Thomas and Stiles Stilinski were your best friends. You, honestly, couldn’t see your life without them. The three of you had met in the 8th grade in a class you all had together, and the rest is history. Granted, it’s been about three years since then, but you still couldn’t see your life without them.
The three of you were now in your Junior year of high school; Stiles was off doing his supernatural thing with Scott and his pack, Thomas was with his crew that had Newt and Minho in it, and you were hanging out with whichever twin had the most time for you… which had been Thomas here lately.
Well, he was there for you for a while until he started hanging out with Teresa and Brenda, both of which you caught him sucking face with. Granted, it was at a party and he was a little drunk at the time, but still. Your heart shattered as you watched. You didn’t want to watch, but it was kinda hard to look away.
You cried on Stiles’ shoulder that night, falling asleep with him in his bed. Thomas had walked into Stiles’ room, thinking it was his in his drunken state, seeing the two of you cuddled on his twins bed. He sobered up at that point, his heart shattering.
You and Thomas had crushes on each other, but never acted on it. Scott McCall, Stiles’ best friend since the age of four, could smell the chemosignals on the two of you, with him being a True Alpha werewolf and all.
He talked to Stiles about it a few times, the latter not really wanting to hear about his twin brother’s crush on his other best friend. Everytime Scott brought it up, Stiles shut it down.
Thomas, on the other hand, talked to Newt and Minho about you all the time. It was like he never shut up about you. They gave him advice on how to subtly ask you on a date and all that, Thomas planning the day he was going to ask you.
He was gearing up to ask you at your locker, but when he got just a few feet away, he watched as you flirted with Gally, the boy who deemed himself Thomas’ enemy.
You were laughing at something ridiculous Gally said when you looked over, seeing Thomas walk away. Instantly, regret hit you like a bus, taking a step to follow after him, but Gally’s hand on you had you stopping in your tracks.
“Hey, where are you going?” Gally looked over to Thomas’ retreating form, smirking as he looked back at you. “Looks like we made him upset.”
You looked at him, disgusted. “Ya’know what, Gally? I’m tired of your games. I’m tired of you flirting with me just to make him upset. I know you know how I feel about him. This ends today.”
“Come on, baby,” Gally said. “You know you want a real man.” “And that real man is Thomas. He doesn’t use me for his own personal gain, unlike you.” With that, you turned and slammed your locker door shut to start your journey of finding Thomas.
~~~
“I can’t believe she’d do that,” Thomas said, sitting at his desk.
“Do what? Laugh at Gally?” Newt asked.
“He probably said something stupid and she couldn’t help but laugh,” Minho added.
“She was laughing,” Thomas breathed, sitting back in his seat.
“Laughing doesn’t always mean she’s flirting, bro,” Stiles said, sitting in front of his twin.
“Yes, it does. Lydia laughs at you all the time.”
“Because he’s stupid,” you smiled, sitting down at your own desk next to Stiles.
“Thanks for that,” Stiles deadpanned.
You turned your head, smiling at your best friend before your eyes shifted to Thomas. Whispering, you said, “Hey, Thomas. Can we talk?”
He looked at you and it was then you finally noticed the sadness in his eyes.
Sighing, you started to say, “I wasn’t flirt–” before your teacher’s voice cut you off, starting the class for the day.
Begrudgingly, you sighed and sat back in your seat, halfway paying attention to whatever the teacher was saying.
You couldn’t help but sneak looks back at Thomas, the twin quickly looking away from you as you did. You pretended to not notice that he was already looking at you, so when the class ended and he quickly got up, you followed his lead.
Following him down the hallway, you kept saying his name. Every time you got closer to him to tap his shoulder or grab it, he would move away faster. When the two of you made it outside, you followed him to Stiles’ Jeep, your hand finally on his shoulder.
When he turned around, he looked pissed and you could understand why. “Look,” you said, voice stern. “I wasn’t flirting with Gally. He said something so ridiculously stupid, the only thing I could do was laugh. Laughing doesn’t always mean that a girl is flirting with someone. I mean, Teresa and Brenda laugh at you all the time, and they’re not flirting!”
“How do you know they’re not flirting?” he asked, crossing his arms.
“Because I actually see them flirting with guys on the lacrosse team,” I countered, replicating his stance.
“What if they’re doing it to make me jealous?”
You snorted a laugh. “Yeah. Okay.” You took a breath, releasing it while asking, “You wanna know how a girl is flirting with you?”
He narrowed his eyes, asking, “I think I have an idea, but how?”
“She’ll put her hand on your arm while laughing, maybe give it a small squeeze,” you started to explain. Deciding to take it a little further, you explained everything that you did when the two of you hung out. “She’ll lay her head on your shoulder while watching a movie, or even lay her head in your lap while watching a movie because she’s tired and falls asleep.
“She might even be thoughtful and remember your favorite snacks for movie night, cuddle into you if you’re watching a scary movie. She might even wear your favorite shirt for shits and giggles every time she’s over because she knows how it makes you feel when you see her wear it.”
As you explained all that, you saw something shift in Thomas’ eyes. “But… you do all those things.”
“Yeah,” you drug out, turning your head to the side a little, but keeping your eyes on Thomas’.
“Why would another girl–”
“You egghead!” Stiles said, slapping his twin on the back of the head. “She’s talking about herself!”
Thomas looked from Stiles back to you, eyes growing a little wider. “You–?” Making the decision to get back at him, you said, “Maybe I’ll have Gally give me a ride home?” “I’ll kill him if he does,” Thomas sneered.
“I knew it!” you exclaimed.
“Knew what?” Scott asked, a knowing smile on his face.
“Thomas likes me.”
Shrugging, Scott said, “I could’ve told you that.”
Looking at him with an unimpressed look, you said, “You’re a fucking Alpha werewolf. I’m sure you could smell it on him.”
Scott leaned forward, saying, “And you, too.”
Your eyes went as wide as saucers, Scott’s smile returning to his face. “You son of a bitch.”
“Wait,” Thomas said. “You like me, too?”
Quickly turning your head to look at Thomas, you said, “So admit it!”
“Oh, yeah,” Teresa said.
“He’s had a crush on you for years,” Brenda added.
“You two knew?!” you blurted.
They looked at each other and nodded. “Yeah.”
“He told us freshman year,” Brenda said.
“He won’t stop talking about you,” Newt added as well.
It seemed like all of your friends were surrounding you now, Minho having joined Newt, Allison, Lydia, Jackson, Issac, Erica, Boyd, Gally, Jeff, and even little Chuck all surrounding you and Thomas, waiting for one of you to make a move.
Thomas groaned, looking at Stiles for some direction. “Tell her,” Stiles said. “Tell her.” Thomas sighed and looked back at me, “Listen, I–”
I didn’t let him tell me what he needed to as I jumped into his arms, pressing my lips to his, feeling him kiss me back without missing a beat. Our lips moved in sync as our friends cheered us on. Laughing, I smiled out of the kiss, Thomas’ arms wrapping around my middle to lift me up off my feet for a moment.
“I guess Greenie got the girl after all,” Gally said.
“Yep,” I smiled, never taking my eyes off of Thomas. “He sure did.”
You had finished eating, and then you walked back to the training room to find them all sitting around. They were talking and you cleared your throat and tilted your head.
“And what do you think you are doing Scott? That’s not how you practice am I right? Do you have a discussion with the enemy before you beat their ass? Or more like they beat yours?” You asked, almost rhetorically. You stared at him harshly, before he got up with wide eyes. You saw him gulp, and you laughed. “You haven’t experienced true rage and frustration until you go up against me. Another True Alpha, and a Hale. But, that’s what you will use to your advantage. You channel your anger and pent up frustration into that roar, and then whoever you are against, will be forced to back down for a short while, as they have been intimidated by a True Alpha. Now, come on. I figure my dear brother wouldn’t want his pretty little place all messed up. Because it can get ferocious and violent very quickly training with me. Okay?” You walked out of the house after that, and had them all following after you. This time, Scott knew better than to try and attack you from behind. Once you were both facing each other, you shifted. Scott did as well and you started to attack each other. You dodged most of his attacks, and when you finished rolling the last time, he had you pinned to the grass. You grinned before saying, “Now, roar and try to get me to shift back.” He tried two times, before he tried a third time and it was louder. It was stronger, and your eyes widened before you were forced to shift back. Right after he finished, you rolled out from under him, while he had collapsed onto the ground. You nodded your head from Derek to Scott, and he went and picked him up and took him inside. After a minute of catching your breath, you walked in after them, and you were immediately bombarded with questions.
“What happened?” “Why did he pass out?” “If he doesn’t wake up I’m gonna kick your wolfie ass” “You’re lucky you’re Derek’s sister.”
You ignored them, and went to the living room and sat next to Scott. And after a few minutes, he woke with a gasp.
“Welcome back  to the land of the living. And congratulations. You made me shift back.” You said smiling.
“Okay, but why did I pass out? What happened?” Scott inquired.
“You passed out because it was your first time. And you did wonderfully. You’re different from any other True Alpha I have encountered. Which is good. You’re stronger than most. We can practice more tomorrow if you’re up to it. But I won’t make you exhaust yourself even more just to practice something that is already exhausting.” You replied, and he smiled and nodded at your words. “Now, let’s get you some food, as I am sure you are hungry from the energy exertion.” After you said that, you went to the kitchen and made him some, which you swiftly brought to him. Once he ate it, you left and went up to your room, which Derek had always had ready for you. You quickly took a shower and went to bed, exhausted.
Season 3a masterlist
Scott and I enter the hospital, bringing mom some dinner. As the doors open we both scan the area, looking for our mom in the crowd of people. We quickly spot her just as she starts speaking, "Oh, thank God. I'm starving."
She grabs the bag out of my hands and hurries to the reception counter to open it. Scott and I follow her and she turns around, "Sorry. Sorry."
She gives us both a kiss on the cheek then continues, "Thank you for bringing dinner."
"Of course, mom." I say, a smile on my face.
"Everything okay?" Scott asks.
"Except for half of the victims of a ten car-pile up being rerouted to us from downtown and the ER Attending not answering any of his pages? Yeah, I'm okay. Slightly, somewhat okay." Mom answers.
"What does not answering pages mean?"
"It means no one can find him. Now we're waiting for the on-call to get here." Scott and I exchange a look at our moms words just as a patient walks up, clutching her stomach.
"Miss? Excuse me? I could really use something for the pain." The woman says.
"I know and I'm sorry, but giving you something could actually complicate things. We really need to wait for the doctor." Mom turns back to the receptionist, "How far out is Dr. Hilyard?"
"Ten minutes." The receptionist replies.
I watch as the injured woman takes a seat and Scott follows her, presumably to take some of her pain. I turn my head away from the two to scan the bustling waiting room.
My attention is quickly brought to the entrance as the doors bang open. Ethan, looking rather panicked, is half carrying Danny, "I need help!"
I sprint over and grab Danny's other arms, wrapping it around my shoulders. Scott and my mom follow closely behind. Scott quickly turns to address the Alpha that brought Danny in, "What did you do to him?"
"Nothing. He said he was having chest pains and trouble breathing. But it just kept getting worse."  We guide Danny over to a seat, mom begins looking him over to see if what's wrong.
I look on in worry as Ethan asks, "What is it? Is he dying?"
Scott and I quickly snap at him, "Shut up."
"I said I didn't do anything." Ethan begins, trying to defend himself.
"All of you back off." My mom scolds, instantly shutting us up. She goes back to doing her check up, "Okay, that's not good." She then turns to ask the receptionist once more, "How much longer on Dr. Hilyard?"
The receptionist raises her hands indicating that she doesn't know. "What is it? What's wrong?" I ask.
"His larynx is shifting to the side. I think it's a tension pneumothorax." She then calls out, "Can we get a gurney over here!"
Right after the words leave her mouth Danny lurches forward. He throws up white berries as we all watch in horror. Ethan whispers out, "Mistletoe."
