Sweet Pea- We Won't Work
Tumblr media
I sit down next to Fangs, Opposite Toni and Sweet Pea with my food tray in my hands. Since the Serpents moved to Riverdale High they have quickly become my best friends. During this time Sweet Pea has been trying to get me on a date. Not gonna happen. He’s a player and every girl with some sense will stay away from him. I’ve told him many times that we will never happen, but he’s just so determined to make me one of his quests
“Hey good looking” Sweet Pea smirks as I roll my eyes “so YN did you think about what I asked you?”
“Yes. And just like yesterday and the day before that and the day before that. No” Toni giggles at my response
“Come on man you’ve been at this for months. She’s not gonna go on a date with you” Fangs pats Pea on the shoulder
“Fangs is right. You better give up. There’s plenty of other girls who would love to go on a date with you. Josie is one”
“Josie is Peas secret hook up” I comment
“Not so secret since they were all over each other a few weeks ago and Cheryl’s party” Toni takes some fries off Fangs’ tray
“Me and Josie are over. We wanted different things. And anyway you never gave me a reason why you won’t go on a date with me” Sweet Pea folds his arms and I give him a shrug and eat my lunch
“I’ve dated your kind before and it wasn’t pretty”
“What do you mean by my kind?” He asks crossing his arms. I ignore him as Jug and Betty join us
“Hey guys” Betty smiles. I smile back at her as she sits
“What you guys talking about?” Jug asks sitting opposite Betty
“Just the usual. Sweet Pea trying to get a date with YN”
“Still?” Jughead chuckles shaking his head “dude when are you going to give that one up?” I can see Sweet Pea is starting to get annoyed with all the teasing. He gets up from his seat and walking out of the cafeteria.
After lunch Pea and I have history together, unfortunately for me we sit next to one another. Even worse Mr Roman decide to pared us up together for our history project on President George Washington which is why we are now sat on my bed looking in books and typing on my laptop
“You know we would be a good team. We work well together” Pea says. I sigh knowing he’s not going to give up. He’s persistent, I’ll give him that “so why won’t you go on a date with me?”
“Because we wouldn't work” I say not looking away from the laptop
“Why?”
“Because I'll break your heart?”
“Maybe I'll break yours” I then look at Pea smirking and shake my head
“No you won't. Nobody breaks my heart”
“Ah so you one of these girls who have built up a shield”
“Give it up Sweet Pea. I’ll be your friend, but we’re not dating” I groan as Pea pushes down the lid of the laptop “seriously”
“You said earlier you dated guys like me before. Enlighten me, what do you mean?”
“Players. Guys who jump from one girl to the next. Guys that just want one thing”
“They hurt you. That’s why you said it wasn’t pretty”
“I didn’t actually say who it wasn’t pretty for. Now will you stop asking me 20 questions at get on with our work?” I lift up the lid and we both sit in silence for a couple of minutes getting on with our work when Pea suddenly says
“You know, those rumours about me aren’t exactly true” I look up at Pea who looks remorseful “well not exactly. Yeah I’ll be honest I’ve slept with a few girls, not as many as you think, and it’s because I would find a girl I liked. We’d have sex and she’d run off to tell her friends. I was dumb enough to let it happen a few times. Then girls just stared to make shit up”
“I’m sorry Sweet Pea this shouldn’t have happened” I look at pea with a frown
“It’s ok. Well no it’s not, but I’m ok. The reason I’ve been asking you on a date is because you say no. I mean yes of course I want to go on a date with you, but you don’t throw yourself at me. I’m chasing you and it makes a change” something in me changes and I actually feel for Pea now. Maybe I should give him a chance. See what a date would be like with him
“Fine. I have a shift at Pops tomorrow till 7. Pick me up from there”
“What to finish our project” I chuckle at Sweet Pea
“No you idiot to take me on a date”
“Wait really?”
“Yeah. But I can promise you no sex and probably no kiss either”
“Deal” Peas face lights up. I’ve never seen him smile like this before. And that was all down to me agreeing to a date.

Attack Dog
Sweet Pea X Reader enemies to lovers
Synopsis: You return to Riverdale to find your best friend Jughead has joined a gang he said he never would. A certain member of said gang takes an interest in you in return
A/N: This was a draft from years ago. It's set when the Serpents join Riverdale high (a throwback) but also somehow their senior year....
This is very long, apologies.
Pt. 2 Pt. 3 Pt. 4 Pt. 5
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You piled your books into your locker, the Monday dew still cascading the halls. Groggily going about your business but happy to be finally back in Riverdale High. You had moved back on Friday night with your family and had already seen most of your friends that same night. After moving around so much with both your parents in the army it was nice to finally replant your roots.
“Ah yn, how I have missed you standing there" Archie threw himself against the locker smiling.
“I missed you too Archiedoodles, do you think we can go see Jughead today?” Archie had decided to keep you away from Jughead for as long as possible, he didn't quite think you'd want to see who had become.
“Emm I don't know, he's kinda busy lately”
“Too busy for me...did you hear that?” It was like a scene from a film. The banging of the hallway doors and entered the Serpents, their new school. You and Archie looked to see the swarm before Archie could see who was leading them.
“Oh hey YN look at this locker door” he turned you against the lockers by the shoulders.
“Archie what the hell” you laughed pushing against him to turn and see Jughead striding past you
“Juggy!”
“Yn!?” You ran over to him, interrupting his new hard core image, giving him a giant hug.
“What the hell are you doing back?” he smiled greatly shock still colouring him.
“Mom's done with the Army so she moved us back, dad still has a few more years but that's okay, I'm back! What are you doing here Arch said you moved schools?”
“School moved us”
“Us?” It was then you noticed the sward behind him and the leather jackets they wore. You took a step back, all of them eyeing you.
“Oh….umm” Archie joined your side, the group glaring at him harshly.
“I thought you said you'd never jo-”
“-uh yn this isn't the place for this conversation” Jughead interrupted you.
“Well then make it the place Jughead” a chorus of oohs from behind him followed.
“Come on yn let's go, you must meet Veronica” Archie wrapped an arm around you breaking the stare off you and Jughead were having.
~
The day flowed on and you avoided Jughead as much as possible, until the final bell rang and he cornered you outside your car.
“Yn we need to talk”
“I'd love to talk to Jughead, let me know when you see him will you?” you opened the car door but he closed it again, almost catching your fingers in it. You sighed loudly at his action.
“Yn it is still same the Jughead-”
“Really?! I remember a Jughead who hated the Serpents and what they did to his dad and how they're basically the reason his family is in two! I remember a Jughead who promised he'd never get caught up in that world! Because you sir, are not him!” you jabbed your finger into his chest.
“Hey Jones you coming?” A tall serpent called from across the carpark.
“Just a second! Yn this shouldn't be a big deal, so I have a family now, it doesn't matter!”
“You have a family now?! What am I then?! And Archie and Betty?! We were your family, your friends….” you looked down at the ground and he looked desperately at you, the tall Serpent called him from the background again before beginning to stride over.
“YN, I don't want to have this conversation in front of the Serpents, I have to keep a strong front for them” you rolled your eyes at him as Sweet Pea reached his side. You couldn't help but glare at him and he gave a small laugh.
“Jones, who's the attack dog?”
“Listen here Snake Brain-”
“YN, leave it!” Jughead cut across you earning another laugh from Sweet Pea, you began to seethe at your old best friends defence of his new family member.
“Just call me when you feel like being yourself again” you breathed out the words until your lungs nearly emptied, moving to open the car again to be stopped by Sweet Peas voice
“i think the snake skin is him Princess-”
“Don't you have some drugs to deal to children or something -” you cut across him this time.
“And what is that supposed to mean?” Sweet Pea raised an eyebrow, smile now long gone. Jughead looked between the two of you
“I meant what I said, or is the leather jacket cutting off the blood flow to your ears”
“Listen I don't know you Princess but you're not exactly making a good impression-”
“I don't give a fuck what you think about me, you seem to care a lot about what I think about you though” more Serpents seemed to join around, panic began to rise in Jughead, his attempted to stop Sweet Pea but Sweet Peas voice came harsher.
“You're seriously misguided Princess”
“And you're seriously what's wrong with Riverdale” you said through gritted teeth, receiving scoffs from the gathering Serpents but Sweet Pea stated unreadable eyes fixed on you.
“Guys just relax, YN I'll call you later” Jughead reached for your arm but you moved took a step back.
“Don't bother”
For the remainder of the week you avoided Jughead and the rest of them, instead spending time with your friends you missed so much. Catching up with all the chaos that had gone down since you left 3 years ago, and there was a lot. It was nice to feel like a senior around your friends, how it should be. You were shocked that for the most part everyone was understanding of Jughead joining the Serpents, you couldn't really understand it. Jughead continued to try to text or call you until you had enough. You needed a break from it, leaving your phone turned off on your dresser before putting on your runners.
You tried to process how you felt as you jogged through Riverdale, trying to remember your old route. You were zoned out of the world as your legs took you from a jog to run, the burn growing from your thighs down to your shins. You had been out for an hour or so now and by the third wrong turn you landed out of your subconsciousness and back to the world in front of you. Lost. How could you forget the town you grew up in. Suddenly you became very aware of the dark night that had closed around you. You looked around for anywhere still open, only a gruby bar was in your sights. They probably had a phone you thought, walking right past the fading sign of the Whyte Wyrm.
Upon approach you noticed the large amount of motorbikes outside the door.  Then the amount of Serpents jackets and their owners flowing in and out of the bar. Shit you thought. You turned to leave back through the carpark you just walked through and instead crashed directly into an older Serpent and his pint of larger, sending it all over him.
“What the fuck?!” He half yelped at the cold hitting his chest. You stuttered apologies as you moved to walk past him. Instead he caught your wrist with bone crushing force. Without realising what you were doing, you sent the heel of your hand straight up and into his nose, contorting it completely. He shouted before releasing you and you moved from his shadow, other Serpents witnessing the incident and gathering quickly. You begged your tired legs to bring you running back to the main road as some began to follow you shouting.
