To find your purpose in life, don't look to a profession. What you do for a living is not who you are, nor what you were 'meant' to do. The purpose of life is to find joy in living. Taking brief moments of appreciation for the beauty of the world and the life you live, will bring harmony with your soul’s purpose.

Gratitude is the gateway to joy, and joy is the truest expression of the soul.

Saturday was all about the energy of #Marymagdelen I awoken that morning to notifications about an event at a local church, I’d never been to or heard about, it was a #plantsale and social. Minutes later the first FB notification was about the #magdelensteps in #durham the ancient and original region of my homelands #Washington #tyneandwear in northern England #uk I had never heard those steps I was familiar with since a child to be called ‘ Magdelen ‘ and the church I was visiting that day was #stmarymagdelen .. Guess she wants me to pay attention ! The Essence and Spirit of Mary Magdelen is not new to me, i have had a relationship with this benevolent soul for over 35 years she has been an inspiration and guide for many of the teachings, healings and events I have offered over the years but more about that soon. I work with many many benevolent sentient beings and at times one or more step back or forwards as I go about my journey. #marymagdalene has made her presence known quite deeply this weekend and I’m excited to see how the mystery unfolds and what further wisdom she shared with me. The church has some amazing history and the priest ( a woman) introduced herself to us and tomorrow I visit again to explain something I’ve always wanted to do …. The Solitary Journey

Although I have never fully understood people, I have spent a great portion of my life trying to connect with them. Perhaps it is due to my innate desire to heal everyone and raise the vibration of the planet. The truth of the matter is that my continual pattern of trying to force connections with others have left me to feel exhausted, bitter, disappointed, sad, and a range of other emotions. Slowly, but surely, I have realized that my true path is a solitary one. The more I try to force connections with other people, the more disempowered I find myself feeling.

I know that I am a person who can quickly slip into a state of agoraphobia for the sheer thought of being surrounded by others and their energy can feel both completely and utterly terrifying and exhausting. I do, however, recognize that this too is not a healthy state of being. My purpose of being on this planet is to assist in raising the vibration of Gaia and her sentient beings. This cannot be accomplished by staying in hiding.

Enhancing my ability to ground and shield is what I find myself working on now in order to ensure my safety and well-being on this planet while working towards accomplishing my goal for this life. The reality is that if I am unable to ensure my own safety and well-being, I will be ineffective in ensuring that of the planet and her beings. This goes back to the solitary journey. Before we can help others, we must first help ourselves. I will be the first to admit that I often ignore my own life in order to help enhance that of others. I now realize that an empty cup can no longer give. It is important that I keep my cup full in order that I have enough for myself as well as to share with others.
