Omg, I’m dying. I actually get a fairly decent amount of comments/messages along those same lines from people watching BVS — “wait, this didn’t happen in a coral room!” and I have to remember that past me decided to introduce knotting as a full fledged plot device.

I know we're mostly talking about how Bruce's instincts are messing with him in extreme ways but would the same be true for Jason? Would he be just as protective about Bruce-especially considering that Bruce is carrying twins? Bruce sees small threats in everything towards Jason but wouldn't Jason be just as paranoid and vigilant?

Ahhh thank you for asking this! I was actually planning on Jason reverting to a kind of over protective omega instinct for a while at first post presentation while his instincts are still raw. Because it’s a familiar feeling, right? Almost the same as the alpha version?

I think what will be interesting is when Jason realizes that his overprotectiveness isn’t any stronger than Clark, Alfred or Lex’s — they’re all just better at hiding it, or denying those instincts.

Plus, Jason sees his siblings as untouched by the trauma he and Bruce experienced. He would want the WORLD for them. So does everyone else in the pack, he learns.

BUT LETS START THIS THING WITH NORTON: I think Norton would be a weapon and be absolutely fed up with it and desire to go his own way and be free. Like, he just gets used and tossed to the next person to work with, and that just repeating over and over and over and hating each and every person who has wielded him. There comes the point that he starts killing those who are wielding him wrong/mistreating him. So he gets black listed and hidden away deep in the mines (since he is a wild looking fool's gold-ie like pick axe) until Orpheus pulls him out of the depths~

So Orpheus would make a deal with Norton that if he works with him this one last time then he will help Norton go off and find freedom. So Norton agrees cause anything is better than being stuck in the dark mines.

Its with his partnership with Orpheus that he meets Melly and Frederick. I see Frederick as the wielder and Melly as the weapon cause of Frederick's talent with a gun and the fact that Norton will only listen to another weapon. So, for Melly to successfully persuade Norton she needs to be a weapon lol

But I can see Melly letting Alice wield her in an effort to protect Alice from Orpheus and Norton (but I dunno where Frederick went. hmmmm, retired? lol)

But one thing leads to another and Alice then has to wield Norton because he tells her to so they can go against Orpheus and his twisted nightmare weapon that shares his consciousness (I am breaking the anime lore with this one probably LOL) and she is like "uuuhhh????????"

Hi there! I don't actually ship dukexiety but I have a headcannon about those spooky boys that I wanna talk at you anyways, so enjoy! Or not your choice!

I just have the idea that Virgil and Remus both barely sleep. For Virgil it's more a thing of he can't sleep alone because he can't stop worrying about the safety of the others. For Remus it's because the voices and thoughts get louder the quieter it is around him, and he get random bursts of energy and inspiration when sleep deprived. Occasionally Remus will just sneak into Virgil's room to bug him when being alone with his own brain and his hyper tasmainian devil gets a bit to much, and while Virgil does act as if the visit is unwelcome at first he always ends up laughing as Remus explains some dumb thing he came up with for a horror creature or creepypasta. No one else knows about their late night hang outs, and in the morning it's as if it never happened.

Hope you like this idea! Always happy to fuel someone elses ship of choice, even if it isn't my cup of tea! Have a good day/night!
