Macaque learned how to cook more while raising Mk but Wukong likes sweet things more then Macaque does, especially if its fruit flavored. So despite what people might think he's actually very good at baking.

Does the Celebi have thier own comfort food?

Every celebi has their own favorite food, and due to the fact that none of them have a very strong sense of taste, they tend to prefer more tactile / sensory foods— though many of them enjoy spicy foods without unique mouth-feels!

Our celebi, Skye, enjoys mashed potatoes— specifically mashed potatoes that are very light and fluffy.

So, seems this sectors anti-priate measures are lacking, and means getting a mech for space flight to handle them might be something I need to look into as the only protectorate captain here. Also means a lot of supplies the shipwright needs have had a "delayed" shipment, yay.

Though me getting lunch has given me a starting point for another report: While I was ordering the meal the person behind the counter knew I, as a saturian, am an obligate herbivore, and warned me that the dish I was ordering contained eggs. This is fine, despite being classified by most people as "meat" herbivores can safely consume eggs if properly prepared. The dish did not contain eggs, it contained eggshoot, which could be an issue for obligate carnivores.

Eggshoots, as thier name Implies are egg shaped plants most commonly found in tundra regions of planets, though these resistant plants can be grown on most planets, and can often be seen grown in Avian settlments.

Thier similarities with eggs do not stop with thier shape, mature fruit of this plant jave a soft white flesh, not dissimilar to a soft boiled egg, with a pocket of thick yellow nectar with in which the seeds float with in, giving animals of thier homeworlds both a meal and some liquid refreshment at once.

Thanks to thier low growth requirements and rather qucim growth cycles, they can often be found in markets as an animal egg substitute, and act wonderfully as such. If beat with a small bit of water, the flesh of an eggshoot quickly becomes a thin gel that works as a replacement for egg whites, and the necter can be used in place of an egg yoke as is, with the added benefit of being safe to eat raw, making them a near perfect substitute for eggs in vegan dishes. If you can safely eat plant matter that is.

Despite how well they mimic animal eggs, eggshoots are still plants, and can cause issues with carnivore stomachs if too much is used. While it's not life threatening if a carnivore eats eggshoot products (save for rare allergies) they should be avoided, unless some moderate or worse discomfort is worth it for your favorite icecream flavor.

Thankfully the manger of the food vender, who got a simular version of this, was smart and knew it'd be a bad idea to argue with a protectorate botanist and at least put up a warning sign.

Kiana and Mei, easy. For good wholesome love with thier own flavor of character development and canon kissing Bronya and Seele are lovely. Kallen and Sakura for angst. Rita carrying all the characterization for Bianka cough cough . but Kiana and Mei hit different. Favorite couple in anything.

The drama they had going on was exquisite. There's a different post that states all of it better than I can so I'll just link that

Also they love each other so much and have so many ways of saying I love you without using those exact words.

I wholly believe their most romantic scene so far is this one. When they are ~kinda~ reunited in chapter 28.

Not included in the screenshot is the chapter 1 callback of Mei telling Kiana to take the strength of 1000 warriors. How all of Mei's posturing and the tough face she puts on at World Serpent and in the Elysian Realm drops and her voice softens back to the one we know as Mei. Because of and in spite of all they've gone through they can be like this.

That's not to say that the other things they've said haven't been gay as hell. "Kiana is mine to protect", "Watch me wreck this slime and then let's get hitched", and Mei's entire speech to herself in chapter 8 where she realizes the depth of her love for Kiana. But there was always a slight disconnect. They finally- after all this time- really understand each other.

I could probably go on forever about EVERY interaction they have but I almost started another "APHO is trash" rant because it ruins everything, so I think this is a good place to end it.

These are some snipe headcanons that I just made up so don't freaking judge me 😃 cause I love this man with all my heart

His actual name is Dannosuke Hara and his first name means "bullet" "assistance" "this distance" and his surname means "plain field" (not confirmed I just created a name for him cause his basically forgotten by horikoshi

His half Japanese and half African American so his black

His father was japanese while his mother was African American

His born in Japan but was raised in America some part of his life

He has 2 older sister his the youngest

Since his half American I feel like his middle name would be Xavier

His mom inherited a horse ranch somewhere in Texas and and a bit of other animals, he grew up loving horses and growing up his favorite activity was racing with his siblings and archery as well

His always doubt himself about his ability

His father's quirk is "perfect aim" while his mom was "zooming"

