforcement from the US arrived he used the chance to finally return to America after over 400 years but did not stay for long. From there he flew to Japan and dropped the nuclear bomb on Nagasaki (but not Hiroshima) in 1945.

Back in the US he triggered the Vietnam War (1946) and decided to go back on vacation in Bora Bora this time.

His third vacation resort was somewhere in the Caribbean, he stole the Russian nuclear bombs that played an important role in preventing the Cuban Missile Crisis (1962) from escalating so his vacation didn't get ruined by the fallout.

In the early 1970s after his vacation he peacefully enjoyed his time by taking enthusiastic walks in Northern California and somehow gained the title "Zodiac Killer".

Later in January 26, 1986, the 10th flight of Space Shuttle Challenger (OV-99) broke apart 73 seconds into its flight. Its failure caused by breach (made by Hisoka) in the SRB (solid rocket booster) joint it sealed.

For some nostalgic reasons Hisoka was "missing" the east side so he made a few calls to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic and somehow because of that, on April 25, 1986, the Chernobyl disaster happened.

Surprisingly he was not the slightest bit involved in the 9/11 incident in 2001. At that time he was occupied by a very hard puzzle of 1000 pieces without anything to rely on because he threw away the box and could not remember the picture. He started working on the puzzle in January, and after many months completed it in December.

Unfortunately that puzzle could not keep him focused long enough so he made a short trip of a few days to Fukushima on March 9, 2011 and 2 days later the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster was on every media of the world.

Secretly the governments worldwide are still looking for that man in the shadows to avoid further disasters but without any success.

Hisoka’s Mythology

Hisoka was born as a mere human boy who coincidentally managed to find and keep the Holy Grail until he went to Olympus and took one of the Golden Apples of Hesperides for his immortality. Then after destroying the Holy Grail he kidnapped the Oracle of Delphi to know which major events to have fun with later on.

His sarcastic nature is beyond human understanding which can be clearly seen by his plot against the gods of the ancient times. It simply started with a prank on Ares by replacing his helmet with a hornets nest and (temporarily) ended with killing Zeus then dumping him in the closest volcano (because he was being a pain in ass) that happened to be Mount Vesuvius. So after the huge eruption of raw power of the volcano, Pompeii was doomed. Also he killed a few more gods and demigods and buried them in the resulting explosion.

Therefore he gained the title King Hisoka. His name was well known during the Hunter era but made it easier for Ares to find him. In the 1700s Ares came for revenge but was defeated utterly. Leaving only one "enemy" for him: DEATH, who has been trying to find Hisoka for 700 years. Everytime Death finds him, Hisoka steals his scythe and escapes. This has happened 9 times so far.

Nowadays the name King Hisoka has disappeared from the mainstream media. Hisoka is staying low, living on Earth and waiting for his next oppurtunity. There are still going to be more wars for him to start, people to kill, a there are still a few gods around that owe him debts and also some imprisoned gods whose fate has not yet been decided.