Sweet Pea walked around the wall of the car park boarder and was immediately confused by the several Serpents beginning to run towards his direction. You didn't even take notice of him as you ran past, your leg then spasming, sending you my into the pavement. He didn't know where to look. You pulled yourself cursing behind the pillar of the entrance, resting your head again the cement of its support, preparing to get mangled by Serpents.
“Sweet Pea!” An older woman shouted his name bringing his attention from you and your attention to him.
“Ehh yes Penny?”
“Did you see a girl, Y/C/H, this tall or so” the woman made a guestimate of your height with her hand. You held your breath as Sweet Pea fought every instinct to not look down at you.
“Emm I did see someonel go over the hedges towards the back there, maybe thats her?”
“Great, she just broke one of the Seniors noses, girls dead meat” shock painted Sweet Peas face and he tried not to laugh at the thought. The woman then gave a wave before running off with the others in the direction he sent them. He exhaled loudly, looking at where you once were sat, now empty. Sweet Pea looked quickly to find your shadow hobbling down the road you think you came down. He gave a small laugh, rolled his eyes and began to jog to catch up with you.
It Isn’t About Cheryl
You are Cheryl Blossom’s best friend. She thinks you’re mad at her. Turns out you’re not. Sweet Pea x reader / sick!reader
You were Cheryl Blossom’s best friend. You had been since you had taken your very first ballet class as toddlers. Whenever Cheryl was lonely or needed someone, you were there right alongside Jason until… Until. When Jason had died, Cheryl’s whole world shattered. At one point, she even stood on the thin ice at Sweetwater River, hoping to join him. It was the only time she had seen you that angry.
“You are not going to leave me behind, you understand?” You had screamed, while Veronica and Betty tried to get you to be calmer with her. You had brushed them off in angry tears. “No. No! If you go, I go. Do you understand? We are a non-negotiable. You have to know that.”
She loved you dearly and could be a tad bit overprotective when it came to things such as say, dating. Cheryl had wanted you to marry Jason and officially be her sister, something you had thought of as well. Jason’s death had crushed you too, the boy that you loved for years had not only passed away but been engaged to another. You had a brief fling with Reggie Mantle, which Cheryl now wished she hadn’t allowed, then ended up with more tears. Yours. Not his.
So when she met you at your locker one morning, your vanilla swirl latte in hand, she was surprised to see you scrunch up your nose. But you took the cup anyway.
“Thanks, Cher. I just have a bit of a stomach ache. Mom made oatmeal for breakfast and made me eat the entire bowl.”Your mother was a notoriously awful cook and oatmeal was a bland, lumpy food already. Plus, you almost always had a bit of a stomach ache. Stress, nerves, too much dairy. It wasn’t that abnormal.
“My condolences. So we’re still on for the new stunts with the Vixens after school, yes? Then we can celebrate. I’m thinking of a movie musical marathon. Sing-a-long required. With cherry phosphates from Pop’s. My beloved can join us if she wish. If not, it will just be us but that has always been good, yes?”
 You nodded. Cheryl smiled. Most people found her to be a bit…much. She worried about over-showering Toni with love, though she deserved every bit of it. You never seemed to get tired of Cheryl though. And you hadn’t hesitated to forgive her when she may have blown you off a few times at the start of her relationship. When she looked over, you were on your phone, smiling at a text message. Ugh. Sweet Pea.
 Cheryl didn’t have a problem with the Southside Serpents, Toni was one, after all. She didn’t even have a problem with Sweet Pea, per se. He was a good friend to the girlfriend she adored and she trusted Toni’s judgment but you had taken quite a shine to the boy so she had to be cautious. After all your heartbreak, she had to be careful. Sweet Pea was known to get into fights and react emotionally. While you claimed you and Reggie were friends now and he hadn’t been able to help his feelings for Veronica, Cheryl had no problem allowing him to house all the blame. She looked at you again. Your cheeks were heating up. You were blushing. Were you pale behind the blush? It was clear that you were enamored with the boy. When Toni had asked you to help tutor her friend, Cheryl hadn’t been concerned but now? Her concern was high.
She shared her concern with Toni later that day, as they waited for you at their lunch table. The other Vixens would join them soon, you along with them. Toni shook her head, adorable but unable to see reason. “Babe, he’s a good guy. I’ve known him forever. Besides, it’s none of our business if they want to see each other.”
The conversation was ended when the others arrived. You picked at your lunch, your favorite salad, which Cheryl had the chef make specifically for you. She was annoyed at Toni’s lack of alarm and that caused her to snap at you in a way she immediately regretted but didn’t acknowledge to save face. “Do you still have a stomach ache? We have a very important Vixen’s practice after school.”
“I’m fine. Thanks for your concern,” you grumbled back sarcastically as you took a huge bite of the salad as though you were suddenly starving. This surprised Cheryl, as you very rarely snapped at the girl. Toni gave her a look but Cheryl felt herself prickle. She had taken the time to get your favorite latte, which you barely drank, and to have your favorite lunch made for you. So, even if she was a little snippy, she had earned some leeway. Usually, you would both brush these things off. Instead, you powered through your salad before loudly and pointedly announcing how much you loved it. Sarcasm. Since when were you so rudely sarcastic with her?
The prickles lasted throughout the day until Vixens’ practice. Cheryl watched you from the corner of her eyes throughout the day. When she caught you grimacing and rubbing your temples, she was going to brush everything off as a headache but then Sweet Pea said something to you and you smiled and laughed. Cheryl was your best friend and it was some temperamental boy you were smiling at? Ridiculous. Unacceptable.
“Let it go, babe,” Toni told her as everyone lined up for practice. The weather was finally nice enough for them to be outside. Kevin, Fangs, and Sweet Pea loitered in the stands. The football team practiced on the other end of the field.  It should have been a good day.  Something was going on with her best friend. Were you actually mad at her? Over a silly comment? You always had a stomach ache. It was a thing. Cheryl didn’t feel bad. Not at all. Really. “She’s been weird all day. Sweet Pea asked me if I knew what was wrong with her. Something about groaning or moaning or whatever.”
Immediately, she was filled with worried. Groaning? Moaning? About what? Her? Cheryl knew she should relax. Let it go. Talk to you. Instead, she stepped away from Toni and clapped her heads, calling the girls together.
“Alright, Ladies! HBIC is speaking. Our new routine is fire. Or it would be if you all would stop fumbling. So we’re running it until we get it right. Start from the beginning and go through until my solo. I. E. The only part of the number that is currently flawless.” The girls began the dance as Cheryl stood by the radio. It was a solid synchronized beginning that broke off. Toni and Lisa took the front while you and Veronica were lifted into the air. You were tossed and gently placed down and then the girls made a path for the soloist, who would be Cheryl, of course.  The first run was shaky, which Cheryl informed the girls better be a warm-up. The second run was better but not good enough. Not perfect. Everything had to be perfect.
What surprised Cheryl was that you were dragging your feet. You never dragged your feet, dancing being your first love. Your mother ran the town's dance studio and you practiced your moves until they were perfect. Almost annoyingly so. Cheryl kept any jealousy she felt about your talent to herself because she loved her best friend. When Cheryl went to your dance competitions, she was filled with pride. She made everyone run it two more times.
“We’re getting better but still not quite there. Ginger, your arms need to be straight for the opening move, don’t flail. Veronica, adequate. Betty, try to look…I don’t know, interesting? And your kicks need to be higher and crisper. Get Veronica to help you if you can’t figure it out. And Y/N, get it together, please. We’re the River Vixens, not a charity team.” A stunned silence followed her words and no one moved. Cheryl never snapped at you, she never had to. Your face burned red and you moved into position to start the routine. The other girls followed you. You had a strange look on your face and Cheryl thought she saw tears in your eyes. Still, she hit play. She wasn’t even watching the girls, instead watching you give your all but still seem….off.  When the girls tossed you into the air, you missed all your marks. When they caught you and placed you down, you froze causing Betty to bump into you. You stayed frozen in place until Cheryl paused the music. “Y/N! What is going on with you?”
Cheryl took a step towards you. Her commanding voice was gone. The tears were back in your eyes and you seemed to be shaking. “Okay, you’re officially freaking me out, Y/N. Is this about lunch? I’m sorry I snapped at you, okay? You’re my -”
“I’m going to be sick.” You announced before darting off the field. There was no sarcasm to your voice. No anger. Only a terrified certainty. You had never been angry with her at all. You were ill.
“Toni, take the girls through the routine again. I’ll be back.” Cheryl took off after her friend, prepared to hold back her hair like you had done for her so many times before. Before she rounded the corner, she stopped. You were standing next to a large trash can, gripping both sides tightly. But you weren’t alone. Sweet Pea was standing next to you, rubbing your back.
“This is mortifying,” You sobbed, tears streaming down your face. Instead of bounding in to take over, her first instinct, Cheryl stayed where she was, peering around the corner.  “You do not have to stay for this. I should - I should - ”
You gagged and leaned over the trash can but didn’t vomit. Sweet Pea brushed a few tears from your eyes as you leaned back. “This is nothing. Fangs’ seventeen birthday? That was gross. Trust me. Like the exorcist.”
You laughed and then groaned again, placing one hand over your stomach. “I should have let you take me to the nurse in fifth period. You were right. I’ve been feeling sick all day. I didn’t even tell Cheryl, I just got snippy about her stupid salad. Ugh. That salad.”
You leaned over the trash can again and this time, everyone came up. Cheryl shuttered but watched as Sweet Pea stood by, brushing your hair out of your face and rubbing your back. It was sweet…in a disgusting sort of way. When you leaned back, he brushed the sweat from your forehead. He didn’t even flinch when you whipped the back of your mouth and spit. Instead, he pulled a water bottle out of his backpack and offered it to you. It was used, Cheryl noted, being half empty but it was a dire circumstance. You rinsed out your mouth and leaned again him, giving him your weight. “I think you have a fever. You feel any better?”