A nurse quickly brings a gurney over and helps my mom bring him into a room. Ethan, Scott, and I all follow them, "Can you three please get back to the waiting room?"
None of us turn to leave but we make sure my mom has enough room to work as the other nurse leaves to help more patients, "Where is everyone?" Ethan asks.
"It's a full house tonight. They're attending to other patients."
"How can we help?" Scott asks.
"You can't. His lungs collapsed."
I sucked in a breath at my mom's words, "That sounds really bad." Scott states.
"And his heart is being pushed against his chest cavity."
"That sounds much worse." Ethan says.
"Mom, please don't let him die." I say, tears in my eyes as I watch one of my best friends struggle to live.
"He's not going to." She yanks open a drawer and pulls out a needle, "Scott, grab that tape." She motions to Ethan, "Take those scissors and cut his shirt open."
Ethan grabs Danny's shirt and rips it open, "Works for me." Mom says. She presses gently over Danny's upper chest, trying to find the right injection point. "He's not breathing, mom." I say, panic evident in my voice.
"I know, I know." She takes a breath then inserts the needle into Danny's chest. Air bubbles up inside the syringe as she aspirates Danny's lung. His body finally relaxes as he begins to breathe normally. I let out a breath as Danny's eyes blink open.
He locks eyes with my mom and whispers, "Thank you."
My mom smiles at him, "No problem." She then looks up at me, Scott, and Ethan. "What?"
"That was awesome." Scott says.
"It's no big deal. It's nothing really." She shrugs off the compliment.
 *_*_*_*_*_*
 Scott and I make our way outside and get ready to leave. We don't make it very far though because Ethan exits the hospital and quickly makes his way over to us. "I know you're not going to believe me, but I didn't do anything."
"All I know is the minute you got here, you went right after Danny. And your brother went after Lydia." Scott replies.
"We're not going to hurt him."
"Yeah? And why should we believe you?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.
He takes a careful look around then steps closer, "Because we knew one of them was going to be important to you. And now we know it's Lydia."
I scoff, "That's rich. Danny is one of my best friends. And Lydia is my best friend." I then take a step closer to Ethan so that we are practically chest to chest, "And if you or anyone else in your pack even thinks about hurting one of them, you'll wish you were dead."
"What are you going to do? We're Alpha's." Ethan says, glaring down at me.
"Yeah, but I'm faster and smarter." My eyes start to glow white but before I can act on my threat Scott lightly slaps my arm. I back away and look behind Ethan, finally noticing what got Scott's attention.
Ethan follows our gazes to lock his eyes on an empty car slowly moving across the parking lot. It comes to a halt as it hits another car, setting off it's alarm.
We rush over, Scott quickly opening the door. He reaches over picking something out of the car, "What is it?" Ethan asks.
Scott raises his hand to show us a dead moth.
A little while later Ethan was gone and Stiles, his dad, and multiple other cops were at the scene. "Hold one. Were they both in the car?" Sheriff Stilinski asks, clearly confused.
"No, dad, they're trying to tell you it's two different kidnappings. Two doctors. Both gone." Stiles replies.
"Dr. Hilyard's car. The on-call doctor. The ER Attending is the one that never showed up." My mom answers.
Stiles notices that his dad has a dazed look on his face as he looks at the accident and witnesses gathered. "Dad?" Stiles asks, snapping him out of his trance.
"Sorry. Melissa, let me just focus on getting your story first. Boys, (Y/N), give us a second."
The three of us back away to let our parents talk. "These are definitely sacrifices, right?" Scott asks.
"And it's one Deaton mentioned. Healers." Stiles confirms.
"But what about Danny? He was throwing up mistletoe. That's not a coincidence. And if he hadn't been with Ethan, he probably would've died. How is Danny a Healer?" Scott questions, confused about why Danny was attacked.
"He's not. It has to be something else. Maybe he knows something or got in the way somehow. " I answer. I look at Stiles to see if he has any input but notice he's watching something behind Scott and I.
We both turn our heads to see his dad on the phone. "Can you hear?" Stiles asks.
Both Scott and I quickly listen in and nod, "They found a body." Scott answers.
 *_*_*_*_*_*
 The next morning I woke up to my mom shaking me awake and calling out, "Hello? Get up?" I blinked my eyes open from my spot next to her on the bed and turned to look at Scott and Isaac. "Boys!" She calls, louder than before.
Scott lays sleeping in a chair and Isaac is propped up against the wall. Both of them jolt awake at my mom's yell. Once she sees that we are all awake she asks, "What do you think you're doing?"
"We were watching over you." Isaac answers.
"We wanted to make sure you weren't the third sacrifice." Scott continues.
"But all three of you were asleep." My mom replies.
Scott turns his attention to Isaac, "You were on watch last."
"I thought you were on watch last." Isaac replies.
"No, you were on watch last." Scott insists.
Isaac pauses then reluctantly nods, "I might have been on watch last."
"My heroes. Didn't you say they're all doctors? I haven't had an M.D. recently added to the end of my name so I think I'm in the clear." Mom says.
"The Darach is targeting healers. That doesn't mean just doctors." I speak for the first time, making all of their heads turn to me.
Scott continues, "And you were definitely a healer last night."
"Yeah, but I'm not going to be anyone's human sacrifice today. Now all three of you, get your butts to school."
We reluctantly leave her room to get ready for the day. Though Isaac and I both elect to get dressed in something comfortable that we can move easily in, since we both decided to skip school with Boyd and help Derek with the Alpha pack.
 *_*_*_*_*_*
 Boyd, Isaac and I slide open the door to Derek's loft. We step inside and not even a minute later Derek calls to us, "Get back to school."
"We can't. The three of us are incredibly, unbelievably sick." Isaac answers.
"With what? Brain damage?" Derek retorts, finally coming into view.
"I have a migraine. (Y/N) developed a rash and Boyd has explosive diarrhea."
Derek tries desperately not to smile but fails, meeting us in the middle of the loft.
"We're here to protect you." Boyd says.
"You're here to protect me? I'm in trouble."
My mouth falls open in mock shock, "I'm offended, Der. Did you really think we would come here without a plan? Boyd here, happens to be a bit of a genius."
Derek smirks but doesn't say anything as he watches Boyd place the bag he was carrying down. He kneels beside it to unzip it as he begins talking, "I thought about the time Gerard had me and Erica tied up, hooked to wires that were pushing electrical currents through us. So I wondered how we could do something like that, but on a bigger scale."
Derek reaches into the bag and pulls out a coil of rope. He raises an eyebrow as he asks, "What kind of plan is this?"
"Actually, I'd call it more of a trap."
I move to unravel a hose so water can start pouring onto the floor of the loft. Boyd begins to explain the plan to Derek, "In a pool of electrified water, it can take only fifty milliamps to kill a normal human. Less power than it takes to turn on a light bulb."
"That's comforting." Derek states, looking down at the water starting to pool around his feet.
"If we disable the circuit interrupter in the building's electrical room, the current will keep coming. And anyone who steps foot in here gets a pretty shocking surprise."
"Especially someone barefoot." Isaac finishes.
Derek looks at the three of us, a proper smile beginning to form.
 *_*_*_*_*_*
 I step up to a platform raised above the floor as I take a call from Scott and wait for the boys to finish setting up the trap, "What's going on?" I ask him.
"Deaton was taken by the Darach. We're trying to figure out where he is. He called me at school and said that I was the only one that would be able to find him."
"It sounds like you're panicking. Breathe Scott. You'll find him, alive. Okay?"
"What if I don't, (Y/N/N)?"
"You can't think like that alright?"
"Is everything okay at Derek's?"
"Yeah, the plan is coming together fine. But don't worry about us. Just focus on finding Deaton." I hang up and quickly dial Stiles. "Do you have any clues on where Deaton is?"
"Not yet. Lydia has no clue how to use her powers or how to find him." He answers.
"Well maybe because Deaton isn't dead or close to death? Her powers tend to lead her to the dead bodies. Maybe it's a good sign that she doesn't know where he is."
"I guess we can hope. But the goal is to find him before he's dead."
"Yeah, I know that. Just keep me updated, alright?"
"Yeah, you too. Stay safe, (Y/N)." We hang up just as Boyd is finishing the trap.
He kneels down and reaches out to touch the water, "Woah, what are you doing?" Derek asks.
"You can test to see if the water is electrified with the back of your hand. If there's a current, it'll kick your hand up. Do it with the front, the muscles clench and your hand goes under." Boyd explains. He reaches out and his hand snaps back. He mutters out, "Still hurts, though."
"You think it could kill them?" Isaac questions.
"I hope so."
 *_*_*_*_*_*
 As night falls Derek starts to check his phone. "Cora?" Isaac asks.
"She was supposed to be back by now." Derek replies.
I open my mouth to speak but quickly close it. I squeeze my eyes shut then choke out, "Something's wrong. We're in trouble."
"What do you mean? (Y/N/N), are you okay?" Isaac asks, concern laced in his voice.
I don't answer, instead I keep my eyes trained on the water. On pure instinct I take a step forward. "(Y/N)-" The three boys called out to me, shocked that I was taking a step into the electrified water.
They get cut off though when nothing happens. Before anyone can comment the rest of the power goes out, "What do we do now?" Isaac asks.
Derek jumps down from the platform, landing beside me, "We fight."
"There's no back exit?" I ask.
The Alpha looks at me, "No. We need to do this."
I bite my lip and shake my head, "It's not going to end well for us. I can sense it."
Derek keeps his eyes locked on mine, "You're going to be alright, I won’t let anything happen to you."
“It’s not me I’m worried about.” I answer.
Isaac and Boyd join Derek and I in the middle of the loft. A few seconds later the door swings open. Kali steps forward, "I'm going to be honest, Derek. When Ennis died, I thought to myself I would just go for it. Find you and kill you wherever you stand. Then I remembered how you surround yourself with these teenagers. Hiding behind them. And I thought what's a girl gotta do to get you alone? That's when I found out that I've got some real competition."
Ethan and Aiden step out from behind her. They drag Ms. Blake between them. She looks terrified, "You and me Derek. Or they tear her apart. What do you say? Think you can beat me one-on-one?" Kali asks.
Derek steps forward, eyes blazing red, "I'm going to rip your throat out. With my teeth."
Isaac, Boyd, and I all stand back watching nervously as Derek and Kali fight one another. Boyd texts Cora, letting her know what is happening. I, on the other hand, refuse to text Scott or Stiles knowing that they are busy trying to find Deaton and not wanting them to worry about us.
Kali quickly gains the upper hand, Boyd, Isaac and I step forward to help though Derek quickly shakes his head, "No!"
We step back to our places, "Do you still have that sense that something bad is about to happen?" Isaac whispers to me.
"Uh huh." I simply answer, nodding my head.
A few moments later Boyd nods to me and Isaac, indicating that it was time to take action.
Isaac and I rush to the twins, who instinctively let go of Ms. Blake to defend themselves. Boyd rushes towards Kali at the same time.
Rather than attacking, Isaac rushes towards our teacher to get her out of harm's way. I make a move for Aiden, moving faster than he does and scratching his stomach with my claws.
Before he or Ethan can attack Kali calls from behind me, "Take him!"
They run over to Derek to grab the weakened Alpha by the arms. I ran back at them attacking Aiden once more, this time he was prepared though. He throws me hard into the floor, my head knocking against the ground.
I lay dazed for a minute, sitting up just in time to see Kali drop Boyd onto Derek's claws. "I'm giving you until the next full moon, Derek. Make the smart choice. Join the pack. Or next time I kill all of you." Kali spits out.
She turns, walking past Isaac and Ms. Blake and out of the loft. Ethan and Aiden right on her heels.
"It's okay." Boyd whispers to Derek.
"It's not." Derek whispers back, voice cracking and tears in his eyes.
"It's all okay."
"I'm sorry."
