Prongsfoot is the couple that leaves an impression on others. Some wonder how they can stand such intensity in a relationship, some are afraid.
The way they recall every detail of the other, making inside jokes that date back to literally their first week of being friends. Sirius and James mind so filled with the person they love most. People wonder how they don't get tired of it. It's impossible for prongsfoot though.
Life is boring the moment the other leaves the room.
Though it doesn't mean they are *always* together. It's just that in their minds and hearts, the other is always present at the forefront.
They are eternal love, they are passionate love, they are quiet love when they let themselves feel the hurt they pretend not to feel in the public eye but do so in front of the other. They are the kind of love that is so subconscious, one will bring out the right pair of shoes the other hasn't even decided to wear yet but they got it right on the mark.

Becoming Animagi added a few new quirks to James and Sirius’ relationship, with their animal forms carrying certain instincts and behaviors into their daily lives. James is hyper-aware of Sirius’ eyes on him and his usual love of attention becomes a pursuit kink; he consciously or otherwise turns into a grade-A tease, flashing his abs in a crop top or talking to someone he *knows* Sirius doesn’t like, or eating something inappropriately phallic in an unnecessarily obscene way until Sirius *has* to drag him behind a closed door or crowd him against the wall. Sirius gains an even more overwhelming tendency to let everyone know James is his, draping himself over James in public and leaving teeth-marks in conspicuous places. Granted, scent-marking doesn’t work quite the same way with humans as it does with animals, but come-marking makes a nice replacement.

Fantastic promotion for Owners Group Excitement building for festival-winning syndicate as it bids for more Cheltenham Grade 1 glory with Stage StarStage Star gave the Owners Group one of their biggest victories at the Cheltenham Festival last year and the 4,000-strong syndicate hopes for yet another dream result when its flagship runner lines up in the Ryanair Chase in two weeks' time. The Paul Nicholls-trained eight-year-old claimed his first Grade 1 chase success in the Turners last year and has been pointed towards the Ryanair ever since, having added victory in the Paddy Power Gold Cup with an impressive performance back at the track in November. Despite being pulled up on his last start at Cheltenham on New Year's Day, Stage Star has done nothing but please racing manager Dan Downie in his preparation for the festival and the syndicate is determined to savour the build up to the Grade 1 clash with potential rivals Banbridge and Envoi Allen on March 14. "We're really excited," said Downie. "We've been here before but we're really grateful to have another chance in a big festival race like this and we're all just trying to enjoy the experience while it happens. "Paul has been really happy with him in the build up to the race. His run on New Year's Day was below par but he's been fine since and goes well fresh. I think he's pretty versatile in terms of ground, so soft ground isn't a concern and we couldn't be more positive about his chances."Stage Star's victory last season was the second Cheltenham Festival success for the Owners Group, which was established in 2014 and landed the 2019 Triumph Hurdle with Pentland Hills. The 9-2 Ryanair contender has become its star performer after landing the Grade 1 Challow in 2021 before developing into a top-class chaser. "He was so impressive at the festival last year and all the owners have had a great run with him from day one, and he's just improved from bumpers into winning as a novice chaser," Downie said. "It's been incredible, it's hard to describe how exciting his win was at the meeting last year. It was lovely for all the guys there and Paul was so fantastic in making sure those not in the paddock felt just as much a part of it. It was very special. These horses don't come along very often, so it's important to appreciate them when they do."With ownership of Stage Star divided into 4,000 shares, the Owners Group will operate an automated draw to determine who will be able to attend the festival. Its success has allowed Downie to continue to develop the syndicate in search of more potential Grade 1 performers. He said: "It's really great to have syndicate-owned horses in races like this and it's obviously where the sport is heading. Horses like Stage Star are a boost to the Owners Group, as well as other runners like Maximillian last season who are able to run in Grade 1 races. The fact that people can get involved at the top level for a relatively low outlay is very important. "We've got some really nice horses coming through and we've always said we can't rest on our laurels. We're building our new team for next season at the moment and everything is looking good, we've got some lovely prospects."