His favorite food more of a comfort food is his mothers homemade meatball soup where she'd make everything from scratch and how it's served is well there needs to be a bed of rice and flood it with the meatball soup and for extra flavor some soy sauce, sesame oil and chili oil and no one makes it better then how his mama does it

His father wasn't always around since he was a soldier

Well his father met his mother at a bar in America one day and well they quickly clicked

They'd go back and forth from Japan and America

His father was a sniper and one of the most respected ones as well

And Dan admired his dad alot and wishes to be like him some day especially since his in the elite force

When he was just 8 years old he lost his father while he was serving in Afghanistan and died as a hero taking a bomb for the group and other civilians and broke the 8 year old

His mom feel into a great depression leaving his oldest sister to raise them while she gets better

But when he grew to be around 13 years old he was a victim is a lockdown and his eldest sister who died protecting Dan just in time to shove him in the locker while the shooter was distracted

His mom made them move back to Japan to live with thier dads side of the family and they didn't feel like they fit is due to Thier hair and skin color

He went to ua high school when he had come of age but didn't think is quirk was suitable as a hero since he basically shoots bullets

And that's why after graduating and rather then go and fullfil his duties as a hero he went to university and went to get a masters degree in chemical engineering

He never once touched his uniform after graduating cause it kept hurting him since he always hurtted his friends and teachers during training because of his bullets

And well while he was graduating from university he feel in love

And after graduation he went to try and recruit himself which he passed everything

Dan trained harder than before since he wanted to make his dear father proud and he keeps his dad's bloody and crocked dog tag

And he was one of the best cadets there and obviously he became a sniper

And he has kids this man has a set of twin boys with his fiance!

But after a few months of deployment he came back to see his fiance cheating on him on thier bed infront of the 2 year old boys...

And snipe he lost custody over those boys and his been trying so god dam hard to see them but couldn't

He got depressed and started drinking...

But a few weeks after that happened he lost his mother due to old age...

And that's when he decided to be a teacher at ua to get his mind off things...

He split his time alot

He kept trying to see his boys again but never had the chance...

For years he never saw them until they were 14 and snipe finally won custody over his twin boys

He had never felt this happy in his life...

He felt alive for once

He tried his best as a dad and raised them well

Snipe also likes playing baseball since he used to play baseball with his dad everyday when his at home so he did the same with them

Snipe did not tell anyone! I mean nobody that he has kids! Extra the principal he knows and helped him alot in the process

Since his from Texas his mother would slaughter him if he can't make good ass Texas barbeque

He once actually fainted when he saw his father slaughter a cow at 6 years old and he was actually supposed to help him but he ended up fainting in the pend and they just laughed at him

And he actually turned vegan for like a month after that happened but he un vegeaned himself soon

For a guy like him he likes reptiles and lizards he has a pet chameleon

His twins have been begging for a puppy for a long time and everyday they'll actually spam his texts with pictures and videos of dogs and puppies! Even memes! But he did get them a puppy

And when he kept saying no everyday and when the puppy came well Dan was the one attached to her even more than the boys

His basically a guy who has like 4 lives! -his a teacher,hero, soldier and a father

And no one knows about him being a soldier as well and his a colonel now so that's great

Blues favorite season is fall because of the fall harvest.

SC's favorite season is winter because the sun is down for longer which means ze can slee more

Whenever Purple cant sleep they go for a flight around minecraft

Everyone will randomly walk on their tip toes at times.

Purples greatest fear is getting sick or anybidy she knows getting sick

TDL, Yellow, Purple, and SC all have to wear socks at all times. everyone else absolutely hates socks and shoes

Blue absolutely has to know what everything smells like, candle? *Sniff* New plant? *Sniff*

Everyone talks outloud to their selves sometimes, its usually more of a mumbling or whisper but its also completely normal to walk into the kitchen at 3am and find someone having an argument with what looks to be the salt shaker.

TCO chews on his fingernails

SC doesn't untie their shoe laces, just slips them on and off

Green likes to draw on himself, they always has at least a few doodles on his arms or legs

Red and Yellow always apologize to inanimate objects when they bump into something

Sec and Blue on the other hand will without hesitation flip a table off after stunting a toe on its leg along with telling said table to "fuck off"

TCO has the driest fucking lips because he hates to drink water, everyone's resorted to throwing flavored water bottles at him.