Boyd shakes his head and weakly smiles at his Alpha, "The full moon. That feeling, that was worth it." He pauses, "You know there's a lunar eclipse coming up Erica and I were wondering what happens to us. If it makes us stronger."
Derek doesn't get the chance to answer him. Boyd falls back into the water, no longer breathing.
I hear footsteps at the loft's entrance but can't rip my eyes away from Boyd's lifeless body. Finally Stiles stands in front of me breaking me from my thoughts. He reaches out a hand that I gratefully take.
Once I'm standing properly he asks, "Are okay? Are you hurt?"
I shake my head, "No? To which question?" He asks once more.
"Both." I whisper, a dazed look present on my face.
He instantly pulls me into a tight embrace, trying to comfort me.
Always include if you’d like it to be a character x reader ship.
[ex: Spencer Reid X Reader/ or if you don’t really want it to be a ship one it can be/ BAU Team X Reader]
Also make sure to specify (not in mega detail ofc) on the plot of the imagine.
[ex: I want it to be where Damon and Reader break up because Kai Parker comes back and tries to get with the reader/ or something along those lines]
Another thing is the crossover aspects of my writing! If you don’t want it to be a crossover you can just send in the request plain! But for those of you lovely people that want it to be crossover make sure to be semi-specific.
[ex: The reader can be a Salvatore who befriends Stiles and then they date after a while of flirting.]
[ex of a full req: can I have an imagine where the reader and Stiles are dating, then he finds out the reader is a vampire.] (this includes the ship, and the plot but doesn’t specify it to be either a crossover or a normal imagine)
[ ex of a full req: can I have an imagine where the reader is a Salvatore and is dating Stiles, then he finds out the reader is a vampire.] (this to me has everything and it’s super simple)
Also be mindful when requesting that they might take time! I am a student I have other priorities as well as running this blog! I love writing and making others ideas happen but they will take time.
So far thank you everyone who has requested so far I genuinely appreciate it! 💞
As well as thank you to the readers who have liked/reblogged my posts it really means a lot!!
I may have forgotten some things but if I add anything I’ll put it in imagine descriptions stating new rules!
“Urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! I’ve never met someone so infuriating in my entire life!” you said, plopping down onto the bed.
Your best friend chuckled, looking up for a moment from his homework. “Do I know to whom you’re referring?”
Scoffing, you sat up, resting on your elbow and said, “You should. They’re your brother.”
Hanging his head, Stiles said, “Oh, no. Not this shit again.”
“Yes, this shit again!” you exclaimed. “I went to fucking walk in the damn door–”
“Did you at least knock?”
With your mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water, you looked at your best friend like he was crazy. “Wha–yes!”
He turned to look at you through his lashes, an unamused look on his face. “Y/N.”
Sighing exasperatedly, you plopped back down on Stiles’ bed, looking up at the ceiling. “What’s the point in having a key if I have to knock every time I come over?”
Chuckling quietly, Stiles shook his head, going back to his work. “So, what happened?”
“So, I opened the door, right, as one does, and I’m looking down ‘cause that’s what I do, and when I looked up, all I saw was fucking abs!” You sat up quickly, looking at the back of your best friend's head. “Abs, Stiles!”
“So, he was shirtless?”
“No! Because when I looked down, I saw his fucking dick!”
The bedroom door swung open then, Stiles’ twin brother, Mitch, walking into the room. “I was not naked!”
“I fucking knew it!” you exclaimed. “I knew you were listening.”
“It’s hard not to,” Mitch said. “You’re kinda fucking loud when you’re telling stories. Oh, by the way. How’d the other night go with that guy?”
Stiles turned around at that, looking between his brother and you, seeing tears building up in your eyes. Looking back at his brother, Stiles hissed, “Mitchell!”
Getting up off the bed, you grabbed your bag and walked out of the bedroom, saying to Mitch, “You’re an asshole,” before walking through their shared apartment and out the front door.
After Stiles heard the door slam shut, he looked at this brother, anger in his eyes. “The fuck, Mitch?”
“She really does talk loud, it’s not my fault.”
“But did you have to bring that guy up?” Stiles asked, looking expectantly at his brother. “What was your goal there?”
“To actually shut her the fuck up,” Mitch said, turning around and walking to his bedroom.
Stiles sat back in his chair, hands in his hair as he muttered to himself, “These two will be the death of me, I swear to fuck.”
~~~
It had been a couple days since you last talked to Stiles, or seen him, which is very odd for the two of you. Normally, the spazzy boy and yourself are joined at the hip! The only time you really ever saw Stiles was during your classes, but never outside of that.
While wiping a tear from your cheek, your phone dinged with a message. You looked at it, slightly chuckling to yourself at the message Stiles sent.
Stiles: I know my brother’s an asshole, but you can’t stay away from ME forever. Lydia’s busy tonight, so why don’t you let me take you out for a friendship dinner? Just you and me.
You sighed to yourself, thinking over your answer before texting him back. Right after the text was sent, you got up off your bed to grab your clothes and towel to take a shower. After some much needed self care, you got dressed in your favorite outfit that you always wore, wearing your hair in beach curls and makeup on lighter side.
You grabbed your purse and stood in front of the mirror by your apartment door.
“Don’t you look snazzy?”
You looked at the redhead standing behind you in the mirror. “I’m going on a date.”
“Oh?” Lydia said. “With who?”
“Your spazz of a boyfriend,” you smiled. “Mitch was an ass the other day, so Stiles is taking me out.”
She looked puzzled, already having plans with the spazz. “I’m so confused.”
“He said you were busy tonight and that– he’s not taking me out is he?” At that, a knock sounded on the door, and since you were standing by the door, you answered it, an unimpressed look on your face.
“What?” the spazz asked.
“You know what,” you said, cocking an eyebrow. “You lied to me.”
“Lyds, you ready?” Stiles asked, looking over your head at his girlfriend.
“Yup,” she answered, shouldering her purse. As she passed you, she said, “Have fun!”
As they briskly walked away, you stared into the eyes of the twin you despised more than anything. You took a couple steps in the hallway, shouting at the couple, “You’re assholes!” Sighing deeply, you looked at Mitch, eyes glaring daggers into his own orbs. “You better have something special planned.”
Smirking, Mitch replied, “Oh, trust me. I do.”
~~~
“This is your something special?” you deadpanned. You looked at him through your lashes, not impressed with what he picked.
“What? You don’t like it?” he said.
You both looked at each other, facial expressions reading very different.
“Mitch,” you said, turning your body towards him, him copying. “You brought me to a tattoo shop!”
“You don’t like tattoos?” he asked, sarcastically.
“Alright, Stiles.”
Humor left his eyes as it was replaced with anger, stepping a little closer to you. “You know I don’t like being called by Stiles’ name.”
You rolled your eyes. “You were being sarcastic, and that’s Stiles’ thing. Listen, can we just… I don’t know, go get something to eat? I’m starving.”
“Look next door,” he said, voice surprisingly soft.
You turned your head, seeing the food place next to the tattoo shop. “Don’t tell me. You planned, while not really planning on–”
“Taking you out to eat since Stiles lied about being the one taking you out.”
You looked at him, eyes soft. “Thanks.”
~~~
“I cannot believe you did that!” you exclaimed, storming into Mitch and Stiles’ shared apartment. “Why the fuck did you do that?!”
“He had it coming,” Mitch shrugged.
“Had it coming? What the fuck gives you the right to talk to someone like that?”
“He was being rude.” Mitch was being nonchalant about the situation. See, on the way back to your apartment complex, a guy that you knew and had a class with stopped you from walking into the building. Granted, he was drunk and he was being rude, but you couldn’t see that because all the guy asked you about was homework for one of your shared classes.
Mitch ended up getting in the guys face and telling him to fuck off or else the next thing he’s gonna be seeing is his fist coming at his face before hospital lights. Mitch then took you back to his apartment, where the argument is commencing.
“Rude? He was asking about homework!”
“He was drunk and trying to feel you up!” Mitch yelled.
When you both walked into the door, neither of you realized that the door was already unlocked. You went to reply to Mitch before you both heard banging followed by a loud moan.
“What the fuck?” you said, looking around the floor, finally realizing there were clothes scattered around, the materials belonging to Stiles and Lydia, who screamed out Stiles’ name. “I’m leaving.”
“Can I come with you?” Mitch asked. You looked at him, anger and rage flooding your own orbs. “Look, I don’t want to hear them fucking like rabbits all night.”
“Where do you normally go?” you asked.
“The Quad, but since the weather is getting colder at night, I really don’t want to be out there.”
Letting out a deep breath, you thought it over for a moment. “I have some Stiles’ pajama pants in one of my drawers. I’m more than sure they’ll fit.”
~~~
When the two of you arrived at your apartment, you never expected to be sitting on opposite ends of the couch with Mitch. Clad in pajamas, you both were snacking on popcorn while watching a movie.
“So, they’re not fucking?”
“Ew, Mitch!”
“What?” he chuckled.
“That’s his mom!”
“Explain it to me again.”
You deeply sighed, pausing the movie. You turned your body towards the man, resting your elbow on the back of the couch. “Lorraine Baines is Marty McFly’s mom! She married George McFly, had David, Linda and then Marty. Right now, in the movie, he’s with his mom– a younger 50s version of his mom.”
He looked at you like he still didn’t understand anything you were saying.
“Just watch! They’re not fucking - ew -, but just watch.” You turned back to facing the television. While your attention was on the movie, Mitch’s attention was on you.
As he looked at you, he started to feel bad about the way he was treating you. It was unfair and he knew it. The only reason why he was acting shitty towards you was because you’d rather hang out with his brother than him.
While that wasn’t true at all, you never told him that. From the moment you two started bickering, you knew that trying to get through to him on anything wasn’t gonna go the way you wanted it to.
You also started to feel bad about the way you were treating him, but the only thing you were doing was matching his energy. You felt as if you couldn’t be civil with him while he was being an ass to you, so you decided to match his energy.
While your eyes were on the screen, your mind was elsewhere, thinking things about Mitch over. For what felt like the thousandth time that night, you sighed, turning your head slightly in Mitch’s direction. “Mitch?”
“Yeah?”
“Can I ask you something, and you promise to be brutally fucking honest with me?”
“Sure.”
“Do you really hate me?” you asked, voice soft. You looked at him, seeing that his eyes were already on you.
Without missing a beat after your eyes locked, he answered, “No. I don’t.”
With your voice a near whisper, you asked, “Then why do you act like you do?”
He looked away from you to his knees, thinking his answer over before taking a breath. “I only acted, or act, that way because… well, because I guess I’m a little jealous.”
“Of what?” you asked, incredulously.
“Your friendship with my brother,” he whispered.
“Why would you be jealous of Stiles?”
Scoffing, he looked back up at you, turning his body towards you, much like how you did earlier in the evening. “Because he always got the girl, got the friends, everyone just gravitated towards him. Me? Everyone steered clear of me. Guess they took one look at me and said, you’re not as funny as Stiles. You have longer hair and facial scruff, that means you don’t value yourself. You don’t–”
“Fuck what everyone else thinks,” you exclaimed, interrupting him. “What they say shouldn’t matter.”
“But it does!”
“Why? Why does it matter? Mitch, you are your own person. You have your own style. So what if your hair is longer? I like longer hair on guys. I take that back, some guys it looks good on - like you! As for your facial scruff – hot damn, it makes you look ten times hotter than Stiles, because let’s face it, Stiles can’t grow facial hair for shit. That stunt you pulled earlier with the tattoo shop? I saw the humor burning in your eyeballs. Let me ask you this; do you shower?”
“Duh, who doesn’t?”
“Do you take care of your oral hygiene?”
“Value it.”
“Do you take time for yourself every once in a while?”
“Kinda.”
“You’re doing all those things, which means you value yourself. Fuck everyone else and their opinions. The only opinion that should matter is mine.”
Mitch was a bit taken aback at your comment. The only opinion that should matter is yours? What does that mean? He decided to voice his question. “What does that mean?”
