Mizunene is growing on me lately, and although they're not my fave fave ships, i have no negative feelings towards Mizurui or Ruinene. childhood friends are very <33 i could definitely see them as a QPR, very close for a long time, both Nene and Mizuki being very important to Rui so he can't imagine being without themmmm...

i really like the idea of Nene and Mizuki being online friends without knowing it btw. i think it's a really cute idea, maybe they like the same game or something? and they're in like, a Nightcord server about it. and they find out one day when one of them is telling a highly specific story about Rui without naming him or something, but cause there's no one else who is quite like hashtag Rui Kamishiro, the other immediately puts it together!!

Lando didn't even know why they were fighting. Maybe it was something one of them said, or did, but he wasn't sure any more. All he knew was that he needed to get away from his husband right now. He needed to take a break from this fight that seemed to be building into something they'd both regret as Lance glared at him. The other was standing between Lando and the door. He was still talking, no, shouting. His words filled with anger, and Lando was barely registering them. Instead he focused on himself. He ignored the other, reaching into the safe he had opened before Lance had appeared to continue their fight. He checked the safety on his gun, fitted it into the holster under his shirt before bending down and check his calf holster and making sure he had a blade safely stored in his shoe. "Are you listening to me?" "No, now get the fuck out of my way", Lando growled back, not even reaching for a jacket as he pushed passed Lance to the elevator, calling it to their floor. "Where do you think you’re going?", Lance yelled, shooting a hand out to slam against the side of the elevator door as the floors ticked by, "I’m not done talking to you!" "Yes, you are. And it's none of your fucking business", Lando spt back, anger crawling through his veins as he tried to breathe. The doors opened and Lando wasted no time in getting in. He pressed his key card against the pad and hit the key for the garage but Lance had a hand against the elevator door. "If you fucking leave, don't bother coming back", Lance spoke lowly. Lando knew the other didn't mean those words but they hurt all the same, and he couldn't stop himself pulling his wedding ring off. "Don't worry, I won't", Lando whispered, not looking at the other as he tossed his wedding ring at him before the doors closed. Hi Mama K! First off I adore you! You’re such an incredible writer and inspire us all! Especially to help with anxiety which I’ve been feeling a lot of lately and all I can think about is Daddy Steve taking care of Baby Bucky like he always does..

Bucky has had a hard day, only small things had happened but they’d built up. He couldn’t find his favourite moisturiser in the morning so turned his side of the bathroom upside down making a big mess but ran out of time and had to be out the door. His favourite notebook spine unraveled, his coffee cup leaked over his new scarf, he missed his stop on the subway and his skin was just feeling to tight.

The anxiety simmering underneath was kept at bay all day until he walked through the door to his and Steve’s place, his sanctuary. Steve met him for a chaste kiss clearly finishing off an important conversation on the phone and Bucky headed to the bedroom, kicking his shoes and coat off and ready to get into bed just to end this day. He snuck to their en suite first to clear it up.

Then he paused in the bathroom doorway, his side of the sink was put back into order again with a beautiful bouquet of his favourite flowers sat in the corner of his side of the sink. Immediately Bucky’s face grew hot and his eyes filled with tears, the overwhelming anxiety deciding to reach a precipice with a choked sob.

Warm large hands wove their way around his waist, and a rumble of a voice spoke “Hey sweetheart, what’s a’matter huh?” And that’s all it took.

The dam opened and Bucky sobbed audibly while twisting to be encompassed in the safest hold he had ever known.

“Baby, it’s ok, shh everything is ok, Daddy’s here, you need Daddy right now sweetness? Or your Steve?”

With a choked whine Bucky declared “P-please Daddy.”

With a brush of Daddy’s lips against his temple, Daddy murmured “Ok baby, here’s what Daddy wants you to do, we’re going to hop in the shower and wash this day off ya’, then I’ll wrap you up in Daddy’s sweatshirt and a blanket and we can order your favourite while we watch that new film you wanted to watch in the living room ok? And if you feel you’re ready later I’d like to talk about how you’re feeling ok?”

“And Daddy snuggles?”

“All the Daddy snuggles you went baby, no questions asked. My job is to take care of you.”

🤡 What's a line, scene, or exchange you've written that made you laugh?