TCO also bites the dry skin off his lips

if TDL sits in a chair thats even a tiny bit too tall her legs will swing

TCO, TDL, Yellow and Purple click thier tongues a lot but the clicks sound different (also TCO picked the tic up from TDL)

Yellow likes bucket hats and has made everyone thier own

TDL always sleeps with her window open

Purple likes cold showers and everyone thinks hes insane for that

Green literally can't stop himself from at least humming and/or tapping along to songs he knows

Once Purple walked into the living room to see Red sitting on the coffee table, Blue, sitting on the back part of the couch and TCO sitting on the floor, the chairs and seat part of the couch are unoccupied and then freaking Second comes in and despite the fact that there are seats right there! The stupid cheese puff climbs up on top of Yellow's bookcase and falls asleep.....this is how the cg live and purple just has to deal with it.

Yellows eyes are very light sensitive, they almost always have the light in their room off unless theyre making bkueorints wruting down something in which case they turn on some fairy lights red helped put up and their glasses also turn into sunglasses when they detect light,

Yellow can also see pretty well in the dark and adjust very quickly because of this (cant see if its pitch black obviously anything above that) they can also get around the computer with their eyes closed.

SC always sit with their legs criss cross applesauce, doesnt matter what they sit on ze's legs is crossed

Purple never wears matched socks as they don't really see the point, why are you looking at her feet anyways? Weirdo

Blue cant whistle a tune but can make a very high pitched whistle sound if they blow through their gap in their front teeth at the right angle.

everyone in the cg are very visual learners.

Green likes to write lists and notes on paper and then transfer them to a device, sometimes they'll write something down 2-5 times in different notebooks just because its soothing to write it down on paper (and also they struggle with object permanence)

no one ever actually makes eye contact with eachother, Purple, Yellow, Sec and Green will look at your forehead to fake eye contact tho.

These NBA Round 1 Playoff Matchups Are Must-See TV

1. Los Angeles Clippers vs Phoenix Suns

Really this one hinges on how healthy Paul George will be but with the timelines that have been given, there is every chance he will be back for the 1st round.

This series has the potential to be the most exciting of anything on this list and there’s a couple of reasons for that.

Not only is there the prospect of Kevin Durant, Chris Paul and Devin Booker, playing against Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and Russell Westbrook, but you can bet on a very special competetive atmosphere because most of the star players are over the age of 30 and playoff opportunities are at a premium now.

Niether team has really had an ideal season and niether of them have really had their best players on the court together for a significant stretch, so watch the turnover count in these games.

Expect some very interesting adjustments from the coaches because every timeout will add a note of intrigue when Tyronn Lue and Monty Wiliams start making thier adjustments.

It really isn’t healthy to bet or try to predict a winner for this series, so whoever is healthiest is the favorite, but I think the boggets mismatch of any player on either team will be Deandre Ayton and I don’t think the Clippers have answers for him.

Give me the Suns in 7.

2.  Golden State Warriors vs Sacremento Kings

The Sacremento Kings are in the NBA playoffs for the first time in 21 years. 

For as good as that narrative is, and as well deserved as their playoff appearance is, a series against the defending champions in the 1st round.

For what it’s worth the Warriors limp into this 1st round on the back of what looked like it would be the worst season by a defending NBA champion in history.

The Kings are the number 1 offense in the regular season and at 25 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds per game, De’Aaron Fox is the great hope leading the Kings resurgence and ending a dark period of Sacremento basketball history of bad draft picks. Next to him is dribble-hand-off master, Donantas Sabonis, veteran shooter Harrison Barnes and my old nemesis, Kevin Huerter.

While the Kings are statistically the best offense in the NBA, the great achillies heel with young teams is typically thier defense, and that’s where I think the Warriors can turn the series.

Former NBA Allstar and full time knucklehead, Gilbert Arenas had some interesting observations regarding how the crowd would be split in each game of the series, noting how the Warriors fans would takeover Sacremento’s arena, and he could very well be right.

Yet another very hard series to pick and the Kings are so unproven that I have to go with the Warriors but I will be rooting HARD for the Kings in this one.

Prediction: Warriors in 7.

3. Los Angeles Lakers vs Memphis Grizzlies

I am no fan, advocate, admirer or kin to any Laker or thier fans, but the quality of this post season is greatly improved by the presence of LeBron James, and that’s just objective facts and the idea that they have been paired with the flavor-of-the-month, Memphis Grizzlies, is even better for neutrals.

The Memphis Grizzlies are not a great 3-point shooting team and that along with Steven Adam’s injury, will likely make this a far more even series than what it looks like on paper.