“From here on out, we’re hanging. That includes, but not limited to; study dates, lunch dates, dinner dates. They’re not actual dates, though. We’d have to actually be dating for that. Feeling bored? Come on over, I’ll get you a spare key. Need someone to walk to classes with? I’m your girl. Someone has something to say? I’ll tell ‘em off.”
He started chuckling about halfway through your speech before he quieted down. “Oh, you’re serious.”
“As a heart attack.”
He stuck his hand out, but pulled it back once your own got closer. “Don’t shake unless you mean it.”
Dumbfounded, you asked, “Did you just quote Disney to me?”
“Yes. My favorite as a kid was The Emperor’s New Groove. Now, you gonna shake my hand or what?”
Quietly chuckling, you put your hand in his, shaking it in agreement. What struck you as odd was the moment you put your hand in his, what felt like electricity went up your arm, making your hand warm in his. It felt like home.
Mitch cleared his throat, quickly retrieving his hand. “Can we, uhm… can we watch it?”
“The Emperor’s New Groove?”
He nodded his head, feeling ashamed to even be asking to watch a kid’s movie. You smiled, nonetheless and nodded your own head. You took the remote, finding the film on a streaming service. You both started on opposite ends of the couch before moving closer to each other, not realizing it.
When Lydia arrived home later that evening, the picture she saw on the couch shocked her to her core. She brought her phone out and took a picture of you and Mitch, sending it to Stiles.
When Stiles heard his phone ding with a message, he opened his phone to look at the message Lydia sent. Instead of her telling him she was home, what he saw also shocked him to his core. A photo of you and Mitch, lying on the couch; him laying flat on his back with you in between his legs, ear on his chest with Mitch’s hands resting on your back with yours laying by his sides.
Stiles smiled at the picture, happy that his plan worked. He told his brother before the night started that he had a girl he wanted Mitch to meet, so naturally, Mitch agreed, never thinking that girl would be you and that you’d both would have a decent time together before falling asleep on your couch, watching an old Disney movie.
~~~
When you woke up the next morning, you first noticed a clothed chest before remembering the events from the night before. Nothing happened between you and Mitch, just an impromptu movie night due to Stiles and Lydia having some fun of their own.
You smiled to yourself, softly snuggling into Mitch’s chest, feeling his arms lightly tighten around your figure. He sighed against the top of your head, you doing the same to his chest.
“Good morning,” he said.
“Morning,” you responded.
After a few moments of silence, you heard Mitch quietly chuckle, prompting you to ask, “What’s so funny?”
“I thought we hated each other.”
It was your turn to let out a small chuckle. “We do, but… I don’t know, I guess you’re tolerable. I mean, we did hear your brother fucking Lydia last night.”
“And it was amazing!” Lydia yelled from coming out of the bathroom. “Like, really amazing.”
You sat up quickly, resting your weight on your hand while Mitch once again chuckled. “I’m aware now, thanks!” You looked down at the man below you who was full on laughing now. “You sound like Stiles when you laugh, and don’t give me that bullshit of you two being twins ‘cause I’m well aware.”
You couldn’t help but smile at him during his laughing fit. While it was true you didn’t really care for Mitch, part of you was starting to like him as a friend. You were lost in your thoughts about Mitch, not noticing that he was looking at you.
“Y/N/N,” he said.
“Mitch.”
“I have to piss.”
“Oh!” you exclaimed, getting up off the couch, pointing towards the hallway. “Uhm, first door on the left.”
Getting up, Mitch gave his thanks as you watched him walk towards the bathroom before you heard the door close.
“Pick your jaw up off the floor,” Lydia said.
You looked at her, confused look on your face. “What are you talking about?” “You’re gawking,” she chuckled. “Just admit that you’re starting to fall for him and fuck his brains out.”
Your jaw just about met the floor at her remark. “What do you mean by that last statement?”
She walked over to you, coffee thermos in hand and a long strap purse on her shoulder, whispering, “Every guy you bring back, you fuck his brains out.”
Disgusted look on your face, you shoot back, “No, I don’t.”
Mitch had come out of the bathroom just as Lydia made her remark, listening to your conversation while leaning against the wall.
“Well, can you at least fuck Mitch within the next - I don’t know - two months?” Lydia continued.
“So, you’re putting a timeframe on this? Lyds, I’m just now getting to the point where I can stand him, and I’m sure he thinks the same of me. I mean, last night was amazing, aside from him threatening a classmate of mine, but still! Him taking me out last night ‘cause Stiles lied about it, and then coming back here after hearing you scream Stiles’ name to watch movies and fall asleep together? I haven’t had just a night like that since, like, high school!”
At your small rant, Lydia looked over and eyed Mitch, the latter putting his finger to his lips, telling her to be quiet at his presence.
“So, what you’re saying is you’d like to have another night like that with him?” she asked.
“Many more!” you exclaimed. “Don’t be offended, but he’s so much hotter than Stiles, more built than that spazz of a man, longer hair and facial hair?! Hot damn!”
“Mitch and Y/N sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G,” Lydia sang.
“Shut up,” you chuckled.
She shared a chuckle with you before perking up, “Ooh! If you guys get married, we’ll be sisters!”
“Okay, you’re thinking way too far ahead. Mitch and I are just now getting to the point where we can stand to be in the same room as each other… we just started being friends.” You looked at her, seeing a smile on her face.”
“Well,” Lydia said, grabbing her keys. “I hope you two stay being friends because you two are way fucking cute together.”
You gawked at her, following her with your eyes as your body turned to face the door. “Lydia Camille-Grace —”
“Bye, I love you! Have a good day!” she said, closing the door on her way out.
Hearing a snicker coming from your right, you looked over at Mitch, his hand covering his mouth. “That’s hilarious.”
Glaring at him, you said, “I’m gonna kill her, then I’m gonna kill you.”
“Before or after you fuck my brains out?”
“Get out,” you said, pointing to the door.
Mitch just laughed, walking towards you. “I’m kidding. Please don’t kick me out.” He put his arms around your shoulders, bringing your back to his chest. “It’s Saturday. What do you normally do on Saturday’s?”
Resting your head on his shoulder, you sighed. “Catch up on homework, my shows, watch a couple movies, soak in the bath for a little while, maybe catch dinner with Stiles. What about you?” You turned your head to look at him.
He shrugged. “Either watch TV, or I—”
Noticing his silence, you scrunch your brows, turning in his hold to wrap your arms around his middle, chin on his chest. “Tell me. Judgment free zone.”
Sighing, he closed his eyes. “Or I’m at some girls' dorm or apartment… getting it on.”
Smiling a little, you whispered, “Sex is a very normal thing.” Pulling out of his hold, you finished your statement while walking to your bedroom. “Trust me, I have enough of it to know. And they’re not very good.”
Mitch followed you, watching as you opened your drawers to look for some clothes for the day. “Last guy you had sex with.”
With a disgusted look and tone to your voice, you said, “Brent Donovan.”
“Wasn’t the guy I cussed out last night, was it?”
“Nope,” you shook your head. “But I also had sex with him, too. Freshman year.”
“You’re not one of those girls who keeps tabs on the guys she fucks, do you?”
“Ew. No.” You turned around to face the window, the blinds and curtains closed. Lifting your shirt, you forgot you had a tattoo on your back, the tattoo that Mitch pointed out.
“Whoa, you have a tattoo?” he asked, walking around your bed to stand behind you, but not close enough to see your naked chest.
“Yeah,” you smiled. “I have four.”
“Can I see the others?”
Nodding, you agreed to show him… after you dressed. You showed him your puzzle piece with a heart near the center, a matching one with your sister. One on the inside of your ankle of an anchor with the saying I refuse to sink curved at the top and bottom. He already saw the one on your back, the saying with brave wings she flies with a heart in the middle of an arrow underneath. The last one you showed, you always covered it with long sleeves, this one meaning the most to you; a breast cancer ribbon, your mom’s birth and death date on the bottom of the ribbon, her name on the curved top.
Noticing the tears in your eyes, Mitch put his hand on the back of your head, gently guiding you towards him, the side of your head resting on his chest, whispering, “She’d love it. She’d love them all ‘cause they’re badass.”
You chuckled, reaching up to wipe the tears that had slid down your cheek. “Thanks. She was gonna get one if she beat it again. Breast cancer.”
“You don’t have to talk about it unless you’re ready.”
You looked up at him, looking deep into his eyes. You noticed the look he was giving, telling yourself you weren’t going to stop it if it happened. “Thanks,” you whispered.
You both leaned towards the other, lips almost touching before you heard your name being yelled by the familiar voice of your male best friend.
“Y/N/N!”
“And Mitch!” said male yelled.
Footsteps of your best friend sounded before you heard his voice. “Why the fuck is Mitch over here?” Stiles stopped his footsteps, standing in your bedroom doorway. Seeing the two of you in an embrace. “Why are you two holding each other like that? And why the hell are you over here? Why didn’t you come home?” Looking over at Stiles, Mitch replied, “We did come back last night, but you and Lydia were fucking like rabbits, Y/N and I decided to come back here to not listen to Lydia scream your name.”
Opening his mouth like he wanted to protest, Stiles stood there, looking around the room before shrugging. “That’s fair.” Knowing how the two of them slept, Stiles decided to leave that subject alone. “So, Y/N/N. What’s the plan for today?” Confused, you asked, “What do you mean?”
Plopping on your bed, Stiles said, “We always hang out on Saturday’s.”
“Saturday nights,” you corrected. “We always try to get dinner on Saturday’s ‘cause I’m busy catching up on stuff.”
“Homework and TV don't count.”
“Sure it does,” Mitch said. “She can do anything she wants during her weekend.”
Getting up from your bed, and a little offended, Stiles asked, “Why are you being defensive?”
“I’m not. We’ll see you at dinner.”
Baffled, Stiles walked out of the bedroom, almost slamming the apartment door shut on his way out.
You gaped at Mitch, unsure of what to say or do.
He turned to you, saying, “Come on. Let’s go get breakfast.”
~~~
A couple of months later, you’ve found yourself in Mitch’s arms more often, having sleepovers at each other’s apartments on nights Stiles and Lydia were over. The two of you never left the couch on those nights, moreso for Mitch’s sake.
He wasn’t afraid, per se, of you entering his room, he just didn’t want you to see the state of it. Your room in your apartment was open and bright, while his was the opposite.
You both were laying on the couch one day in your favorite position; you on top of him, your ear pressed to his chest. He was running his fingers up and down your back when you sighed.
“What’s wrong, babe?” he asked.
The nickname made you smile. He’d been calling you little pet names here and there; babe, baby, sweetheart, doll, kitten, love. His favorite being love.
You tilted your head back to look at his chin, that being the only thing you could see at the moment. “Nothing. Just wondering when we’re gonna stop sleeping on your couch and go to your bedroom.”
You felt him stiffen a little at your comment before he sighed. “You know I’m embarrassed by it.”
“You don’t have to be,” you whispered.
Stopping his fingers, he said, “It’s not like yours. Complete opposite.”
Sitting up, you said, “Mitch, I could give two shits about how your room looks. There could be clothes everywhere and I wouldn’t mind.”
“Yours is so open and bright while mine is not.”
You both looked into each other's eyes, fire burning behind yours. “Are we really about to have an argument over how our bedrooms look? Mine looks like it does because that’s what was drilled into me as a kid; having a clean and bright space. I want to know what was drilled into your head, what kind of space you have.”
He sighed, putting his hands behind his head. “Nothing was really drilled into my head, love.”
“Then show me. Show me or else I’m getting up in five seconds and walking into your room.” You crossed your arms, starting your countdown. “Five… four… three… two… one.” You got up from the couch, quickly making your way to the hallway you knew the bedrooms to be.
“Y/N/N, don’t!” Mitch said, following you. By the time he reached you, his bedroom door was open, you standing in the middle of it.
You turned in a circle, looking at everything. Before you could turn your back to Mitch, he saw the ghost of a smile on your lips. Looking back at his unmade bed, you whispered, “It’s incredible.”