I surely think my first two fics, without warning (love shakes my heart) and wanting you now (but that's wishful thinking) are by far my funniest fics, bc I was more careless and uninhibited when I wrote those. one of my fav lines (& one of the only ones that comes to mind) is a classic (it's literally in the summary to wwlsmh):

"So—" he stares at Wylan, hoping, hoping. "Your Ma looks younger than I thought," he laughs a rigid laugh. A laugh that sounds foreign to his own ears.

Wylan stares with an intensity that makes Jesper want to tap his fingers against the wood of the table until the itch he feels vanishes with the constant movement. It wouldn't vanish, though, no matter how much he jostles and roams and frets and fusses — he is just restless, always moving towards something. The kids help the restlessness settle. Wylan's inquiring eyes don't. 

"Alys is not my mum," Wylan whispers — once again wanting to preserve Plumje from hearing too much. 

"Oh," Jesper feels like he is walking — floating — on the fucking moon. "I thought you were fifteen, top."

"I'm twenty-seven," he pauses, then he smiles to himself with a slyness that shakes Jesper for a sec. "Bottom," he adds, quiet, teasing, a glint in his eyes.

I wouldn't call any of my published fics my wildest ride, but if we are talking wips.. oh man! surely prince x bodyguard au both plot wise and planning wise (I got almost close to 100k words before dropping it mercilessly), but also witch wylan au(I love it but I need to be in a specific flow of thoughts mindset to write it, because I'm giving it a specific vibe that rarely comes to me, & from short silly one shot it's getting out of my hands plot wise!)

I love themmmm!!! I especially love to align with canon in this, and make wylan the one to kiss first and jesper the mind blown flustered one. I love sweet first kisses, emotional first kisses, silly first kisses, innocent first kisses during childhood and drunk, desperate first kisses in adolescence. one of my fav tropes to write!!

also one common theme is they're all men with long hair so my taste is pretty obvious haha..

- Iandithas is currently my top favorite! He's also the newest so no surprise, he's a half-elf shopkeeper who used to be a bard until losing one of his leg, how? we may never know. Also, he is another character's best friend, that character being another character's dad. I really love connecting ocs.

contrary to what it looks like, he's not a DnD oc, this is because I have social anxiety

- Conqueror, the dude in that oc-tober piece! He was originally just a concept for my fantroll, Fakzky's ancestor I made in 2020, I picked him up again bc I realize I enjoyed him a lot. He is the antagonist in fakz's story, his cruelness is built up from wanting to be feared and taken seriously all the time. I haven't wrote much about him, trolls are hard haha

- Samuel, he was my first tf2 loadout oc, originally he was made to be goofy and well he still is! Lately I've been thinking of making him an actual backstory though :)

Some amusing facts: he is the only oc that's canonically a trucker, he is VERY gay and way too open about it, he lives in snow and claims he doesn't need layers of clothes to survive (and probably proved that couple of times), I draw this dude everytime I have an artblock. If no one got me I know Samuel Turner got me amen

its just it the way so much of what we know of them is how they hurt. they are so strongly connected to pain and their suffering defines the most memorable things about themmmm. we know how they died and we know why and we know they were so full of pain and anger. and they just wanted their family to be happy but even that is connected to their suffering because its why they diedd.

 theyre so. aaa. they killed themself. and they love knives. and they love flowers and they used flowers as their method of death. i just. even “best friends forever” is associated with their death! because it was them and their best friend! and it was forever as in until they died and forever as in even after death he kept wanting them there and thinking they could help! and it was forever like how theyre gone. forever. both of them.

but theyre both still here still haunting this place. and they cant talk to each other and they were so important to eachother. and and and. we know more. we know they liked puns and chocolate and snail pie and anime and books and. but they arent around.

and those arent what people remember them for. theyre remembered for dying and flowers and knives and blood and damage and murder and. and theyre an empty coffin and a grave of flowers. and they were so loved and they are so gone and theyre right here with us. and we can only see them after we make them watch as we kill everyone they loved and teach them to do it too. and thats the only time we see them. as they demand our soul as payment for them to fix what we did. and theyre so hurt and. theyre just so wrapped up in pain.

i wish they were real so i could give them a hug and some chocolate and just. SOMETHING. i just want to be able to do something for them. please.
