Things that help me to surpress my Hunger
♡ drinking water, like soo much water I imagine myself as a Camel 🐫 and drink waterrrr
♡ smoking, yeah it damages ur health...but so does starving -> Not saying yall should start haha BUT smoking helps me soo much with surprising my hunger
♡ sleeping, kinda obv but sleeping stops me from eating haha
♡ walking, going for a walk takes my mind of of food
♡ scrolling trough Tumbler, watching thinsp○ and motivation quotes helps me to realize why I'm doing this
♡ making content, I have a ed/vent TT acc so I make content which helps me to think about other stuff
♡ taking body-check pictures, make me want to lose weight and not eat all the time haha! Seeing myself in pictures makes me soo motivated to not eat