This is going to come down to 2 teams doing most of thier scoring at the rim and if either team can have a hot 3-point shooting night it will be a bonus and also an anomaly.

Despite the difference in the team’s regular season records, it’s a much closer series than anyone wants to admit, and go ahead and call my crazy but I am picking Los Angeles to win in 7 games.

Dillon Brooks and the Memphis Grizzlies might feel different about the series, but I don’t think a team with 0 rim protectors is going to be able to overcome LeBron and Anthony Davis.

Weird Questions

If I’m somewhere where there are Educational Personell (Museum Docents, Q&A zookeepers, Park Rangers, Public School Teachers, Professors etc.) I have a question I like to ask them:

“What’s the weirdest question someone’s ever asked you?”

I say weird and not Dumb becuase even buckwild questions can have important answers, but whoever I ask it too usually has to think about it for a bit, then comes out with something different every time.  And I love every single answer becuase it just warms my heart out there to know people are trying to understand the world a bit better, no matter how limited thier starting point. A collection of favorites so far:

Art Museum Host: “A man once asked me “Can you help me find someone and if you can’t can you find someone who can?”  Which I always thought would be a great title for an Artwork.”

Park Ranger: “I’m so glad the Japanese couple asked me “Is bear spray like mosquito spray and it goes on the jacket, or on the bear?” instead of just trying it.”

Zookeeper: “A man once pointed at the live red-tailed hawk I had out for a demo and asked me “Aren’t those extinct?” We eventually figured out he meant “Endangered” but I hear that question every time I see a redtail now.”

Primary School Teacher: “About every other year a student asks me what part of the school I sleep in at night, because clearly I live here.  I tell them I sleep under the bleachers in the gym but it’s actually the Nurse’s office.”

Professor: “A student asked me “So how do I use this in a conversation when my aunt is wine-drunk at thanksgiving and being a jerk again?” Which honestly is a fair question about philosophy and really changed how I teach rhetoric.”

Natural History Docent: “A woman once asked me what the difference between a Million and a Billion was.  Kinda pieced together that she’d just left her church for her safety, and was learning about Earth’s Natural History for the first time. Nobody else was there because it had been snowing, so I walked her through the Hall Of Time and answered as many questions as I could.  She was bewildered, but really trying. It always struck me as a really brave thing, to try to understand all of that while fresh out of a dangerous situation. I hope it helped.”

Forensic Scientist:  “People ask me how to commit murder all the time, but if you really hate someone, stealing thier identity causes much more suffering and is a lot harder to get caught at. A guy did ask me if working at a body farm was creepy and did not like that it was ok until you learned that decayed human fingers are a deer’s favorite midwinter snack.”

Zookeeper: “People call us becuase they think they’ve found an escaped animal all the time, or they think they’re neighbor’s husky is a wolf. One guy asked me if his dog was part hyena because it had spots. But that one guy really did have a Tiger in his toolshed that one time so we try to take them seriously.”

Meteorologist: “A guy once emailed me about how hard you’d have to fan a tornado to make it start spinning in the other direction and included a picture of him holding up a box fan at an approaching tornado.  We printed it out for the work fridge.”

Park Ranger: “I was giving a talk on the Yellowstone Supervolcano and a guy asked if, after it errupted, the earth would be ‘hollowed out’.  I suppose I was just relieved that he understand that the earth isn’t flat.”

Primarcy Shcool teacher: “A student once asked me where she could sell her bones online so she could by a dog.  Which? Same.”

Natural History Docent: “A guy asked us ‘If I had a time machine, and managed to kill and cook a T-Rex, what would it have tasted like?’ and every paleontologist on staff deciced to take him seriously.  They did research to learn about fat distribution, and read up on culinary science to learn what flavors meat, even did chemical analysis on the bones.  They concluded that it’d be Tough (no evidence of juicy fat pockets), bitter (carnivores tend to taste foul) and would probably kill him, because heavy metals travel up the food chain and T-Rex accumulated a lot of the cadmium that was in the dirt in the late cretaceous.  Wrote him a letter with our findings and he sent us back a drawing of him and his buddies cooking a T-Rex over a fire and all of them throwing up and dying, and it’s my favorite drawing in the whole world.”

Mori's favorite would be the Matcha ones. Though he doesn't exactly know what about them makes them taste so good, he just likes them.

Our beloved lancer happens to really like the classic chocolate. Seriously get him his own stash of it and it will be gone in about two days.

