Probably my favorite line in the finale, it's so simple but so powerful coming from him. Honestly kinda amazing that we got such a nice full-circle wrap up to his cross-series arc (especially after he was sidelined all season)
I was sad about not seeing as much of him when he left the Batch in season 2 of course, but I could never be mad because it was a choice that just made so much sense for his character. Seeing him fighting alongside Rex, rescuing Howzer, freeing all the clones in Tantiss, it’s just so clearly where he belongs. He’s been through so much and he’ll never stop fighting for his brothers
Finding out that Crowley knew Jane Austen but never knew she wrote books and then them encountering her books in Aziraphale’s bookshop and briefly checking them out before actually having to proceed on a storyline where they have to meddle and ensure two people fall in love while clearly nursing their own feelings… That scene was for me personally.
joels newest hermitcraft episode was great for many reasons but. the contrast between "cis straight white man mining content" and scar telling joel and etho to get a room.
shipping two characters you love equally is difficult because on one hand, you want them both to be happy, but on the other, you want one of them to be put in danger and the other one to go absolutely batshitfucking insane to get them back
Black Butler Amino, Black Arts Magazine - Holiday Party
it doesn't quite look like a holiday party from here, but what I imagined as a humble little piece is~~ Ciel and Lizzy sneak away from the big bustling midford Christmas party and raid the kitchen desserts, like they did when they were kids(it was Lizzy's idea, Ciel clearly hasn't been himself since he returned, and she wanted to bring him back).
hey do u ever think about how crowley's eyes (a feature he's worked to hide nearly his entire time on earth) were fixated so so so firmly on aziraphale during the final fifteen, to the point where he followed the tiniest of movements, even as tears began to form in his waterline? even as his not-quite-human-heart was splintering in his chest?
CAUSE I DO
how was this permitted to be aired???? knowing full well that angsty queers like me would be sliding down the wall sobbing about it????
(also, if u want to read more about crowley and his eyes, i am once again recommending one of alex's metas: x)
if you're wondering why I'm not posting about the screening it's because there is literally nothing I have to say that can be summed up in a tumblr post. when I tell you this is going to be the season 2 we all hoped for but didn't dare believe could ever happen I say that without a speck of exaggeration. this might be the best season of tv I've ever seen. I don't know what else I can say. shrimp emotions. no notes. be fucking afraid
The funniest thing to me in this episode was Guillermo thinking he needs to bribe the camera crew. Honey, they spent the last three years filming you and your friends murder so many people. You spent the whole day brain washing someone on camera. They watched Laszlo throw you in a coffin and did nothing. And you think this is the line? Come on.