Thinking he heard you wrong, Mitch walked into his room to stand behind you. “What?” You turned to face him, putting your arms around his neck. “I said it’s incredible. It’s you. Messy, but it has personality. The pictures, the posters, the clothes everywhere, your bed is not made.” Smiling, you ran your fingers through the back of his head, threading the strands of hair through your fingers. “It’s you.”
Without hesitation, Mitch leaned down, placing his lips gently on yours. He was letting you take the lead on the kiss, but a few moments later, you returned the kiss, pressing your lips lightly against his, as if to test the waters.
He pulled back and looked into your eyes before diving back in and kissing you more firmly, yet soft at the same time. Without hesitation, you kissed him back, standing on your toes to reach him better.
Mitch guided you back to his bed, the backs of your legs hitting the mattress before the two of you fell onto the bed, laughing. As you both laughed, you reached up your hands, placing your palms on his cheeks.
“You’re a pretty good kisser,” you whispered, a smile on your face.
“You are, too,” Mitch replied, dipping his head to kiss you once more.
Before things could get too heated, a knock on the door sounded, causing Mitch to break away with a groan, his forehead resting on your chest. He picked his back up, looking you in the eyes. “I’ll be right back. Don’t go anywhere.”
Whispering, you said, “Okay,” before pulling his lips back down to yours.
Mitch got up and exited his bedroom, going to the apartment door.
In the two months that you’ve gotten close with Mitch, he’d stopped talking to girls, the only girl he’d wanted to talk to was you. You did the same and quit talking to boys, neither of you having interest in pursuing anything outside of each other, even though you two weren’t officially a couple.
A girl that Mitch had been talking to you a couple of days before you two started being around each other had caught wind of the rumors surrounding you two on campus, but she didn’t want to believe it.
Her and Mitch had made plans two months ago to hang out when her family came back from vacation. So, when Mitch opened the apartment door, he was shocked to see her.
“Katrina? What are you doing here?” he asked.
As she tried to make her way into the threshold of the apartment, she replied, “My family is back from vacation. Remember, we made plans?”
Thinking for a moment, he closed his eyes, realization hitting him. “Shit. I forgot.”
“So, do you want to hang out or not?”
He opened his eyes, the fire in his eyes starting to flicker. “I have company.”
Not believing a word he said, Katrina pushed her way into the apartment, leaving Mitch to stand there, hand on the frame of the door as it hit the wall it was hinged on. “Well, I don’t see her.”
Closing the door, Mitch said, “That’s because she’s in my room.”
“The room that only I have seen?”
“Listen, Katrina. You need to leave.”
“So, can fuck some other girl?!”
You heard her yell the sentence, but wasn’t sure what she meant by that. You stood up from sitting on the bed, slowly walking towards the door when something on Mitch’s nightstand caught your eye.
A book. A little black book. Looking towards the door, you listened to them arguing before turning your sights back to the book. Looking at it made you anxious. You weren’t sure what was inside the book. Part of you wanted to find out while the other part just wanted you to leave it alone.
Listening to the devil on your shoulder, you picked up the book, flipping through the pages. A list of names written. You remembered back a couple months ago when he asked if you kept a book of all the guys you’d fucked. Quietly gasping, you looked back down at the book after having looked up during your through process. “That cheeky little fucker.”
“Where’s the book? Hmm? The one with all the names in it? Is hers in there?”
Quickly flipping to the last page that had names on it, you stopped and stared. There, in black ink, was your name. Tears sprung to your eyes as you walked out of his room, slowly walking down the hallway. “What the fuck is this?”
Looking past Katrina, Mitch saw you holding up the book, tears running down your face. “Y/N/N, it’s not what you think.”
“A little black book with a list of girls names you fucked? Your little scorebook?”
“It’s not like that!”
Shoving the book into his chest before walking towards the door, you said, “I cannot fucking believe you! I thought we had something.” You sniffled, tying your shoes up before looking at the twin you started to develop feelings for. “I guess I was fucking wrong. I hope you have a good time with Blonde Barbie over here.”
You didn’t give him time to reply before opening the door, slamming it shut, Mitch calling your name.
When you arrived at your apartment, Stiles and Lydia were sitting on the couch, eating popcorn and watching a movie. At seeing your state, Lydia paused the movie, the couple standing up. Stiles walked over to you, pulling you into a hug. “What happened?” “Mitch. Mitch happened.”
Stiles left without saying a word, ready to confront his brother.
~~~
“Mitch!” Stiles yelled, upon entering their shared apartment. “Mitch, I know you’re here!” Stiles walked to his brother's room and opened the door, letting it slam on the wall. “What the fuck, bro!”
Sitting up on the edge of his bed, Mitch put his head in his hands. “I know, Stiles. I know.”
“What happened between you and Y/N that’s making her cry hysterically?”
The twins looked at each other, Stiles waiting for an explanation. After a moment’s silence, Mitch explained what happened; that Katrina had showed up while you had found his little black book.
“Dude,” Stiles said. “Keeping a book? That’s sick. I mean, it’s almost normal for you, but it’s still sick.”
“I know, dude,” Mitch replied. He motioned to his computer desk, explaining that he threw the book out after he told Katrina to leave. “I really like her, dude.”
“Who? Katrina?”
“No, dumbass. Y/N. I really like her.”
“Well, you better make it up to her or else she won’t take you back.”
“Take me back? What do you mean?” Mitch stood, eyes narrowed at his brother.
Stuttering with his words, Stiles tried to stall instead of telling Mitch the truth about what you revealed to him a couple weeks back.
“Stiles,” Mitch said, taking slow steps towards his brother. “What do you mean?”
“N-now, remember, Mitch, I’m older by 2 minutes,” Stiles said.
“You mean younger by two minutes,” Mitch corrected. Spotting his phone through the corner of his eye, Mitch grabbed it, ready to text you and ask what Stiles was talking about.
“Don’t call her! Don’t text her!” Stiles exclaimed. “I’ll tell you everything.”
~~~
About an hour after Stiles told his twin the truth about you and your feelings, Mitch raced over to your apartment, the one you shared with Lydia. He knocked on the door, hoping to see your face on the other side, but instead was met with Lydia’s, whose stare on him turned from neutral to one of slight rage.
“You better be here to apologize,” she said.
“I am. Believe me, I am,” Mitch replied. “Is she here? I just need to talk to her.”
Crossing her arms, Lydia said, “Oh, she’s here alright, and she doesn’t want to see you.”
“Lydia–”
“Who’s at the door?” you said, walking into view. Once you locked eyes with Mitch, the tears returned, the ones you willed away about five minutes prior. “Go the fuck away!”
“Just let me explain.”
“Explain what? That you kept a book of all your sexual escapades? And how my name was at the bottom of that list?”
Sighing, he put his hands on his hips. “I never meant for you to see it. I swear, I was gonna throw it out if we got more serious.”
You narrowed your eyes at him, unaware of his feelings, so you decided to voice your thoughts. “So, what, you like me or something?”
“Yes,” he sighed. “I like you. A lot. Right before Stiles showed up, I told Katrina it was over between her and I, not that anything was going on between us.” He walked more into the apartment towards you. As he stepped closer to you, he explained, “Look, Y/N. You’re the only girl I can see myself having a future with. The past two months have opened my eyes at what we could have. Yes, we hated each other just two months ago, but now that I’ve gotten to know you, I can’t picture my life without you in it.”
You looked down at your hands, seeing your fingers laced with his. Looking back up at him, tears sprung to your eyes again. “Lydia. Go to Stiles’.”
“Why?” she asked, confused.
“ ‘Cause I’m gonna fuck his brains out,” you said, immediately kissing Mitch after. You didn’t hear her grab her bag or keys as Mitch backed you up, leading you to your bedroom.
Once you both came to a stop, you were able to register the backs of your knees on the mattress. You had pulled away from Mitch, looking into his eyes, letting him set the pace. “What do you want me to do, Mitch?”
He looked you up and down before looking behind you at the bed. Putting a hand on your shoulder, he gently led your back to the mattress. “Lay down, love.”
The nickname would’ve made you drop to your knees if you weren’t lying on your back. “What else?”
“Why are you asking me these questions?” he asked, hovering over you.
Shrugging, you stated, “Just letting you set the pace before, ya’know,--”
“You fuck my brains out?”
Smiling at each other, you giggled. “Oh, yeah. So that I can fuck your brains out.”
“I’m hinting at some sarcasm.”
“We’ll talk about sarcasm later. All I want right now,” you said, putting your hands in his hair. “Is for you to make me feel good so that I can do the same to you.”
Mitch smirked, leaning down to press his lips to yours as he said, “Sounds like a plan.”
Your lips moved in sync, his tongue asking for entrance which you gladly accepted. You explored each other’s mouths, neither of you battling for dominance; just exploration.
Mitch pulled away for a moment, a whine of protest sounding from you before a light gasp and happy sigh sounded. You could feel Mitch’s smile against your neck, his lips searching for your sweet spot, which he found.
You carded your hands through his hair a little harder, a quiet moan sounding from your mouth, his name falling from your lips.
He wanted to hear his name on your lips again, so he ran his tongue along your sweet spot before wrapping his lips around it, sucking a bruise to the spot.
“Mmmm, fuck,” you whispered. “Mitch.”
He released your sweet spot before looking you in your eyes. Deeply. Mitch knew that he wanted to be with you, and he knew you felt the same. His brain was swirling with thoughts, so he decided to voice them. “I’ll make you a deal.”
“Okay,” you whispered, hands going into his hair, gently.
“I make you feel good this round. Next time, you can make me feel good.”
A hint of a smile ghosted your face before you nodded your head. “Okay.”
“Okay.” He leaned back down, pressing his lips to yours in a sweet kiss. Without detaching his lips from yours, he asked you to scoot back some, which you did. Putting his hands on your back, he sat the both of you up, you now sitting in his lap, legs wrapped around his hips.
Lifting your shirt from the bottom, you lifted your arms into the air, letting him discard the material. After a small thud was heard from your shirt hitting the ground, Mitch put his hands on your back, fingertips barely touching the bottom of your bra.
“You’re so beautiful,” he whispered.
You giggled. “That’s normally something guys say after they take off the bra.”
“Well, I decided to say it early, how ‘bout that?” He chuckled before you leaned forward, pressing your lips to his again.
He laid you back down before moving to your chest, kissing the tops of your breasts and the valley between them before moving down to your stomach, pressing light, feather kisses to your abdomen.
Mitch put his fingers on the top of your pants waistband, looking back up at you, silently asking you to lift your hips, to which you obliged. He slid the material down your legs, stealthy taking your panties with them, letting both drop to the floor in a light thud.
Without missing a beat, Mitch licked a stripe up your core, your head pressing back into the mattress while a hand went to his hair.
“Mitch,” you breathed as he expertly used his tongue in ways you’ve never felt. You moaned louder upon feeling two fingers enter your core, your head shooting up to look at the top of his head. Once you felt your release coming, you voiced it causing Mitch to stop. You looked him in the eyes, disbelief written all over your face. “What the f–”
“Where’s your condoms?” he asked.
“Top drawer, nightstand.”
He looked behind him, seeing the nightstand in question. Leaning back, he opened the drawer, stopping dead in his tracks, chuckling. “It’s so organized.”
“We can talk about my organization skills later,” you said. “I need your dick in me now so that I can cum.”
Chuckling again, he reached for a condom before standing from the bed to pull his jeans and boxers down, releasing his pulsating length.
“Holy shit!” you exclaimed. “Damn, Mitch.”
“Still like what you see?” he asked, brow raised with a smirk on his lips.
“Yes. Now, wrap it so you can tap this.”
Mitch rolled the rubber down his length before dipping his head, licking one last stripe upon your pussy before lining himself up with your entrance. “Just do something for me.”
“Anything.”
“Scream in pleasure,” he said, pushing himself into you, a loud moan tearing from your throat.