Yan Qing

I can actually see him being a big fan of the Winter Melty. Having that bittersweetness is just what that candy needed for him.

Medusa

As for one of my favorite monster ladies, for her the ChocoMint is always a good one. That coolness of the mint combined with the sweet chocolate, you just can't go wrong with that.

(This may or may not be based off my lunch today.) Let's say their friend or s/o, whichever is funnier in this context, is having a craving for pizza. They ask skelebae if they'd be okay with having pizza tonight then proceeds to place the order online after getting approval.

Later when the bell rings, skele answers the door after being asked to since s/o or b/f is busy at the moment. Opening the door, they are met with a concerned/disgruntled delivery person who is honestly looking at them SO judgmentally. Skele is very confused, but accepts the pizzas.

It is not until later that they understand the look given when they finally open one of the boxes to reveal a pizza topped with extra cheese, olives, onions, jalapenos, and... PINEAPPLE. It only gets worse as their s/o||b/f makes a beeline to the pizza, practically drooling, and takes a bite before humming. "You know what what would make this even better? A drizzle of honey or maybe even some ranch to dip it in!" and then with a grin "Wanna try?"

There is the scenerio. It is mainly aimed at the picky eaters, but feel free choose whoever and maybe even yourself lol

Well if you’re asking for me, then my answer is that it’s an absolute sin to put pineapple on pizza lol. Putting pineapple on pizza is like putting honeydew melon on lasagna. The flavors don’t mix.

No offense to people who do like pineapple on pizza of course. I’m not about to praise y’all though lol

Sans, red, star, oak: they all would totally eat it with you and not even question it. Since you’ve broken the unspoken weird food barrier, they’ll all dip thier pizza slices in their favorite condiments too. Ketchup for sans and oak, mustard or bbq sauce for red, and Mayo for star

Mal: he’ll raise an eyebrow at your choice and ask if you don’t find the jalapeño and pineapple clashing? If you insist it’s good, he’ll try a bite.

Now for the picky-russes

Willow: the most food tolerant of the bunch. That still doesn’t stop him from letting out a moan of despair at the sight of your pizza. You better eat every damn slice or else he’ll accuse you of wasting food for the sake of a joke 

Papyrus: he thinks that sans is behind this and will yell at his brother to stop messing with the food orders. When sans and you confirm that it was all your doing, papyrus will feel betrayed on a personal level. He can’t look at you while you eat that abomination

Cash: if you think this is a joke, well then it’s a pretty cheesy one. Cash begrudgingly has to accept that yes, if you like that combination then you’re more than entitled to eat it. Still doesn’t keep him from making gagging noises at you. He’s just trying to get a reaction

Honey: he just kinda gives you this stare of disbelief before trudging off with his perfectly normal slice of pizza and eating sullenly in the living room

Edge: takes one look and is all “THATS NASTY AS SH*T” . Tantrum over, edge settles to eat his own pizza. You better enjoy it, if he even catches a glimpse of you not liking the toppings, edge will rub it in your face

Y/n Through the battle to save Eri

The whole overhaul arc was animated amazingly, but yes! 

After the whole Overhaul battle  everyone was worried about everyone, especially the students who weren’t there trying to save Eri

Deku, Kirishima, Urauka, Tsu would hear about it first due to them being at the hospital as well

Out of all the students it’d be those 4 who felt they didn’t try hard enough and what not to make sure you didn’t get badly injured

Once you’re out of the hospital expect a lot of gifts and comfort from the class

Bakugou might even make a meal for you 

Denki points out that even though you lost an eye you still look super badass just to lighten the mood

Deku is asking questions on what it’s like to only see out of one eye

Almost everyone was asking questions and it might be overwhelming but Iida makes sure to help with that

Class 1-A is really understanding and most will do anything to help

Written for: @star-spangled-bingo​ 2021!  (& All Caps Flash Bingo!)     Words: 1563 All Caps Flash Square Filled: “That’s America’s Ass.” Pairing: Sam Wilson x Reader   Warnings: none Summary: Reader and Sam assigned to film some videos for the Avenger’s various social media accounts. This happens often and with the two friends spending so much time together, will thier friendship turn into something more?

Most of the Avengers treated PR and press events like a chore. It was just something you all had to do, but very rarely wanted to do. You understood why someone like Tony who’d practically grown up under the media’s microscope would feel that way, but you didn’t. Of course, you also didn’t consider yourself the “A Team.” What had started as a joke between you and Sam Wilson had begun to feel less so over the years. The A Team consisted of the six founding Avengers, everyone who came after that was the B Team.

