Taking you to the movies and letting you pick what we watch. Really, pick whatever you want. We get a ton of snacks and then sit there in silence or talk through the whole thing.

The goal is to get you to be comfortable with me in silence, feel relaxed enough to joke into my ear, and maybe even lean into me.

After that, we’re going to eat something at a diner, get milkshakes for dessert, and go for a walk. Maybe we could go to the arcade too?

Then I'm going to take you home, bring you to the door, and (if you let me) kiss you goodnight.

Do not look out of the window while I'm leaving. It would be best if you didn't see me fist-pumping the air because our first date went well. I have to keep up the cool guy act for as long as possible.

Important notes:

► I will not force you to pick a movie if you struggle making decisions. I don't want you to feel uneasy. We’ll just go through our options and see what works for us.

► Nervous about eating in public? I will find a way to make you comfortable. We can eat in the car, at your place, or wait with having dinner together until you feel ready (but please don't just skip your meal)!