Mitch set a soft and slow pace to start before moving a little faster.
“Mitch,” you moaned.
“Yes, love?” he breathed.
“Must go faster.”
He breathed a chuckle before moving faster and a little harder.
“Mmmmm, harder!”
Mitch sat on his knees, grabbing your hips to start pounding into you, a pleasurable scream sounding from your throat.
“Good girl - that’s a good fucking girl,” he panted. After watching your covered breasts bounce a few good times, he started to feel his own release coming. “Fuck, I’m gonna cum soon.”
“Me, too, keep going,” you breathed. “Keep going, I’m almost there.”
Mitch reached down, thumb lightly pressing to your clit in circles.
“Fuck! Don’t stop,” you moaned. “Don’t stop, don’t stop, don’t –” A moan cut you off with the feel of your release, your pussy squeezing Mitch’s cock, causing him to give his own release.
He let go of your hips, leaning forward to hover over you while putting his weight on his elbows so as to not crush you completely.
You both were breathing heavily, your hands going back to his hair. In between breaths, you said, “That… was… amazing.”
Mitch chuckled before looking you in the eyes, one of your hands coming down to his cheek. “Yeah, it was.” He leaned down, pressing a kiss to your lips, one you happily returned.
The two of you parted, Mitch sitting back up to get off the bed. You watched him as he poked his head out of your bedroom door before hurrying across the hall to the bathroom. When he returned, you were already laying under your covers with a piece of clothing on that Mitch, once again, chuckled at. “You look good in my shirts.”
“Haven’t we already established that?” you asked, pulling the blankets back for him to crawl under.
After putting his boxers back on, he said while getting into your bed, “Maybe. I don’t remember.”
You laughed as he put his arm around your shoulders, bringing you into him. Looking up at him, you placed your hand back on his cheek, guiding his eyes to look into yours. “Thank you.”
“For what?” he asked, confused.
“For showing me that enemies can turn into lovers in a matter of a few months.”
He smirked, “Anytime, love. Anytime.”
Smiling yourself, you put your head on his shoulder, closing your eyes. “You’re so annoying.”
Biggest Regret - Stilinski Twins
Author: @harringtonstilinski Characters: Mitch Stilinski x Reader, Stiles Stilinski x Reader Word Count: 2,047 Warnings: angst, small bit of fluff Smut: no | yes; Requested: Yes! Tumblr media
Heartbreak. That’s all that I felt today… heartbreak. My boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me… for another girl. The prettiest girl I ever laid eyes on. Her name; Katrina. I saw her every single day. Why? Because she was in one of my classes.
“W-what?” I stammered. “You’re… you’re breaking up with me?”
Mitch nodded, eyes cast down. “Yeah.”
Yeah. That’s all he said.
“Why?” I asked, face scrunched, hurt evident.
He shrugged. “I met someone else. Ended up falling for her, I guess.”
A tear fell down my cheek. I didn’t bother to wipe it away. Not knowing what else to say, I turned around, fully intending on packing his shit.
“Don’t bother,” Mitch said, interrupting my finding of his things. “I already packed my things.”
Slamming the dresser drawer shut, I set my hands on top of the dresser, head hanging down. I sighed, whispering, “I can’t believe this.”
“What?” Mitch asked. I could tell he stepped closer because his voice was more near my ear.
Turning around, my voice was a little louder as I said, “I can’t believe this.” I looked him in his eyes, not seeing an ounce of regret. “You’re seriously gonna throw away three years all because of a girl?”
He closed his eyes, sighing. “It wasn’t my intention.”
“Did you just happen to be studying with her one night and then just… just… I don’t know, kiss her?!” I was full of anger at this point. Actually, I was more than angry. I was enraged. “You cannot stand here and tell me that I’m not worth fighting for. That we aren’t worth fighting for.”
Mitch didn’t say anything at first. When he went to open his mouth, his phone rang, interrupting our moment. He looked down at it, eyes flashing a little bit of relief. Motioning towards the door, he said, “I gotta go. It’s–”
“Katrina?” I asked, arms folded.
He nodded. “Yup.” He picked up his bag, turning to walk out of the door.
I followed him, saying, “You’re gonna regret this one day, Mitch Stilinski. Big time.”
Turning his head to face me with his hand on the doorknob, he said, “Doubt it. She doesn’t make me second guess my every move, my every thought, my every word. She makes me feel like I can say or do anything, and not have any regrets about it.” With that, he turned and walked out of my apartment, leaving me stunned.
I don’t know how it had been before I moved to find my phone, calling my best friend, who answered on the second ring.
“Hey, Y/N/N, what’s–”
“I need to get shitfaced. You up for it?”
~~~
Two Years Later
“Babe, no,” I said. “That’s not right.”
“What do you mean that’s not right?”
“Look, in order to find out why the perp did it, you have to find the motive. Just saying that you know why they did it without having the motive, you basically have no case. You have to find the motive behind the why.”
Stiles looked at me like I had two heads. I sighed as he picked up the case file in front of him, looking at the contents of the folder. He looked back up at me, my face showing a small smirk.
“Will you help me?” he asked, doe-eyes on full display.
I chuckled, standing from my spot at the dining table. “Of course,” I answered, walking over to him and straddling his lap. Setting my hands on his shoulders, I sighed. “I’ll always help.”
He smirked, bringing his hands from my outer thighs to my cheeks, bringing my face closer to his. Our lips met in a subtle kiss. Our lips moved in gentle sync for a moment before his tongue traced my bottom lip, but before our tongues could dance between our cheeks, his phone rang.
I groaned, setting my forehead on his shoulder as he leaned us forward, grabbing his phone from the table. I felt him stiffen after he leaned back, so I looked at him. “What?”
Instead of answering me, he answered his phone. “Dad?”
My brows furrowed as I looked at the man I’d been with for almost 2 years. After Mitch decided to dump me for another woman, Stiles and I went and got shitfaced drunk. I couldn’t remember what happened at the club that night, but what I do remember is waking up next to Stiles the next  morning, clothing optional.  We talked about what happened and decided that we both would wait until I was over his twin before we would give us a chance. A month went by after that night before I had decided to give Stiles a shot. Here we are, two years later.
Bringing me out of my memories, Stiles patted my leg, silently asking me to stand up. “What do you mean, Dad? What happened?” Stiles asked, standing from his chair to pace the area behind the furniture he previously occupied. “Should I–? Even–? Okay. I’m on my way.”
I watched as Stiles hung up the phone, looking at me with somber eyes. “I have to go to the hospital.”
“What, why? Is your dad–”
“Babe, he’s fine. It’s…” he stopped his words, looking down at our feet.
“Stiles?” I inquired. I placed my hands on the sides of his face. “Tell me. I can handle it.”
He sighed, turning his head to kiss the palm of my hand. “It’s Mitch.” He looked at me, my gaze fuming. “Dad wants you at the hospital, but–”
“Mitch doesn’t want me there,” I concluded.
Stiles sighed again, nodding his head. I sighed, heavily, turning towards the kitchen. “That’s fine,” I said, putting everything away from dinner.
“Y/N/N,” Stiles tried.
“Nope,” I said, dismissively. “Go. Go be with your family.” I turned around to face him, placing a kiss to his lips that he didn’t have to react to. “I’ll be fine. Just gonna clean up and maybe have a glass of wine.”
I heard Stiles sigh as I put our leftovers in containers. “Alright,” he said. “I’ll be back later. If you get tired, don’t wait up for me. I love you.”
I turned around to face him, eyes full of adoration. “I love you, too.”
~~~
I didn’t know why the mention of Mitch put me on edge, but it did. Yes, I knew about the beach attack. I also knew about Mitch’s involvement with the CIA, even though I wasn’t supposed to know.
I only knew because… I also worked with the CIA, just in a different setting. See, while Mitch went out into the field and did all the ass-kicking, I was sitting behind a desk, doing copious amounts of paperwork. Another part of my job? Sniffing out recruits. No, I didn’t sniff Mitch out for Irene Kennedy. She did that all on her own, and while she handled all the hardcore stuff… I handled, what I like to call, the softcore stuff.
I was about 3 glasses of wine in when my phone rang. Caller ID said that it was Stiles, but when I answered the phone with “Hey, babe,”, it wasn’t his voice that I heard.
“Babe? Why would you–”
I felt my blood run cold. Mitch. I didn’t say anything else. I just stood, frozen in my spot. Bringing my phone from my ear, I looked at the screen, contemplating hanging up… that is until I heard Mitch’s voice again.
“I asked Stiles if I could borrow his phone. I wasn’t going to call, but… I guess I did anyway.”
“Why?” I asked, without missing a beat.
He was silent for a moment before he said quietly, “I wanted to hear your voice, I guess.”
I let out an incredulous chuckle. “I don’t believe that.”
“Y/N/N–”
“No!” I interrupted. “You broke up with me. You cheated on me. You fell in love with another girl, and broke my fucking heart. Guess who was there to pick up the pieces? Yeah. Stiles. I love him, Mitch.”
“No, you don’t,” he growled. “You don’t love him. You’re using him as a rebound. You–”
Slapping my hand on my outer thigh, I exclaimed, “We got together a year after you left me, Mitch! I genuinely fell for Stiles. I–” I stopped my words, thinking about why we would be having this conversation. “Are– are you jealous?”
“What? No.”
“No, you are. You’re fucking jealous. You’re in denial. You regret it.”
“I’m not jealous.”
“Or you’re using me as a rebound from Katrina.” I instantly regretted bringing Katrina up after what happened to her. Yeah, it was a hit below the belt, and I shouldn’t have brought it up. I guess part of me wanted him to really regret leaving me. I sighed. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to bring her up. I know you’re still devastated over losing her–”
“Did you know that I proposed to her? Five minutes before she died, she said yes.”
Looking down at my feet, I quietly said, “I know.”
Mitch was quiet for a moment before he sighed. “Can you come see me? I’m all bandaged up, but… can you please come see me?”
I mulled over it for a few seconds before I nodded, forgetting that he can’t see me. “Yeah. I can come up there. We can talk more.”
~~~
When I got to the hospital, I was nervous as hell. Just thinking about what Mitch would say and if Stiles and their dad were still here. That question quickly became answered as I watched both of them walk out of where I’m assuming Mitch’s room is.
“Y/N?” Stiles asked, facial expression confused. “What are you doing here?”
Sighing, I said, “Mitch wanted to see me. So, I relented and came up here. Hey, Sheriff.” I hugged him, moving back to stand in front of two out the three Stilinski men. “Okay, uhm, I’m just gonna go in there and see what he wants. Shouldn’t take too long.” I walked up to Stiles, pressing my lips to his cheek. There used to be a spark there every time I kissed him, but today… no spark. Damn it.
I didn’t look at Stiles as I passed him, going into Mitch’s room, not wanting to look at him, but when I did, tears sprung to my eyes seeing all the bandages on his arm and leg, IV attached to him.
He held his good arm around, telling me to come to him with the movement of his head. So I did. And it felt right. He held me tight after I got as comfortable as I could on him, careful not to hurt his leg or lay on his IV line.
“I’m sorry,” I quietly sobbed. “I’m so sorry.”
“Shhh, it’s okay,” he said. “It’s not your fault. This happens in my line of–”
“Not about you being hurt, about everything else. About Katrina, me and Stiles getting together, just… fucking everything.”
He put a finger under my chin, lifting my head up so that our eyes could meet. “It’s okay. You’re here now, that’s what matters.”
“But your dad told Stiles that you didn’t want me to come see you. Why the change of heart?”
Mitch shrugged. “Maybe I didn’t want to see you to the point where I wanted to see you.”
“That doesn’t make sense,” I lightly chuckled.
“No, but what does, is this,” he said, cupping my cheek to lean down as best he could to catch my lips with his.
There’s that spark. The spark that started to die with Stiles. It’s crazy how I’ve now had both Stilinski boys, but I’ve been madly in love with one since I knew what love was. When we pulled apart, he rested his forehead against mine.