While the A team was out saving the world, press junkets and creating an online presence often fell into the purview of the B Team. The media team did most of the heavy lifting. They managed everyone’s twitter, instagram and other social media accounts. You were still expected to contribute here and there but the major responsibly was in appearances.  They could be in person or otherwise.

“You know, with Spider kid and the wizard we’ve got almost enough people to start a C team.” Sam Wilson commented as he parked his car in the lot where you’d be filming for the day. You and Sam had been tasked with filming a few segments for the Avenger’s Youtube channel.

“Wilson, I think we’re the C team.” You sighed, getting out of the car.

“Why? Just because they’ve got the two of us coming down here to spend our whole Saturday filming videos like ‘What Type of Cat is Your Favorite Avenger’?” Sam laughed. “You’re looking at it all wrong, [Y/N]. People like us. That’s why we get pulled to do these things so often. They think we have real chemistry.”

“Well, we should. We’re good friends.” You said, heading into the studio.

“Right, friends.” He mumbled before following after you.

As the day went on you and Sam filmed several videos, some together and some separate. A few of the others drop by for an hour or so each just to add a bit of variety. You and Scott Lang filmed a cooking video together where the entire recipe was in French, a language neither of you spoke. The PR team assured you it would get laughs from the audience while showing that Avengers can do anything even if they’d never done it before. On one of your breaks, you watch Bucky and Sam film some type of trivia video that involved knife throwing.

At long last, the day was coming to an end you and Sam had just one video left to film together. It had been nice seeing some other faces around the studio, but you knew what Sam had said earlier was true. When looking at the numbers, videos with you or Sam typically performed better than videos with any other B Team Avengers. Videos with the two of you? They rivaled those of Steve or Tony.

“You doing okay, [Y/N]? That last video looked rough.” Sam asked when you slipped into the stool next to him.

“It’s a miracle nothing caught on fire.” You confessed. “I’m glad Bucky was there because I may have burned the whole studio to the ground on my own. You?”

“I’m ready to get this over with and get some dinner.” He told you.

“Always thinking about food, Wilson.” You smiled. Someone gave you and Sam the signal so that you knew the cameras were going to start rolling. Once filming began, the producer re-explained the concept of the video. You and Sam were going to be show photos of fellow Avengers and had to guess who was in the photo. It was a nice lighthearted video to go out on.

“So it’s like a weirdly specific game a Guess Who.” Sam summarized. “Okay let’s do this. The first photo was of an elbow. Immediately Sam started to laugh. “Now c’mon y’all! How am I supposed to know who that is?”

“It’s Clint.” You answered without hesitation.

“That’s correct. This elbow belongs to Clint Barton.” The producer agreed.

“How the heck?” Sam looked over to you with surprise.

“You can see bruises on his forearm from his recurve bow.” You pointed to the area of the photo where the bruise was barely visible.

“Okay, well I’m gonna need to step it up then. Next Picture.” He rubbed his hands together eagerly. The next photo was a zoomed in image of what looked like brunette hair.

“That’s Bucky!” You exclaimed. “I’d know those chestnut locks anywhere.”

“Do you have an answer sheet over there or something?” Sam questioned. He looked around the set, pretending to search for an answer sheet written somewhere.

“No, but we did just have lunch today so maybe he’s fresh on my mind. Tell you what I’ll let you get a head start on the next one.” You offered. The photo changed to someone’s backside. Almost immediately you recognized a pair of what could only be described as “dad khakis.” You knew that derriere could only belong to one Avenger. Sam took a few minutes to scrutinize the photo before looking to you.

“Go ahead.” He said impatiently. “I can see you biting your lip over there trying to hold back.”

“I-ah…” You realized he was right, you’d been biting your lip since the producer changed the image. “C’mon Sam, it’s an obvious one!” You gestured towards the photo trying to help him out.

“Obviously not!” Sam quipped.

“That is America’s Ass!” You said, leaping up of your stool. Sam began to laugh again. “Can’t you tell that’s Steve?”

“Well excuse me for not knowing what all of my co-workers butts look like!” He chuckled. The producer changed the photo again and announced it would be the last one. This time the photo was a close up of an eye. It was a beautiful eye with slight flecks of gold towards the edges. It was gorgeous, but it was ruining your perfect streak because you couldn’t identify who the eye belonged to.