“I feel disgusting and queasy and embarrassed and I never want to show my face to the River Vixens of you ever again,” you confessed. Sweet Pea shook his head.
“Nah. That’s okay. You don’t need to do that. I’d miss your face.” Despite being disgusting and ill, you smiled at him. Cheryl felt her heart swell. It was so awkwardly cute. “I uh - I guess I’m trying to say that I don’t really care about my grades but I’ve been studying with you a lot. Like, I’ve been passing math for weeks and I’m still asking for your help. You know?”
“So you weren’t just in it for your love of learning,” you teased. Then your smile faltered and you brought your hand to your stomach. “I don’t know how I’m going to walk home. Ugh. I’m gonna lose it on the Cooper’s lawn.”
“I’ll drive you. Your mom gonna be home?” You shook your head. Your mother was rarely ever home. Often staying at the studio until 10 PM or later. It allowed you a lot of sleepovers but Cheryl knew you were often lonely, especially when you were sick. And Cheryl had been spending most of her time with Toni lately. “We’ll stop at the drugstore and I’ll grab a few things. I got you, okay?”
Sweet Pea wrapped his arm around your shoulder and guided you away from the foul-smell bin. Cheryl returned to her squad and grabbed her phone from her bag off the bench - she was the only one allowed to have her phone on them at rehearsal. Toni was leading the girls into a much smoother looking routine. “Ladies! I knew you had it in you. You are the Vixens I knew you could be. Take 5 - Nay, take 10. Then we’ll run it from the top and I’ll let you watch my solo.”
Cheryl joined Toni and wrapped her arms around her and kissed the top of her head. Toni hugged her tightly. When she pulled back, she asked “How’s our girl? You two make up?”
“Let’s just say, you’re much more intuitive and smart than the world gives you credit for. Mi amour, you deserve all the credit in the world.”
Cheryl kissed Toni firmly before pulling out her phone and texting you three words.
                                          Seal. Of. Approval.
The time has come, my friends, to say good-bye.
I have decided that it’s time to delete this account— along with the works that have been produced here— and start anew.
I will be reposting edited, revamped versions of all my work, as well as new projects that I have been working on for the last year.
For those of you that decide to follow me on my new journey— I so look forward to this adventure and can not wait to start posting.
For those of you that decide it’s time for us to part ways— I thank you, from the bottoms of my heart, for all the love, support, encouragement, and every interaction whether it was big or small. This blog has been my home for five year and even though I’m sad to see it go, I know that it’s time for growth and change. And none of that would have been possible without every single one of you.
Linked below is my new home, where I will continue to create worlds and build something for those who wish to share it with me.
Again, thank you all for everything. I hope to see you soon— and if I don’t just know that I wish you all the happiness in the world with all the gratitude I have.
With all the Love, Xx.
A chuva gelada atingiu sua pele exposta, causando arrepios por todo o seu corpo mal coberto enquanto você estava na porta do trailer do seu melhor amigo. Seus lábios ficaram azuis não apenas devido à sua falta de roupas quentes, mas devido a quanto tempo você estava andando na chuva gelada. A sola de seus pés foi cortada porque você não escorregou em um par de sapatos ou meias antes de fugir. Sua mão tremeu quando você a levantou para bater os dedos contra a porta do trailer. Cada golpe enviava uma onda de dor pelo seu corpo, mas você não se importava com a dor física que sentia. A dor emocional que você estava sentindo naquele momento era suficiente.
Nem mesmo dois minutos depois, um Jughead desgrenhado abriu a porta. Ele estava esfregando os olhos quando abriu a porta pela primeira vez, mas seus olhos cansados ficaram subitamente alertas quando pousaram em seu corpo quase hipotérmico. "S/N oh meu deus," ele exclamou, agarrando seu corpo de aparência doentia e puxando você para sua casa. “Precisamos aquecê-lo imediatamente. Vamos."
“Aconteceu de novo, Juggie. Desta vez não há como voltar atrás.” Você conseguiu sussurrar entre seus dentes enquanto ele a conduzia para o pequeno banheiro, seus pés deixando uma mistura de pegadas ensanguentadas e molhadas.
Seus ombros ficaram visivelmente tensos com suas palavras e você sabia que ele estava tentando se conter para não ir e cuidar do seu problema agora mesmo. Jughead foi extremamente protetor com você e quando descobriu o que estava acontecendo com você, você teve que ligar para Archie e fazê-lo impedir que Jughead eliminasse o problema. — Podemos cuidar disso mais tarde. Agora, eu preciso que você tire todas as suas roupas e entre na banheira enquanto eu vou fazer uma ligação e pegar o kit de primeiros socorros. Mantenha seus pés fora da água.” Ele falou gentilmente enquanto manobrava seu corpo trêmulo para se sentar na beirada da banheira e ligava a água do banho. Ele se certificou de que a água estava quente o suficiente, mas não queimava muito sua pele.
Ele saiu do banheiro com a fúria estampada em suas feições, fechando a porta silenciosamente, pois não queria assustá-la. Você começou a tirar suas roupas pesadas, estremecendo sempre que colocava o peso nos pés para tirar o short e a calcinha. Você cuidadosamente deslizou para a banheira cheia até a metade sem submergir os pés e esperou o retorno de Jughead. Você procurou por um recipiente de sabão e esguichou um pouco na banheira para fazer bolhas suficientes para esconder as partes do seu corpo que você não estava confortável com ninguém vendo.
"Desculpe. A ligação durou mais do que eu pensava.” Ele murmurou um pedido de desculpas enquanto voltava para o banheiro com o kit de primeiros socorros, deixando a porta aberta o suficiente para que você pudesse ver seu pai parado no corredor. FP estava evitando olhar para qualquer lugar perto da banheira, pois era inapropriado e não queria deixá-lo desconfortável.
“Tudo bem, Juggie. Desculpe por me intrometer tão tarde da noite, Sr. Jones.” Você saiu, fechando os olhos enquanto Jughead limpava seus pés com as compressas com álcool.
“Não tem problema nenhum, S/N. Você é sempre bem vindo aqui. A qualquer hora do dia,” ele informou com um tom triste em sua voz. FP ouviu o som familiar de uma motocicleta se aproximando e disse: “Vou deixar Toni entrar para que você possa limpá-la, Jug”.
“Obrigado pai.”
Toni tinha ido para a casa de sua nova amiga o mais rápido que pôde, uma vez que foi informada sobre a situação. Ela correu até a porta o mais rápido que pôde e foi bater, mas não foi tão longe já que a porta foi aberta antes que ela tivesse a chance. O pai de Jughead estava lá com um olhar que ela só tinha visto algumas vezes antes e ela sabia que a situação era séria. “Eles estão no banheiro,” ele disse a ela quando ela entrou na casa dos Jones.
Seus olhos se arregalaram quando ela chegou ao banheiro e viu sua aparência. Seus lábios haviam perdido a cor rosa normal e agora eram de um azul claro e suas bochechas estavam ainda mais vermelhas do que o normal. Seu corpo ainda estava tremendo apesar do calor da água. Jughead notou a presença de Toni quando você olhou em sua direção e deu um sorriso fraco. Ele terminou de enfaixar seus pés e olhou para você. “Toni vai ficar aqui com você enquanto eu vou cuidar de alguma coisa,” ele disse.
Você sabia com o que ele precisava cuidar, mas não tinha forças para tentar detê-lo. Você viu quando o lugar dele foi ocupado pela linda garota de cabelo rosa que não tinha ideia de quem você era. Bem, ela sabia quem você era e você sabia quem ela era, mas vocês dois nunca se conheceram antes. “Oi,” você murmurou, evitando olhar nos olhos dela.
O som de vários motores de bicicleta encheu o trailer, mas você não conseguia se importar tanto com eles. "Oi. Eu vou lavar seu cabelo, ok? Tem lama nele.” Sua voz era gentil e cautelosa, como se ela estivesse com medo de dizer a coisa errada.
“Sim,” você riu humildemente, “eu escorreguei no caminho até aqui. Na verdade, estou surpreso por ter escorregado apenas uma vez, já que estava andando por mais de uma hora.” Você se inclinou para que ela pudesse derramar o copo de água em seu cabelo.
"Por que você não ligou para ele?" Ela questionou enquanto enchia o copo mais uma vez.
“Deixei meu telefone lá. Deixei tudo o que tenho lá.” Sua voz falhou no final e lágrimas brotaram em seus olhos. Você não chorou nada. Você estava tentando se manter composta e organizada, mas tudo isso desmoronou em questão de segundos. Toni notou a tristeza em sua voz e seu coração se partiu por você. Ela pode não te conhecer, mas isso não significa que te ver assim mais fácil. Ninguém merecia passar pelo que você passou. "Está bem. Nós vamos conseguir tudo para você porque você não vai voltar lá. Eu sei que ele não deveria, mas Jughead me contou o que aconteceu. Eu não vou deixar você voltar lá nunca mais. Enquanto eu estiver por perto, nunca mais deixarei ninguém te machucar.”
Apesar de apenas conhecê-lo, Toni sentiu uma sensação de proteção sobre você e agora ela estava interessada em garantir que você estivesse sempre seguro. Ela iria se certificar de que onde quer que você estivesse e com quem você estivesse, você estaria seguro. Ela não vai deixar nada de ruim acontecer com você.
A água do banho esfriou e Jughead, junto com FP, ainda não havia retornado. Toni ajudou você a se vestir com algumas das roupas de Jughead e ela o ajudou a entrar na sala para que você pudesse se sentar no sofá. Você ainda estava com frio, então ela fez uma xícara de café para você e embrulhou você em qualquer cobertor que encontrou. Enquanto ela esperava com você, ela o conheceu melhor e você o conheceu melhor. Ela estava no meio de contar a você sobre sua iniciação na Serpente sempre que o ronco das motos foi ouvido mais uma vez, junto com um motor de caminhão mais silencioso.
