being so well versed in one jrwi campaign while feeling like a dry sponge on the other is so hard cause like. i can tell you everything you need to know about prime defenders. i can tell you the exact episode and time stamp for almost anything. i can even tell you when dakota says “five nights at freddy’s” out of character. i can tell you exactly how the worldbuilding works and i can even vaguely glean sone kind of comprehensive timeline with dates and stuff. but somebody asks me about anything past the surface level worldbuilding of riptide and i’m gone.

i’m sure everybody’s already noticed this before but i just realized the title for s2 ep40, the epilogue, is titled “We’ll Miss You”. which is like. THE most repeated lyric in my famed disappearing act by thank you scientist, aka the song that played the first time ashe winters was ever introduced and the song that played during that moment in the season 1 finale.

^ like this is basically THE ashe winters song, here’s the chorus of it.

^ and here’s the title of the epilogue. like. this is SUCH a cool detail and if it was intentional it’s fucking genius.

there’s just something so poetic about the fact that it’s this song, that it fits ashe so well. and that it’s the song that plays during the 3 most pivotal (onscreen) moments for ashe’s character. can anyone hear me