“Cmon!” Sam was grinning widely now. “You don’t know whose eye that is?”

“Oh, and you do?” You raised an eyebrow at him and laughed. “You haven’t gotten one of these right yet!”

“As a matter of fact, I know exactly who those eyes belong to. Those stunning eyes belong to the equally as stunning [Y/N].” Sam answered confidently.

“Correct. [Y/N], those are your eyes.” The producer agreed. You and Sam wrapped up the video, by filming a quick outro. After getting all clear from producers, you and Sam were done for the day. You left the studio and walked back towards his car.

“You know it’s crazy how observant you are.” Sam commented. “I mean that thing about Clint, that wasn’t scripted right? Or did you actually notice that?”

“No of course it wasn’t scripted.” You answered. You’d reached his car by now. The two of you were talking to each other over the hood of his car. “But I mean I obviously wasn’t that observant. I didn’t recognize my own eyes. What an idiot.”

“You’re not an idiot, you’re just not used to looking at your own eyes. Who is?” Sam shrugged from the other side of the vehicle.

“Are you saying that you knew those were my eyes because you’re used to staring at them?” You teased him.

“I been lost in them a time or two.” He confessed casually. You felt your cheeks flush at the compliment.

“I’m glad we got to spend the day together, Sam. Believe it or not, I look forward to our Saturday Studio dates.” You said before getting into the passenger’s seat of Sam’s car.

“You know,” Sam opened his driver’s side door and leaned into the car. “We could make it an official date. I’m thinking dinner and a movie?”

“A date with the oh so charming Sam Wilson?” You questioned in an old timey Southern Belle voice. “If I should be so lucky!”

“Alright, alright, it was just a suggestion.” He shook his head and climbed behind the steering wheel. “You don’t have to mock me.”

“Sam, I wasn’t trying to mock you.” You promised very seriously. “I’d love to go on a date with you.”

“You don’t have to pity me.” Sam said, a smirk already working its way onto his face as he back out of his parking spot. You reached over and put your left hand on his right knee.

“I’m not pitying you, but I am a little exhausted, so you’ll have to forgive me if this comes off as less than authentic. I’ve been hoping that you’d ask me on a date since Steve first introduced us. I even though about asking you out a few times, but then we started working together more and I didn’t want to jeopardize our friendship or make it awkward…”

“Awkward?” Sam repeated. “Impossible, we go together like Peanut butter and jelly!”

“I don’t like jelly.” You told him wrinkling up your face in disgust.

“What about Nutella? You like Nutella? Of course, you do, everybody does. We’ll be peanut butter and Nutella then.” He amended his statement.

“Mmm now I kind of want peanut butter and Nutella crepes.” You hummed, imagining the sweet flavorful pastry.

“Well, lucky for you, I know an amazing creperie on the other side of town. It’s a perfect place for our first date.” He decided.

"You know you are meant to be using that cane of yours when your hid injury starts to flare up like this." Richard started to lecture as he walked out into the living room holding a freshly made hot drink for the rooster. Making sure it was in thier own favorite 'stolen' mug from the café. Standing behind the couch as he fixed the rooster with a very well-known distinct glare before lowering the cup down for them. An overly pink hot chocolatey drink for them, decorated with hearts and even strawberry flavored whip creme to top it. "Now rest your fine feathered ass till it feels a bit better." Richard continued to nag them over well watching as Bailey went for thier phone to start taking pictures of it. As Richard went to snatch their phone away well pushed the mug into thier hands instead. "Would you actually drink something I made you well it's still warm?" Sighing out as he walked around the couch to sit on the edge of it, knowing well enough Bailey will enjoy it no matter what. After all, Bailey had a very low threshold of what they were willing to stomach after all. And the word low was being used generously at the moment considering what Richard has seen them eat. Even if he hated it he did use actual glitter for thier drink as well simply because he knew Bailey preferred it. Bailey, however, was happy to point out if his husband didn't make such cute art then maybe he would but because he had to just dot over every design they made it wasn't his fault the drink got cold once he had properly admired the work.

Getting Richard to just smile as he soon handed the phone back over to Bailey. So they could take thier hundreds upon hundreds of photos of the design on the drink. Richard had been easily won over by thier compliment, as Bailey went about taking thier photos now, Nestling the cup between thier legs so they could snap a few and taking time to set up a post of the drink Richard made him. Richard slightly leaned over them to rest his arm to the back of the couch and prop his head up with it, once more narrowing his eyes towards the rooster. Bailey caught his stare as they pouted and set the phone down, lifting thier mug back up to enjoy the lukewarm now, drink. Smiling when the taste hit thier tongue. "That's better," Richard stated as he moved away ready to get up from the couch, making it clear he wasn't in the mood to lounge around with the rooster. when Bailey spoke up asking if he was mad at him.

