was writing an astarion/orion thread on my priv abt that one post i saw wherein op was saying that it makes sense that astarion disapproves of kind acts without asking for a reward at the start of the game because imagine suffering for 200 years and seeing 0 heroes only to find out the world is filled with them the moment you get out they just didn't come to help you and that in order to gain his approval you have to cement those beliefs that acts of kindness are only done for those who can give in return (at first, anyways, which is what orion does bc she does like money, and she does like bullying people a little !)
but then i realised while i was writing the thread that during the biting scene astarion defaults to explaining how it would benefit tav/durge to let him bite them and not himself and its like eueuheheueueueuehehueue he rlly thinks transactionally abt himself im SAD

:hesthonk: maybe i should talk about inoush (lahil's predecessor) on da blog next. i don't have a lot for uem personally or even need much, mostly just uer relationships with ayirine+lahil and uer post, but i could probably talk a little about the basics of uiranour lore.... although if i use the word uiranour then i have to Decide finally if that refers to only the offering-eater or the offering-oracle pair together. i have to do a little made up fake bullshit etymology in my mind just for me. which IS a treat. but it is an additional step

Not to brag but yesterday, I beat phantom Ganon three times and didn't even die once.
On an unrelated note, I no longer have any bomb flowers.
On another unrelated note, I am no longer afraid of anything that comes from this game. Lynels, several headed dragons, zombies, bring them all on. If I can survive the spooky red hands and the creepy mummy, I can survive anything.