“Eles estão de volta,” Toni disse mais para si mesma do que para você.
A porta se abriu pouco depois que os motores foram desligados e pelo menos dez caras, todos vestindo suas jaquetas de couro exclusivas, entraram correndo no trailer com caixas nas mãos. “Basta colocá-los em qualquer lugar meninos,” FP ordenou e eles fizeram o que foi dito, colocando as caixas ou sacolas que tinham em suas mãos em vários pontos da sala.
“Fangs e Sweet Pea vão ficar para trás se você precisar de mais alguma coisa. Temos que voltar para a Wyrm e cuidar de outros negócios,” um velho de cabelo comprido disse a FP.
Ele acenou com a cabeça para o velho antes de dizer: “Tudo bem. Obrigado rapazes por sua ajuda."
As outras pessoas desconhecidas deram a seu líder um pequeno aceno de cabeça e deixaram o trailer. Jughead estava sentado ao seu lado, mas você não percebeu enquanto olhava para a pessoa mais alta da sala. Ele estava conversando com seu amigo e FP, então ele não percebeu seu olhar incessante e nem Jughead. No entanto, Toni percebeu e deixou um sorriso crescer em seu rosto. Jughead não disse uma palavra durante todo o tempo em que esteve aqui, o que ninguém notou desde que ele estava quieto.
“Vou precisar de um trailer maior”, brincou FP enquanto passava a mão pelo cabelo úmido.
O garoto de repente se virou para você e você rapidamente moveu seu olhar, mas não adiantou. Você foi pego e suas bochechas finalmente voltaram à cor normal tingidas de vermelho. Sweet Pea só queria olhar para você por um segundo, mas ele se viu incapaz de desviar o olhar. Você era literalmente uma das pessoas mais atraentes que ele já tinha visto.
“Eu posso ficar no chão, S/N pode ficar na cama e você pode ficar no sofá,” Jughead finalmente falou.
"Não. Eu posso usar a palavra,” você instantaneamente protestou. Fp e Jughead abriram a boca para falar, mas pararam quando você deu a eles um olhar frio. “Eu não vim aqui para assumir seu trailer. Eu vim porque confio em vocês dois com minha vida e eu só precisava de um lugar para ir para o conforto. Posso encontrar outro lugar para ficar se você me der tempo, mas não vou fazer nenhum de vocês dormir no chão de sua própria casa.
Ambos os Jones sabiam que você não iria recuar, então FP sugeriu algo que funcionaria a favor de todos. “Posso ficar com um velho amigo até encontrarmos uma situação de vida melhor.”
“Ela pode ficar comigo,” Toni falou de repente, fazendo todos olharem para ela. “Eu tenho um quarto vago e minha mãe não se importaria. E antes de dizer qualquer coisa, você não vai se intrometer. Você realmente vai melhorar, já que minha mãe nunca está em casa e fica meio solitário.”
"Tem certeza?"
"Claro", ela disse animadamente com um enorme sorriso no rosto ao pensar que ela não estaria mais sozinha em sua própria casa.
“Bem, agora que isso está resolvido, é melhor todos ficarem à vontade porque nenhum de vocês vai embora até que a chuva se acalme. Eu não vou matar nenhum de vocês porque eu deixo vocês voltarem para casa nesta chuva,” FP comandou antes de sair, não dando a ninguém a chance de objetar. No entanto, ele voltou alguns minutos depois com um colchão de ar, mais cobertores e mais travesseiros.
"Oh meu Deus! É como uma serpente mais eu na festa do pijama!”
Você finalmente se matriculou na Southside High duas semanas depois de se mudar e estaria mentindo se não estivesse um pouco assustado. Você tinha entrado sozinho desde que Toni teve que chegar cedo à escola para algum projeto. Ninguém prestou muita atenção em você e você estava agradecido por isso, pois você não era um grande fã de atenção. Você já tinha recebido seu horário e estava caminhando para sua primeira aula quando foi abordado por um garoto de aparência estranha.
"Você é novo", ele obviamente afirmou com um sorriso presunçoso.
"Sério? Não tinha notado.”
"Sarcasmo. Eu gosto disso.” Ele riu enquanto colocava um braço em volta de seus ombros. Você deu de ombros e começou a andar mais rápido. Ele estava deixando você imensamente desconfortável. “Vamos, querida! Não vá embora.”
Sweet Pea estava observando a interação com olhos cuidadosos, esperando que o garoto fizesse um movimento para que ele pudesse intervir. Ele finalmente deixou de se apoiar nos armários sempre que o Ghoulie rejeitado agarrava sua bunda. Ele definitivamente não iria deixá-lo escapar com isso. O que você fez chocou totalmente o menino-serpente, mas também o deixou ainda mais atraído por você, o que ele não sabia que era possível. Ele observou quando você se virou e agarrou o desprezível pelo colarinho e o jogou na parede mais próxima, chamando a atenção de todos no corredor.
“Nunca mais me toque! Eu juro por Deus se você respirar na minha direção geral, eu vou arruinar você,” você retrucou, deixando toda a raiva que você tinha dentro de você vir correndo para a superfície. O menino tinha medo evidente em seus olhos enquanto evitava o fogo nos seus.
“S/N,” Sweet Pea calmamente falou enquanto colocava sua grande mão em seu bíceps e dava ao garoto um olhar que não só o mataria se pudesse, mas o destruiria. "Deixe-o ir, princesa."
Você escolheu ignorar o fato de que ele a chamou de princesa, mas isso não impediu a debandada que parecia percorrer seu estômago. “Eu fui claro?” O garoto assentiu rapidamente e você o soltou para que ele pudesse fugir com medo e vergonha. Você ainda podia sentir todos no corredor olhando para você, então você se virou e olhou para todos eles. “Desculpe por fazer uma cena.”
Sweet Pea riu do seu pedido de desculpas e balançou a cabeça. “Não seja. Isso foi incrível,” ele admitiu, relutantemente removendo sua mão de seu braço. Ele deixou seus olhos se demorarem em suas feições angelicais antes de olhar para o corredor. “Você deveria ir para a aula. Temos dois minutos. O que você tem?"
Você abriu a agenda que havia apertado em seu ataque de raiva e olhou para o papel. "Inglês."
"Mesmo. Vamos caminhar juntos.”
Vocês dois recaíram em um silêncio confortável enquanto caminhavam juntos. Sua mão ocasionalmente roçava na dele e suas bochechas ficavam mais vermelhas cada vez que isso acontecia. Ele entrou na aula antes de você para protegê-lo de seus colegas, o que não funcionou, é claro. Eles ainda podiam ver você atrás do menino gigante, mas simplesmente ignoraram sua presença. Você ia se sentar ao lado de Sweet Pea, mas decidiu não fazer isso, pois notou todas as garotas olhando para você por entrar atrás dele. Em vez disso, você se sentou no assento vazio duas fileiras atrás dele para evitar qualquer confronto com as meninas na sala.
Sweet Pea estaria mentindo se dissesse que não doeu quando você não se sentava com ele. Ele se virou para olhar para você, apenas para descobrir que você já estava olhando para ele. Ele tinha um olhar questionador em seu rosto. “Não quero que as garotas daqui tenham uma ideia errada,” você revelou, tentando não deixar sua voz vacilar. Você desviou o olhar depois de falar, optando por rabiscar em seu caderno.
Ele se virou e franziu as sobrancelhas em confusão. Quem se importa se as meninas aqui têm a ideia errada? Não era como se eles importassem para ele, de qualquer maneira. Então o pensamento de repente lhe ocorreu. Não é que você não fizesse as pessoas terem uma ideia errada, você só não queria ser vista com ele. Você não queria ser visto com ele porque os sentimentos que ele tinha não eram mútuos. E naquele momento, ele sentiu como se tivesse sido esfaqueado no coração 1000 vezes.
Tumblr media
(a/n): for the judy x rosie girlies again - giving you all the soft, slightly awkward and nervous vibes there is, with a hint of that eagerness and excitement as we near the end of the war! and judy gets a promotion (which she deserves and earns), so please enjoy that! plus, enjoy the slight hint of the imagery of a swan above! they're beautiful!! :D also....just incase i didn't mention it anywhere else (and thinking back i probably didn't) after some of the silver bullets girls get split up, judy gets a position as rosie's turret ball gunner on rosie's riveters!!
"Lieutenant Rybinski, that has a ring to it."
Lieutenant Judy Rybinski. In her eyes, it really did. Lieutenant Rybinski - with her new crusher cap, A-2 jacket fit to the length of her arms and rather tiny form, the Lieutenant bar on her lapel, and the new level of standards she seemed to hold herself to. Judy looked up from underneath that shiny new crusher cap at Rosie Rosenthal and grinned.
"You think?" she asked him with a chuckle, crossing her arms as they approached the mess hall, "I'll be honest, Rosie, I didn't expect it. They don't do that sorta thing real often around here it seems. I know Francis just got the big promotion, but I don't know…." Judy shrugged, "a ball turret gunner doesn't see that sorta stuff." Rosie watched her for a moment, before breaking out into a wide grin and stopping in the path and turning to her, his hands placed firmly on his hips.
"A ball turret gunner like yourself deserves to see that sort of stuff." he said, and then offered her a wink to which she gave him a look. Judy gasped.
"You know something, don't you," she said, leaning forward and popping his shoulder lighting with a finger of hers, "c'mon, spill, what is it?" Rosie watched her and shook his head.
"I just think that Operations really has seen the lengths you've gone in the line of duty," Rosie said with a gentle smile, "your leadership skills, your capability to remain calm under pressure, stepping up to the plate. How you had to come up outta the ball turret and take on tail gunner for the second half of a mission. That sorta stuff doesn't just happen. Some people panic, some stall up. You jumped right in." Judy watched him.
"How would anyone know….?" Judy started, trailing off after his spiel, only to grin like a loon and drop her jaw, when she saw him grinning like he always did.