"Yes." Richard answered in earnest seeing no reason to lie about it, Bailey asking if it was because he had to leave work to bring them home because his hip started to hurt more. "I don't care about leaving work." he corrected well staying on the edge of the couch now as he looked to Bailey when they pouted more. Only to sigh after slightly giving in a bit as he rubbed at his forehead.

"I know it's not serious and you'll be fine I just wish you would be more serious with your health. That counts as self-care and you are good about giving yourself a lot of that. Richard just softly hummed as he eased a bit from the apology, "Do you need any specific pillows or blankets to get comfortable?" he offered in response to Bailey asking for his personal one maybe? using that soft purr as they nuzzle in against the back of his shoulder. Upping thier cuteness to try and appease Richard, peeking up to flutter thier eyes at him just as extra insurance. Which of course worked. "You are lucky I love you as much as I do," Richard warned as if that somehow justified his craving so easily to them. Richard sighed as he gently got up and turned around to scoop Bailey into his arms. Bailey happily shuffled into thier hold as Richard went and laid down on the couch gently helping Bailey to rest on top of him. Feeling it was best to stay here Bailey shouldn't move upstairs just yet maybe once his hip felt better they could try it but for now, keeping them on a ground level where he could get to things he needs would be best when he went to move later. You seem fine with how we sleep, but you main sleep on me so maybe that helps? may need to take it easy when messing around the first thing as well just to be safe, keep an eye on the weather I don't know if the cold has been affecting your hip lately but if you notice anything on colder days we need to keep track of that." Richard went on to list as the thoughts were crossing over his mind "Think that would be good?" “I think I wanna marry you” Richard froze a moment slightly blushing over the words until he recalled a very obvious fact. "We already are married you, dork! we have even renewed our vows and most do that at best after ten years of marriage or longer." Bailey simply said 'so' to Richard's remarks as they moved a bit to look at Richard's face. Happily running thier fingers over his cheek taking in how red Richard's face just got from what he said. "You know when most say they would marry thier love over and over again they mean it in terms of lifetimes not repeatedly in the same one." Bailey thought that over but shrugged because they loved Richard too much they wanna marry him as many times as they can so to give him all the happy days. That didn't help the blush on his face as he knew from the delighted smile on Bailey's own he was blushing even more now. "You already do that though." Bailey paused and looked up to Richard after he spoke seeming curious about what Richard meant. Slightly shift to sit up as he pulled Bailey in closer to letting his forehead press to Bailey's. Still, his favorite gesture to display his affection towards them. "You give me the best days of my life every single second I get to spend with you. My life is more than a happy one since having you in it, I told you in my vows Bailey but you give me things I never knew I needed to have in my life. And the fact I get to share my life with you? nothing can ever match that simple fact." Richard added on as Bailey's own face started to turn red. Richard smirked soon after as he slightly ducked his head to better look at Bailey right now smirking coming over his face making it clear that little bit of softness just now was being replaced by another need of Richard's "That's why my husband needs to stop throwing a fit and use his cane like the old man they are." finding a way to scold them once again as Bailey pouted a bit in response. Richard chuckled slightly as he laid back down holding Bailey to guide them to rest on top of him. Laughing more when Bailey called him out for being mean just now. "Oh not gonna purpose to me now?" Hearing Bailey huff as they threatened to purpose to Richard in public again, dress up in a heart suit and everything if he has to. Richard's feathers slightly ruffled a bit from that threat. it was bad enough the last time they did they, even dragging him back out to expose the fact he had started blushing to the patrons in the café at the time. The two of them just slightly going back and forth Richard stating if Bailey did that Richard would have no choice but to pin them in the bedroom. Which just prompted Bailey to add on to the hypothetical proposal they were hypothetically planing out now. Giggle as they could see Richard grow flustered from the mere idea alone, Richard lifting up his hand to tug the blanket over the back of the couch

down to drop over the rooster. "Shut it and go to sleep," Richard instructed even as Bailey just giggled more knowing they had won right now. Slowly claiming down as they pushed a bit asking if Richard would say yes though. ..."yes"