“I still love you, ya’know,” he whispered. “I loved Katrina, too, but I think I loved you more. And still do.”
“I still love you, Mitch,” I whispered back.
Since it was getting pretty late, I laid my head on his shoulder, still being very mindful of his state. I sighed, closing my eyes as I heard him say, “Letting you go was my biggest regret, and I don’t plan on letting you go again.”

“Are you coming?”
“I can’t! I can’t do that to Stiles! He’s my best friend!”
“He’s with Dad at the station. He’s not even here.”
There was a pause between our words before I sighed. “Does he have a clue?”
“No. He’s too spazzed out to even focus on trying to figure us out.”
I sighed again. “Fine. I’ll come over. But the moment your dad and Stiles walk through the door, that’s it. We’re done.”
“We’re done?”
“Not done done. Just… done for the night… or while Stiles is around.”
I could tell he was thinking about his reply on his end of the phone. “Okay.”
I smiled, bringing my bottom lip between my teeth. “Okay. I’ll see you tonight.”
~~~
The moment I stepped into the Stilinski household, the oldest Stilinski twin’s lips were on mine, his arm going around my back while he closed the front door with the other.
“Well, hello to you, too,” I mutter against his lips.
“No talking,” he muttered against mine.
I chuckled, causing a smile to break out on my lips. The only thing I could feel was his lips on my teeth.
“Babe,” he said, lips still on my teeth. “I’m very happy to see you, but all I want right now is your lips on mine before we have to, in your words, be done for the night.”
“Okay, okay,” I replied, pressing my lips back against his.
He picked me up, walking us to the couch. I only knew that because I knew the layout of this house like the backs of my hands.
Mitch and I have secretly been seeing each other for about three years now. It was inevitable, really. I’ve always had feelings for him, and he’s told me that his feelings started when we were Freshmen in High School, and we started dating our Junior year. We’re Sophomores in college now.
He’s the one who wanted us to start seeing each other. I didn’t want Stiles to know, so he added on to it.
“Y/N, I really like you, and I want to be with you. So, will you? Be my girlfriend, that is,” Mitch asked, the both of us laying on his bed.
I sighed and looked at him. “I like you, too, Mitch. But I can’t do that to Stiles. I can’t see you, having him know. I’m not sure how he’ll react.”
“He’s with Malia. It’ll be fine,” he said. “But if it makes you feel better, we can keep it a secret from him.”
My brows drew in, confusion written all over my face. “You’d do that? For me?”
He nodded. “Of course. Whatever you want.”
I put my hand on the side of his face, a small smile on my lips. “Okay,” I whispered. “Let’s do it.”
He pressed his lips to mine, lightly for a moment before pulling back, our lips separating with a small smack. We looked at each other for a few moments before he dipped his head back to mine, more hunger in the kiss than before.
I guess I had blacked out because the next thing I knew, my lips were parting from his, Mitch’s hand on my outer thigh to keep my leg up on his waist, my hands in his hair.
“I love you,” he whispered.
“I love you, too,” I whispered back.
Yes, we’ve already said I love you to each other, and no, we didn’t wait the “right amount of time” before we said it. We started saying it about three or so weeks after we started seeing each other.
As he dipped his back down, I heard the sound of muffled doors shutting, so I tapped his shoulders. “Mitch, babe. I think they’re back.”
“They’re not due back until about 10 tonight,” he breathed.
“No, really, I think–”
The sound of keys in the lock made Mitch stop abruptly, the both of us listening for the lock to… unlock… that was never relocked after I got here.
We listened to voices on the other side of the door, one of them saying my name and the fact that I was here. I could hear the confusion in their voice.
The doorknob turned, Mitch and I both jumped off the couch; me going into the kitchen, and him going to the bottom of the stairs to act as if he was just coming down them.
“Mitch! Y/N!” Stiles’ voice rang out.
“Why is she here?” I heard Malia ask.
“Maybe her parents aren’t home?” Stiles asked.
“Whatever the case,” Sheriff said. “You both know she’s welcome. Anytime.”
I walked out of the kitchen, bowl of chips in hand. “Thank you, Sheriff,” I smiled. I looked over to my right, seeing Mitch looking at his phone. “Oh. Hey, Mitch. I didn’t know you were home.”
He looked up at me, an unamused look on his face. “You didn’t see that hunk of junk outside?”
Shaking my head, I put a chip in my mouth. “Nope.”
He hummed, walking past me. “Shocking.”
I know him acting like an ass is an act when it comes to me, but I can’t lie and say it doesn’t hurt because it does. I sighed and walked to the couch, sitting down and turning the TV on. Feeling Malia’s eyes on me, I looked at her. “What?”
“Why are you here?” she asked.
“Because I was bored at my own home, so I came here?” I said. “You should know I pretty much live here.”
“Maybe you shouldn’t,” she said. “You’re Stiles’ best friend not his girlfriend. That’s me.”
“I never once said that I was here for Stiles, and even if I was, it would be to do this, right here.” I pointed to the chips and TV. “Hang out. That’s it.”
“Well,” she said, standing from the chair she was sitting in. “That ends here.” She sat down next to me, grabbing the bowl of chips. “You either stay away from Stiles, or I’ll make you.”
Tears welled in my eyes, so I quickly got up and ran up the stairs into the bathroom that connected Mitch and Stiles’ rooms. I locked both doors so that neither of the boys walked in on me crying.
I heard the door rattle after a few minutes, automatically thinking it was Stiles. “Go away, Stiles!”
“Not Stiles.”
I quickly looked at the door to Mitch’s room, walking quickly to unlock it. As soon as I opened the door, two strong arms were around my waist, my own going around Mitch’s neck. I let out a quiet sob, his arms tightening around me just slightly.
“What happened?” Mitch pulled back, putting my face in his hands, thumbs catching the tears coming back my cheeks. “Why are you crying?”
“It’s stupid,” I whispered, looking down at his chest.
He brought my eyes back to his, a stern look on his face. “What. Happened?”
I sighed. “Malia basically threatened me. She told me that I needed to stay away from Stiles or else she’d make me. I don’t even like Stiles like that. It’s strictly platonic between him and I.”
He had that look in his eyes that I was all too familiar with.
“Mitch, I love you. I’m with you. Not Stiles. He’s my best friend. You’re both; my best friend and my boyfriend.”
Soft and understanding eyes. That’s what I saw flash in Mitch’s eyes as he nodded. Leaning forward, he pressed his lips to my forehead. “I love you, too,” he muttered. He pulled away to look me in the eyes. “Come on. Let’s watch a movie.”
~~~
Two and a half hours later, I felt like I couldn’t keep my eyes open, I was so tired. Crying over your best friend's girlfriend giving you an ultimatum really drains everything out of you. I yawned for the fifteenth time, Mitch finally noticing.
“You want me to take you home?” he asked.
“I don’t want to go home,” I replied. “Just wanna lay with you.”
I felt his arms wrap around me, tight but loose. “Okay. You can stay.” “I gotta ask your dad,” I yawned, getting up.
I went down the stairs, searching for Sheriff. When I found him in the dining room, sitting at the table, I rested my shoulder and head against the connecting wall. “Hey, Sheriff?”
He looked up at me, a smile on his face. “Y/N. How are ya?” “Tired,” I chuckled, lightly. “Is it okay if I stay over? I can barely stay awake.”
“Sure,” he smiled. “Stiles took the Jeep to take Malia home anyway.”
I nodded. “Good, that’s good.” I walked away, hearing Sheriff chuckle.
Once I made it back to Mitch’s room, I went straight for my drawer, picking out my favorite clothing pieces to wear to bed; one of Mitch’s shirts he’s going to claim he’s been looking for, and a pair of sleeping shorts.
I plopped down on the bed, Mitch’s chuckle sounding in my ears. “You sound like your dad.”
He laughed at that, carefully tugging on my arm. “Come here.”
I moved back to lay beside him, the two of us cuddling as I sighed. “Perfect.”
“You’re perfect,” Mitch said. He placed a hand on my chin, bringing my lips up to his.
What we didn’t realize was that Stiles had come home sometime in between me asking Sheriff if I could stay and Mitch and I kissing.
“What the fuck is going on here?” Stiles asked.
Mitch and I pulled apart, sitting up. “Stiles, we can explain.”
“It’s about time you two got together!”
Mitch and I looked at each other, confused. I looked at Stiles, asking, “How long do you think we’ve been together? And… you’re okay with this?”
“I’m more than okay with it!” he said. “And, I know you two have been seeing each other for the last couple months. You two aren’t very sneaky.” He walked back to his room, leaving Mitch and I confused.
We looked at each other and laughed, laying back on the mattress.
“Well,” Mitch said. “The rest of the school year is going to be fun.”
All I could do was look at him, a smile on my face. “I love you.” “I love you, too.”
I laid my head on his chest, closing my eyes. “Stiles doesn’t know.”

It was the night before the first day of school and I just hopped out of the shower. I could hear my brother in the room next to mine preparing for his lacrosse practice tomorrow. As I was setting my phone down to charge I heard a creaking noise coming from downstairs. I quickly poked my head out of my room, “Scott? Did you hear that?”
Scott appeared from his room with a metal bat in hand, “Yeah, stay behind me.”
“You’re the one with asthma, maybe I should be protecting you.”
“Really (Y/N/N),” though I couldn’t see my twins face I knew he rolled his eyes when he answered.
As we slowly descended the stairs, my hand on Scott’s shoulder, we kept our eyes and ears peeled. We couldn’t see anyone inside so Scott slowly opened the front door and screamed. As soon as I saw who the intruder was I rolled my eyes and leaned on the door frame.
“Stiles, what the hell are you doing?” Scott exclaimed.
Stiles Stilinski, my brother’s dorky childhood best friend, was hanging upside down from our roof. “You weren’t answering your phone! Why do you have a bat?”
“We thought you were a predator!”
“Predator?” I mumbled giving Scott a questioning look.
Stiles laughed as he clumsily got down down from our roof, “Look, I know it’s late, but you guys got to hear this. My dad left twenty minutes ago. Dispatch call. They’re bringing in every officer of the Beacon department and even the state police.”
“For what?” Scott and I asked in unison.
“They found a body in the woods,” Stiles replied.
“A dead body?”
I scoffed, “Obviously Scott. They wouldn’t send that many people out there if they were looking for a body of water.”
Scott glared at me and then turned to Stiles who was trying to hide a snicker by continuing talking. “It was a girl probably in her twenties. Nobody knows what happened to her yet.”
“Wait, if they found the body, what are they looking for?” I question Stiles, as I stood up straighter and Scott nodded in agreement, wondering the same thing.
Stiles started to grin, it was the same grin he gets when he’s about to tell us some stupid idea, “That’s the best part... They only found half of the body! We’re going, so get dressed.”
My eyes widened as I started shaking my head, “Yeah right, we have school tomorrow and I am not stomping around through the woods looking for half of a body. You two idiots have fun and tell me about it tomorrow.” I then waved goodbye over my shoulder as I headed upstairs to get a good night’s sleep for classes the next day.

~ BEEP BEEP BEEP~
I quickly slammed my hand down to shut off my alarm then let out a groan. I slowly pulled my blankets off and stretched before getting fully out of my warm bed. I went to my closet and pulled out a black long sleeve crop top, black skinny jeans, and gold heels. I applied my usual smokey eye and mascara then brushed my chocolate brown hair. I checked my mirror to make sure y outfit, makeup and hair all looked good then made my way to the bathroom Scott and I share. I quickly brushed my teeth then headed downstairs with my bag and phone.
“Morning mother,” I gave my mom a quick kiss on the cheek and grabbed a granola bar from the pantry.
“Good morning, sleep well?” She questioned as she sipped her coffee.
“Yeah, just wished I could have slept longer.”
My mom chuckled, “Of course you do, that’s all you ever want.”