"It was YOU." Judy managed in a mixture of gasping-whispering-and-excitedly-yelling, before placing her hands on her reddening cheeks and grinning, "You didn't have to!" Rosie laughed lightly and shook his head, before stepping forward and placing his hands on her shoulders comfortably, like they'd been there all her life, his presence both warm and kind.
"I know how hard you work, Judy," Rosie said quietly, the feel of his gaze on her both pleasant and peaceful all at once, "I got mixed up in a conversation with Jack Kidd, he brought up the Silver Bullets, and….well, I couldn't help but bring you up." Couldn't….help? Judy was probably red in the face, but she didn't mind. He couldn't help but bring her up?
"You got that look on your face," Rosie said quietly with a chuckle, "I know you don't like the spotlight, but when people do what you've done, you deserve it." Judy stared at him, fighting back a bit of pent-up emotions that have been living inside her body for months. Despite her feelings towards Rosie as a whole (which had continually grown deeper without fail and had been increasingly harder to hide), and her emotions towards the war (which were ever-present), having someone like himself, taking away her emotions towards him, recognize what she's done, and what her sacrifice has been, made her want to have a breakdown.
"People don't usually tell me that sort of thing," Judy said softly back to him, smiling up at him with her rosy cheeks, "so thank you." Thank you for seeing me, like you always do, Judy thought to herself. Rosie smiled at her genuinely, and then squeezed her shoulders.
"It's always my pleasure, Jude, you know that." Rosie said tenderly, before dropping his hands from her shoulders and crossing his arms, nodding to the mess hall, "Ready for breakfast?" She nodded, but felt rooted in place, eyes somewhere towards the ground.
"You okay?" he asked her, reaching forward and bumping a pointer finger lightly under her chin as she looked up towards him, his hands going back to his hips. The longer she stared at him, the more she couldn't contain her thoughts inwards.
"You're really amazing you know?" Judy managed out, with a nod, "And you've probably been told that a million times, by a bunch of guys, as well as a bunch of girls wanting to have your last name, but, genuinely Rosie, meeting you has meant everything to me. Please know that." Rosie watched her, his turn to get rooted in place as a silence fell around them. Judy's cheeks grew a darker red just as the realization of what she had said to him and she suddenly wanted to take it all back with that look on his face.
"I…" Judy started, "listen, tell me to leave and I'll never bother you again, but, you do so much for me and everyone else around you and you put so much of yourself out there to better others and help other people. And you make sure people are cared for and comforted and doing well and are healthy, which damn, I barely look out for my own health, and you just…" Judy fell at a lose for words as Rosie stood there soaking in her jumbled mess of speech that he was definitely trying to decode in some sort of way. There she goes again, just saying whatever came to mind, right in front of Rosie Rosenthal, her emotions edging her on even more so in recent days it seemed.
Even if all he saw were friendship between them and they'd never be able to explain what all those touches and lingering looks were for whatever was to come, he'd know that she thought he was incredible and someone who has genuinely changed her life. He'd know that for as long as he lived, even it meant embarrassing herself until the point she was red in the face. She noted his slightly red cheeks and the wheels working in his head to speak.
"Thank you, Judy," Rosie said quietly with a nod, catching her gaze as she stared at him, whatever was swimming in his eyes enough to get a smile on her face, at the way he seemed breathless enough without words to stand there in front of her and look at her like that, "it's the right thing to do. Here. Right now. In the world. Help people. Make them know they're an important part in all of this. I….wow, bit of a loss for words, Jude." Judy watched him and then smiled grandly up at him.
"You take a minute to catch your breath," she whispered, before stepping forward and pressing a gentle kiss to his cheek, where she might've lingered a little longer than needed, but the spark of connection with that gentle touch was enough to keep her boldly functioning, "I'll meet you at the mess hall." Pulling back she looked at him and so up close, she could see every bit of his eye that you never saw from far away, and it made her smile softly within his general gaze, enough to keep him smiling, himself.
"Even if there are a lot of girls who'd like my last name," Rosie started, referencing her rather bold display of emotions, "none of them have ever kissed my cheek like that."
Judy froze up as she stared at him, her heart pounding so loud in her ears, she swore she had imagined that last part. She stared at him, swallowing her words and thoughts to try and get her body functioning and looked up into his eyes again.
"Maybe because none of them ever had the courage to really get to know you," she whispered back, holding his gaze like a sun to the moon, "and know how much you deserve to be loved like that." And then Judy was stepping away from him, trying to tell herself not to regret every word she was saying, spilling out of her mouth in that moment.
They could go down any day of the week - she was done watching her friends fall in love and then get their hearts torn out of their chests. She was done with the war getting what it wanted. She was tired of people letting the war take away the one thing that was ever-present. Love. Even if it meant a few bold, rather embarrassing forms of half-confessions and awkward, nervous laughter.
And Rosie.
Rosie deserved to know. She just had to find the courage to tell it straight to his face all these feelings she had wrapped up deep inside of her. For now, she'd let those thoughts linger longer.
Maybe.
This is going to be a multi-part series and it will follow an adapted version of the Riverdale timeline. Feel free to like, comment, and reblog this post! Thank you and enjoy!!!
In the town of Riverdale it was rare for a newcomer to show up and even rarer for an old resident to return, but that’s exactly what happened the summer before sophomore year. Y/N Kim was born and raised in Riverdale, until her father had a psychotic break, which led to her older sister and mother taking her away to live in Seoul, South Korea. She wasn’t aware of her family’s affiliation with an international crime syndicate, known as NCT, until she turned 12. Her older sister had joined the mafia 4 years earlier, when she was only 15 and in love with none other than Jung Jaehyun, a member of NCT by blood.
 Their father had been an NCT member since he got out of high school and dragged their mother into it with him. That’s when the Kim family became NCT members by blood. Even though they had their blood relation to NCT, they weren’t forced to become active members. They were entitled to NCT’s protection with or without the logo tattooed on their bodies. Lana joined NCT of her own volition, much to the dismay of her mother, who feared she would end up just like the man she had once loved. Y/N, on the other hand, wasn’t aware of her family’s lifestyle until her mother sat down with her and had a long talk, knowing full well she couldn’t keep from her forever. After the shock and rage subsided, Y/N talked with her older sister, who explained in more detail exactly what being an NCT member entailed. On her 12th birthday, she decided that she wanted to become a full-fledged member of NCT. That’s when three long years of gruesome training began.
 It started with basic hand-to-hand combat, then escalated into weapons training with both guns and knives. After that, it was the psychological training, in order to ensure that she was mentally capable of protecting NCT’s secrets and withstanding interrogation. Once she passed her mental evaluations, they moved her onto basic first aid training and then negotiation lessons. Soon, she became one of the best soldiers NCT had to offer. She’s still one of the most respected and feared NCT soldiers, gaining almost as much respect as the caporegimes.
 This leads us back to six months ago, when Mrs. Kim passed away. It wasn’t a sudden death. In fact, both of the sisters had seen it coming from a mile away, but it still took quite the toll on them. After weeks of grieving, the sisters finally composed themselves enough to return to work. In the higher ranks of NCT, discussions were being held regarding the branches of NCT. The Riverdale branch had been dormant since the capos who resided there before left, and now all the NCT members who lived there had either hidden as normal citizens or temporarily joined smaller gangs, like the Southside Serpents and Ghoulies.
“I’m just saying. It would be in our best interest to start running the Riverdale branch again.” Johnny, a caporegime and the consigliere, argued.
 “Johnny’s right, TY. While the Riverdale branch has been dormant, we’ve lost almost half of the members that were there to other gangs and lost about $20 million in income per month.” It was rare to see Doyoung, yet another capo, agree with Johnny.
 Virtually all the other caporegimes in the room agreed with Johnny’s argument, all except for Taeil, the eldest capo and underboss. “Riverdale has nothing to offer us anymore. All the drug and weapons deals have been taken over by other organizations and there’s nobody of importance for protective services. Besides, it’s such a small town, it would benefit us more to start up a branch in the big city.”
Taeil and Johnny had been going back and forth on the matter since the meeting started almost two hours prior, which thoroughly annoyed Taeyong. “Majority is in agreement that we should restart the Riverdale branch, so I’ve decided that we will do just that. Jaehyun and Lana pack your things, you’ll be the branch boss and underboss, respectively. Capos Renjun, Jeno, Jaemin, and Chenle will also be accompanying you in case of another incident like three years ago. We’ll also send a few extra soldiers to add onto the ones dormant in Riverdale. And obviously, Y/N will also be accompanying you.” Taeyong finished, waiting for confirmation from the new branch leaders and then ending the meeting.
 Once they had been dismissed, Jaehyun and Lana left the room and headed back to their shared apartment in NCT’s complex. “So, how do you think Y/N will feel about moving back to Riverdale?” Jaehyun asked.
 “ I don’t know, Jae. I guess it really depends on if her old friends are still there, but I don’t know how much our father’s… incident affected her.” Lana responded earnestly. It was true, Y/N had changed a lot since her father’s breakdown. She wasn’t as in tune with her emotions anymore and used the mafia lifestyle as an escape. Maybe having those old friends back will help her to regain some sort of emotional sentience, but nothing can be assured.
Opening the door to their home, Lana and Jaehyun were greeted by Y/N sitting at the kitchen bar on her computer, likely typing out an essay for her literature class. “Y/N, we have some important things to discuss.” Lana said, carefully as if her little sister would scurry like a mouse if she were too blunt.
Y/N closed her computer, saving the document she had been working on. She looked between her sister and brother-in-law, eyes guarded and suspecting. “What’s up? I don’t like how cautious you’re being right now.”
 Lana took a deep breath. Y/N had always been absorbed in her schoolwork, busting her ass to keep up her 4.0 GPA by constantly studying and working to improve her education. “As much as you love the school that you’re going to now, soon, we have to move…back to Riverdale-”
Y/N quickly stood to her feet, eyes wide. “What?!” She exclaimed, nearly knocking over her chair with her sudden movements. “Back to Riverdale? Seriously?!”