The past years have been difficult for Thor, and that's an understatement. With his life and the life of all the Asgardians in distressing upheaval following the destruction of Asgard, he finds himself wanting to hang onto the familiar. Against perhaps his better judgement, Thor decides he wants to reach out to his brother. The problem is, that will only work if Loki wants the same thing as him. It's worth a shot, right?
An ill-advised hiking trip leads to banter, bonding and perhaps some more serious revelations. Thor schemes, Loki is resistant, but maybe it will all be ok in the end: and if not ok, then at least better than before.
Post Thor: Ragnarok. Alternate universe-canon divergence where the Asgardians are living on Earth. Ignores pretty much everything after Ragnarok. I haven't seen Infinity war or Endgame.

I know everyone loves Internalized Homophobia James and Gay/Bi/Pan Sex God Sirius, but I’ve never personally held the latter idea, though obviously I’ve seen it done really well. James and Sirius grew up in the same time period, in a society that had would give them more in common than otherwise, and if anything, Sirius would likely have had more pressure to uphold rigid sexual moors, been raised with a focus on propagating the family line, etc. Assuming this isn’t the queer magical utopia that most fanon seems to default to these days (and which I also love, don’t get me wrong), I think Sirius would have real issues with same-sex attraction, especially where James is concerned, because he loves James so much. It’s bad enough to have gay thoughts when it’s supposedly a failing on Sirius’ part, it’s even worse when it’s failing James, because how could Sirius have such… perverse thoughts about him? When James has given him so much, friendship and family and most of Sirius’ happy memories, how could Sirius want to defile their bond by “defiling” James?
In a setting with period-typical homophobia and social restrictions, I think James likely wouldn’t recognize his feelings for Sirius as being romantic/sexual; he could genuinely just think they’re odd but platonic or he could be intentionally deluding himself, but I think he would be convinced that he doesn’t have any feelings for Sirius like that, they’re just best friends, practically brothers! Whereas I think Sirius would immediately be aware of what he feels for James, that he wants more than just friendship, and I can see him holding this back as long as he can, despite the fact that he and James share everything else with each other, because he’s terrified of “contaminating” or “corrupting” what he and James already have. Sirius strikes me as the more socially and emotionally aware of the two, in terms of how they and their feelings would interact with/be perceived by the wider world, and I think he’d feel more responsible to moderate himself/their relationship as a result because James isn’t typically as introspective.

James loves that he's almost never apart from his boyfriend, but on one of the rare times they are apart, certain Slytherins attack Sirius and James is not happy.

For the most part, James’ favorite part about his relationship with Sirius (both friendship and newly formed relationship) is that they’re almost never apart. The only time that they’re apart is when they are doing separate detentions and even then, they’re usually using their mirrors. So, it’s a surprise that James wasn’t with Sirius when he got attacked and ended up in the hospital wing.
As soon as James heard (via Snape and Avery gloating), he takes off and heads straight there. Once he gets there, he finds Sirius with his arm in a sling and a gash in on his face that is being healed by Madam Pomfrey.
He approaches quickly, and although she clearly thinks about sending him away, Sirius says, “I wouldn’t want him to be sent away.”
“Fine,” Madam Pomfrey says as the gash heals. “You can have twenty minutes before you should be taking the Skelegro and Dreamless Sleep in order to have full use of your arm in the morning.”
“Understood.”
With that Madam Pomfrey leaves, and Sirius turns to James, “Hi, love, how are you?”
“How am I? Really, Sirius?” James asks, incredulously.
Sirius let's out a low chuckle. “Look, I’m fine. Really, fine.”
“You don’t have an arm right now,” James states, firmly. “How does that equate to fine?”
Sirius shrugs with his good arm. “I ran into Avery and Snape – words were said about everything thing they like to poke at, and I went to walk away like a good boy for once and … you know how they are…”
“They attacked with your back turned?”
“Exactly, and well, the fight was fine – I handled myself well until they got my arm with some spell that remove my bones and luckily, Flitwick showed up. They took off and Flitwick brought me here. Pomfrey will fix me up and I’ll be good to go in the morning.”
James frowns. “Yeah, but –”
“Jay, it’s over. There’s nothing to worry about. I’m fine.”
He supposes that Sirius is right – after all, Sirius is totally fine and James’ll be able to hold his hand in the morning.
It’s just – he doesn’t like that Sirius was hurt. Especially by the likes of those two.
Sirius obviously senses that he’s still bothered by the situation. “Look, Jay, if it’ll make you feel better – I’ll never go anywhere without you, again.”
James smiles. “That sounds delightful.”
“Good.”