I dramatically gasped and put my hand over my heart, “Mother! That is not true! How could you say such a thing!”
She then rolled her eyes and smiled, “Is your brother up?”
“I think so, it sounded like he was getting ready when I was in the bathroom.”
“Could you double-check for me, I don’t want you two to be late on your first day back.”
“Sorry, no can do. Lydia texted, she just pulled up.” I then headed out the door and shouted a quick goodbye and I love you to my mother.
*_*_*_*_*_*
When Lydia and I arrived at the school we were talking about the classes we had together and what we were looking forward to for the coming year.
“Hey, Lydia! You look--” I glanced to the side, recognizing the voice, and rolled my eyes seeing Stiles call for my best friend. I admired his persistence but wished he would stop trying, knowing that he was just embarrassing himself. Lydia and I continued walking and stopped by our lockers that were right next to each other.
Someone came up behind me and grabbed my waist as I let out a shriek.
“I told you to stop doing that!” I said turning around and slapping the arm of the culprit.
“Sorry babe,” my boyfriend, Nate, replied with a smirk then pressed a quick kiss to my lips.
Nate and I have been together for a little over a year and we have been in the same friend group since I can remember. He was my first everything/ First boyfriend, first kiss, first time, and first love. I honestly don’t remember a time when I didn’t have him, Lydia, Lydia’s boyfriend Jackson, and Jackson’s best friend Danny by my side.
I shook my head but smiled quickly shutting my locker, then turned to Lydia, “See you after first period!”
She gave me a bright smile and a nod then turned walking away, probably to find Jackson. Nate then grabbed my hand and walked with me to our first class, History.
History dragged by with the only interesting thing being that the teacher brought up the body in the wood before class began.
After class Nate and I met up with Lydia who Immediately grabbed my hand and dragged us over to a girl I didn’t recognize. “This jacket is totally killer. Where did you get it?” Lydia asks bringing the girl’s attention to the three of us.
“My mom was a buyer from a boutique back in San Francisco.”
Lydia glanced at me then smiled at the new girl, “And you are our new best friend.”
I quickly smiled and stuck my hand out, “(Y/N) McCall, that’s Lydia Martin. A pleasure to meet you.”
“You too, I’m Allison Argent.” She smiled back and shook my hand. I saw Allison glance behind us so I turned my head just in time to see Jackson grab Lydia’s waist and kiss her.
“So, this weekend, there’s a party...” Lydia quickly invited Allison.
“Friday night, you should come,” Jackson continued.
“Oh, I can’t, it’s family night on Friday... But thanks for asking.” Allison quickly declined. Little known fact about me, I can easily pick up when someone is lying and without a doubt in my mind I knew Allison was lying. I do have to give her credit though, she said the lie so fast that it was very believable for the others around me.
“You sure? Everyone’s going after the game.” ate joined into the conversation, his arm casually slung over my shoulders.
“You mean football?”
“No, football here is kinda a joke. He’s talking about lacrosse.” I said, “They have practice in a few minutes. If you don’t have anything else to do Lydia and I were going to watch.”
“Well, I was going to...”
“Perfect! You’ll come!” Lydia exclaimed before Allison could complete the sentence.
*_*_*_*_*_*
As soon as we got to the field Lydia, Allison, and I found a seat on the bleachers. I looked towards the field so that I could find Nate, Scott, and Stiles. I quickly found all three but frowned when I saw Scott making his way to the goal. “He’s never played goal before, why is he starting now?” I quietly mumbled.
I then heard Allison ask Lydia, “Who is that?”
“Him? That’s Scott, (Y/N) twin. Why?”
“He’s in my English class, first period.”
The whistle blows, letting everyone know that practice has begun and Scott immediately  takes a ball to the head. I winced and crossed y fingers hoping that he would start actually stopping balls, and not with his face. The next few shots turned out a lot better. Scott was stopping every ball that came his way and to be honest, I was quite surprised by how well he was doing.
I couldn’t help the wide smile that was on my face as he was catching the balls. “He seems pretty good,” Allison says after a little bit.
“He’s been practicing all summer,” I smiled at her.
I could tell that Jackson and Nate were both getting annoyed. They were the two best players on the team and watching Scott outshine them made them angry. Jackson quickly pushed his way to the front to take a shot and try to scare my brother. I rolled my eyes and waited in anticipation. Scott easily blocked the shot and I jumped out of my seat, “Woohoo, Scott!” He looked my way and sent me a big smile.
*_*_*_*_*_*
When school ended Nate walked me out of the building, “Are you coming to my house?”
“Sorry, I can’t. I promised my brother I would help him with something.” I gave him a quick kiss, “I’ll call you later.”
I headed to Stiles’ jeep where the two dorks were waiting for me. “I don’t know why you are dating him,” Stiles groaned as soon as I was sitting in the back seat.
I rolled my eyes and started changing my shoes to my black vans, “Good thing you don’t need to know why since you aren’t in the relationship.”
“Stiles has a point (Y/N), Nate’s kinda an asshole.”
“Jackson is kinda an asshole. Nate is sweet, I know he doesn’t really get along with you guys but he’s working on it. I’m making him.”
Soon we were at the Beacon Hills Preserve, where Scott lost his inhaler and apparently got bit by a wolf. The boys caught me up in the car about what happened last night. And yes, I became the usual protective sister when he said a wolf bit him.
Once I was caught up we were trekking through the woods I tuned out the boys so I could focus on searching for Scott’s inhaler. Those things are expensive and mom does not have the money to replace it. When I finally decided to listen to the conversation I wasn’t sure if I herd them correctly. “You smell things?” Like what?” Stiles was asking Scott.
“Like the mint gum in your pocket.”
Stiles started to reach into his pocket while mumbling that he didn’t have gum in his pocket, only to pull his hand out with a piece of mint gum. Stiles and I both looked shocked that Scott guessed that correctly. “So, this all started with the bite?” I questioned my twin.
“What if it’s like an infection? Like... my body is full of adrenaline before I go into shock or something.” Scott was starting to panic.
Before I could try and calm him down Stiles replied, “You know what, I actually think I heard of this, it’s a specific kind of infection.”
Scott and I both gave Stiles a questioning glance waiting for him to continue. “Yeah, I think it’s called lycanthropy.”
I smirked and shook my head as Stiles continued, “It’s pretty bad but only once a month.”
“Once a month?” Scott was now looking between Stiles and myself.
I nodded my head agreeing with Stiles, “Yeah, I’ve heard of this too. It’s only bad on the night of the full moon.” Stiles and I then shared a knowing glance and both started to howl. Our howls got cut short as Scott hit our arms and the two of us started laughing.
“It’s not funny, there is something seriously wrong with me!”
“We know! You’re a werewolf!” I exclaimed with a huge smile on my face. If look could kill, I would be dead because of the intense glare Scott gave me. “Friday is a full moon, Stiles make sure you keep an eye on him and melt all the silver you can find.” I winked at my brother’s best friend. Stiles tried to hide his snickers behind his hand but failed horribly as Scott walked away from us continuing his search for his missing inhaler.
Once we reached a specific spot Scott sighed, “I could have sworn it was there. I saw the body, the stags running, and I dropped my inhaler.”
“Maybe the killer moved the body,” Stiles suggested with a shrug.
“Or we’re just in the wrong spot, it was dark maybe you just remembered wrong.” I then looked up and saw a very attractive gentleman watching us. I coughed to get the boy’s attention.
“What are you doing here? This is private property.” The mystery man had a gruff voice as he spoke to the three of us. He seemed ticked off that we were here but it’s not my fault my idiot brother lost his inhaler.
“Sorry man, we didn’t know,” Stiles replied quickly, he seemed a little nervous. The guy in front of us did seem sort of intimidating but I was too busy checking him out to worry about that. What? I may be in a relationship but I can still look.
“Yeah we were just looking for something, forget it.” Scott continued when Stiles finished. The attractive mystery man tossed Scot his inhaler than turned around walking away.
“Dude, that was Derek Hale! You guys remember, right? He’s just a few years older than us.” Stiles said as soon as Derek was out of earshot.
Scott still looked clueless but the name Hale sounded familiar to me, “Wait, you mean like the Hale fire?”
“That’s the one. It happened like 10 years ago. He lost almost all of his family.”
“I feel sorry for him, I can’t imagine what that must have been like.” I bit my lip and shook my head as I stared off in the direction that he went in.
We quickly made our way back to the jeep, Stiles dropped Scott off at work then quickly brought me back to my house.
*_*_*_*_*_*
The next morning I got dressed in a short sleeve, cold-shoulder, black crop top, high waisted gray and black plaid pants, and black heels. Yes, I wore more black, that is pretty much all that is in my wardrobe and Lydia hates it. Lydia and I once again drove to school together and stopped at our lockers before first period. The minute first period ended Scott pulled me away from Nate to talk to me. “What’s up?”
“Your boyfriend and Jackass think I’m on steroids.” Scott deadpanned.
My eyes almost bulged out of my head, “What? Why?”
“I don’t know, probably because I suddenly got a hell of a lot better at lacrosse.”
I sighed, “I’ll talk to them, sorry they’re both idiots.” I turned and walked away starting my search for Nate and Jackson. Nate may be my boyfriend and Jackson may be one of my best friends but sometimes I seriously can’t stand them.
I soon found them already on the field preparing for practice. “Hey jackasses!” I stopped in front of them. They both gave me questioning looks and glanced at each other probably wondering why I was mad at them. “My brother isn’t doing drugs. He’s been practicing nonstop this summer so he could get better and make first line. I get that you two are so egotistical that you can’t let anyone one-up you but do not start making false accusations about my brother.” Before they could get a word in I stormed off looking to find Lydia knowing that she always helps calm me down.
*_*_*_*_*_*
I was at Lydia’s house getting ready for the party with her. This is our party ritual, go home together and help each other get ready for a kickass part all while gossiping about things going on in our lives.
After telling Lydia about the argument I had with Nate she claimed that I needed to look hotter than usual so he would regret ever making me mad. This right here, ladies and gentleman, is the exact reason why I love Lydia Martin more than anyone. Working together we picked out a patterned black and white strapless dress with a gold belt that hugged my waist. The dress perfectly showed off my curves and adding a pair of black pumps completed the outfit.
Not too much later the party was in full swing. Pretty much the whole school was there, which is not surprising for a Lydia party. Stiles pulled me to the side as soon as he saw me, “Have you seen Scott?”
“No why?” Stiles glanced nervously around then pulled me into the laundry room so we could be alone.
“That werewolf joke, not a joke anymore,” he whispers. My eyes widen and I start giggling. “It’s not funny (Y/N)! I know it sounds crazy but I’ve been doing a bunch of research, it’s the only thing that makes even the slightest bit of sense.”
“Okay, well we will keep an eye on him. I’m sure he’ll be fine. But if this happens to be true, we will figure something out. Don’t stress though, Stilinski. We are at a party, come dance with me.” I tugged on his hand and led him out of the room and into the back yard so that we could dance together. As soon as we stepped outside we spotted Allison and Scott so this also gave is a good view to keep an eye on my twin.
Soon after Nate walked up to us with a clenched jaw, “Mind if I step in, Stilinski?”
“She’s all yours,” Stiles sent me an awkward smile and stepped away, making sure to stay close so he could step in if Nate did something that would make me uncomfortable and still keep an eye on Scott.
“We need to talk.” I sighed and was about to follow him until I saw Scott rush out.
“I need to make sure my brother is alright, we can talk later.”
Before I could walk away Stiles rushed past, “I got him, don’t worry.”
Nate then gently tugged on my hand, “Come on.” As soon as we were somewhere quiet Nate started speaking, “I’m sorry I can be an asshole and I accused your brother of doing drugs.” I stared blankly waiting for him to continue. He threw his head back then slowly looked into my eyes, “I won’t do anything like that again, I promise. I love you, (Y/N/N).”
I bit my lip then slowly leaned up to kiss him, “I love you too.” I mumbled against his lips.