 Lana, assuming her sister was upset, gently tried to calm her down. “I know you may not want to go back because of what happened, but this is for official NCT business.”
Y/N quickly shook her head back and forth, “No, no, no. I’m happy about this.” The confusion written on Lana and Jaehyun’s faces would have been comical in any other situation, but the need for an explanation trumped any humor there was. “I can see Archie and Betty and Juggie again. All of my childhood friends, I’ll be able to see them again.” A sigh of relief left both Jaehyun and Lana, who were genuinely terrified that Y/N would be upset.
 “We’re leaving once this semester of your schooling ends. Monday, once office hours are open, we’re gonna start getting your credits transferred with the school and start contacting old NCT members from Riverdale.” Jaehyun explained, turning on the electric kettle he had filled with water. “After that, your sister and I will work on rebuilding the Riverdale branch and you will be enjoying your summer and rekindling old friendships, I hope.” He smiled, setting two cups of tea in front of the sisters. Small thanks were heard from both before slow sips.
 Lana stood from her seat, grabbing the cup of tea and heading towards her bedroom. “Since there’s only a couple weeks left before school ends, I would suggest packing up most of your things, especially your small things, beforehand so we can save time. While Jae is taking care of your school stuff and relations, I’ll be here all day packing up the apartment.” She nodded off before disappearing into her bedroom.
 Jaehyun, now with his own tea, whispered to Y/N before leaving into the same room. “Make sure to go easy on her the next few weeks. Taeil’s still making a fuss about the Riverdale branch and I can guarantee he’ll be harassing her about it until the profits start showing up.”
Y/N nodded in agreement before reopening her laptop. “Got it.”
The next few weeks were spent with constant phone calls, a lot of packing tape, and several moving men taking things to either be put into storage, sold, or sent to their new home in Riverdale. After a long 18 hour flight and 4 hour drive, the black SUV with tinted windows finally passed by the nostalgic sign. “Riverdale: The Town with PEP!”
Sweet Pea X Reader enemies to lovers
Warnings: Fluff and smut
A/N: Final part.
-------------------------------
3rd person
“So YN, tell us who did that to you already!”
“Not a chance Kevin” you laughed, pulling your jumper closer into your neck, trying to cover what Sweet Pea left you with three nights earlier. Archie wrapped an arm around your shoulder as he pulled you through the corridor Monday morning.
“Kiss and tell YN, we'll keep your secret safe” you could only roll your eyes at him, knowing that would never happen. You didn't want to tell them what happened between Sweet Pea and you, you didn't really even understand it enough to explain. The only thing you understood was it made Jughead insanely uncomfortable and that alone made you insanely happy.
Sweet Pea POV
Jones and I didn't really speak after he stormed out of my trailer on Saturday morning. Man I wish I got a picture of his face at the sight of YN. Priceless.
We all sauntered up the school hallway, Jughead keeping his distance from me. I met her eyes midway through laughing at whatever her friends said as I passed. I didn't look for long, afraid if I did I'd have no choice but to pin her to the locker and finish what we started. I don't like seeing Archie hang off her, that should be my arm. I shook my head. I'm being crazy, it was a moment, these things happen. Won't happen again.
-
I swear it was like she was avoiding me after that. I didn't see her in the halls, I didn't see her class or after school for the rest of the week. I sat on my sofa thinking about what happened in this trailer a week earlier. What gives? A knock to the trailer door snapped me out of it.
“YN?”
“Are you alone?”
“Yeah wh-” she then pressed her hands into my chest, pushing me deeper into the trailer, catching and closing the front door with her foot. She pulled her shirt from over her head and stood in front of me in her bra and jeans. What is happening? What is happening?
“What is happening?”
“Fancy some stress relief Sweet Pea?” Oh hell yeah.
Sweet Peas hands went straight to your hips, the feeling of small calluses meeting your soft sides sent pulses down you both. He met your neck, the same place he had a week ago as his hands moved to cup your backside, lifting you from the floor to wrap your legs around his waist.
“Why can't I keep away from you?” You breathed, the hairs on Sweet Peas neck standing on their end.
“Why does that make me so happy?” Was all he could manage before reconnecting to your neck.
Sweet Pea carried you into his room before throwing you onto the bed. You knotted your fingers through his hair and forced down the moan trying to escape at the pleasure of having him nip you. You tugged his hair until he pulled from you to face you.
“Sweet Pea if we kiss…this might become more than what either of us want”
“I want all of you”
Sweet Pea almost cautiously lowered his mouth to yours until they met again. Much like the first time electricity coursed through both of you but unlike the last time, neither pulled away, only growing hungrier.
You could feel him hardening against your thigh, no longer able to fight the little victory you were going to give him, you moaned gently. He smirked hard into the kiss before it became more feverish. Your hand ran across him beneath the fabric of his jeans, his turn to groan.
You both began to rip the clothes from one another until you wrapped your legs around him to pulling him in closer. You both wanted every inch of skin to touch. His hand went from your chest, slowly sliding down to your inner thigh, teasingly.
Your fingers began dragging up and down his bare back before digging into his shoulders at the feeling of him entering you. You both let out a breathless moan at the sensation. You wrapped your legs around his torso at this while he placed his hands on your hips to steady himself. He slowly began dragging in and out before the sensation was too much and he increased his speed, spurred on by your hitching breath. The sensations growing and growing and growing until the band snapped sending you into overdrive as every nerve in your body stood to attention and then exploded. You practically screamed his name making him go over the edge, returning the sentiment by moaning your name. Sweet Pea collapsed on top of you before rolling over and hauling your shaking body to his.
“I had no idea how much I needed to hear you say my name like that YN” Sweet Pea finally found some composure to rasp out. You tried not to cringe in embarrassment as you buried a laugh into his chest.
“Don't get shy on me now YN” he returned the laugh and you smiled, pulling the covers up around the both of you, tangling in your legs.
“YN…I'm never gonna not be in the Serpents”
“I know”
“But I also really like kissing you”
“I know”
“Can both be true at the same time?” You reached up towards him to meet his lips again.
“Are you still a Serpent now Snake brain?”
“....yeah?”
“Well I guess both can be true at the same time”
~
Sweet Pea POV
I loved being with her, even if we were keeping it on the quiet side. I felt like she was starting to understand the Serpents and maybe even appreciate them, even if it was still from afar. She would come and go from my home without notice and I loved every moment she was with me. The only thing I found hard was not screaming to the world she was mine and I was hers even though we decided to just be casual. If spending every moment we could together be called casual that is. Continuing on like we still hated each other in public became a bit of a game and a bit of a turn on. Watching other guys fawn over her though was definitely not.
I filled my locker with books I pretended to read as Jones stood next to me watching the world go by. We had kind of decided silently to forget what he thinks he saw between me and YN three months ago. If only he knew what happened that night had far and beyond escalated passed that.
“Fuck it” was all I heard from Jones before he sprung off the locker and towards YN. In one smooth moment he caught her by the arms as she walked past with Archie and pulled her into kiss him. Kiss him. YN is kissing him. Kissing him. It really felt like every single emotion possible coursed through me. I had no idea what my body was going to do. Was I going to vomit? Was I going to faint? No. I was having an out of body experience as I stood, walked over, caught Jones by the shoulders and flung him backwards with what strength my shocked state had and flew him into the locker I had just left. It felt like slow motion and then, it felt like motion sickness.
“Sweet Pea!” Was she shouting at me? I really felt like the earth wasn't under me and then it wasn't. Jones jumped from the ground and straight into me. If I wasn't in a daze he wouldn't have taken me off the ground but it felt like I was out at sea. We rolled around the floor, I dodge his hands and tried to push him off me. I didn't fight back, not even when he clipped my jaw, I probably deserve what's happening. YN was shouting at the two of us until Archie and Fangs hauled Jones from me, cursing out loud. Fangs might kill him for me. I sat up from the ground, the whole hallway's eyes on me and my bleeding lip. I found my sea legs take me running from the scene and out into the car park, YN hot on my heels.
“What the hell Sweet Pea?! That wasn't very casual!” I heard her shout from behind me, her voice echoing off the empty car park.
“What if I don't want to be casual anymore YN?! What if I never wanted to be?!” I could see this caught her off guard. I was finally thinking out loud.
“Finally, you were getting hard to read” was all she said with laugh before rushing to me, wrapping her arms around me and kissing me. Electricity returned. The ground beneath my feet returned to a solid state. We parted smiling, over her shoulder I saw our friends at the school entrance. Not a single face without shock or surprise. I couldn't care less.
“I guess I'm not the only attack dog in the relationship” she smiled, wiping the blood from my lip. Relationship, this was a relationship
Cheryl Knows Best
“Can you just admit that you’re in love with her already?” Toni Topaz asked. Sweet Pea glared at the short, pink-haired girl.
“I’m not in love with her,” he argued. He wasn’t. He kept an eye on her for her father, who was worried about her ever since her mother died. Tall Boy had been estranged from her since he broke up with her mother nearly eight years ago. Yeah, Tall Boy was a deadbeat but he was a Serpent. That meant something to Sweet Pea. “She’s a Serpent by blood, Topaz. Tall Boy ask-”
“Yeah, yeah. Tall Boy asked you to. You say that all the time. Betty Cooper’s a Serpent by blood too, you gonna start eyein’ her up too?” Sweet Pea growled and slammed his glass down on the bar, now empty. He wasn’t twenty-one, but Veronica Lodge had decided to just open a speakeasy despite being seventeen and never having worked a day in her damn life. Rich people could do whatever they wanted. Toni refilled his glass from behind the bar. Hell, it was a messed-up system but he might as well benefit from it.  “Maybe a little liquid courage will help you make your move.”
