Hi hi @writing-with-melon! Thanks for the asks! It’s been a while since I’ve spent some time with my stories so I’m gonna talk about a hodgepodge of characters here.

1. What common traits do you share with your oc? What about them is the least like you?

Lithium and I are both a little goofy and love to use humor to help people relax during tense situations. We’re also supportive, calm under pressure, and surprisingly ambitious. 

But where Lithium is ridiculously overconfident in 99% of situations she finds herself in, I am... not. She also doesn’t have much of a mental filter and feels zero shame.

21. Is your oc expressive, or would they rather conceal their emotions? What are their typical expressions like?

Iron Will is... not very expressive, no. In public, anyway. He’s got this strong, stoic persona that the Coalition gave him that he can’t really get out of. Like Captain America, if Cap also had a well-caffeinated PR team breathing down his neck all the time. He’d like it if he didn’t have to conceal so much of himself, but thems the breaks. 

Will keeps a lot to himself and is very careful not to reveal too much of his personality to anyone. Except his therapist. When he smiles, though, he looks years younger. And eventually, he loosens up and learns how to chill with the help of his new friends. 

24. Is your oc a romantic, or are they grossed out by the simple mention of anything romantic?

Mel is sickeningly romantic. Hopelessly so. She loves reading old romance stories and chivalric tales, Harlequin romance novels, published love letters, etc. She knows exactly what her future wedding is gonna be like. She tries to be chill about it, but she gets so excited when anyone mentions any of her more romantic interests.

77. Does your oc like to wear any particular accessories? Hats, jewelry, scarves, etc.?

If I remember correctly... I think Gemma wears some special bracelets. It’s in a post from a long long time ago, and I’m trusting my brain to remember this correctly. 

There’s one that’s a gift from a local kid whose broken leg she helped heal. It’s made of brightly colored rainbow beads and string. One is a leather band her mother gave her. Another is a kind of charm bracelet she made after the first kid’s gift, so when she helps people out they can give her a charm as thanks. 

Also, Treena loves fun scarves.
