reflections:

i’ve been learning a lot from my program despite the stress. i love how comprehensive the curriculum is—i really get to understand how to serve people’s health needs.

my reality is shaped by what i repeat.

it’s normal to feel dread about my responsibilities sometimes. what matters most is how i respond—will i dwell in the dread or will i ground myself then take action?

habit tracking 🎧 academics: submitted a discussion post + my final paper fitness: 30 min pilates. it hurt so good spiritual growth: visualization meditation, journaled

Additional Information

We are currently online-based and have not officially launched yet. We are not a tuition centre, we make study sessions for our students so that they can complete their homework under the watchful eyes of one of our friendly moderators. Students are allowed to ask questions in the Google Meet chat regarding their homework and the other students will help each other out. This promotes confidence and self-directed learning among all of our students. Moderators will step in if a student is being disruptive, so as to ensure that the other students are able to complete their homework in peace. Moderators will also try to help the students if a question is unable to be solved by all the students.

wednesday, february 28th 2024

wednesdays are a weird but very tiring day for the week, i have a weird window in between my classes and for some reason my brain completely switches off before my last class starts and then i had to go home and work on my philosophy essay. i really did plan on making some progress on my sociology essay but i am very very tired, it's not due for another 3 weeks and i'm already about halfway throuh, so i don't feel too guilty about it.

why do i have the urge to do other stuff– something that is not acad related, whenever i need to study or do school works ;;

watching a stardew valley farm tour while cutting index cards and making mini flashcards! i have very small handwriting (my instructor said it is microscopic lmao) so i decided to cut 4x6 index cards into four, but i found myself trying to make my handwriting bigger :']