“Like you’re not all hopped up on her friend, the redhead who talks like the cutesy rom-com bully.” He knew her name, everyone knew Cheryl Blossom, but Sweet Pea wasn’t gonna admit that. Cassie, she insisted on going by her middle name, was best friends with the Blossom girl, her constant shadow. Despite Cass’s mother (and now her aunt) running the dance studio where Cheryl learned her moves and being the hardest working dancer on Riverdale if not the planet, it was Cheryl who lead the River Vixens. Cheryl was always front and center and from what Sweet Pea could tell, Cassie didn’t care. At least not about that. The girls fought all the time, only to seemingly forgive each other when something more interesting happened. At least Fangs would punch Sweet Pea for being a dick, so he could move on. Cheryl and Cassie fought for days only to be whispering and giggling as soon as Archie Andrews was kissing someone new. Sickening. “God, she’s so annoying.”
“Watch it. That’s my girlfriend you’re talking about. Maybe Cassie would be yours if you did something about it. Might be a good time to talk to her, before he steps in.” The only person on the planet more annoying than Cheryl Blossom, who earned points for loving Toni so thoroughly, was Reggie Mantle. He was the captain of the freaking football team, a total slim ball, and...Cassie’s on-and-off boyfriend. Sweet Pea wanted to punch Reggie the second he saw him and that was before he realized that he was the one dating Cassie. Not that she had anything to do with it. Because Toni was wrong. “Seriously, you know Reggie’s gonna go for it if you don’t do something.”
Reggie was already a few drinks in, really everyone who wasn’t a goody-goody was, and that meant he was after one thing...or person. It sickened Sweet Pea. She kept taking him back and then dumping him soon after, leaving Sweet Pea to crawl through her window late at night with vanilla fudge swirl ice cream.
Tonight Cassie was drinking, which was a rarity. Usually, she was a goody-goody who had to be in the studio by 7 AM sharp. But not tonight. And she was not good at holding her liquor. Reggie said something and Cassie laughed, angling her body towards him. Disgusting. Toni sighed loudly.
“I got this,” a voice said, placing his hands on Sweet Pea’s shoulders as he walked past. Only one person would dare do that. Fangs. His best friend. His brother really. They became Serpents together, along with Toni, and had be inseparable ever since. “Yo, Mantle! You and Andrews versus me and Jones in pool. We’re gonna kick your ass.”
That was all it took. Sweet Pea saw Cassie roll her eyes and say something to Cheryl before turning towards the other River Vixens. Cheryl strutted up to the bar next to him, though she made no acknowledgment of him. She saw only Toni as she slide two empty glasses across the bar. “A refill for me and my silly friend, mon amour. And please thank your sharp-toothed friend for me, I cannot deal with another episode of ‘Will Mantle ever change?’ I love my Lee-Lee but she has a serious blind spot.”
So maybe Cheryl Blossom was growing on him. She was the only one allowed to hint at Cassie’s first name, which her father had chosen. Even then, Cheryl was only allowed the last syllable. The redhead continued. “Before I decide if I shall indulge in my third glass of the finest maple whiskey in the building, I must know if I am on hair holding duty or if I knight in shining armor - Nay, a knight in shining leather will be stepping up?”
Sweet Pea straightened his Serpent’s jacket. Both girls were looking at him now. Before he said anything, Toni was filling a glass with root beer and switching it for his beer. He felt his temper flare and Toni raised an eyebrow in a way that only she could. “What? Do you not want to do it? Seriously though, we’ve got it if you don’t want to. She’s our bestie and we love her.”
“I’m not just her backup for when Mantle is busy,” he growled. Toni gave him a sympathetic look as she poured another maple whiskey for Cheryl. Sweet Pea hadn’t meant to admit it. He just hated the idea that he was just there to replace Reggie. Cheryl snorted.
“Oh please. She adores you. She got over Mantle ages ago they just use each other because she thinks you feel platonically and he’s not over his tryst with the raven-haired owner of the Speakeasy. If I have to hear another story about you that is a thinly veiled confession on undying devotion, I will vom.” After speaking, Cheryl’s eyes widened and she paused the drink away. Toni grinned like a crazy person. “I think, dear Antionette, that I have had enough. I was most certainly not supposed to reveal any of that. Oh. Oh, well.
“Listen up, you background character in Grease the musical, do not make me suffer for my slightly tipsy words.” Sweet Pea had no idea what to do with Cheryl Blossom. “You love her, obvi. She wants you too. So please stop dancing around one another and just kiss already. It took Tee-Tee and I less time and I was literally sent away to stay with homophobic nuns.”
Toni handed another drink to him, a maple whiskey that he knew wasn’t for him and Cheryl spoke. Again. “Take care of her tonight. She’s only had one drink, so she’s still kissable. However, no funny business after drink two. Tomorrow night you can go on your first date and do whatever consensual heterosexual acts you two so desire. Now, you’ve been hogging my girlfriend all night. Go.”
She shooed him and Sweet Pea headed off in Cassie’s direction with her drink and his root beer. He was starting to see what Toni saw in Cheryl Blossom.
Tumblr media
A escola tinha acabado e você estava andando para sua bicicleta com Toni quando alguns garotos Serpent começaram a gritar com vocês dois; a maior parte do barulho sendo de Sweet Pea. "S/N, você vem ao The Whyte Wyrm hoje à noite," ele questionou uma vez que suas longas pernas alcançaram você, jogando o braço em volta do seu ombro.
Você desviou sua atenção de Toni e para o garoto alto e moreno ao seu lado. "Só se você estiver lá." Você flertou, baixando o olho direito em uma piscadela.
Toni gemeu baixinho ao seu lado e você sabia que ela revirou os olhos também, mas você a ignorou. Ele jogou a cabeça para trás e riu de sua maneira de flertar. “Claro que estarei lá. Vejo você às nove,” ele piscou de volta antes de sair, deixando você e Toni sozinhos mais uma vez.
Toni permaneceu em silêncio por alguns segundos, mas não foi muito depois que ele saiu que ela finalmente falou. “Vocês dois são seriamente nojentos. Parem de flertar e fiquem juntos,” ela falou com um tom de provocação enquanto vocês dois se aproximavam de suas motos.
“Vamos, Toni. Você sabe que é tudo inofensivo,” você falsamente apontou, colocando seu capacete. Ela viu através da sua mentira e o olhar que ela deu a você disse que ela sabia. “Ok, para ele é.” Você não deu a ela tempo suficiente para responder, pois você havia ligado sua moto e acelerou, o que não importava muito, já que ela estava vindo para sua casa.
Ela finalmente largou você e Sweet Pea flertando um com o outro assim que ela viu o quão desconfortável isso fazia você, e você estava grato por isso. No entanto, isso não a impediu de sugerir peças de roupa que revelassem muito mais do que sua barriga para chamar a atenção de uma determinada pessoa. Toda vez que ela fazia isso, você pegava o objeto mais próximo e o arremessava na cabeça do seu melhor amigo.
Eram mais ou menos 8h35 quando você deu os retoques finais em sua roupa para que você e Toni pudessem sair. “Ok, vamos lá,” você gritou para Toni, que estava no banheiro, enquanto colocava seu anel de cobra de prata.
"Vindo", ela gritou de volta. Ela emergiu do corredor e observou sua aparência. "Droga. Se você não fosse meu melhor amigo e estivesse interessado em outra pessoa.”
Um leve rubor apareceu em suas bochechas com o elogio dela, embora você estivesse bastante acostumado com eles. "Você parece muito "maldito" você mesmo", você respondeu, pegando as chaves da sua caminhonete. “Encontro você lá fora. Tranque a porta."
Você fez questão de fechar o zíper de sua jaqueta de couro das Serpentes para cobrir a pele exposta em seu estômago antes de sair para o vento gelado. Você olhou em volta por um breve momento, observando o estacionamento de trailers que você passou a chamar de lar. Apesar de estar do outro lado dos trilhos, este lugar tinha mais coração e lealdade do que o lado norte jamais poderia imaginar ter.
Deixando um pequeno sorriso crescer em seu rosto, você desceu os degraus da varanda e foi até a caminhonete. Toni estava saindo de seu trailer enquanto você ligava o veículo. Ela rapidamente trancou a porta e se juntou a você dentro da cabine do caminhão ainda fria. "Vamos lá."
Toni e você eram muito diferentes apenas um do outro do que eram quando estavam perto dos outros. Quando eram só vocês duas, ambas agiam como garotas normais ao invés daquelas que tínhamos que ser para sermos respeitadas entre as Serpentes. Vocês dois cantaram com seus corações qualquer música pop que estava tocando e vocês dois riram como colegiais sempre que o outro cantava horrivelmente fora do tom. Você nunca poderia fazer isso perto dos garotos Serpente ou eles o veriam como ainda mais fraco do que já o viam. Vocês estavam extremamente agradecidos um pelo outro e felizes por terem o outro para relaxar.
A Wyrm de Whyte tinha sua costumeira abundância de Serpentes, mas hoje havia mais Southsiders normais do que normalmente havia. Você não se importou muito, desde que eles se certificassem de não cruzar com você. Embora, o símbolo que você usava com orgulho na parte de trás de sua jaqueta e na lateral de sua caixa torácica garantiu que eles soubessem melhor. Mas é claro que houve aqueles que cometeram o erro e se arrependeram instantaneamente.
Você saltou do caminhão e trancou-o, jogando as chaves para Toni, já que ela era muito mais responsável do que você. Ela foi rápida em deixá-lo sozinho enquanto você procurava por Sweet Pea, com o qual você não se importou, já que passou a maior parte do dia com ela. Você finalmente o viu nas mesas de sinuca, mas, pelo jeito, ele viu você primeiro.
Ele já estava com seu sorriso habitual quando você se aproximou dele e de outros membros das Serpentes. "Olha quem finalmente chegou." Ele brincou, envolvendo um braço em volta da sua cintura e puxando você para perto dele.
Você olhou para o cara atraente ao seu lado e deu-lhe um olhar brincalhão. "Eu estou adiantado, então enfie isso, Pea."
