In the era of Kyoshi, a scrap of ancient history was discovered. It is from this that Kyoshi would find the inspiration to establish a new police force in Ba Sing Se in her era. But what of the original Dai Li? Thousands of years before Kyoshi, Kuruk, and Yangchen--a history all but lost to time--the world teetered on the brink. Nations one incident from all out war, environments destroyed by the greed of man, and spirits angered by the insolence of humanity. The spirits threatened to wipe them all out, unless the humans could make a change. From this chaos, a man named Dai Li attempted to unite the world. With his charismatic aura and strange bending abilities, he all but compelled his followers to complete devotion. His power spread, commanding total submission. His daughter, however, would ruin his plans. After his first fall, Dai Li, thought dead, faded into obscurity, and his daughter, granted a strange power by the last Lion Turtle, rose to fill the void of the absent Avatar. Ten years later, Dai Li would rear his head again, and Juno, knowing humanity under Dai Li's rule would have no humanity at all, sought out her own band of benders to take on her father. With all their differences and flaws, she will have her work cut out for her as they face Dai Li's enigmatic cult, their own demons, and the Avatar of whom no one speaks.

Penelope: a short character analysis

SO I’ve been hyper fixated on Greek mythos and Homer’s Odyssey on top of Yours Truly and these two share a name. Names hold a lot of symbolism and Penelope (The Odyssey) is a symbol of faithfulness and fidelity, and she was clever enough to hold off the suitors for 10+ years by weaving and unweaving her tapestry. imo, Nel is extremely loyal to her family (i.e Grace) and also pretty clever as she tends to hold her own against Al, who is the epitome of cunning. I’ve been sitting on this brainworm for a While. Also the name Penelope means weaver or duck, which are both birds 👀👀 @amusingmusie

Baby two electric boogaloo, it seems Imp and Circe (belonging to @phlurrii) have an unexpected extra! Here's Fee!

Fee uses Circes lightest pink for her base color lightening and darkening from there, she has an opposite coloring scheme to Nymph with her having darker arms and lighter feet with Nymph being the opposite cause matching but not

Ngl I just really wanted to use Imps tail color for this one. She was meant to be creams ad peaches but I couldn't make those colors work (they were also meant to be opposite creams where Nymph had pink ect) so she's shades of pinks and purples instead! Real ourple ponk two. Her second neck nose and patterns will likely increase in complexity with age just like Nymph

Shes short furred compared to Nymph who I see as long furred. She's also meant to give off this impression of being complete as her patterns aren't as solid like Nymphs more patchy

She has grandmews eyes <3 because I can. Gonna make Meau feral lmao

Shes called Fee because it's kinda like fae/fairy and makes me think of Fifi forgetmenot and also it's just cute imo

I guess you could say I've handed in my late Fee *badumtish* *a large hook drags me offstage as the crowd boos loudly*
