A ceremony of love occurs in a moment in which your heart, soul, and spirit connects joyfully, excitedly, passionately through the action of expression. A ceremony of love in small acts of creative intention, such as sending a loving note in gratitude for gift of time shared, or compassionate moment.

Sharing food, wisdom, kindness and more can become ceremonies of love dancing from one heart to another. Joyful exuberance through laughter felt deep within, laughter as a chorus of love that creator knows a celebration. Imagine every action is a ceremony of love, including laughter shared.

When you embrace and observe the small, medium and large experiences of life as you create them, these become ceremonies of love. As a creator of your life you choose how to feel and become a ceremony of love to yourself, and to all.

In every moment there exists unlimited potential to love what is, as it is, allowing your soul, heart and spirit to discover more of you in which to celebrate. You learn to dance in the life which you create.

You are born of love, for love, to create love. Moment by moment remembering through the creation of thoughts, words, actions a ceremony of love, you become the ceremony.

What Love Says… Loving Change

There are moments in which going with the flow of change seems to present a kinetic charge of resistance within. Change seems to a closed heart a daunting experience, yet in the face of challenge feelings of courage, of love rise up as you grow though it.

Change can inspire joyful, creative solutions. It's all in the depths of our heart the knowing of a new perspective, a new story you lovingly create as you face change. Metamorphosis can inspire your heart.

Your heart is infinitely connected to a deep, vast soul wisdom that is tuned to intuition. With intuition you may adjust the perspective you hold at the start of a challenge.

Touching your heart as you dance with change, challenge or struggle will bring you to the present, to your breath, to the excitement of being you. In being present you remember the love, bravery, creativity, light and wisdom, and yes, the joy that you are.

What Love Says… Sun, Love, MEOWment

Observe a cat bathing in sunlight. Eyes sometimes partially closed while the warm embrace of the sun caresses the fur. Softened eyes a cat allows love's light to flow into the moment. Inner sun embraces outer sun through love.

In the light a cat inner-stands the power and warmth releasing soft purrs of gratitude with pleasure–letting go. A sleepiness arises within a softened breath with gentle purrs, drifting into conscious loving place in which cat becomes nothing.

Observe the sun as the light and warmth move across your skin, feel your eyes soften as your senses bring the sun to your conscious awareness. Allow sun beams touch your face cascading softly on closed eyes the sun nourishes you.

The sun allows a sleepiness, a presence, a sensation of being and non-being to rise and fall with each breath. Like a cat you embrace warmth and sleepiness, feeling your heart purr sweetness in to your soul. Drifting with soft breaths on beams of light you become one, inner and outer light merge and like a cat you become liquid light of love.

Inner light and love oneness invites you to rest in the now, be bathed in the light of love that you are, as you drift deeper, flow in the moment, be love.