Vocês flertaram um pouco mais enquanto o ego dele crescia cada vez que ele batia em alguém na sinuca. Ele ficou mais ousado com suas ações a cada vitória, e você definitivamente não se importou nem um pouco. Ele tentou fazer você jogar com ele, mas você negou a oferta porque sabia que era absolutamente terrível no jogo e não queria se envergonhar.
O bar estava mais barulhento do que o normal, então você ficou na ponta dos pés para dizer a Pea que ia pegar algo para beber e que voltaria logo. Ele apenas acenou com a cabeça em compreensão e observou você se afastar dele e de seus amigos. Presas bateram na parte de trás de sua cabeça para fazê-lo prestar atenção no jogo que estava prestes a perder.
“O que posso fazer por você hoje S/N? O de sempre,” Froggy, o barman, perguntou com um sorriso gentil no rosto.
"Sim senhor."
Ele rapidamente pegou sua bebida e entregou a você antes de voltar para atender seus outros clientes em espera. Você se virou para voltar para Sweet Pea, mas parou de repente quando o viu inclinado sobre uma ruiva peituda que estava fazendo com que ele lhe mostrasse como atirar corretamente. Ela atirou e uma das bolas foi para o bolso, o que a levou a pular e aplaudir como uma criança de cinco anos que acabou de ganhar algo de uma máquina de guindaste. O que realmente te irritou, porém, foi que ela colocou os braços em volta do pescoço dele e ele a levantou do chão.
A raiva enchendo suas veias, você partiu para encontrar Toni e sair com ela até que ela estivesse pronta para sair, mas você não conseguiu encontrá-la em lugar nenhum. Você decidiu sair com alguns dos caras mais próximos da sua idade. A maioria deles já havia ingerido grandes quantidades de álcool, tornando-os mais toleráveis do que o habitual.
"Por que você não está com Sweet Pea?" Sunny, um dos mais sóbrios, perguntou com as sobrancelhas levantadas.
"Ele está ocupado." Você resmungou, apontando para ele e para o ruivo, enquanto olhava para sua bebida cheia.
Ele seguiu seu dedo e soltou um suspiro de conhecimento quando seus olhos pousaram na dupla. “Os meninos são burros, S/N. E mais, você sabe como é SP. Ele acha que é muito duro para emoções. Especialmente quando se trata de alguém com quem ele se importa tão profundamente.”
“Uau, Sunny. Você não está indo para o lado norte de nós, está.” Você brincou, fingindo um olhar chocado e segurando uma mão sobre seu coração.
Ele revirou os olhos e levemente empurrou você enquanto dizia: “Cala a boca. Só estou tentando ajudar.”
Você solta uma pequena risada. “Eu sei, mas não acho que ele se importe comigo tanto quanto você diz. Ele flerta com muitas pessoas,” você apontou.
“Confie em mim, ele faz. Se algum dos caras olhar para você da maneira errada, ele ameaça bater neles. É bastante assustador, mas também hilário, porque nunca chegarei ao fim disso.”
"Eu não sou atraente o suficiente para você?" Você perguntou brincando.
"Você é, mas eu não bato para o seu time," Ele calmamente revelou.
Sua boca caiu para formar um 'O', mas você não pressionou mais o assunto. Você não era de se importar com a sexualidade de outra pessoa, mas os outros não eram tão compreensivos. Eles estavam bem com Toni sendo bissexual porque ela era uma garota, mas Deus proíba um cara Serpente ser gay. Que porra absurda?! Observe o sarcasmo.
"Ele está olhando para cá", Sunny sussurrou em seu ouvido.
Você voltou seu olhar para o cara por quem você possivelmente tinha se apaixonado e, com certeza, ele estava olhando para você e Sunny. Bem, mais ainda Sunny, que tinha o braço inofensivamente pendurado em seu ombro. Você encontrou seu olhar severo e levantou uma sobrancelha enquanto movia sua linha de visão para a garota ao lado dele por alguns segundos antes de finalmente desviar o olhar.
“Vamos jogar sinuca. Há finalmente uma mesa aberta,” Bull falou com um leve insulto em suas palavras.
Os outros murmuraram em concordância antes de se arrastarem para fora da cabine e em direção à mesa que estava bem ao lado da Sweet Pea. Você relutantemente saiu da cabine e seguiu os outros, não soltando o braço de Sunny como fez. Você podia sentir os olhos dele em você enquanto se aproximava dele, mas manteve o olhar no chão. Sunny estava ao lado da mesa, colocando uma de suas grandes mãos na lateral e a outra na parte inferior de suas costas.
"Você não tem que ficar aqui com a gente." Ele assegurou quando você olhou para ele através de seus cílios revestidos de rímel.
"Estou bem."
Ele franziu os lábios, mas não fez mais perguntas. No entanto, ele tirou a mão com medo do homem que estava te observando com uma expressão furiosa. SP jogou seu taco de sinuca no chão e começou a pisar em sua direção. Presas o observavam com os olhos arregalados e o seguiam para o caso de algo acontecer.
Tudo o que Sweet Pea fez foi prender seu corpo entre o dele e a mesa de sinuca, colocando as mãos na mesa de cada lado de você. Sunny recuou um pouco, mas não o suficiente para não poder intervir se fosse preciso. Seu batimento cardíaco acelerou e seu corpo ficou rígido.
"Precisamos conversar", ele falou, seu hálito quente atingindo a pele exposta em seu pescoço.
Você tirou as mãos dele da mesa e o empurrou para trás para poder se virar e encará-lo. “Não temos nada para conversar. Agora, se você me der licença.” Você cuspiu enquanto tentava se afastar dele.
Ele apenas agarrou seu pulso com força, mas não muito forte, e você viu Fangs se aproximar um pouco mais de vocês. "Não me venha com essa merda, S/N." Sua expressão dura ficou suave quando você finalmente encontrou seus olhos. “Por favor, apenas venha comigo.”
"Tudo bem", você cedeu, deixando-o guiá-la para a parte de trás do bar. Ele abriu a boca para falar, mas você levantou a mão antes que ele pudesse dizer qualquer palavra. “Não diga que você não estava flertando com ela porque você estava, mas tudo bem. Não tenho o direito de ficar bravo. Nós não somos uma coisa.”
Ele ficou surpreso com suas palavras, mas rapidamente recuperou a compostura antes de falar. “Você está certo, não somos uma coisa, mas não é isso que estou tentando dizer. Sim, eu estava flertando com ela, mas só porque não conseguia tirar você da minha cabeça. Só consigo pensar em você e isso me deixa com raiva! Acho que te amo, mas não lido muito com emoções, então sou novo nisso. Não tenho ideia do que fazer e odeio não saber o que fazer.”
Agora você estava sem palavras com a revelação repentina dele. Embora as palavras definitivamente não fossem o seu forte, então você fez a única coisa que sabia fazer. Você agarrou a nuca dele e trouxe o rosto dele para perto do seu para que você pudesse beijá-lo. Ele foi rápido em retribuir o beijo e colocou as duas mãos em seus quadris, puxando você para mais perto dele. Suas mãos então desceram para sua bunda e ele apertou, fazendo com que você engasgasse e dando a ele a oportunidade de deslizar a língua em sua boca. Alguns momentos depois, você pulou, envolvendo suas pernas ao redor de seu torso e deixando-o encostar em você contra a parede suja enquanto você enrolava seus dedos em seu cabelo escuro. Ele moveu sua boca até seu pescoço e começou a trabalhar sua boca contra a pele. Você inclinou a cabeça para o lado para que ele tivesse mais acesso para chupar e beliscar a pele.
"Sweet Pea," Você respirou, "Devagar."
"Por quê?" Ele resmungou, ainda chupando sua pele.
"Porque eu não vou mais longe do que dar uns amassos no beco."
Ele removeu sua boca, mas em vez disso, ele colocou sua testa na sua. "Isso é tudo que eu estava planejando fazer, princesa."
Você arqueou uma sobrancelha quando disse: "Você planejou isso, hein?"
“Bem, não essa coisa em particular. Mas eu planejei que você me perdoasse, ou pelo menos eu esperava que você perdoasse.
Você deu outro pequeno beijo em seus lábios e sorriu. “Eu estava esperando que você tornasse fácil perdoá-lo. A propósito, acho que também te amo.”
crash
Your eyes shot up from where you had been wrapped up in your current project of queuing up the perfect mixture of classic and new Panic! At the Disco songs—your best guess on what they’d play tonight to give Toni a much needed crash course on their discography.
Fresh Air (Sweet Pea x Reader, abandoned WIP)
tremble
He was not a virgin by any means, but hovering on top of her, his hands trembled, and he felt nervous for the first time in years.
Her eyes fluttered open, and she looked at him with a keen warmth, as if seeing his hesitancy for exactly what it was.
The Lucky Ones (Post-War!George Weasley x f!OC, WIP)
blush
"I think we met briefly at the World Cup," Bill commented shaking Wren's hand. Her breath caught slightly as she looked up at him, taking in his dragon fang earring and dark, Weird Sisters-esq clothes.
"Yeah, right," Wren nodded hoping she was successful in fighting back a blush.
The Fool (Fred Weasley x f!OC, future chapter of published work)
learn
For instance, tonight some frat guy decided to wear salmon shorts to a dive bar. If I had to guess, he’s the rare tourist/bro crossbreed; a brother from a southern chapter of a fraternity or a recent transplant who has yet to learn that people up north don’t wear colors.
Phantasmagoria (original work)
strange
"Oh yeah," Joaquin said, darting forward to shut the door before coming back to lead you deeper into his apartment. The TV was on and a strange piece of machinery sat next to a bottle of beer on the coffee table. Your eyes lingered on both as Joaquin cleaned papers off the other half of his couch to make room for you. "Do you want a beer?"
Mr. Fix-It (neighbor!Joaquin Torres x reader, WIP)
fly
"I'll have you know I'm more than just a pretty face," he remarked, taking a sip from his beer. "I also happen to fly planes."
hey baby (Rooster Bradshaw x reader, WIP)
