Walking the Spiritual Path

Many think they know spirituality; they walk the walk, but don’t talk the talk when it comes to living the ‘spiritual’ life.

Spirituality like any other belief is a lifestyle and needs to continue to be practised. It is innate, it is in all of us, but when we’re tied into ‘earthly’ traits also, spirituality will always end up being secondary.

Understanding spirituality is important if our beliefs are to have a profound impact on our lives. We have to want to commit to our true-self, set out our intentions and focus on our inner being. Spirituality unconsciously influences our lives.

Spirituality helps us understand:

Our lives and how our lives fit into the cosmos;

Questions, like what is the cosmos?

Morality and how morality fits into spirituality;

The higher power and what that means;

How the universe works and how our lives fit into this higher power;

Our behaviour and how that impacts others and how we live our lives;

It also helps us understand how the higher power watches us and acts through karma.

Spirituality, also helps us understand how the higher power can interfere with our behaviour. It helps us understand how to behave; what happens to us when we die.

It also helps us understand that how we live, affects how we will fare and how we will pass over. The more spiritual we are, the easier the transition into spirit.
